Here's what ultimately became of the major figures in Rose's regime - namely the Galarian Gym Leaders and a few members of Rose's close inner circle.
Milo - Gym Leader of Turffield. He initially declared neutrality in the rebellion but declared loyalty to the GNLF on the 13th of May when it became apparent Turffield was about to be captured.
Nessa - Gym Leader of Hulbury. Supporting Rose in the rebellion, she was defeated and arrested by the GNLF, being sentenced to be rehabilitated.
Kabu - Gym Leader of Motostoke. He sided with Rose during the rebellion and was killed in action during the Battle of Motostoke on the 18th.
Bea and Allister - The two Gym Leaders of Stow-on-Side. They were the first Gym Leaders to declare loyalty to the GNLF.
Opal - The Gym Leader of Ballonlea. She surrendered Ballonlea peacefully in exchange for being allowed to retire quietly.
Bede - The commander of the Harbringers, Rose's secret police. He was captured in Hammerlocke when that city fell and sent to Wyndon to be trialled, but before the trial could happen he successfully smuggled a cyanide pill into his cell and used it to commit suicide.
Gordie and Melony - The two Gym Leaders of Circhester. They were initially hesitant about their loyalties but ultimately chose to side with the GNLF on the 14th.
Piers - Gym Leader of Spikemuth. He died of grief-induced heart failure on the 3rd after learning of Marnie's death.
Raihan - Gym Leader of Hammerlocke. He sided with Rose during the rebellion but was captured and sentenced to life in prison.
Oleana - Rose's secretary. After Rose's flight she retreated north to the Crown Tundra to wage an insurgency against the GNLF-led provisional government. She was ultimately captured on the 26th of July, trialled and sentenced to life in prison.
