Location: Stolas's Mansion...
Inside of the Stolas's Mansion a too familiar person entering a dinner room Ika approaching a tall owl woman wearing royalty clothing she's sitting by the table.
"So...You must be the one who want to meet... Stella..." Stella sat her drink down on the table turns her attention to Ika as he was over towards her than explain that she had been sending demons after her husband because he cheated with an imp and that same imp is Blitzo.
"You want him dead? Than maybe...We can arrange something that might benefit us both..." Ika walks around Stella back and forth while they discuss on the deal basically Stella support the Brotherhood while their stay in hell later future, return Ika will deal with her cheating husband Stolas which they finally agree on the deal.
Ika turns around a portal appears behind him before he enters he said that he'll stay in contact and he will inform her. Stella stands up off of the chair and she then walks out of the dinner room as the looming threat approaching over Stolas, and who will stop the upcoming attack? Well we shall see...
Takashi's Narrating...
It has been weeks since after my near death experience yet again, luckily Maira had separated Loona from me after getting shot, took me weeks to recover and now I had been busy lately with tracking down Ika in this version of Hell itself it is a lot different from the other ones I had been to...
Maira she's been busy too as well just like me she's been busy gathering information on many different things on Hell, Overlords, Demons, Imps ECT...Also about Loona and her people calling themselves I.M.Ps also known as the Immediate Murder Professional they're basically people hired them to go to Earth.
And do assassination jobs like they failed in killing me back on Earth... Lucky for me anyways today's mission is the usual and the next location is a place called Loo Loo Land, sounds like a ripoff of another popular place which from what I heard...
It's bad in the hell kind of way... With everything we've been through lately it hasn't been easy though so what are we uncover while our journey through Hell?... Could be anything...
CHAPTER 2
Defend! The Hell Prince's Hunt!
Location: The Hideout, Weeks Later...
It's the evening Takashi was sweating from training for hours now punching an training dummy get back into shape after his recovery from the gunshot by Ika while he was focusing on his training Maira exits out of a portal she created with her sword carrying some stuff. "Takashi!"
Takashi turns around to Maira picking up a towel off a table to rubbing the sweat than he walks over to her putting the stuff on the table, "Whoa someone's been working out." Said Maira sees Takashi expose chest he took notice he then say that he hd enough time to recover so he got up and start punching the dummy, Maira starts explaining that she just got back from getting stuff for them, should be thanking Maverick for the supplies herself.
"Really? She is a life saver... I'm gonna take a bath Maira." Takashi was about to head for the shower when Maira came up to him from behind only to embrace him with a hug after everything they've been through during their journey throughout the multiverse, traveling to countless worlds and universes, witnesses the many beauty and wonder, the people they meet...
And things that were... horrific to say the least back to the situation at hand Mira hugging Takashi from the behind, "huh? Is there something wrong...Maira?" Turns around to Maira as they hold each other's hands together she then kiss Takashi he returns it with another.
"Just be glad that you're recovered other wise I wouldn't be doing this... Lucky me ~" Maira than says that she can put the stuff away later because she's joining him in the bath, Takashi couldn't help but to blush a bit and he heads to the bathroom turn on the hot water filling up the bathtub eventually Maira enters the bathroom shortly after they begin removing their clothes.
Minutes Later...
Takashi just dressed up after getting cleaned up, puts on his usual clothes and Maira does the same than they both get ready to head out for the day but before have something to eat and uses the magical rune that change their appearance so they won't be able get recognize by any demons.
Maira looks like an japanese wolf demon and as for Takashi now he looks like a hellhound with fluffy fur when he sees his reflection on a glass immediately said that he looks kinda ridiculous with this on. "I don't think you look ridiculous but I think you..." Maira leans up to Takashi whisper something in his ear which it cause him to blush a bit than he says that maybe it's not too bad but anyways they should head to Loo Loo Land as soon as possible...
Meanwhile...
"Sir we have located the target he's heading to an populated area and a group called I.M.P the very same ones who failed in eliminating Takashi aka Kamen Rider Neo Arsenal." Said Brotherhood Troop.
"Figures. They had one job to do and they couldn't do it right." Ika sitting in a chair hiding his appearance in the shadow not wanting anyone to see what he looks like.
"Prepare the men for the mission private. We're heading out." Ika gets off the chair in an instant he transformed into his rider form, exits out of the room entering another area filled with Brotherhood's troops all in rows they are all ready for what's come next, battle and assassin Prince Stolas.
"Hehehe well I guess we're hunting owl today men..." Said Ika with a smile underneath his helmet.
Arriving To Location: Loo Loo Land, An Hour Later...
A van had arrived to Loo Loo Land with the I.M.P logo spray paint on the side as it stopped Moxie gets out of the van only to open the side door here comes Stolas wearing Loo Loo Land brand shirt and apple hat exits out of the vehicle than Octavia yes out soon after.
Eventually Blitzo company them both armed with a rifle roaming while he was doing that Loona was just walking around typing on her phone than she quickly spotted Takashi and Maira not knowing it's them.
"Another hellhound? And who's she?" Asked Loona than an explosion can be heard causing the whole area to rumble suddenly people start screaming and running away from something when she sees what's happening swarm of Brotherhood's forces coming out a portal armed with weapons never seen before. "The fucking hell are they?! Never seen them before..."
Ika walks out of the portal last watching many demons flees from the area, than his men salutes him shortly after Ika orders to track down the target and when they find him kill immediately.
"If anyone tries to stop us than kill them as well...Now move out!" Said Ika Loona watch the troops scattered throughout Loo Loo Land in the search for Stolas as for Takashi and Maira both had witness what just happened they start attacking the soldiers with fast and deadly attacks.
Takashi pulls out his custom M9 Beretta personally made for him takes aim and fire several shots lands multiple hits on the soldiers with very effective results. "I'm reloading cover me."
They continue making their way towards a open area Takashi reloads keeps on firing on the soldiers as they drop down dead hard, blood spilled onto the ground Maira swings her crimson blade katana slicing up more soldiers fast and efficient, "Sir! We'd located the target lock on my location!"
"Maira! We need to follow Ika!" Shouted Takashi shorty after they followed Ika they soon discovered that thy are after someone named Stolas they saw both Julie and Moxxie both are killing more Brotherhood's soldiers they back away from them than out of nowhere mechanical robot called a Vahkroid with a red/black color on the chest has the Brotherhood logo on it.
Millie took a swing of her massive double edge axe on the machine unfortunately had no effect on it can't be easily destroyed like that Moxxie fires his at it with the same results than the Vahkroid start attacking them all the Brotherhood's forces leave the area to hunt down Stolas Takashi tells Maira that she'll have to deal with the soldiers while he deals the Vahkroid himself.
"...Than don't get yourself killed again! Maira chase after the soldiers than Takashi told Milie and Moxxie that he will lure the Vahkroid away aims his handgun fires multiple times to get it's attention which it works somehow, "Wait! What the hell are you doing?!" Shouted Moxxie.
The Vahkroid start chase after Takashi luring it away while Moxxie and Milks will have to deal with the rest of the remaining soldiers, Vahkroid transform one of its arms into an energy rifle open fire on the fleeing Takashi, "Damnit! This was stupid!" Shouted Takashi running evading the Vahkroid's attacks, each miss shots destroying everything around him eventually entering another area of Loo Loo Land quickly spotted a female owl which turns out it's Octavia, Stolas's daughter...
"What the hell is she doing? Was she with her dad or something..." Takashi immediately picks up a propane tank off the ground than throw at the Vahkroid real hard leaps off the edge right before fire a single shot on the tank it exploded upon impact, "Hey you! Duck down!"
Octavia immediately ducks down on the ground Takashi reloads the weapon open fire several shots killing the seven Brotherhood's soldiers they all dropped dead he than ran over to her, Octavia shouts out to Takashi, "LOOK OUT! BEHIND YOU!" Takashi dodges away in time the Vahkroid from before knocks out his handgun out of his hand than they get surrounded by more of Vahkroids coming right towards them.
"...I don't got choice than..." Takashi summons a portal next to him stick his hand in it seconds later pulls something out of it reveal to be none than the Neo Arsenal Driver.
Takashi then he puts the driver a belt forms around his waist, pulls both side and pull out a rider card from the Ride Booker, Octavia was shock and confuse before she could say anything Takashi slots the card into the driver than slams it right after he says, "Henshin."

(Kamen Rider Neo Arsenal Ride The Wind Version)
Arsenal walks forwards Vahkroid launch itself right at him quickly draws the Ride Booker in blade mode slash the robot mid air few times falls on the ground hard, continue with the attack as Arsenal hack and slash the Vahkroids they coming right at them while Octavia hide behind cover watches the fight, "...Better finish this fast." Arsenal pulls out another rider card and slots it in the driver.
FINAL ATTCK RIDER: A-A-A-A-ARSENAL!
Arsenal gets into a stand with both hands on the Ride Booker within a split second he duplicate himself multiple times in quick session they all get destroyed in a instant when they're done for the copies vanished leaving Arsenal. "That's been taken care of... Better go help Maira."
Arsenal enters the portal just in time Stolas and Blitzo both arrived meanwhile Maira and Loona were taking down more and more Vahkroids, a portal appears Arsenal gets out of it switched the Ride Booker from blade to gun mode fires several shots right at the Vahkroids...
"Wait...It's him! Arsenal! OPEN FIRE!" Shouted a Brotherhood soldier ordering the remaining Vahkroids to attack him Arsenal draws another card but this one is different it's a Weapon Rider Card with a symbol on the back of it.
WEAPON FORM RIDER: GHOST! GAN GAN SABER!
Than a sword flies above him eventually Arsenal catches it with one hand and pull the weapon part in half's creating t dual wield swords, "Well good luck with that..." Arsenal immediately deflecting the incoming line of fire with the swords than Maira joins in the fight start attacking back.
"Back off asshole!!!" Loona bites one of the soldier real hard than she starts hacking and slashing the Brotherhood's forces blood spills onto the ground Maira follows after with fast multiple slashing in fast and quick, "You're pretty good there. When did you learn to fight like that?" Asked Loona.
"Training, fighting and training. I'm been in more battles than most people. Kinda enjoying this right now." Said Maira keeps swinging her katana fast and graceful, quick and deadly Arsenal continue the fight against the Vahkroid a eventually he was about finished the last one standing, then he draws another rider card slots it in the driver, "Time for the finished." Said Arsenal.
FINAL WEAPON ATTACK RIDER: G-G-GHOST!
The two blades starts to charge glowing a orange color aura on the weapons Arsenal gets in his signature stance preparing for the finisher than rushing forward fast the Vahkroid swings it's blade down on him but in a instant blocks the strike with one blade, turns around following by a couple hits than he raise the weapons up high pulling the triggers. OMAGA S-S-SLASH!

Arsenal swings straight down on the Vahkroid causing mass amount of damage immediately it tells backwards onto the ground following with a explosion upon impact, after that was done Maira was about to attack another soldier suddenly they all are falling back because Ika ordered for a full retreat meaning they'd stopped fighting Moxxie let out a sigh of relief seeing them leaving and Julie drops her axe breathing heavily after fighting for so long and even Blitzo was celebrating and cheering.
Dead bodies left on the ground and blood are spill all on everything than all of the sudden their bodies starts to designating into dust leaving trace of what's or ever when they saw this happening Arsenal walks over to Maira that they need to go like now, "Looks like they're alright...Let's go..." Arsenal then summons a portal above the two Octavia was watching them the portal comes down on them vanished into thin air.
Takashi's Narrating...
Well today's got fuck from one to a thousand, cranked up to a million and everything got bad from shit to holy shit so recap, me and Maira were at Loo Loo Land than Ika decided that he attacked the place and whatever he's planning it is not good...
Bump into the I.M.Ps yet again Loona didn't recognize me, they brought Vahkroids which I hate those fucking things especially the Phantom, ESPECIALLY the Phantoms they're annoying as hell they just become invisible than attacked you where you weren't paying attention or from the back...
Believe me I had encountered them so many times... Anyways I was luring one of the Vahkroids when I came across Octavia getting surrounded by well guess what? More Vahkroids...Knock my gun out of my hands... lucky I got it back...Not losing it any time sooner...
Soooo I had to transform into my rider form Octavia saw me and took out multiple of those robots with one of my finishers which I created it myself during my travels throughout the multiverse...
Than we defeated them unfortunately...their dead bodies just turned to dust like it's not a Thano joke like wrapping half of the galaxy with a snip of my finger...
Lucky for Ika's wise wisdom he ordered his remaining or what's left of it anyways preformed the walk of shame after seeing a whole of their guys got killed thanks to Julie, Moxxie, Blitzo and Loona they kinda helped us in the fight...
Right now I'm just sleeping as we speak and I don't know what's going to happen properly everyone in the nine rings will see what just happened which that is why we have be more careful from now on...

I wasn't expecting Arsenal to be there...we have battle many times, fought each other dual to the death...
No matter how many times I had injury you...You always survive the worse no matter...

This... isn't the time for...You have kill my men... murdered my people and those who slain them as their blood had spilled on the ground...
