Chapter 7: The USJ Incident

The front gate of U.A.

The press was crowding the gates of U.A. High, asking the students going through about there teachings at U.A. and how All Might was doing as a teacher. Just as they began to crowd around Midoriya, Uraraka and Iida Aizawa came out to address the reporters and usher his students inside.

"Okay, that's enough questions from the vultures. Now head on to class, I'll be there momentarily."

With that the students went inside while Aizawa turned to address the press.

"Please stop harassing our students with pointless questions."

"POINTLESS!?" The reporter shouted while marching up to Aizawa.

"You listen here mister, it's a reporters job to find the truth and right now we need to know how All Might, the number one hero, is adjusting to school life. Not to mention how he teaches. The public both demands and deserves to know these facts."

"Look, we at U.A. are doing our best to mold these students into fine upstanding heroes and I can assure you that every student here has potential. As for All Might, he's not here at the moment. Now if that's all, have a nice day."

Aizawa then turned away as the reporter tried to ask more questions.

"Why you! Fine, I'll just go in there and ask All Might himself."

"No wait!"

The camera man tried to warn the reporter when a large metal wall suddenly blocked her entrance.

"What the!?"

"It's the U.A. security system. You can't go in unless you have a pass or someone inside let's you in."

"Those jerks! Trying to deny us the truth like that. We deserve to know how the number one hero teaches his students!"

The reporter yelled trying to rally up her fellow reporters. Unbeknownst to anyone, a hooded figure was watching from the distance. When the reporters were distracted with themselves, he quietly walked up to the metal wall and placed his hand on it. In seconds the wall disintegrated to dust and he was gone before anyone noticed. With the wall gone the press rushed the U.A. school. Aizawa and his fellow teacher, Present Mic, blocked the entrance while trying to deal with the reporters. With teachers distracted the hooded figure snuck inside and into the teachers room. He began to search the desks until he found what he was looking for, a schedule of the classes and who would be teaching them. Before he turned away he noticed something else on the desk, that is when someone called him on his earpiece.

"Tomura, the police are on there way. Have you found the schedule yet?"

"Yes I have master, but I also found files on three new teachers they just hired."

"Really? They shouldn't be of any concern, but bring those files as well. It's best to be prepared after all."

With that the hooded figure grabbed the files before he turned and walked into a portal that had formed in front of him.

Afterwards the police arrived and escorted the press off of school grounds. After the chaos class 1-A had determined there class president to be Tenya Iida while Momo Yaoyorozu was made vice president.

The next day in the downtown area

A large villain was attacking some bystanders when.

"CALIFORNIA SLAP!"

All Might had swooped in at the last second and defeated the villain with a single slap.

"All Might!" One of the bystanders cheered.

"No need to fear citizens, I have taken care of the villain! Now I must be on my way, the police will handle it from here."

All Might then leapt away as the police arrived to arrest the villain.

"I really must thank Mario again. Thanks to exercise I've upped my time to twelve hours as long as I don't overexert myself."

Suddenly there was another cry for help.

"Help! It's a hit and run!"

"A heroes job is never done."

All Might said as he turned to the cry for help.

Back at U.A.

Class 1-A were in there hero outfits about to board a bus when Uraraka turned to Deku.

"Hey Midoriya, is that your gym outfit?"

"Hmm? Oh yeah. My hero outfit was destroyed in the combat exercise yesterday so have to where this until they fix it."

"All right everyone!" Iida yelled, getting everyone's attention. "Using your student numbers form two neat lines so we can board the bus efficiently!"

Everyone began to board the bus but it's layout didn't match the seating order Iida had made.

"Cursed bus layout. It completely ruined my seating plan." Iida said while pouting.

"Iida you really need to chill." Mina said.

"If we're pointing the obvious then there's something I want to ask you Midoriya." Tsuyu said as she turned to Midoriya.

"Oh, what is it Tsuyu?"

"Please just call me Tsu."

"Oh ok, so what's up?"

"It's about your power, isn't it a lot like All Might's?"

"Whoa hold up Tsu, you're forgetting that All Might's punches are a lot stronger and he doesn't hurt himself when he uses it. That makes a huge difference." Kaminari stated.

"I guess you're right." Tsuyu said.

"Well I still think that it's an awesome power. It'll definitely help you become popular, unlike mine." Kirishima said as his arm became hard and stony. "All I can do is harden my skin like stone. Doesn't really help in standing out."

"Oh no way, I think you have an amazing quirk Kirishima." Midoriya said in excitement.

"You think so? Thanks man."

"If we're talking about someone who won't become popular, then it's definitely Bakugo. His attitude isn't very hero like." Tsuyu said.

"Huh? What did you say frog face!? I'll kill you!" Bakugo yelled.

"See what I mean?"

"You know, we basically just met you, but it's very telling when we can already see that your personality is hot garbage." Kaminari said.

"What!? I'll kill you too sparky!"

This went on with Bakugo yelling at everyone while Midoriya was shocked that for once Bakugo was being picked on instead of him. When they arrived Aizawa lead then into a large dome shape building. On the inside it looked like some kind of theme park, but instead of rides there were different areas to simulate different environments.

"Oh my gosh! It's the rescue hero Thirteen!" Uraraka shouted as she pointed to a person wearing a large space suit like costume.

"Hello students." She said.

"Class this is Thirteen and she will be in charge of this exercise." Aizawa explained before looking around. "Hold on, where's All Might?"

"About that."

Thirteen then pulled out her phone to show that All Might was, and still is, stopping crime downtown.

"I can understand being excited about his extended time limit, but he really needs to take his teaching job more seriously." Aizawa thought before letting out an exasperated sigh and turning to his students. "Well class, All Might was supposed to help teach but he's preoccupied at the moment."

"Aw man."

"Bummer."

"Well that sucks."

The students began to complain before Aizawa got there attention again.

"However! We will still be conducting rescue exercises today. Thirteen, if you would explain please."

"Right." Thirteen then walked to the center. "Okay students, as you may know, I am the rescue hero Thirteen and my quirk is black hole. I use this to turn debris or any other dangerous obstacle into dust, but my quirk can easily be used to kill. The fitness test you did on you first day helped you discover how far you can push your quirks and the combat exercise helped you learn how dangerous they can be to your fellow students or any other person. Today you will be putting that knowledge to use in rescue simulations. This building was my idea to help simulate different environments and different disaster scenarios. I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, but you can call it the USJ! Now before we begin we have three guest teachers to help with these exercises."

Three people then walked up the steps and into view.

"You may recognize these three from the entrance exams. Principal Nezu has determined they have much to teach you and has given them special permission to help us in combat and rescue exercises."

That is when Midoriya's and Uraraka's faces lit up in excitement.

"Mario!" Midoriya called out.

"Peach!" Uraraka called out.

Mario and Peach waved back at the two.

"Wait, you know them?" Rikido Sato, a boy who becomes stronger the more sugar he eats, asked.

"Yeah, I met Peach three days before the make up exam. She helped me train by..."

"Hold on Uraraka!" Peach called out interrupting Uraraka. "That's our little secret remember?"

"Oh right!"

"Huh? Wait, what secret? Come on, tell me." Mina said as she began to shake Uraraka.

"Enough!" Aizawa yelled, stopping Mina's questioning of Uraraka. "We don't have much time, so if you three could please introduce yourselves."

"Hello, I'm-a Mario."

"And I'm-a Luigi."

"And I am Princess Peach, but just Peach is fine." Peach said as she curtsied to the class.

"So elegant." Yaoyorozu said.

"And pretty." Kaminari commented.

"I wonder what she looks like under that..." Mineta said before being smacked by Tsuyu's tonge before he finished his sentence.

"I wonder why they're even here? They don't look that strong." Bakugo bluntly stated.

"Alright then, now we will..." Aizawa was about to say before the lights began to flicker.

Suddenly a large black portal opened up in the center of the USJ and hundreds of villains began to come out.

"Hey is this part of the class?" Kaminari asked.

"Mister Aizawa is this..." Midoriya was about to ask.

"Stop!" Aizawa yelled. "This isn't an exercise, this is real."

As the last of the villains came out a lanky teen with grayish blue hair, chapped skin, and what looked like dead hands covering his body came out with a large bird monster with an exposed brain and pure black skin. After they came out the dark mist that made the portal took on a humanoid like shape and had glowing yellow slits for eyes.

"Kurogiri, the schedule said that All Might was supposed to be here but I don't see him." The lanky teen said.

"Perhaps there was a last minute change Tomura." The dark mist person responded.

"And after all the trouble I went through to bring all these playmates who are just dying to meet him. Oh well, maybe if we kill a few kids he'll show up."

"No way, what are villains doing here!?" Mineta screamed.

"And why isn't the school alarms going off?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"Good question. Thirteen can you call the main building?" Aizawa asked.

"No good, there must be a villain who's quirk is jamming our communications." Thirteen responded.

"Mamamia, hey let us handle this." Mario said.

Before anyone could do anything Mario Luigi and Peach walked down the steps to confront the villains.

"Wait! Thirteen, take care of the kids!" Aizawa called out while he chased after Mario and his friends.

As the group reached the bottom of the stairs the villains stared them down while Tomura got a better look at them.

"Hey Kurogiri, aren't those the new teachers they just hired?" Tomura asked.

"Yes they are. This is a good opportunity to observe their powers and skills." Kurogiri answered.

"It doesn't matter. We have Nomu who was designed to kill All Might. What could some mustached losers and a pretty pink princess do?"

With that said Peach walked up to the front of the villains.

"What are you going to do princess? Are you going to dance for us?" One of the villains asked in a mocking tone.

"Good idea." Peach said.

Peach then began to dance as the faint scent of peaches filled the air. After she was done Tomura and Kurogiri just stared at her with annoyance.

"Really? That's it? What was that..."

Tomura was interrupted as all of the villains in front of him began to fall down.

"What!?"

As the villains fell one after the other it was made apparent that Peach had put them to sleep as the sound of snoring filled the room.

"No way." Sero said as he and his fellow students stared in awe.

"She took them all out by herself." Sato said.

"Wow, so cool!" Mina said with a grin.

"So her quirk is similar to Midnight's, but instead of releasing an aroma from her pores she activates it by dancing. What is the limitation of her quirk? Does it require her targets to be in her line of sight? What's the range?" Midoriya muttered to himself as he was analyzing what Peach just did.

"Midoriya, you're doing that muttering thing again." Uraraka said getting Midoriya's attention.

"Oh sorry about that."

"Alright then, it appears they can handle this. Come on kids! We're leaving!" Thirteen yelled as the class began to follow her to the exit.

Back with Tomura and Kurogiri, Tomura began to furiously scratch at his neck.

"That, pink, dumb, blonde, bimbo just took out more than half our forces. Kurogiri, warp in some of our allies that were scattered around the facility and stop those kids from escaping."

As Kurogiri opened more portals to bring in backup Tomura just glared at Peach.

"Nomu, go kill that bitch." He ordered.

Nomu then charged at Peach at insane speeds and launched a devasting punch. After seeing the shocked look on Aizawa's face and the wind from the attack, Tomura smiled assuming Peach was a bloody stain on Nomu's fist. Only for his eyes to widen in shock from seeing that Mario had caught the fist.

"I can't let you do that."

Mario said before he swept Nomu's legs out and punched him hard enough to launch him back towards Tomura. Nomu then corrected his trajectory before landing in front of Tomura and Kurogiri.

"Nomu! You were made to kill All Might! Don't let some mustached freak beat you!" Tomura yelled prompting Nomu to charge towards Mario.

"Come on Luigi!"

"Let's-a go!"

Mario and Luigi then clashed with Nomu and began to trade blows with him.

"Okay look like they can handle him. Peach can you go help Thirteen with the kids, I'll handle the small fry." Aizawa said as he put on his goggles and began to fight with the other villains coming out of the portals.

Peach then went up the stairs while Tomura was becoming more and more frustrated with the fact that Mario and Luigi were holding their own against Nomu.

"How? How the hell are they keeping up with my Nomu?"

"It appears we may have underestimated them Tomura. I suggest waiting for an opportune moment to strike." Kurogiri said before he left to deal with the kids that were about to flee.

Back at the entrance, Thirteen and the kids were about to reach the exit when Kurogiri appeared in front of them.

"Good day students. Would any of you know why All Might is not here? The schedule we acquired stated that he would be in charge of this class."

"How would you have gotten a hold of a schedule? Unless, that incident with the press yesterday, that was you!" Midoriya exclaimed.

"Correct young man. We have gone through extensive lengths for our plan and besides, isn't this hall of justice the perfect place for the symbol of peace to take his final breath?"

"Ha! You extras think that you could actually beat All Might? Don't make me laugh." Bakugo said.

"I agree."

Everyone turned to Peach as she came from the stairs.

"Ah, one of the new hires of U.A., you are Princess Peach yes?" Kurogiri asked.

"Well that's my formal title, just call me Peach."

"I see, it does not matter. You're dance will not work on me."

"Really? Well that's not the only tool I have in my toolbox."

Peach then pulled out a scepter, seemingly from nowhere, with a gray orb on top of it.

"What is that?" Kurogiri asked with concern.

"Oh this? This is my Vibe-Scepter!"

"YOUR WHAT!" Everyone yelled in unison.

"My Vibe-Scepter." Peach reiterated.

Mineta and Kaminari just snickered in the back while all the other boys just had a deadpan expression and some were blushing. Meanwhile all the girls were either covering their faces or just their mouths in shock and embarrassment.

"Why do you have that, or better yet why is it called that!?" Thirteen asked.

"Because it controls vibes, you know, moods, emotions." Peach explained, confused to why everyone was reacting the way they did.

"Oh, that explains it. You need to rename that scepter right now!"

Thirteen said further confusing Peach, however Kurogiri got everyone's attention as he spoke.

"Questionable names aside, what do you hope to accomplish with that?"

"Oh you'll see." Peach said as the orb turned green. "Right now this scepter is making me happy."

"And? What does that... do... What is wind!?" Kurogiri yelled as a strong wind began to blow around him and Peach.

"And when I'm happy the winds of fortune blow my way!"

Peach exclaimed as she began to float up with the wind. Kurogiri on the other hand was struggling as the wind began to blow away the dark mist surrounding him and revealing his true body.

"No, the winds are too strong! I can't make a portal!"

Kurogiri yelled as the winds surrounding him began to lift him up into the air. As Peach was on top of him the winds stop and they both fell to the ground with Peach landing on top of Kurogiri.

"And when I'm angry." Peach said as the orb turned red. "Things tend to really heat up."

Back on the ground Mario and Luigi were still trading blows with Nomu while Aizawa was taking out the weaker villains when a large pillar of fire came from the entrance along with a pain filled scream.

"What was that?" Aizawa asked.

"Uh-oh, someone made Peach angry." Mario said.

"I thought that dance was her power."

"We have a multitude of powers. That flame came from Peach's Vibe-Scepter."

"Her what?"

"Vibe-Scepter, a scepter that controls emotions."

"Oh, you need to rename that."

Aizawa said confusing Mario. Back at the entrance Kurogiri was on his back with smoke coming off of him while Peach walked back to the group.

"That was amazing!" Uraraka said.

"Thank you. It was all thanks to my..."

"Please don't say it." Thirteen said interrupting Peach. "Please change the name of that item."

"Why?"

"Just think about it for a second."

Peach then closed her eyes as she thought about the name "Vibe-Scepter". She thought about it for a few moment when her eyes shot open and her cheeks turned bright red.

"Oh my, well the fact that it's never been a problem until now just means we have a lot more decency in the Mushroom Kingdom." Peach said in her defense.

"Or you're all dumb or a bunch of prudes." Mineta thoughtlessly said.

"Hey Mineta, are you sure you want to anger the woman who single-handedly defeated a couple hundred villains and that mist guy?" Tsuyu asked.

Mineta then looked to Peach who was glaring at him.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to insult you or your home!" Mineta quickly explained while bowing to Peach.

Peach just let out an exasperated sigh while throwing her hands up.

"Mamamia, he's going to be problem isn't he?" She said to herself.

"That aside, you were amazing Princess Peach. I was truly impressed." Yaoyorozu said.

"Thank you and just Peach is fine."

"You were rockin' out there Peach! You took out that villain like he was nothing." Jiro, a girl with earphone jacks coming from her earlobes, said.

"I'm down, but not out!"

Everyone turned to see Kurogiri getting up, but on shaky legs as Peach did a lot of damage to him.

"Still standing villain?" Thirteen asked.

"I won't let you escape!" Kurogiri yelled.

Peach and Thirteen were about to do something when Bakugo and Kirishima rushed at Kurogiri.

"Like hell we'll let you do that!" Bakugo yelled.

"We're taking you down!" Kirishima yelled in concurrence.

"Wait you two!" Thirteen called out.

"I'm not so foolish as to face you head on. How about I spread you out to meet some of my compatriots."

Kurogiri then let out a large amount of dark mist that covered everyone. After it dissipated Peach along with most of the students were gone. Kurogiri then fell to one knee as the beating from Peach took a lot out of him.

"No, our friends!" Iida yelled as he looked around to see only a few students left.

"Iida!" Thirteen called out. "You need to get out of here and get help."

"You can't expect me to abandon you all."

"Iida they are trying to make sure we can't escape. Considering that their target was All Might it makes me believe that this was the only part of the school they invaded. If you can get out you can get help from the school. Considering that you are the fastest it's up to you to alert the rest of the school. Now do your part class rep and be a hero." Thirteen explained.

"Surely you are not so foolish as to discuss your strategy in front of me!" Kurogiri screamed as he made more mist.

"It won't matter when I'm done with you! After all, you appear to be on your last legs."

One of the fingers on Thirteen's glove opened up and began to suck in Kurogiri.

"Black hole, a powerful quirk indeed and my condition does not help. But I still have enough stamina and combat awareness for this."

Kurogiri then opened up a portal in front of him and behind Thirteen causing her to use her quirk on herself.

"Thirteen!"

The students screamed as they saw Thirteens back get ripped apart.

"I'm sorry kids. He got me." Thirteen weakly said as she fell.

Kurogiri then fell to one knee as he was running on fumes at this point.

"He's weak, run for it Iida!" Shoji, a boy with a dupli-arms mutation quirk, yelled out.

Iida made a dash for the door.

"I won't let you escape!"

Kurogiri turned to try and stop Iida, but Shoji had rushed Kurogiri and wrapped him up in his many arms.

"I got him! Run Iida!"

Iida continued to run until he reached the door. He then struggled to push the heavy doors open. Kurogiri then broke free of Shoji's grasp and rolled onto the ground. Kurogiri then raised his hand to try and catch Iida with his mist, but Uraraka came in and touched the metal bracer on Kurogiri's neck making him weightless. Then Sero shot tape from his elbows and wrapped up Kurogiri. That is when Sato used his quirk to grab the tape and fling Kurogiri away from Iida. With all the strength he could muster Iida opened the doors and ran to the school.

"He escaped." Kurogiri said to himself as he escaped his bonds and floated to Tomura. "He will return with backup. I must inform Tomura."
