Bayley rallies the God Girls when Seth tries to pull Sasha out of deep waters with the McMahon family and Bray Wyatt on his own and Roman Reigns files for custody of Abiyah Rollins.
Chapter Four – A Day with the Shield
The Reigns Household, Pensacola, Florida
Roman Reigns took a deep breath as Seth Rollins and the Hurt Business pulled up to his home in Pensacola. His wife Galina noticed the concerned look on his face as his best friend showed up with Shane McMahon's heavies to get his hair done.
"What's wrong my love?" Galina asked her husband as Roman made his way to the front door to let Seth and the Hurt Business in.
"I just hope what I'm seeing is not a sign of things to come," Roman said seeing Seth being escorted around like some hostage, it was very McMahon-esque and Roman didn't like it one bit.
Seth on the other hand was getting used to his new muscle and he was definitely making out like having the Hurt Business around wasn't so bad. When Roman opened the door to let him in, he was laughing at some joke that probably wasn't even funny.
"Welcome in fellas, I made you all some lunch help yourselves while I do my best friend's hair in the living room," Roman said as Seth hugged him and kissed Galina on the cheek.
"Thanks Big Dog, keep our boy looking good. He's got a big data with Sasha when we get back to New York City," MVP said and Roman cringed at the mouthpiece for the Hurt Business' term of endearment for Seth Rollins.
"He called you his boy, that's so wrong! You're my boy!" Roman said jealously and Seth smiled while he took a seat in one of Roman's big comfy soft leather sofa chairs.
"Nevermind Roman, you know I'll always love you the most. I'm just making the Hurt Business feel welcome that's all. I'm not the easiest guy to be around and I don't make friends with just anyone," Seth said as Roman brushed through his hair.
"Yeah tell me about it. Have you even spoken to the God Girls since Becky burned your house down in Connecticut?" Roman asked Seth and the Prayer Warrior's face softened at the mention of his beloved God Girls.
"I can't speak to them Roman, I told you what the plan was. I have to act like the God Girls are out of my life. It's the only way I can save my wife from making the worst decision she's ever made," Seth whispered.
Roman furrowed his brow, "Why are you whispering?" he asked Seth, now whispering himself.
"Because the Hurt Business are in the kitchen and I don't want them to hear us talking," Seth replied and MVP appeared holding a huge New York deli sized sandwich.
"We're saving this one for you Seth!" he said and Seth smiled with appreciation.
"Thanks P," Seth replied and MVP returned to the kitchen while Roman shook his head unamused.
"Man, seeing you roll up to my house with the Hurt Business is like watching a hostage negotiation. Do they follow you everywhere you go now?" Roman asked Seth as he parted his hair with a fine toothed comb.
"They're keeping an eye on me at Shane's request, you know, just in-case you try to get at me for wanting to keep Abiyah from you," Seth said and Roman nodded.
"You know I would never do anything to hurt you Seth," Romans said gently and Seth nodded.
"Yeah I know but they have to go on thinking that you're against me, they can't know that I back you one hundred percent. My wife has lost her natural hot mind, I can lose her to Shane McMahon and Bray Wyatt and I certainly can't put Abiyah at risk while I try to save her again," Seth said and Roman sighed heavily.
"I'm so sorry this is happening Seth," Roman said sadly but Seth wasn't sad at all, in fact, he was very optimistic.
"I'm not sad, I'm happy! This is all going to work out; soon, Sasha will be well and see her father for the demented power hungry freak that he is and Abiyah will get to spend more time with you, just like we always wanted. Its win-win," Seth said and Roman nodded.
"But it sure doesn't look that way Seth, do you have any idea how hard you're going to have to fight to keep this all under your hat? It was easier when you had the God Girls with you but now, you have to make sure no-one suspects that we're working together on this," Roman said but Seth smiled.
"Like I said, I'm not worried about this at all. The God Girls are out of danger and I get to spend more time with my beautiful wife before she gives birth to our first baby girl. I look at this as an opportunity to improve our relationship and yes, we will lose custody of Abiyah for awhile but in the end, he needs to know who you are Roman. Everyone needs a Big Dog in their life and especially someone as special as Abiyah," Seth said getting emotional and Roman gave him a warm squeeze.
"Seth listen to me, Abiyah might be my son by blood but he will always be a credit to your name and proof that you are an excellent father. Your baby girl is going to be so blessed by having you in her life, believe that," Roman said and Seth let Roman's words wash over him like the refreshing spring that they were. They quickly broke the hug as the Hurt Business came in to see how good Roman was at hair.
"Meh," MVP said. "I could do a better job than that. Seth, next time why don't you let the Hurt Business take care of those raven locks of yours? That way, we won't have to come all the way out here everytime you need your hair done,"
"You got a problem with my house MVP?" Galina Reigns said unimpressed and the Hurt Business chuckled.
"No, we just got a problem leaving New York City at such short notice. We've got a lot of work to do on the East Coast, coming down to Florida takes too many hours out of our incredibly busy schedule." MVP replied but the other members of the Hurt Business disagreed.
"You know what MVP I'd make the trip for another one of these awesome sandwiches," Bobby Lashley said and he turned to Mrs Reigns with a smile. "Your man can cook,"
Galina nodded, "That's not all he can do, he's also an excellent father and he's going to be exactly that when we get full custody of Abiyah this year," Galina said and the Hurt Business gave her a scowl.
"I hate to be the one to tell you Mrs Reigns but Abiyah was born a Rollins and he'll die a Rollins. Shane McMahon is going to make sure Abiyah never knows what it is to be a part of the Bloodline," MVP said and Roman's hands started to tightened around Seth's beautiful black locks.
"Easy Big Dog," Seth said quietly and he prayed for peace until Roman's hands resumed their work on his hair.
"Let's not talk about that right now boys, I'm sure Roman made muffins!" Seth said and the Hurt Business returned to the kitchen and were delighted at the vegan blueberry muffins Roman had made.
"I don't think they would have liked my salad," Roman said and Seth laughed but Galina didn't think it was so funny and she called Stephanie McMahon and made an appointment with her to get some inside information on what Shane McMahon was planning against her family. The neck of the Reigns household was making some big plans of her own and she didn't want to waste anymore time, as far as Galina was concerned, Sasha's days of ruining her life were over for good this time.
