HELLO ALL!

Just so you know, this will be my last fic of any kind before going on my annual Holiday Hiatus.

Well, that's kind of a lie as I will be posting a few chapters of my and my buddy Dax0042's new story, which is an Alpha and Omega Crossover called "Angle Squadron (Special Edition)."

First Chapter gets posted tonight.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy and have a wonderful Holiday Season !

P.S., pregnancies in my stories are determined by the duration of the actual species pregnancies...you'll see why.

Christmas Morning~6:30 a.m.

"UNCLE BUSTER! UNCLE BUSTER!"

Buster was jostled from his sleep by the overly excited piglet by his and Suki's king-sized bed. Looking to the young child, her hazel eyes wide in excitement, Buster, finally able to shake the last remnants of sleep away, allowing him to remember what day it was, completely forgot about being annoyed at being woken up at, after looking at his alarm clock, 6:30 in the morning as he smiled at his ten-year-old "niece."

"Good morning, Hannah," he yawned, rubbing some of the sleep from his eyes before continuing.

"Merry Christmas."

The piglet beamed as she lunged at her uncle who enveloped her in big hug.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" she squealed, which succeeded in the sleeping saluki beside Buster, who, with a little bit of effort thanks to her swollen stomach, brought on by their little "Halloween Escapade" a few months earlier, managed to roll over to meet the smiling face of honorary niece as she was held by Suki's loving husband who, after hearing her wake up, turned to meet his wife's gaze, smiling tenderly at each other before leaning in for a gentle, yet passionate kiss, causing Hannah to turn her head in disgust. Pulling away, the adults chuckled at the piglet's reaction. Looking back to Suki, Buster placed another kiss on top of her head, earning a loving hum in return.

"Go back to sleep, dear," he whispered lovingly, gently rubbing his wife's swollen stomach, which was covered by holiday themed tank top that went well with her black leggings, "you both need it."

With a hum of gratitude, Suki drifted back to sleep as her husband, clad in his own holiday themed t-short and black pajama pants, walked hand-in-hand with Hannah out of their room and down the stairs of the large mansion, which, of course, was decked out with all sorts of Christmas decorations, from tinsel to ornaments. There was even a massive tree set up in the main foyer. Upon reaching the first floor of the house, which was already occupied by Hannah's other siblings and a barely awake Rosita and Norman, Buster, after setting Hannah down on the couch in the living room, turned on the TV, which was playing one of his favorite holiday movies, A Christmas Story. As he left Hannah briefly to go to the kitchen, which was right next to the living room and visible through a small kitchenette, which gave him a clear view of the large, to prepare a pot of coffee, he couldn't help but smile as Hannah and her other siblings began to laugh at the scene where another little piglet in an aviator hat named Flick stuck his tongue to a frozen flagpole, getting IT stuck in the process.

"You know, kids," Buster called from the kitchen, gaining everyone, even Rosita and Norman's attention, "When I first got started in theater, I was just about your age. In fact, the first play I ever did was A Christmas Story. Even played Flick. Still got the hat and everything (This is a true fact about myself, hat and all)." Upon hearing this, the kids couldn't help but giggle at the thought of their Uncle Buster in an aviator hat with his tongue frozen to a flagpole. After about a minute, the laughter died down as Buster returned to the main room, a tray with three mugs of coffee on it.

"Here ya are, Rosita," Buster said, handing one cup to the mother of twenty-five.

"Three quarter coffee, quarter cream and a tablespoon of sugar."

"Thank you, Mr. Moon," Rosita answered with the sweet inflection she was known for, "and Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas to you as well Rosita…and Norman, merry Christmas, and black with just a touch of sugar."

"Thanks Buster, you too," Norman yawned, taking his own cup, the father's bathrobe unceremoniously left open, leaving his pot belly exposed and peaking out under his white t-shirt and plaid pants. But, once he was satisfied that both parents had their up of Joe in hand, Buster joined them, the clock ticking away for another two hours before Buster thought it was high time t get the rest of the house guests up.

"All right, time to get the other Grinch's up," he said to the others after finishing his second cup of coffee, "so kids, stay put…and stay out of the presents."

After receiving a groan of annoyance from the piglets, Buster went back upstairs, but not before bumping into the dark Christmas Tree surrounded by, as Porsha had observed, "mountains" of presents from parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, and of course, Santa Clause. And after a few minutes, Buster returned, followed by a slow trickle of the resident performers and other guests.

Johnny, with as much energy he could muster, trudged into the room, more awake than the others, but till tired. But, one thing that was keeping him going was the enjoyment he got at carrying his grumbling fiancé, yes FIANCE, over his shoulder, the lynx lazily batting his back with weak fists before being unceremoniously dumped on one of the other couches.

"Well," Johnny said with a laugh, "that's one lump of coal delivered."

"Ha ha," Nooshy lazily laughed, before she was joined by a surprisingly docile Gunter, the pig dressed in, surprise surprise, a flamboyantly loud gold pajamas, glitter and all, the German pig awake enough to offer a Christmas greeting in his native tongue.

"Fröhliche Weihnachten Everyone!"

"Fröhliche Weihnachten Gunter," a rather disheveled voice called from the doorway, Charlie and Ellie walking in, both saluki and setter more awake than the porcupine who, much like Nooshy, ignored everyone as she made a slow b-line for the coffee pot, the saluki lawyer actually joining her as well. And not long after them, came Porsha and her fiancé, yes FIANCE, the latter of the two's long hair in a tangle mess as she joined the Ash train for the coffee, all while her wolf love went to join her father on one of the many couches.

"Morning Sweetie, Cherry," Buster called, earning a tired smile and half-wave from his future daughter-in-law, the younger saluki clearly having had a rough night. In truth, Chery and her parents hadn't intended to stay the night. Unfortunately, the previous day and day before saw the Redshore Coast getting pelted by a wicked nor'easter. Luckily, the family had left some spare clothes at the mansion for just such a situation. But some comfort was found in knowing it was going to be a White Christmas, with all friends and family near. Well, most. And while Ash would have wanted Clay to be there, she understood her idol and mentor's desire to spend his Christmas's reconnecting with some family and friends he had not see in those fifteen lonely years. And before long, everyone was soon waking up, either from the excitement or the coffee working its way through their system.

Soon, it was a true Redshore Christmas as everyone was either laughing or singing.

"Well sweetie, looks like someone is already having fun," came a voice from behind Buster. Standing behind her love on the couch was Suki, smiling warmly while gently rubbing her stomach, obviously speaking to her unborn child. Excusing himself from the conversation he was shaving with Porsha, Buster pulled himself up on the back of the couch to reach his wife's lips.

"Well look who's finally up," Buster said teasingly to the baby bump on Suki, the expecting mother giggling at her hubby's statement. Upon reaching his wife, Buster placed a tender kiss on top of her head, which was returned by a lite peck on the cheek. Anna beamed happily at her mother.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS MOMMA!" Prosha squealed, earning a loving chuckle from Suki.

"Merry Christmas Sweetheart," Suki responded lovingly, kissing her daughter's cheek, earning a giggle from said wolf, before turning back to Buster.

"Merry Christmas, Dear."

"Merry Christmas, Love," Buster responded with deep affection, pulling his wife close, which allowed him to feel the excited kicks coming from the child she was carrying. With a laugh, Buster leaned down to place a kiss on his wife's stomach.

"Merry Christmas to you too, Little Moon."

Looking back up to his wife's face, Buster's face took on a look of worry as he saw her frown. Excusing himself from the others, Buster guided Suki to the kitchen where they could have a bit more privacy.

"What is it, Suki?" he inquired worriedly, brining himself to stand of the stool by the spacious island int eh kitchen, his wife sitting opposite him. With a sigh, Suki spoke as she gingerly cradled her stomach, almost as if she were afraid of hurting her unborn child.

"I was hoping they would be here before Christmas," she admitted, a hint of sorrow in her, "but they're a week late. What if something is wrong?"

Buster, upon hearing this, let out a small laugh as he pulled his wife close to him. Kissing the top of her head once again.

"They're fine, Suki," Buster soothed, "Ellie said everything is going to be fine, and our baby is going to be perfectly healthy. Besides," he added in a matter-of-fact tone, "You said both you and Charlie were a week late. Babies in your family apparently are never on schedule."

With a small laugh, Suki looked into her husband's eyes as she pulled him into another kiss, this one filled with a bit more passion. Pulling away from each other, the two parents decided to rejoin the others, allowing the festivities to continue.

Two days later, Suki went into labor, giving birth to a beautiful baby girl who, who looked every bit like her mother. Except for her eyes.

She had her father's eyes.

And in naming their daughter, well, let's just say Porsha was bit more emotional than anyone one else as she first held her baby sister…

Amelia.

And while Amelia didn't arrive when they had planned, Buster and Suki, and of course little Porsha, who was obviously very excited about being a big sister, were all very happy to welcome the new addition into their family.

Needless to say, this was a Christmas season that they would remember forever.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
