The few following days they did as they had been doing, preparing for the invasion that was sure to come, and helping people along the way, Sasuke kept on learning and improving anything that could help against the invaders to buy people a little more time, and Naruto was working hard preparing for the invasion and flirting with all the female Morphin Masters and their female relative and their female friends and he did it in a way that was not creepy and it made all of them flattered considering that he would never go beyond what they were comfortable with.
Well it took these people two years to prepare for the invasion and he did manage to become good friends with most of the Morphin Masters so Naruto became a person they knew that they could trust, Sasuke was a person people went to went they needed help with something that they couldn't do alone, and since then he was considered a very reliable person.
The time was spent working and helping people, so much so that people came to call him the Silver Morphin Master and did so with glee, it seems that the soul that had once been Itachi really did love Sasuke more than anyone, and as such she eventually came to understand that they were no longer blood relatives and as such she asked him out on a date, it was a bit unnerving at first but as they went on more dates he eventually found that this lady was a completely different and new person, so he accepted her feelings as she accepted his.
Naruto and the Red Morphin Master actually began dating sooner and they got along so well that they were married in less than a month of dating if asked she would tell a person she couldn't imagine her life without Naruto, and so she gave him an ultimatum, he could join her life in marriage or die. Seeing that she was dead serious Naruto quickly accepted and began the long process of setting up the wedding day. Much to Sasuke's dismay, Rhian asked her fellow masters to help her prepare for the wedding, and Sasuke knew that Aleia would be inspired and motivated to ask him to marry her as well, he only hoped that she would do it less violently.
The Morphin Masters were amazed at the speed at which both Sasuke and Naruto had finished the upgrades to their defenses at each of their Master Arches, Sasuke was supposed to be the best man and Aleia was supposed to be the bridesmaid. Still, both friends pulled a fast one on him and made Rhian's wedding a double wedding, and seeing her like that in her dress and smiling, Sasuke was doomed and had no alternative but to access his fate and got married to Aleia on the same day Naruto got married to Rhian.
A few months later Naruto and Sasuke were working when Naruto asked him how long will it be before Aleia and he had their first kid together, to which Sasuke responded in the only way he could, by punching him on the side of his gut and telling him, that they had no time to joke around, if he had enough time to do that, he can improve the purifiers, even more, they would literally be facing an invasion by the ruler of all evil, the last thing they need is a distraction.
Naruto laughed and asked him if he was sure he didn't want to have a family with his blushing bride? "Alright listen up Dobe, we are facing invasions on multiple worlds, this is practically a war larger than we have ever seen or known of, if it was peacetime yes, I would love to simply instruct others about my way of using Morphin Energy and have a family with her, but we are not in peacetime are we?"
It was a couple of days later till things finally got into a nice routine, well that was the plan however they never had a chance, one night Naruto found his wife and his mother-in-law getting it on a little bit more intimately than most would think, and apparently his wife was the one that caused this by singing praises to her mother about her husband's prowess in bed.
She was a widow and had never once considered the possibility of remarrying, her daughter had achieved a high-status position within their culture, and she was very proud of her daughter, he even managed to marry the newest recognized Morphin Master, never mind that she never heard of an element in the color of purple, and that made this man quite a puzzle since he was called by many the Purple Morphin Master.
It was not long before his interest made her question if she had a chance with him, and thus the current situation happened, as the mother and daughter were screwing each other's brains out and they were doing it in such a heated and passionate way that it was a major shock to Naruto who found them going at it on their bed.
He of course woke up the following day thinking that the entire thing of what happened during that night was nothing more than a particularly hormone-influenced dream, but much to his shock he woke up in a bed with not only his wife, but his mother-in-law, and his sister-in-law who was all talking about when can they have another foursome, to while Rhian said she would have to discuss it with her husband but she will try to she told them that she would arrange another one when Naruto had some free time or wasn't as busy.
Sasuke on the other hand didn't have this problem at all, he simply assigned Aleia a set number of shadow clones to help her with anything and everything she needed so that he could focus on his work. Some might are it was a bit cold of an approach, but nobody could in fact argue with the efficiency and results.
If this had any major drawbacks it was that when the clones actually ran out of Chakra and he got the memories of what that clone did, it was something that sometimes gave him quite a few headaches. He told his wife to use them for anything and everything she needed help with, but did it have to include little sessions with her mother and sisters? For crying out loud those clones were meant to help her with her work, but she seems to use them more often than not for fun.
The departure of the Morphinaut was something that was highly expected and celebrated except that as soon as he left Naruto and Sasuke told the other Morphin Masters and every guard should the Morphinaut return and his armor is black, use the purifiers on him on sight, and immediately if that happens it is a clear sign that Dark Specter had taken control over him and possessed the Morphinaut.
Why would Dark Specter even possess someone, to which Naruto told that person for many reasons, everything from gaining intelligence on an enemy, to having a sleeper agent to sabotage the defenses of a world, to potentially drain and obtain the power of a particularly powerful individual or just to create minions, which ironically are called Spectoids. The process of becoming one is not pleasant in the slightest and Dark Specter has complete control over them, he is not called the Grand Monarch of Evil for nothing.
Three years after they got married and just out of sheer bad luck or since someone he knew practically jinxed them by mentioning the potential of them thinking about starting to have kids, but as soon as that was mentioned the seals began to activate and showed a massive army of spectoids headed in their direction. Which was bad, and made Sasuke wonder why did this have to happen now!
In a matter of minutes, the spectoids began to land and attack, thanks to the purifiers many of them were either cleansed and were no longer under the control of Dark Specter or they simply were turned to dust which they knew would happen to absolutely evil enemies. They managed to grab a hold of their own weapons and fought against wave after wave of invaders, but Sasuke and Naruto fought to buy the people evacuating enough time, their wives were helping with the evacuation.
Why were they helping instead of fighting alongside their husbands? Because they couldn't it seems the comment about thinking about starting to have kids was a veiled warning that they had already started without them knowing and the reason why Rhian and Aleia were not fighting was simple, they were pregnant.
The true sight of the Spectoids was nothing like the ones they once saw on the television show, game, or even the comic, these creatures didn't have the benefit of having people diminish the gore and horror since the television show would be seen by children. These creatures made Sasuke think that they came from the very depths of Hell, and the gruesome faces told him that the way that they were transformed made how White Zetsu was created seem merciful by comparison.
The purifiers were an absolute success and they managed to hold back the first ten waves of the invasion which means for over a week they had an invasion attempt per day, the purified enemy either ran away or in a rather strange way they joined with the defenders asking to help in any way possible, their numbers were becoming less and less, until one day on the final day of the invasion, they met the possessed Morphinaut, it took the combined fire of ten purifiers to stop him on his tracks.
That is when his body began to grow double in size and then split causing the man to become three individuals, the possession and evil energy were simply too much to fully destroy, and Dark Specter in his weakened form was forced to run away, while the purified Morphinaut and Phantom Ranger helped buy time for the people who were evacuating, two weeks that is how long the evacuation took, and every single Morphin Master managed to evacuate and migrate into the Morphin Grid, many people did die but not as many as it would have been without the help of Naruto and Sasuke, and the people knew this.
The Morphinaut was actually quite relieved that she could be freed from the control and terror that was Dark Specter as she told them how in the world she ended up meeting him, it turns out Dark Specter wanted complete control of the Morphin Grid, and as such, he needed to know about any way to travel into it. Naruto laughed and said that it is too bad that the invasion actually destroyed the Master Arches and they only managed to make it through the last second as the two last people to travel to the Morphin Grid.
Sasuke told them that the fact that any person with his evil signature or energy even touched any of the computers or devices on any of the worlds they try searching later they would systematically explode, again causing a massive explosion of the same energy as the Purifiers, destroying the equipment as a result.
"That is why we made a backup of all the information and knowledge there was, so that once we got here, nothing would be lost, which begs the question, when do we get started in building a new home for all these people, and what are we going to do about basic necessities, after all my wife and Sasuke's are both pregnant."
Sasuke honestly wished that Naruto had kept that detail to himself, he didn't need more distractions as he kept working in trying to use the Morphin Grid to pretty much build a city for the people who evacuated, and the last thing he needed was idle gossip getting in the way. His wife helped as much as possible and using the technology and skills they had they quickly built what would be the first settlement, thanks to the fact they brought so much with them via storage seals, it didn't take long before everyone started to live a pretty normal life.
This is when the Morphinaut ask Naruto and Sasuke why her other half the Phantom Ranger stayed behind and they explained that they told him he had to help Zordon of Eltar.
The next few years were spent helping people settle and become more accustomed to life in the Morphin Grid, Sasuke had a couple of daughters, twins, and Naruto much to his dismay had quite a few kids himself, some with his wife, mother in law and sister in law, not to mention a few of his fellow Morphin Masters. Having such a large family Naruto was busier than most and had very little time for many of the things he liked to do.
In time the kids grew up and were well on their way in their studies and as such, they were finally able to exit the Morphin Grid and go back to try and help people, especially those that would be called the Power Rangers, they were lucky that they landed on Earth right around the time when Zordon asked the Phantom Ranger to rescue Rita Repulsa, honestly, Sasuke simply wanted to kill her and be done with it.
Zordon told him that Rita has done nothing wrong, that her father wanted to use her to be a powerful vessel of Dark Specter, that was the only thing they needed to mention, Sasuke was plenty angry with Dark Specter for what he did to the many things he built, the pain and suffering he caused to his friends and family. That is when both of them that they were in fact grateful for telling them exactly what planet Rita and her mother were hiding, but he had to ask how did they even find out so quickly and what did they plan to do next.
Naruto like always wanting to impress him simply laugh, "Why do we plan to go with this Phantom Ranger, if anyone knows who we are it should be him, we will make sure Rita is safe while also trying to save her mother, she is a victim of Master Vile, she shouldn't suffer too much." That is when Zordon asked him who are these two men?
The Phantom Ranger seemed a little hesitant so Sasuke decided to introduce himself and Naruto, "I am Sasuke Uchiha, and the guy next to me is Naruto Uzumaki, I am called the Silver Morphin Master, and Naruto here is the Purple Morphin Master, we fought against the invasions of the Master Arches by Dark Specter before and he owes me some payback."
Naruto then looked at Zordon, and then at the Phantom Ranger, "And since we are Morphin Masters we have our staffs, which means we can open a portal to any place, which means we can save you some time in getting to Rita and her mother, we might be able to save both of them, but something tells me Master Vile, her father, will try to kill her mother to buy enough time to escape with his daughter."
I couldn't help but laugh at the shocked look on their faces, "Not only that we can infuse her with the power of the Morphin Grid, making her unusable as a vessel for Dark Specter, so believe us Zordon of Eltar, we are here to help you, it may be a bit cliche to say this but you ain't never had friends like us."
As both of them finally accepted the offer to help them, Sasuke and Naruto brought out their stave and why using the power of the Morphin Grid they immediately opened a portal to the world where Rita and her mother were hiding, which was kind of funny, they made it look like they ran away and were someplace else, but in reality, they were in a hidden basement in their family home.
Rita's mother immediately stood trying to block them from getting near her daughter, "Lady Fienna you have nothing to worry about we are not minions of Master Vile, we have come to help you as much as possible we are Morphin Masters, and this is the Phantom Ranger. Please you have no reason to be afraid of us, we are here to save you and your daughter."
She looked at them and asked how do they plan to save her daughter Rita, Naruto simply walked over to Rita and placed his staff near her, and she immediately grabbed it because apparently, she was curious about it, he placed a memory protection seal on her and then place his hand on her head as she began to glow white.
"There she is infused with the power from the Morphin Grid, this will make it impossible for Dark Specter to ever control or possess her. Listen to me Rita good nurtures and fosters growth, evil destroys and consumes. Evil magic consumes the power of the user while fooling them into thinking that it is making that person stronger, Good magic will always defeat evil, and you Rita, one day you will be the Empress of all Good Magic, Believe it."
That is when Master Vile finally made it to the hidden basement and attempted to kill Fienna but as soon as he tried he was stopped by Naruto with a single block he managed to turn the attack against Master Vile causing him to be injured by his attack. Sasuke was laughing as he saw him do that, "Honestly Naruto you using the Intercepting fist style is amusing as all hell. I would never think you would use my family's fighting style cousin, I would think you would copy Hinata's first."
Naruto smirked and looked at Sasuke, "I didn't only learn that, and hers, I learned the way bushy brows fights two, and I do mean both styles, I incorporated them all into my own fighting style, but you are one to talk, you did the same damn thing too, even incorporated the Uzumaki fighting style."
He was beating Spectoids to pieces as they were talking, and the Phantom Ranger was busy keeping a few Spectoids from trying to take Rita, and as Master Vile was getting more and more injured he quickly used his dark power to form a portal to trap Rita and seeing that he couldn't do anything else without risking his own life having his minions destroyed before his very eyes, he decided to use his dark portal to run away but only after telling Naruto that one day he would get revenge on him for his humiliation.
Fienna was crying about her daughter and she was worried about what would happen to her daughter, Sasuke told her not to worry at all, eventually, they would meet her again, and thanks to the Morphin Power infusion she was safe from being turned into a vessel for Dark Specter, so it is only a matter of time before they find her again, she might be an enemy if she lets herself be used by her father but they both promised that they will do their best to keep her safe.
She didn't like the fact that they couldn't get to where Rita was and save her but she understood it when they explained that certain things tragically must occur and the very universe is actually stopping them from preventing such things from happening. "Let's face it if we could change things however we wanted, I would have found a way to where Dark Specter is and done something to end him, but tragically we can't enter his evil domain."
She thanked all three men for helping her and saving her life, and she asked Naruto that one day she could give her daughter something that was handed from mother to daughter when they finally grow up, it was a magic staff that was passed down in her family. As he took it in his hand he was shocked as he felt how heavy this light-looking staff really is. "I am guessing it became heavy because I am not compatible, well sorry, but I am only going to keep it till I can hand it to the right person, so ease up on the weight alright, and don't bother I can tell you understand."
The staff began to glow and quickly became lighter as he placed it in a seal that was on his belt. That is when Sasuke asked her if she had a gold coin that had the footprint of a three-toed dragon? She began to laugh and told her no she didn't have anything like that, but why ask? He mentioned that the coin would be something that someone from where they are can create, and it means that the era of the power rangers is starting already.
Naruto mentioned that the gold coin he told her of is because the shield that she currently has is part of the power of the green dragon ranger, telling her that the shield will revive the green power ranger powers. "I recommend you get ten times stronger, to survive when you transfer your power to the green ranger power coin."
As this happened she told Naruto that she was grateful for saving her and to please save her child, she was conceived thanks to that man tricking her but her child was innocent, so please show her daughter mercy when they meet again. Naruto promised that one day her daughter would be free from the influence and she would no longer be used for evil, but she asked her one thing, what was her daughter's name? She told him her name was Rita, and she hoped that one day her daughter could be the good and kind girl she was always meant to be.
Sasuke did a wonderful job of controlling his anger, and other negative feelings when he heard Fienna talk about her daughter, he knows far too well how crooked and evil her daughter will be, and of the many, many horrible things she will do without even a hint of remorse, but the only reason he didn't tell her anything, is simply because at present Rita Repulsa had done nothing to anyone, so in an essence, her mother was correct that Rita was at this moment in time innocent.
Sasuke tells her that whoever summons her will think that she is dead, so she might want to pretend that she is. "Where do you want us to take you? A place where you will be safe and be able to train would be preferable." She asked to be taken to meet the person who sent him and his friends to try and save her and her daughter, so they opened a portal and as they walked through they were back again in the command center on Earth.
"Well this is the place where the leader of the ones that will be called the Power Rangers lives and watches over the galaxy, the man who sent us is none other than Zordon of Eltar, and he is the one that sent the Phantom Ranger to help you, we merely chose to help them. With this done and with her present she could be a great help to you in preparing to fight against Dark Specter and his United Alliance of Evil.
As they saw that she and Zordon were talking and sometimes the Phantom Ranger would interject and add a few remarks on what they were talking about it was high time for them to leave, they had a lot of things to do and they need to be away from anyone when they use their time travel ability. The reason is that if they are near people they might get accidentally sucked into the portal and travel through time with them.
Sasuke and Naruto made it to a desolate mountain top and once there Sasuke looked at Naruto, "I still can't believe we are going to have to go to basically the beginning of this country in order to help a clone of the Green Ranger. Honestly, this should have caused all sorts of changes and disturbances to the timeline, which is why I find it shocking that nothing too severe changed at all." Naruto simply said that he should be happy that everything stayed the same, otherwise the things they knew will happen may no longer be accurate.
