Kikyō was about to meet Inuyasha and she smiles at herself as she grabs the beads of subjugation.
"Sister how will you get Inuyasha to put on the beads?" Kaede asks
"Easy I'm going to tell him they are a gift and ask him to try them on. I know it's a bit underhanded, but I have other options since I don't want him dead" she explains.
During their meeting Inuyasha gives Kikyō a gift a shell of rogue that belonged to his late human mother "Oh Inuyasha it's perfect thank you"
"You're welcome Kikyō" he smiles softly "So where's this gift you told me about?"
Kikyō was hesitant at first, but she ultimately decided that she had to do this "I got you some prayer beads" she holds them up
"Not really my thing, but since they are from you I'll treasure them" Inuyasha smiles
"let me put them on you, I need to see if they are the right size" Kikyō hops he buys it
"makes sense" he sits down so she can put them on him and she does
"Inuyasha my...beloved" she makes sure the code word works
Inuyasha is forced into the ground "Ow that hurt" he says he grabs the beads and tries taking them off "Alright Kikyō funny prank you got me now take them off"
"I can't do that Inuyasha. I like you, but you are still very mischievous, so I'm not taking them off" she crosses her arms "Now behave"
Inuyasha grumbles but follows Kikyō "You will be staying with me. Don't casue trouble please" she says.
