Bayley rallies the God Girls when Seth tries to pull Sasha out of deep waters with the McMahon family and Bray Wyatt on his own and Roman Reigns files for custody of Abiyah Rollins.
Chapter Eight – Night Finn
The Sandbox
Seth crawled into the open window of Hunter's bedroom only to see Ra-Ra and Abiyah there waiting for him.
"Daddy?" Abiyah said as Seth stepped through the window.
"You don't sound so sure anymore," Seth said and Abiyah squeezed his blue bear's arm, a clear indication of a need for comfort. The manifestation of that need was far less manageable, as Abiyah had inherited a portion of his mother's Gift – Blue Thunder. This slice of Sasha's gift could shock inanimate objects to life, as Seth was about to see. When Blue Bear came to life it was usually to fend off anyone that was messing with Sasha, this time, Seth wasn't sure if Abiyah saw him as the villain or the one to protect.
"GROWL!" blue bear yelled at Seth and the Prayer Warrior responded with a small wave and smile.
"Hey blue bear," Seth said as the now giant blue bear came towards him.
"Are you my real Daddy?" Abiyah asked Seth.
"No Abiyah I'm not, Roman is your real father," Seth said and Abiyah looked at Seth confused.
"Is Mommy my real Mommy?" he asked Seth.
"Yes Abi, she is and she loves you very much, we both do," Seth said and Abiyah signalled for blue bear to come back to him.
Seconds later the blue bear shrank back down into a normal teddy bear and Abiyah raised his arms gesturing that he wanted a hug from Seth.
Seth obliged while Ra-Ra poked the blue bear with his nose curious as to whether it was a real bear or not.
Roman Reigns came up a few seconds later and saw Seth and Abiyah hugging. He smiled and headed back downstairs to tell the God Girls that Seth was in the house.
"Great, we're finally occupying the same space now we have to get Seth out of here before Sasha loses it," Bianca said and Hunter dusted off his hands as everyone scoffed down the DX family pancakes.
"I'll take care of this ladies, finish your pancakes," Hunter said and he headed towards his newly restored bedroom to have a very unpleasant talk with Seth Rollins.
That talk went on for hours as Sasha Rollins tapped her feet angrily still outside the Sandbox waiting for Seth to come back for her.
"This is insane, what are the Hurt Business doing with Seth?" Sasha asked Shane who wondered the same-thing.
"I don't know, they went in with him, they should have gotten Abiyah out of the house by now," Shane said and he called MVP who wasn't where Shane expected him to be.
The Balors
Mr and Mrs Balor looked at the huge black men that had just showed up in their living room.
"Hello," Mrs Balor said and Finn Balor shook his head knowing that there was only reason why the Hurt Business was in his parents home.
"Okay what did you four do to get kicked out of the States?" he asked them and they shrugged looking confused.
"We were in Connecitcut about to get Abiyah out of the newly restored Sandbox then suddenly we were here," Bobby Lashley said.
"This is some supernatural s***," MVP said.
"We've got to get back or Shane's gonna blame us for what happened," Shelton Benjamin said.
"Well I'm on my way back to America, you can come with me," Finn said. "If you're rolling with Seth and Sasha now, it might not be a bad idea for us to travel together,"
"How long's the flight from Ireland to Connecticut?" MVP asked.
"Fifteen hours," Mrs Balor replied.
"And we're coming with you," Mr Balor said.
"Why, you guys are too concerned about me. You've got nothing to worry about I'll be fine," Finn said.
"Your boss is in some kind of a blood feud with the McMahon family, it doesn't sound like you've got anything in hand right now Finn, you need our support, especially if Becky's going to postpone your honeymoon indefinitely," Mrs Balor said.
"She won't do that," Finn said firmly.
"Be that as it may son, we're coming to the States with you and these fine African American gentleman," Mr Balor said and the Hurt Business smiled at his politeness.
"Well that sure sounds better than being pulled over for driving while black," Cedric Alexander said.
"That's nothing, you should try drinking while Irish," Mrs Balor said and they all shared a laugh before Mrs Balor made the Hurt Business something to eat and Mr Balor helped Finn get ready packed up.
"Spending time with my parents instead of my new hot wife, could life be anymore ironic?" Finn Balor said.
"I prefer genetics over irony, check this out," Mr Balor said before showing Finn his chest, which was full of well-defined abs.
"Wow dad, way-to-stay in shape! With your blood in my veins, Becky will be drooling over me well into my sixties!" Finn said.
"And visa versa, I've seen her mother," Mr Balor said and they shared a laugh before joining Mrs Balor and the Hurt Business for pre-trip afternoon tea before heading to the airport for a long overnight flight to the States.
Meanwhile back in Connecticut…
Shane pocketed his phone and turned to Sasha in shock, "The Hurt Business are in Ireland with the Balor family!" he told his daughter and Sasha shook her head with great annoyance.
"There's only one person that could have put them there and that's Beth Hardy. I think its time we go pay that little twerp a visit," Sasha said.
"That "twerp" is my sister's daughter," Shane said, "which means that she's family and we don't talk about our family with anything but respect,"
"She's pro-DX, she orchestrated this gushing PR campaign after Bray turned Connecticut into darkness. We can't trust her and now she's messing with the Hurt Business. We have to go see her and straighten her out Daddy," Sasha said.
"I won't hurt my niece but I think you're right about paying her a visit. We don't even know what her motive was in sending the Hurt Business to the Balor Family," Shane said and Sasha furrowed her brow as the moon came out. They had been outside the Sandbox for hours with no sign of Seth or Abiyah.
"What do you mean?" Sasha said trying not to explode with the rage and pregnancy emotions she was feeling on account of Seth not being wrapped around her like a human security blanket.
"What if Beth Hardy isn't messing with us by sending the Hurt Business to Ireland? What if she's messing with Becky?" Shane said and Sasha looked at her father thoughtfully.
"Beth did have a crush on Seth once upon a time, you think she could be playing double agent on the God Girls?" Sasha said.
"Going after Finn would be the next best thing to going after Becky, never put it past a McMahon to compete with another woman for the love of her life," Shane said and Sasha nodded.
"Maybe I've been going about this all wrong Dad. Aggression towards Beth might not be needed, it might encouragement from her family," Sasha said and Shane nodded.
"Now you're thinking like a McMahon. We've been out here long enough, we'll catch up with Seth in the morning. Let's go see my niece and find out what's really going on in that billionaire brain of hers," Shane said and they left the Sandbox without a thought of Seth or Abiyah, both who had become afterthoughts in the newly minted mind of Sasha Banks.
