"I said I couldn't find them, Patty. They've left no trace anywhere in the city or anywhere in the surrounding area." Konata clarified to her.
"I wonder where they've gone." Miyuki thought out loud.
"I bet they've scurried off to some island, far away in the middle of nowhere." Misao speculated.
The allies stared at their map, trying to figure out where the axis might've gone. "This is hopeless," Konata sighed. "Perhaps we should just wave the white flag now."
"No! We won't give up! Those bastards will pay for annexing innocent countries!" Misao snapped at her. Miyuki giggled at the comment.
"I suppose we can't let them get away. Inori and Matsuri are practically counting on us." Konata said.
"Great, now let's get to finding them. I've a hammer and pickaxe for their bodies." Miyuki said with a smile.
Konata and Misao screamed. Then Miyuki's mood changed, "Hold on, where's Hiyori?"
"On strike, I bet." Konata suggested.
"And also, what do we do about her?" Misao asked, motioning to Patricia, who was now snoozing in her chair.
Everyone's sweat dropped instantaneously.
