Christmas Advent
Chapter 11-December 11th
Mike opened the box, only to find five smaller boxes; all wrapped in paper and with ribbons. His name was on the tags and he opened the note that was sitting on top, in complete confusion.
"So I don't have as much to carry Christmas Eve. DO NOT open before."
Mike carried the presents into the living room and put them under the tree. He found a game to watch on the TV that night and even ordered himself Chinese food. While he ate; he wrote his note back for the next day.
"Should I buy Christmas presents? For who? How many? What sort of things?"
Mike stuck the note on his doorframe before going to bed that night. He didn't want to be empty handed on Christmas morning. For the first time in years; he was looking forward to Christmas and was counting the days down. And he was determined to be prepared. He had a project.
