Later as Alexis sneaks away from Giulia and Luca she soon sneaks down to the docks and shifts to wolf form before sniff around where they last saw Alberto.

"Still fairly fresh. Should be able to follow. Only problem is I can't swim... I gotta follow him... I gotta make sure he is okay... Oh I really don't wanna have to go out in the water but it looks like I don't got a choice. There's an island nearby... Maybe he swam there." Alexis says before she heads to the boats.

"Okay... That was a long trip. Phew." Alexis says as he docks the ship on the shore.

"Alberto!" A voice shouts causing Alexis to hide before seeing what appears to be Luca changing from a sea monster to human boy.

"Huh? Luca? He's... he's a sea monster too?" Alexis asks while staying hidden before following after Luca in wolf form.

"They must be up there. I can hear them." Alexis says as she comes to a tower before shifting to wolf form as she climbs a tree.

"Just leave!" A voice shouts angrily revealing to be Luca and Alberto at the top of the tower.

"Luca? Alberto?" Alexis asks as the two boys look at her in alarm.

"Alexis!?" Luca asks worriedly.

"What are you doing here? More important how did you get here? I thought you didn't like the water and how did you find us?" Alberto asks annoyedly.

"Alexis please don't be scared. We won't hurt you." Luca says fearfully.

"I know you won't Luca. I followed you." Alexis says as she steps onto the tower floor while smiling reassuringly at Luca earning a blush from him.

"Why? Aren't you afraid of us? I saw that face you and Giulia made when I left. I can tell fear when I see it." Alberto says angrily.

"That wasn't fear... It was surprise. I just wanted to make sure you were okay. I got really worried when I saw them trying to attack you like that. But I know what you are and I'm not afraid of neither of you." Alexis says concernedly.

"Yeah. Like I'll be believe that. All humans are the same far as I'm concerned. Why are you any different?" Alberto asks in disbelief.

"You don't know people as well as you think. Humans are not all bad. I know because I'm not completely human myself." Alexis says as Luca looks at her curiously.

"What do you mean?" Luca asks before Alexis shifts to wolf form surprising both boys.

"I'm a wolf shifter. I was born like a wolf and gifted with the ability to turn human. None the less it doesn't mean people don't fear me and those like me. I should should know. I lost my parents because of it." Alexis says.

"I'm sorry Alexis." Luca says sympathetically.

"Don't be. It's okay... I've accepted it. I've also come to know that not all people are bad. Some people just fear what they don't know and don't understand. Maybe you should take a closer look. You both should. You may be surprised. Giulia and her family have accepted me for who I am. I know humans can be good if you just give them a chance." Alexis says as she shifts to human form and looks at Alberto.

"You can't promise something you don't know for sure. If we go back they will kill us if they find out. Maybe be you can live with them but not us. Not me. I'm better off alone. Now leave. Both of you. I want nothing to do with either of you." Alberto says coldly before Alexis gives an angry look.

"You know what? Fine. I will leave. I just wanted to try and help someone to have the same acceptance as me but maybe you're right. Maybe you are better off here. Alone. My bad for thinking I could ever be friends with people who are even remotely like me. I should never have let myself care for either of you... Just forget it... But for what it is worth it was good knowing you both. Please... Just stay safe." Alexis says before leaving.

"Men... Infuriating... But... I can't really blame them. I thought that way when I first met Giulia." Alexis says as she is walking back to the boat.

"Alexis!" A voice shouts revealing to be Luca.

"Luca? What are you doing here?" Alexis asks.

"I'm gonna fix things." Luca says confidently.

"Fix things? How?" Alexis asks curiously.

"Just leave it to me. Are you heading back?" Luca asks as Alexis nods.

"Yeah... Much as I wish I had another way across." Alexis says nervously as she looks at her boat by the water.

"Want me to swim beside the boat to make sure you get back okay?" Luca asks shyly while giving a reassuringly smile as Alexis gives him a smile before her smile disappears.

"That would be great. But soon as we get close to the shore please go home. I don't want you getting attacked for me." Alexis says concernedly.

"Not a problem." Luca says as he chuckles.
