Bayley rallies the God Girls when Seth tries to pull Sasha out of deep waters with the McMahon family and Bray Wyatt on his own and Roman Reigns files for custody of Abiyah Rollins.
Chapter Fifteen – Beth In Charge
The Sandbox
Professor Kendrick Alexander hit the buzzer on the newly restored Sandbox and was delighted when Amy "Lita" Dumas Michaels answered the door.
"Good to see you Professor," Amy said as the very flustered Harvard professor came into the impressive palatial estate.
"Are the God Girls here? I really need to talk to them," Professor Alexander said and Amy nodded.
"You're not the only one," she said before pointing to the DX family room, "they're in there,"
Miss Alexander pushed the living room door open and saw the God Girls deep in conversation with Adam "Edge" Copeland. Bianca Belair was upstairs with her husband Tez sleeping, the God Girls called her husband after deciding to take her away from what was becoming a highly stressful situation for the Mom-to-be.
"Professor Alexander," Charlotte Flair said as the God Girls turned their attention to Kenny Omega's fiancé.
"Guys, I really need to talk to you about something I found out at WWE HQ," Miss Alexander said.
"You and me both," Edge said and Miss Alexander frowned at him.
"What do you know about it?" she asked him curiously, "Did you talk to Kenny, Finn or AJ?"
"I didn't have to, I'm pretty plugged in. Plus I saw Shane McMahon bullying Seth Rollins at the McMahon home in Fort Lauderdale. I don't need a seat at the exec table to know something's up," Edge said.
"Its not just Seth Rollins that's in trouble," Miss Alexander said and she looked at Becky Lynch, "you are too Bex,"
"I'm always in trouble," Becky replied nonchalantly.
"Yeah but not like this. I think Beth Hardy might have gone over to the dark side. I think she's working with Shane McMahon. She's come up with this story line involving the Hurt Business and Finn, Kenny and AJ. There's an angle in it where she encourages Finn Balor to betray AJ ad Kenny and the only way Finn can get out of it, is if he sleeps with her," Miss Alexander said and the God Girls made nauseous faces.
"That is so gross and lame at the same-time," Alexa Bliss said and Becky Lynch shook her head.
"Why would Beth write herself into the show?" she wondered.
"Isn't that something you would do if you were walking in your grandfather's footsteps?" Miss Alexander said. "I think she wants you out of your position in the company and she's going to do it by using your husband against you,"
The God Girls exchanged glances, "That's a snake move," Charlotte Flair said.
"A snake move that's already working. Finn agreed to the angle," Miss Alexander said and the God Girls gasped.
"What?! Why would he agree to it without talking to Becky about it first?!" Alexa asked horrified.
"We need Bianca down here," Charlotte said and Becky stuck her hand out to stop Charlotte from getting out.
"Don't bring Bianca into this, we're going to handle this without her. Even the EST needs her r-EST," Becky said and Charlotte frowned at Becky.
"This is her Gift, she could have told us all of this if she was down here instead of playing house with Tez upstairs in Hunter and Joanie's old bedroom," Charlotte said and Miss Alexander frowned.
"Tez and Bianca are in Hunter and Joanie's room? Why aren't they in their own room?" she asked curiously.
"Hunter insisted all married couples spent at least one week in his bedroom, he says its good luck,"Bayley explained. "Rock and I are on the list after Becky and Finn,"
"Well maybe you and Finn need to sleep in their room now because you guys are going to need all the luck in the world," Miss Alexander said to Becky and the heavy footsteps of a pregnant EST and her protesting husband came into earshot from the DX family room. The knob turned and revealed a well-braided Bianca Belair and a very frustrated yet supportive Tez by her side.
"They not need luck, they have me the EST," Bianca said and Becky came over to her concerned.
"Bianca, we got this okay? Go back upstairs and sleep, whatever Beth Hardy's up to, we can handle it," Becky said calmly and Bianca gave her an incredulous look.
"No you can't, you are the last person who should be trying to counter what Beth Hardy's planning. Miss Alexander's right, Beth Hardy is going ahead with this storyline but its not going to go as smooth as she thinks," Bianca said and the God Girls came over to her and convinced her to at least put her feet up and relax as she told them what God told her.
"Okay, you can talk to us for five minutes, then Tez is gonna take you back upstairs okay?" Becky said and Tez wondered how that was going to happen; he couldn't even convince her to sleep for an hour.
"So, what Beth Hardy doesn't know is that as good as her story between the Hurt Business, Finn, AJ ad Kenny is, there are other top guys in the company that want to be the centrepiece of SummerSlam, namely the Bloodline," Bianca said. "Beth is going to ignore Roman's requests to be a part of this and Roman is not going to take it very well at all. Beth Hardy is about to learn what its like to be charge of the Head of the Table,"
"So the Bloodline are about to be sidelined," Becky said, "that's catastrophic,"
"Of course it is but we all know that those McMahon genes run deep and they are a stubborn people. Only one man is going to be able to talk her out of leaving the Bloodline out of such a key storyline going into SummerSlam," Bianca said and Bayley's ears pricked up.
"Seth Rollins," she said and Bianca nodded.
"Yup our boy and fearless leader and when Seth goes to bat for Roman, Sasha is going to go ballistic, and this is the part where I get stressed because, that's when things will really get ugly between Sasha and Seth. Sasha won't be able to handle the idea of Seth going to bat for the man that's trying to take her son away from her and it will be the real test of their marriage. We have to get involved before that happens," Bianca said.
"And by involved you mean as Beth Hardy if we can be a part of this storyline too," Charlotte Flair asked and Bianca nodded.
"You guys are no longer person non grata thanks to the Sandbox being restored and if you pitch for SummerSlam, you can intercept the impending explosion between Seth and Sasha over Roman. Sasha is going to be so blinded by her father's deception that she'll think Seth is trying to undermine her new family when he sticks up for Roman. Whether he wants us to be there or not, we have got to be there for Seth to support him so that he doesn't get hurt," Bianca said and Bayley furrowed her brow at the EST.
"What do you mean if Seth gets hurt? Is Sasha going to do something to him?" Bayley asked nervously and Bianca took a deep breath.
"She will if we don't stop her," Bianca continued, "so Girls, get ready because we're going into the lion's den and we're coming out with Seth Rollins,"
"And you'll have my help too," Edge added, "Finn is a pawn in all of this and I know how to talk to him. I'll convince him that Beth Hardy is just using him to get at Roman and the Bloodline. There's bound to be some friendly fire leading up to SummerSlam and you'll need me to calm down the rest of the roster. Have no delusions Girls, this is going to be a fight. Beth Hardy does not want Roman Reigns headlining SummerSlam this year and she is going to use this storyline to make sure of that,"
The God Girls smiled at Edge, "We appreciate the support," Becky said and she turned to Professor Alexander, "and yours too Kendrick, but we are running this play. The God Girls have been commissioned for this assignment so you both will need to follow our lead going forward, okay?"
Edge and Professor Kendrick Alexander nodded.
"That's fine by me," Edge said.
"I agree," Miss Alexander said and ATM entered the DX family room in one accord looking very awesome and united as always.
"And you will have to follow ours Girls," Trish said. "There is more to this than just some hot storyline. We got your backs both in the natural and in the spiritual as does the entire DX family, at least they will, when they get back from wherever Beth Hardy Transcends them,"
The God Girls gasped but there was nothing they could do about it, as DX and the entire DX family were about to find out.
