Back at the Mystery Shack, everyone else was fighting when they heard the sound of an explosion from the forest.
"I hope that was from our side," said Jesse as he looked at a tower of smoke looming over the trees from deep in the forest.
"Watch your back!" said Lake while jumping behind him in time to stop a Ghom that tried attacking Jesse, using the grinder to cut the beat in half.
"Thanks, Lake," said Jesse.
"Stan, you have to fight him," said Ford who was standing before his brother with Mabel and Dipper who were doing their best to try and reach out to him.
"Sorry sixer, but your brother is no longer here," said Bill through Stan.
"And I'm sorry for what I'm about to do," said Dipper before rushing his possessed grunkle.
"What are you planning, Pinetree?" asked Bill as Stan just stood his ground, not moving an inch while the younger Pine family member closed the distance between them.
"This," said Dipper right as he placed a hand on Stan's chest. An electrical shock then traveled through the older man's body which fell to the ground.
"What did you do?!" asked Bill whose normal body turned to look at Dipper out of surprise.
"In case someone was ever possessed by a monster again I had this made," said Dipper before moving his shirt sleeve to reveal a tattoo on his forearm.
"An anti-possession circle?!" asked Bill.
"Which not only helps protect me but can shock a parasite like you out of another's body when you decide to rear your ugly head," said Dipper.
"Looks like you failed there," said Mabel who revealed a similar tattoo.
"Pinetree!" said Bill, his eye turning red while his anger boiled over. However, that anger was soon replaced with shock when Belos was splattered on the ground next to him.
"How can you two be this much stronger since the last time we met?!" asked Belos as he reformed.
"We've been here in the human world for a couple of weeks now," said Luz.
"And since we arrived, we have been training while looking for a way back to the Isles," said Hunter while the two stood back-to-back, their new weapon ready for battle.
