ATM: Seth and the God Girls – The Bloodline Wars
Bayley rallies the God Girls when Seth tries to pull Sasha out of deep waters with the McMahon family and Bray Wyatt on his own and Roman Reigns files for custody of Abiyah Rollins.
Chapter One – Silent in Arms
The Balors, Dublin, Ireland
The parents of Finn Balor looked curiously at their son as he arrived at his family home distraught and most importantly, without his new bride.
"What happened on Earth happened in Connecticut?" mother Balor asked her son who was pacing back and forth much to his father's concern.
"You were so happy at the wedding, what happened son, where is your new wife?" father Balor asked his son but Finn ignored his parents' distress and kept his own words hidden behind an oath of uncomfortable silence.
Back in the United States, the God Girls were in a county jail awaiting arraignment. Becky Lynch had been arrested and was awaiting an expedition back to Ireland where she would once again be imprisoned. As Bianca squeezed Becky's hot hand as they waited for their legal paper work to be sorted out by the DX family lawyer, she prayed that it would not come to that, while Alexa, Bayley and Charlotte replayed the last 24 hours in their heads trying to make sense of the breakdown between Seth and the God Girls.
It all started when Seth left the wedding in New York with Sasha, by doing that, Seth set in motion a course of action that ATM knew was coming but for some reason, Amy, Trish and Melina had not been able to get to them in time. Something had come up and distracted them, it was the same thing that had distracted Bianca before she found herself playing referee between the God Girls and Seth Rollins.
It was the announcement of Carla McCool's engagement to Austin Theory. It was all over social media and it had taken the DX family by complete surprise. SO much so, that they didn't see the explosion between Sasha and the God Girls coming and by the time Shawn and Hunter got to the Sandbox and saw that it had been burned to the ground, it was too late.
At least that's what they thought, ATM knew better and that in a few short hours, the whole thing could be reversed.
That was in Connecticut and New York, things were a little different in Ireland, the place where Becky and Finn Balor were supposed to be spending their honeymoon. Now, Finn was there alone and his parents couldn't understand how two people who had spent the most important day of their lives together, where now on separate sides of the world. It didn't help Mr and Mrs Balor that their son wasn't saying anything to them; they didn't know that Finn had sworn an oath of silence to his wife. After all, in a few more hours, it might be as if nothing had ever happened. In a few short hours, the whole thing could be reversed. In a few short hours, Finn and Becky Balor could be together in Ireland on their honeymoon. Or, in a few short hours, the God Girls' lives were about to be turned upside down and Finn and Becky's marriage would be over before it even began.
A lot could happen in a few short hours.
County jail, Greenwich, Connecticut
Alexa Bliss rubbed Becky's back as Bianca squeezed her hand. She was still wearing her wedding dress but it had the residue of smoke on it, as did her bridesmaids, all who were present, except one. That one was Sasha Banks and she was on her way to confront the woman who had burned down her new family home.
"There she is, there's the b**** that destroyed my house! Why isn't she in jail?!" Sasha screamed and Becky looked up at the sound of her Jimmy Choo's thundering across the hard floor towards her and the God Girls.
"Bianca, I need you to shift, I don't want you or the baby to get hurt by what I'm about to do," Becky said and Bianca shook her head.
"I'm not going anywhere, we're in this together. If you go down, we all go down," Bianca said and Becky sighed as the furious Sasha Banks came closer towards her.
"Let's get ready, we're about to fight," Charlotte said and the Queen stood in front of Becky but the Man pushed her to the side.
"This is my fault, I'll handle this," Becky said and she felt a hard kick to the chest as Sasha tried to push her foot through her chest.
"That's enough little rabbit," came the sobering yet creepy voice of Bray Wyatt and the God Girls almost froze when they saw him. "They're to blame for what happened to your family home, after all, they were lead astray by their terrible selfish leader, a man who had no intention of being the man they needed him to be. Instead he left them, for you," Bray said to Sasha before he turned to the God Girls with a smile, "but its not to late for you girls. You can get out of this mess. I can turn this whole thing around for you. Just give up your alligence to Seth Rollins and come follow me. I can talk to the cops and make this whole thing go away, just like that,"
The God Girls exchanged glances with each other, "Why should we listen to you Bray Wyatt? You're pure evil!" Bianca said after rubbing healing balm on Becky's bruised abdomen.
"Do you realise what's about to happen to you? You burned a heritage estate down with people in it, that's not just arson, its attempted murder. Do you really wanna be talking to me about options right now? Because I'll tell you one thing Bianca, you have no options. Not one except that you listen to me and stop listening to Seth. Let God deal with him, you all need to start dealing with me," Bray said and Becky looked up at Sasha who was burning with hate.
"Where is Seth?" she asked Sasha.
"He's in Florida, trying to get Abiyah back from Roman. If it wasn't for you, our son wouldn't have been traumatised, and we would be fighting for custody right now!" Sasha yelled and Bianca almost laughed.
"Abiyah isn't traumatised, he went to find Roman because you told him Roman was his real father. If he was traumatised by anyone it was by you, not us," Bianca said and DX and ATM appeared just as Bianca was talking.
"Whoa, you are not making things any better Bianca, you should really stop talking now," Hunter said and the EST gagged herself with her Braid. "We got you a trial date and the four of you are off TV until this is all sorted,"
Sasha snorted at Bianca, "Enjoy having your baby in jail, Montez must be so proud of you," she spat at Bianca and the EST got hot.
"He is proud of me, its your husband who should be ashamed of you!" Bianca snapped and DX gave her a stern look of approval but the God Girls were firmly on Bianca's side.
"Why don't you deal with Bray? He's the one trying to cut a deal with us," Becky said to Shawn and Hunter but when DX turned to address Wyatt, he was gone along with Sasha Banks.
"They're with Shane McMahon in New York," Trish explained and she shook her head. "We're so sorry guys, this wouldn't have happened if we weren't blindsided by Austin Theory,"
"I can't believe that guy snuck up on my sister so fast," LC Helmsley-Michaels said shaking her head while Faith Star shuffled back and forth, eager to see Abiyah in Florida.
"Mom, the God Girls are going to be fine, can we please go and see Abi now? I'm really worried about him," Faith Star said.
"Faith Star, you're 6 years old, you don't need to be worrying about anything but verbal reasoning," LC replied to her daughter.
"We're worried about Abi too Faith Star but there's a lot we gotta unpack before we can even think about Roman's custody battle," Amy said and she turned to the God Girls, "that deal Bray Wyatt offered you is real. Shane McMahon can get you guys out of trouble by acting as a benevolent representative on behalf of the McMahon family. He can have all the charges dropped but with the caveat that you stop being God Girls,"
"Yeah, that's not going to happen," Charlotte said in agreement with the other God Girls.
"We know," Queen Melina said. "That's why we're here, to talk to you about your other option,"
"Which is?" Becky asked.
"Which is to go to jail," Amy said and the God Girls balked.
"WHAT?!" they yelled in unison.
"I can't go to jail, I'm having a baby in four months!" Bianca said.
"I can't go to jail, I'm getting married in four months!" Alexa said.
"I can't go to jail, I'm going to be going to Alexa's wedding in four months!" Bayley said.
"And mine too!" Charlotte added as they were both getting married at the end of the year.
"Christians go to jail all the time, God's power isn't limited to life on the outside. If you guys try to stand up for yourselves, Sasha and Shane McMahon will tear you to shreds. You burned down the Sandbox Becky and Seth isn't going to stand up for you now that's he's gone underground," Amy said and the God Girls sighed at the news that Seth had deserted them, at least, temporarily. While they understood his reasons, it was still hard not having him in their corner. They took solace in the fact that they had ATM in their corner, as-well as the DX family.
"I don't think my husband is going to be able to stomach me being in jail," Bianca said.
"This isn't about your husband B, this is about your assignment and it is far from over," Trish said and she looked at Becky seriously, "you need to plead guilty and quote the other God Girls as accessories,"
"No, I can't get them in trouble, this was all me," Becky said.
"No God Girl should ever be alone, if you go to prison alone, Bianca, Bayley, Charlotte and Alexa will be sitting ducks for Sasha and she will come after them hard without you around Becks," Trish said. "You have to go to jail together, as one, united behind bars,"
"But I just got married, Finn is going to kill me, he's already mad at me, he left to go on our honeymoon without me!" Becky said.
"Once again I must re-state that this is not about your husbands, this is about your assignment, not Finn or Tez. You guys should go home and think about this, then tell us your decision by the end of the week," Trish said.
"Take it from us guys, you don't want to be separated from each other this year. The closer you are the better your chances of completing this assignment," Queen Melina said.
"We know jail wasn't part of the deal but the alternative is far worse," Trish said and the God Girls exchanged glances with the DX family.
"Are you guys going to be okay if we go away for awhile?" Charlotte asked them. "What will you do about Shane McMahon and Bray Wyatt while we're gone? Seth can't help you right now, who will you guys turn to for help?"
DX looked at ATM, "Our old faithful ATM of course. They've never let us down yet," Hunter said smiling at Amy, Trish and Melina.
"And we never will," Trish added and the God Girls hugged each other and weighed up their options. It was like choosing the worst option out of a series of terrible options and worst of all, Seth wasn't around to help them decide what to do. He was the only option for them and sooner or later, they were going to get him back.
