"Please?"
Law knew he was fighting a losing battle, but he had to at least try and fight the heart-tearing and soul-crushing power of pleading brown eyes.
"But it's the same time as 'Drei Hasselnüsse für Aschenbrödel'", Law said, a slight hint of desperation clinging to his tone. "And we always watch that."
"We have watched your fairy tale adaptations every day of the month now," said Nami. "This is the only show I really want to watch." She pouted, well aware of the effect it had on certain heartless pirates.
Law groaned (inwardly, of course – no idea in showing his capitulation to the world quite yet). The woman had a point, damn her and her evil ways of logic and sound argumentation.
And her pout didn't help matters at all.
"But it's so… silly."
"Excuse me?" No-one could do insulted indignation like a navigator scorned. She sounded like he'd asked her 'if she was really sure about the course', or 'if she wasn't overreacting to the weather a tad'. "'From All of Us to All of You' is not silly. It is a classic."
"Just give up," Zoro grunted, passing the bickering pair on his way towards the kitchen. "She got all of us to watch it last year."
Law threw the swordsman a surprised glance. Zoro seemed to catch his unspoken question and merely gave a one-shouldered shrug. "It's not that bad."
And Law sighed and gave up.
They could always watch his movie afterwards. He had the den den-recording.
