Partners in Zero Time
A Super Mario Bros. and Re:Zero Crossover
Summary: In which the Kingdom of Lugunica is made of paper now, Mario begins to recruit a new collage of partners, and Subaru and Emilia learn what real-life video game tutorials look like.
Notes: For the Mario universe, this one-shot is set in an offshoot of my Nothing is Decided Entirely by Fate continuity, following the events of Adventure Mode: World of Light. Elements from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario are prominently featured.
For the Re:Zero universe, this one-shot is set early on in the series' first episode ('The End of the Beginning and the Beginning of the End')—or more specifically, during Subaru's first loop in Arc 1. No spoilers for arcs following are featured.
Mario reached down and dusted off his pants.
An exhale escaped his throat. "Well, that was-a pretty easy. Honestly, I've had more trouble fighting trios of Goombas than those thugs."
That probably spoke more about how long he'd been doing this, though, and the type of foes that tended to be thrown his way.
(After all, Hyper Goombas existed, and they were still counted as part of the Goomba family.
…Stars, he better not find them here, too.)
Next to him, Tiptron—his ever-trusted home companion and Pixl—let out a hum of agreement.
"They appeared to be naught but simple amateurs," she intoned. "Even in the worst of circumstances, they would have posed very little threat to you. But I suppose it's not you we should be worrying about…"
In unison, their glances turned toward the two other people still in the alleyway with them: a nasty-eyed, tracksuit-wearing boy (lightly bruised, incredibly confused), and a sharp-eared, white-haired girl (divinely beautiful, adorably innocent)—plus a little cat floating around the latter's head.
"I can't believe this is happening, I can't believe this is happening," the boy was chanting, something akin to stupefied awe on his face. There were remnants of food crumbs on his cheeks, courtesy of an emergency Mushroom thrown his way. "Not only was I summoned into a parallel world—one where we and everything else are paper, for some reason—but I just got saved by the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and Super Mario himself. This is the best day of my life!"
The aforementioned girl blinked.
And then she blushed.
"E-Ehhhhhhh? You think I'm—beautiful?"
The cat narrowed his eyes protectively, in a manner very similar to Mario toward his younger partners.
He sweatdropped.
Oh boy, he thought. Teenage hormones. Just what I needed to deal with today, on top of everything else…
"I mean, yeah!" the boy said, almost unthinkingly. "That hair, those eyes, your robes—there's no way anyone could look at you and not believe that! And the way you and Mario saved me… you were, like, an angel!"
The girl blushed even harder.
"Stop it! That's—That's not true at all!" she denied. "I—I only helped you 'cause there's something I have to ask you. I wouldn't have done so otherwise!"
Mario snorted. "That's a lie."
The other three turned to look at the plumber.
"H-Huh—?"
"It's incredibly easy to see that you wear your heart on your sleeve, same as-a him," he continued, idly waving a hand at the boy they saved. "The situation he was in, many people would've just ignored it flat-out—they'd be content to protect themselves and do nothing more."

Mario stared at the scene taking place before him, almost in shock.
A large shadowed man—clad in dark colors with a spiky red cape, and dressed in an X-themed uniform alongside two minions—was leering over a shivering, pink-skinned Goomba, a goggle-eyed glint promising things that could be described as 'not nice'.
"Is that how you want to play, huh?" he huffed. "I suppose it wouldn't be right if a sassy little lass like you met with an untimely demise… Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh!"
He craned his neck toward what were obviously his minions. "Boys, we're talking this firebrand to our fortress!"
"As you command, Lord Crump! We're on it!"
They moved closer, and the Goomba took a step back.
"N-No! Stop right there, you weirdos! I'll scream! Really!"
Is he really trying to take her in broad daylight!? Mario thought. And—is no one going to try and stop him!?
His head swirled around the surrounding area, the bystanders' comments flitting into his ears.
"Blimey! A fight!? Corkin'!" cheered one Bob-omb. "Heh heh! Ain't nothin' so fun as watchin' some poor bloke 'ave it out wif his missus, eh?"
"Yikes. Looks like trouble over there… Probably best not to get involved, huh?" one Toad said. "Better for my health that way… I wouldn't meddle with other people's problems in this town, even if I had an extra life."
The plumber clenched his hands into fists.
Well, I've got a few extra lives to work with, and I sure as heck ain't gonna let this fly!
It doesn't matter if I've only just arrived—as the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, I won't let pass by someone in need!
[▪]
"But even though you did hesitate… you stuck around. You wanted to help him, simply because you couldn't-a stand seeing someone be attacked so tastelessly." Mario crossed his arms and smiled. "It's as simple as that. You can't deny it. That's the mark of a good person, right there."
"Indeed," Tiptron intoned. "That was what my own analysis concluded, as well."
…
The girl's catty companion laughed.
"Well, it looks like he's got you all figured out, Lia!" he teased. "He didn't even have to think about it too hard. You'd stay with this boy even if he were completely unconscious."
(It shouldn't even be possible to blush that hard, but somehow 'Lia' made it possible.)
Then, he levied a contemplative stare at Mario.
"Though, I have to say… the boy here's harmless enough, but you? You're not like anyone I've ever seen before. Expert fighting skills for a non-knight, a complete lack of surprise to the strange place we ended up in—"
Right. The theater.
Of course this world wouldn't operate on the same rules as mine.
(Ordinarily, anyway.)
"—the fact that your Mushroom had healing properties, the winged Spirit that I can't sense… oh, and the fact that he—" He pointed to the boy again. "—seemed to already know your name. Just who are you, really?"
"I guess the question had to come up eventually," Mario acquiesced. "Alright. It's a lot to explain, and I will do so later—but first, let us introduce ourselves."
Without missing a beat, the hero spun around and took his cap off; a motion he was no stranger to.
"Hello! It's-a-me, Mario Mario—plumber, doctor, and adventurer extraordinaire! I'm a hero hailing from the Mushroom Kingdom, a realm that exists beyond these stars. It's nice to-a meet you all!"
His Pixl spoke next: "And I am Tiptron, his faithful companion. I am an artificial Pixl designed to imitate the likeness of Lady Timpani, and have served Mario for over twelve years. If there is anything you need to know about him or myself, I will be happy to pull it from my databases."
The boy's eyes went wide.
"Artificial? You mean, like—you're a robot?" he asked. "Wow…!"
"So, somebody made you," the cat noted. "That's interesting. What's this about being a 'Pixl', though? That's not a type of Spirit I've ever heard of."
"I'm not surprised by that," Mario said. "There's only twelve of them still left in this universe—there haven't been any more since Tiptron." And I should hope she's not a Spirit—or at least, any of the Spirits I'd rather not think about. "But that's a story for another time. It's you guys' turn, now! I already know one of you is a 'Lia'; just gimme the rest!"
The sharp-eyed boy brightened up. "Well, since you're asking…"
Suddenly, he stood up straight and dramatically posed, one hand and finger being raised straight to the skies.
"My name is Natsuki Subaru!" he declared. "Not only am I clueless… but I'm also broke beyond repair! It's nice to meet ya, too!"
"'Lia's' just a nickname, actually," the silver-haired girl clarified, while giggling at Subaru's introduction. "My real name's just Emilia; no family name."
"And I'm Puck, Lia's contracted Spirit!" so said the cat. "I may look like a cat, but there's only one like me out there! You don't seem too bad. Maybe we can get along."
Mario smiled.
"Same to you," he replied. "It's always nice to make a new friend, or three."
("Loading new profiles into memory…" Tiptron intoned. "Three new profiles added and allocated; placed alongside other new entries into current 'Unknown World' database."
"Man, that issuper weird to hear out loud," Subaru muttered.
"You're telling me…" Puck said.)
"That being said… I get the feeling we're here to do more than just fight off a bunch of thugs together."
He crossed his arms and eyed Emilia—who had run into the alleyway only a little after him. "After all… wasn't it a little blonde thief you were chasing earlier?"
Emilia (and Subaru) jolted in recognition.
"Yes!" she stated, pumping two fists in front of her chest. "How—How did you know?"
"Because," Mario drawled, "as it just so happens, my wallet seems to have lost half of the money that was in it. Again. And someone ran into me right before it happened. Again."
A real twisted kind of mirror, that.
"Wait, somebody actually managed to pull one over you?" Subaru gawked. "You, Mr. Video Game Himself!?"
A shrug. "I'm not infallible, despite what you may think. I've had that drilled into me more times than I can count. But if you really need proof…"
Tiptron's antennae lit up, beaming a holographic image to right in front of her astounded audience: that of the aforementioned girl brushing past her overall-clad target, one hand hovering right over where his pocket would be.
Even Puck was visibly taken aback. "Hah? That's a neat trick."
"No way…!" Emilia gasped. "It's her! The one who stole my insignia, I swear it!"
Subaru blinked. "Insignia? You mean… like an affiliation badge?"
He received a nod in return.
"Yes. It has a jewel in the center, and it's about this big," she explained, pinching her fingers out in demonstration.
(A badge, she says… Mario pondered idly. Anything like Damage Dodge or Lucky Day?)
"It happened the same way as Mario in that image. I didn't get a good look at her myself, but… there's no mistaking her for anyone else." She looked up at the plumber and his Pixl. "How is your Spirit able to capture her appearance so well? Is this some kind of… special magic only you two know?"
"I'm afraid you wouldn't be able to understand it completely—not without some further context," Tiptron said apologetically. "But if it helps, it was a gift from a friend."
"She'd like you, I think," Mario mused. The spells she could teach you, they can go well beyond just holographic projectors.
"But either way, it seems like we-a both have the same goal here. You and I have stuff to take back, and Subaru… well, I've got a hunch I need to keep an eye on him."
Puck didn't argue. "The more meat shields between Lia and ruffians, the better," he said sagely.
"That's what you're supporting having me around for?!" Subaru cried in mock outrage, putting a foot down.
"So, let's-a team up! I'm a quick learner and I've done this type of thing before, so the three of you will be in good hands!" Mario offered out a gloved hand. "Whaddya say? Ready to be partners?"
Subaru didn't hesitate.
"Are you kidding? Of course!" His palm went right on top of Mario's, a childish glee evident on his crisp features. "This is my chance to have an epic Isekai adventure, with a cute girl and a cool mentor! How could I say no?"
Mario hummed.
Subaru's… too bright, he realized; too excited by anything and everything around him. The way he speaks of my adventures—or games, or whatever—it's completely without the perspective that actually living on my world would give you. Or living on Mobius, for that matter.
That means… he's gotta be from an Earth. A mundane one, closer to Joker's than say, Min Min's.
So… which one is it, then?
…food for thought.
Emilia did the same in short time, plopping her hand right on top of Subaru's.
"I guess a little bit of help's better than none," she relented. "I can't really do anything to repay you, though."
"Hey, it's fine," Mario said. "This is just what I do."
"Yeah! Consider it our one good deed per day!" Subaru said cheerfully.
"…I hope you're not planning to stop at only that…"
Emilia giggled.
"I'll keep that in mind, thank you."
And so, it was decided.
Mario once more had a party.
A spiky, polka-dotted bubble appeared around Subaru and Emilia.
[Subaru and Emilia joined your party!]
The both of them visibly paused in confusion—
—and then the bubble expanded far beyond themselves, until they could see nothing but green polka-dots on white.
As everyone worked to get their bearings from the sudden shift, a funky tune began to play.
"E-Eh!?" Emilia's head swiveled about in confusion. "Wh-What the—? Where are we!? Why is there so much space here!? And—what's with the music!?"
…ah. Right. I should have seen this coming.
"Ah," Tiptron said. "I see what's going on now."
"You do?" Puck asked, incredulously. "You know why we've been transported into a pocket dimension?"
Mario nodded. Here's hoping this makes enough sense to them.
"Yeah. It's a tutorial."
"A tutorial?" Subaru remarked. "For who?"
Suddenly, a voice began to echo from nowhere.
[Subaru & Emilia's Abilities: A Primer]
"For you two, of course."
The aforementioned duo blinked.
"Huh?" they said in unison. "Us?"
"It's a thing that happens sometimes on adventures like these," Mario explained. "I get a quick rundown of what you can do, so I can figure out how to strategize around it."
[With Emilia as your lead partner, press X to fire shards of ice in front of you.]
"Speaking of which—you're up, Emilia! Throw your magic out; show us what you've got!"
"Okay. But… what does it mean by 'press X', though?"
"Ignore that. Just do what you usually-a do."
Like she had done during the fight earlier, she held up her hand and summoned six sharp, diamond-shaped crystals into the air. And not a moment later, they were sent flying forward.
Mario whistled. "Nice shot!"
"Absolutely!" Subaru agreed. "Your magic's just so cool!"
"You—You don't have to put it like that…!"
"Ah… Already sinking your hooks into my poor Lia, I see…"
[Using these projectiles, you can hit far away targets and enemies, and even freeze liquids.]
"Will I really need to use my magic for such purposes?"
"I've been through a lot of ruins, fortresses, and strange environments. Trust me, all of this'll come in handy sooner or later."
"What he said! Mario's the expert here, so if he says we'll need it, we'll probably need it!"
"Y'know, you don't need to-a go reiterating my advice all the time."
[By holding X, you can instead form a shield to block frontal attacks.]
[The direction you're facing matters, so be sure to position yourself carefully before acting!]
Emilia did as the voice said, conjuring up more ice in the form of a massive block in front of her.
"This is still so strange…" she muttered.
"I'm not sure I trust the fact that this voice seemingly knows everything about us," Puck added.
"You'll both get-a used to it, in time," Mario said.
[In battle, her Ice Shards can pierce through enemy defenses and potentially cause them to be frozen.]
[Her Ice Shield can also grant increased defense to one party member for a limited time.]
[As for Subaru…]
The aforementioned boy brightened up.
"Ooh! That means it's my turn! Is it finally time for my supernatural powers to be shown off…?"
[On the surface, he appears to be a rather weak individual, sporting no useful magic or unique skills of his own.]
"Hey!"
Mario snickered. Emilia giggled.
"My initial scans did indicate as such," Tiptron confirmed. "He is most comparable to a baseline human on Mobius."
"Aw, man… Even the robot fairy can tell I don't tell I don't have anything special…"
[Fortunately, he does have one Authority to his name…]
"…huh?"
"Authority?" Puck questioned, alarmed. "Excuse me, what do you mean by—!?"
He was interrupted by a whistle going through the air.
Mario recognized the sound.
Something was falling.
Emilia was confused. "Um, does anyone hear that? Aside from the music…"
The plumber's gaze dropped to the floor—and sure enough, he could see a large, square shadow rapidly darkening below their feet.
Or, more specifically, below Subaru's feet.
His mind quickly made the connection.
So did Tiptron.
"Warning! Huge stone block approaching at terminal velocity! Impact in five seconds!"
Mario kicked off and reached out his hand. "Subaru! Look out!"
"Me? Wait, am I in da—"
Too late.
BLAM!
One instant, there was a nasty-eyed boy in a tracksuit—the next, a red-splattered block of stone with eyes and bushy eyebrows.
The music cut out appropriately.
Emilia screamed.
"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA—!"
Everyone else stared with wide eyes, flabbergasted by the extreme twist the seemingly innocuous proceedings had taken.
Oh, good Grambi… He's—He's—
…he's dead!
He's actually dead!
And he wasn't crumpled, either; he's literally all over the floor!
What!? What!? What!? What!? What!? WHAT!?
Mario dug through his pockets to try and find another Mushroom—but there was no need.
The pink-and-yellow swirl of a Time Hole briefly gobbled up his vision—
—and then, it was as if nothing happened.
There was no blood.
There was no fright.
Subaru was fine.
…mostly.
A rather terrified look was on his face (as was the rest of the party), and he was patting himself down, as if to make sure that he himself was still there.
"What… What was…?" he trailed off. "It got all dark, and then I… I… Was—Was I—h-hallucinat—?"
Cue the whistle again.
Fast as a Shiverian, Mario lurched forward and yanked Subaru out of the way. Seconds later, the block hit the ground hard—and this time, the only casualty was the previous tranquility of everyone's nerves.
Emilia made more distressed noises.
The music resumed playing.
[If Subaru receives a fatal Game Over, time will be rewound, giving him a chance to avoid his prior fate.]
"Okay!" Mario said loudly. "That is horrifying as hell. Definitely not how I'd like infinite lives to be implemented."
Stars, I hope my lives count isn't affected by this.
I can't exactly keep helping these guys if I fall after only five…
"A 'fatal Game Over'…?" Subaru repeated. "That means… Then that means I… died…?"
"Error! Error!" Tiptron intoned. "Space-time sensors overloaded. Power level of recent distortion cannot be determined; recalibrations required. Rebooting system…"
[Partnering with Mario will also allow the rest of the party to travel back with him, keeping the items acquired since the last checkpoint.]
[When you see this message appear…]
On cue, the words 'Checkpoint Updated' appeared on cue in everyone's periphery.
[…a new respawn point has been made, independent of any Save Blocks you may hit along the way.]
[So remember to keep track of both your checkpoints and your decisions! You never know what may happen in the future.]
"Who would give something like this to me? And—how did this voice know about it? I didn't know!"
"Someone's got a cruel sense of humor, is what it is," Mario groused darkly.
"Understatement of the century," Puck agreed.
[Also important to note: no one outside of the party is allowed to speak of this Authority to anyone.]
[Doing so will result in Subaru's heart contracting and the Witch's Scent will grow stronger around him.]
[More details are listed in the Journal section of the menu, so check that out if you need a refresher!]
Subaru gulped. "Duly noted! I'd like to keep my heart beating nice and healthy, thank you!"
Emilia sniffed.
"So… if Mario wasn't here… if I let you join me, and then either of us died…" she spoke, eyes on the verge of tears, "I… I wouldn't remember this at all, would I…? That's so—That's just so cruel. And just when I finally started to make a friend…
"…is the Witch going to steal this from me, too?"
Mario frowned.
"The Witch…?" he muttered. Sounds important. "Who's that?"
The silver-haired girl's eyes widened.
The same went for her contracted Spirit.
"You—You don't know about… her?"
"Should we?" Subaru raised his hand. "'Cause, uh… I don't either."
The other two exchanged glances.
"It's… a long story," she began.
But before she could say anything more… the polka-dotted background came down like a turn of the page. Literally.
That was the end of the tutorial, it seemed.
The silence in the alleyway was deafening.
The only sounds was that of Tiptron rebooting herself, in a manner resembling that of a particular shopping channel.
Finally, she broke it.
"Reboot successful. Commencing background analysis of new information." She flipped around to face Mario. "I believe it is vital now that we keep Subaru and Emilia with us; they will need our expertise to get through the coming trials."
Mario raised the brim of his cap. "Don't need to-a tell me twice."
Emilia looked doubtful.
"Are you sure?" she asked. "After hearing about that, I—I'm not sure how safe it is to be around me anymore…"
…
He took in a breath.
"Look. I'll-a be the first to admit that this has gotten… much more complicated than I was expecting."
Oh, and that the danger level is gonna be way above my usual.
If this adventure results in the end of the world too, I swear to Jaydes…
"But at the same time, I'm not gonna let that stop me from doing what I do best. If the Last Impact three years ago couldn't bring me low, then nothing else really stands a chance."
"I'm still not sure how to feel about dying just now," Subaru chimed in, "but I promised I'd help, and it'd be real shitty of me if I didn't try!"
"Whoever this Witch is, you can tell us later. I'm here to stay." A lazy smile came over Mario as he showed them an open hand. "And if anyone really wants to try and get to you two…?"
FWOOSH!
"They're gonna have to go through me, first."
His hand was alit with a brilliant flame, burning as bright as an inferno in the streets.
The three newbies gaped.
They'd seen some of his skills already, but this hadn't been one of them. Against those bandits, it hadn't been necessary.
"Okay, I'll be the first to admit," Puck said—"as the current Great Spirit of Fire, you certainly have that in spades."
"Whoa," Subaru breathed. "And here I thought you needed a Fire Flower for that… Man, you're even cooler than I thought."
As for Emilia… there was something on her face that Mario couldn't fully describe. Genuine desire and curiosity, yes, but also… suspicion? Uncertainty? It was like she expected this to be a dream, a mirage to be pulled out from under her at a moment's notice.
Tiptron, noticing this as much as him, fluttered on over to her.
"There's no need to worry," she reassured her. "I have over a decade's worth of personal data vouching for Mario's experience, and many more besides. You can trust him."
…
That seemed to do the trick.
"I suppose you haven't given me a reason not to yet," the girl finally decided. "Very well. I'll stay."
"That's the spirit!" Mario said.
Subaru, Emilia, and Puck…
He smiled wide enough to crease his cheeks.
Not a bad group to start with, in my professional opinion.
[▪]
Goombella jumped up and down.
"Oooh! Oooh! I know, Mario!" she said. "Come with me! One of my professors is here researching that treasure. We'll show him your map! If we start searching for the treasure, then maybe we'll catch up to Princess Peach!"
Mario nodded assent.
"Sounds like-a my kind of plan," he replied. "In that case… welcome aboard, Goombella!"
"Yippee! We're all good, then! Let's go, Mario!"
[▪]
It really is just like back then…
Ah, the memories.
"Now, I think we've spent enough time in this dank, dark alley. What are we waiting for? Let's-a go!"
The plumber marched toward the exit, a spring in his step and a confidence in his movements.
"And stay close to us, Subaru! Infinite lives or not, I'm not subjecting you to anything too dangerous if I can help it!"
"Hey, you don't have to be like that! It's not like I'm going to just drop dead instantly!"
"No chances! We don't exactly have an Assist Block to save us here!"
The Pixl, Witch, and Spirit let out an amused snort.
And so, the newly-established party walked out into the sunlight, ready to begin an absolutely unforgettable adventure.
"I can't-a wait to show my friends around here sometime," Mario said, wistfully. "Wherever they are, I hope they're doing fine."
"If they're anything like you, I'm sure that's a given!" Subaru said. "You think they're here with you?"
"Of course. Peach, Bowser—and my brother, Luigi… we've been through too much together not to. Anywhere I go, they usually follow. Though, that does mean we're probably not gonna make it to this year's Sticker Fest in time…"
Emilia made a questioning sound. "Sticker Fest… I've never heard of that before."
"I'm not surprised. After all, the world periodically turning into paper isn't a thing that happens in most other places."
A jolt came from the two natives.
"Wait, so you mean to say—you know why everyone's been so flat for the last couple of months!?" Puck exclaimed.
"I was wondering about that!" Emilia remarked. "It just seemed to happen out of nowhere. Not even Roswaal could explain it."
("So it's new to you guys, too…" Subaru muttered.)
"That's right~!" the plumber revealed. It's a regular thing back in my world. The theater we battled in, the cardboard making up the walls—it's all thanks to the magic of the Sticker Comet. It only ever lasts for three months, but it-a always makes for an interesting time. You wouldn't believe the adventures I've had under it…"
[Save all game progress up to this point?]

[Saving… Do not touch the Memory Card in Slot A or the POWER Button.]
[Your progress was saved.]
So. That second Mario movie trailer, huh?
This fic was made for two reasons: I wanted A) a(nother) excuse to lampoon TTYD's mechanics, specifically its 'partner primers'; and B) to see how well I can write some of Re:Zero's primary cast for potential future fics (none related to my current ongoing ones, I'll tell you that now).
I haven't watched Re:Zero yet—I know, I know, what a fake fan I am—but I've liked all the fanfics I've read so far, so that's good enough for me. And it's gotten me thinking a lot about matchups with other series. Personally, I'd like to think that Mario would get along well with this cast, if only because of the wild situations he himself has been through (see also: But the Fates Aren't Done With Me Yet, my current Mario-centric fic). You know what they say: birds of a feather flock together, right?
Under normal circumstances, I would've had Luigi here alongside Mario—but since I'm using the Paper Mario aesthetic here, I figured I could go a little further and throw in a nice headcanon. I like the idea of Mario keeping Tiptron around as a memento of his friend, and she's the best candidate for the 'obligatory Tattle partner' position: Subaru literally just got here, after all, and Emilia's only recently been reintegrated into society.
Excuse me if the 'tutorial' went on a little too long; two partners being introduced at once, alongside the complicated mechanics of Return by Death, inevitably made figuring out an explanation trickier than expected. I'm no game designer—probably for the best, judging by all the horror stories I've heard—so this was the best I could do.
If I had the time or willingness to properly play with Re:Zero's canon, I'd love to turn this concept into a full-on longfic. Things would especially get good once the rest of the main Mario quartet—Luigi, Peach, and Bowser—joined the fray, hopefully on the same side. But my attention's already way too scattershot, so I suppose I'll have to settle for this brief glimpse.
…god, I wish we had more fun crossovers like this. Sometimes, you just want a bit of comfort mixed in with your suffering, y'know?
(Also, that Sticker Comet stuff? It's my headcanon. Gotta explain the paper stuff away somehow…)
Well, that's all for now – see you around!
