This is a story I've been had planned for a long time now. If you remember my previous IzuJirou Soundtrack stories, this is going to be a bigger version of that. Instead of individual songs though, each chapter will be titled after various albums from different genres (but still mostly rock). Not only that, but as of right now forty-five chapters are planned spanning across at least five story arcs, with the first three already fully planned out. So without further ado, let us begin.

Ready to Die
The days grew colder as the autumn season was making itself at home. Despite summer coming to an end, people were still out and about enjoying their day. Two such people just happened to be a pair of up and coming hero students from the prestigious UA High School.
"This is nice," said a purple-haired girl, who was dressed appropriately for the cooling weather. She was currently holding onto the arm of a green-haired young man as they walked down the street.
"O-Only because I'm here with you," replied the greenie with a slight blush on his face.
A similar blush appeared on the girl's face as she let out a small giggle. "Th-That was so corny, Izuku-kun."
"B-But it's true, Kyouka!"
Now one might wonder how UA's resident hero fanboy and resident rock star became this close, considering they never really interacted in the beginning of the school year. The answer was simple; the Culture Festival.
Class 1-A held a concert for the festival and to make sure that everything went well, Kyouka had asked Izuku for help sorting out her notes for the band members. Over the days leading up to the festival, Izuku and Kyouka grew closer as they got to know each other better, learning about how they were both from Shizuoka, how they were both insecure about themselves, and most importantly how they had a shared reason for wanting to become heroes. They just clicked and felt comfortable in each other's presence.
Despite how close they were though, it wasn't until after the recent joint training between Class 1-A and Class 1-B did they make it official with Kyouka being the one taking the first step of asking Izuku out. Seeing Izuku scream in pain because of some new Quirk that he activated caused fear to well up in Kyouka, fear that he would be torn apart by his own Quirk and she would never see him again. So when they finally had a private moment to themselves, away from everyone else, the blushing rocker girl gave him a big hug and told him how she felt about him, to which he reciprocated those feelings.
Now they were on their first official date. The shy couple continued on their way, just enjoying each other's company and talking about this and that before Kyouka brought up something about their newfound relationship.
"You know, I'm surprised that the others haven't suspected anything about us."
"To be fair, this is pretty new," replied Izuku, glancing towards their intertwined arms.
"True, but with how we've been hanging out together even after the Culture Festival and with how Mina is, the fact that we're is still a secret…"
"D-Did you want to tell the others?"
Kyouka paused for a moment before ultimately shaking her head. "To be honest, not really. I-It has n-nothing to do with you, Izu-kun! It's just that I like me privacy. Hell, I don't even plan on telling my parents about you for awhile because I know EXACTLY how my old man will react."
Izuku couldn't help but chuckle at the slight pout his girlfriend had on her face. "Another thing we have in common. My mom's just as overprotective and I know she'll flood the streets if she knew I had a girlfriend."
A series of giggles escaped Kyouka as she snuggled closer to the slightly taller boy. "We're two peas in a pod, aren't we?"
"I wouldn't have it any other way, Kyouka," replied Izuku before leaning down and placing a kiss on her temple, earning more giggles from her.
Unfortunately the lovey-dovey moment had to end when Kyouka suddenly frowned as she turned to look towards an alley a few feet away.
"Izuku, someone's in trouble," said the purplette, using one of her earphone jacks to point at the alleyway.
Hero mode activated, Izuku made his way over to investigate with Kyouka not far behind. Reaching the alley, the two found a woman with a fox mutation Quirk being harassed by two hulking figures in black robes.
"P-Please, l-leave me alone!" pleaded the vulpine woman as she tried to pull her arm from their grasp.
Not willing to let this go on, Izuku activated One for All and rushed in, jumping off the walls before delivering an axe kick to the figure holding onto the woman.
"SMASH!"
The figure let out a pained growl as the kick landed on its shoulder and caused it to release the woman. With the woman free, Izuku grabbed her and quickly brought her back over to where Kyouka was.
"Earphone Jack! Get her to safety and then try to find a Pro. I'll hold these two off to give you time!" declared Izuku, not taking his eyes off of his opponents.
As much as she didn't want to leave Izuku alone, she knew getting the civilian out of there was more important. "Right! Just be careful, Deku."
She grabbed the woman's wrist and led her out of the alley and as far away as possible, leaving Izuku alone with the villains, who were growling in agitation.
'Alright, let's do this!' thought Izuku, green electricity crackling over his body.
The two villains each let out roars as they pounced forward, clawed hands ready to slash at Izuku. The boy avoided the attack by jumping up and using the wall as a springboard to make some distance.
'I wish I had my gloves with me. Long distance attack might work better against these two,' he thought, remembering when he first kicked one of the villains. It almost felt like when he attacked Gang Orca at the license exam. If he had his gloves, he would have been able to use air bullets or even Blackwhip instead. 'I guess I'll just have to improvise.'
Another roar came from one of the figures as it rushed towards Izuku, much faster than last time. Having no time to dodge, Izuku had to quickly go on defense and gave a supercharged kick to the clawed hand. The attacks collided and the shockwave of the collision caused a gust of wind to fill the alley. The wind also blew off the hoods of the figures, giving Izuku a good look at what he was dealing with.
The one who attacked Izuku had a lion mutation Quirk, similar to the Pro Shishido, yet this villain looked more like a humanoid lion than a human with lion-like features. The other figure was much like the first, but was a tiger instead of a lion.
"Why were you attacking that woman?!" demanded Izuku, glaring at the villains.
The lion man growled before trying to take another swipe at the boy. The tiger man also took this opportunity to attack, jumping over the lion to get to his prey. With their cat-like speed, Izuku, even with One for All's help, was just barely able to avoid their claws, getting cuts on his arms and torso, his clothes nearly becoming shreds.
Bleeding and panting, Izuku needed to end this as soon as possible. It was clear that these two were dangerous and he wasn't sure if he could wait for Kyouka to return with backup. Charging up One for All again, Izuku was going in for one final attack that would hopefully put these two down.
At least that was the plan until Izuku was slammed into the ground from behind.
"Gah!" cried out Izuku, pain coursing through his body as something pressed down on him.
Fighting through the pain, Izuku turned his head to look back at who attacked him, only to find a humanoid bear glaring and growling at him.
"D-Damn it," muttered out Izuku before the pain became too much.
Meanwhile, Kyouka was making her way back to the alley after having found backup in the form of the Lurkers.
"Hold on, Izuku," she said to herself as she held onto one of Kamui Woods' branches as they rushed to the scene.
When they reached the alley, Edgeshot and Kamui Woods headed in first with Kyouka right behind them. What they found and what they didn't find though, filled Kyouka with dread.
There was blood and shredded clothes on the ground, but the most alarming for Kyouka…
"No…"
…Midoriya Izuku was gone.
CHAPTER END
-:-
Yeah, starting things off with a cliffhanger. Bare with me, folks, as this story arc, which will last seven chapters, will be somewhat angsty, but will have a happy ending.
Now, much like my other Soundtrack fics, I'll be making a playlist for this story on YouTube once the first story arc is done, adding songs to it with every chapter after that. The playlist will contain one song from each album because if I do entire albums it will be WAY too long. Word of warning though, while it will mostly contain rock, hard rock, and metal songs, there will also be some rap, alternative, and pop songs mixed in. So yeah, this is going to be a mixed bag of music genres.
