A little while later, Lance had brought Kaylo up to Balan, who had taken out his hat again. "Alright you two...What exactly did you want to do?" She asked. The positive Maestro gave a grin "Lance told me of your letter undelivered, and I had a thought that should he considered." He said.
The pink haired girl tilted her head, confused at what Balan was talking about. That's when he snapped his fingers, making the pristine white hat grow larger, and larger, until it reached the size was big enough for people to fit inside. "Just crawl through until you're on the other side, there's something waiting for you on the inside." He explained.
Kaylo raised an eyebrow before she looked inside of the top hat, seeing a light on the other side. "Where does it go?" She asked. The maestro just gave a cheeky chuckle and said "To the place that the letter is addressed, To the man with a white beard, and in red he's dressed." That made Kaylo's mouth drop in shock.
"It goes...to the North Pole?" She asked. Balan gave a nod, much to her delight. Just then, the other Wonder Stars found where Lance had taken Kaylo "Hey guys!" The pink haired girl chirped. Emma looked curious about the enlarged hat, and what the maestros were planning.
"Hey Kaylo...what's going on?" Mei asked, crouching down to look inside "I never got to deliver my letter to Santa, so Balan made his hat a direct portal to the North Pole!" She chirped. Rebecca looked inside of the top hat tunnel, a light appearing on the other side. "I'm just gonna pop over there really quickly and drop off my letter." She said.
"Are you sure? What if you get stuck over there?" Emma asked. The pink haired girl hadn't considered that, what if she DID get stuck at the North Pole? Lance gave a small smile before snapping his fingers, and a gold bow sash with a long tail appeared around her waist. "If you find yourself stuck, you don't need fear, just pull the tail, and we'll pull you back here." He said.
Kaylo smiled at the Negative maestro "Thank you Lance! Welp! I'm off!" She said, before Emma grabbed her hand "Well then...I'm coming too." She said "So am I." Leo added "And us." Mei told her. Kaylo shrugged "Alright! The more the merrier!" She cheered. The group nodded before Kaylo lead the way, and they all crawled into the top hat. As they did, they all felt the cold air hit them harder than a snowball.
"Goodness...and I thought the Winter of Woe was cold..." Trisha Jane said "Kaylo? Maybe we should turn back..." Emma told her "It's just a little further." Kaylo insisted, feeling the chill on her cheeks. The kids began to think that Kaylo was a bit TOO insistant on Santa being real. "Kaylo. It's freezing. I don't think you're gonna find him out-" Leo found himself cutting himself off when he heard a high pitched voice on the other side.
"Santa Sir? We are WAY behind schedule! Who knows how long it'll be until this strange ice melts?!"
