(If you can play 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday by Wizard please do so now)

It was finally Christmas Day in Elmore, and everyone was celebrating with their friends and family, and none were doing so more than the Wattersons.

The family woke up bright and early to open their presents, and Gumball and Darwin just couldn't resist playing a little prank on Anais. The two hid their presents for her behind the tree and pretended that they had both forgotten to get her one.

Her face and ears lowered slightly. "Oh...t-that's okay..." She replied, trying not to sound upset, but the disappointment was audible in her voice, as well as the tears that had begun to form in her eyes.

They began to chuckle and hugged her. "Awww, Ani, we're kidding, we're kidding!" Gumball assured her, and the two revealed their presents for her. She looked at them with a grin and playfully punched them in the arm as they laughed.

"I hate you guys..." She rolled her eyes and began to open her presents.

"No you don't..." Darwin smiled.

She finished opening her gifts and gasped in delight when she saw they had gotten her a Daisy the Donkey DVD Boxset that she had mentioned to them a while back that she wanted to get, and a collection of books that were part of a series she had recently begun to read, that she had also offhandedly mentioned to them that she was really enjoying.

"How did you guys know I wanted these!?" She asked in disbelief.

"Well, you told us you wanted the DVD box set, and you said you liked that book series, and when we saw the collection of books we just couldn't pass up getting them. We had to put both our pocket money together to afford them both so I guess you can consider them joint presents from both of us." Darwin smiled.

She looked down as her face fell, a guilty expression beginning to form as she rubbed her arm. "But I...I thought you guys weren't paying attention to me when I told you about them...or whenever I talk to you about any of my interests really...I...I thought you didn't care enough to listen to any of that..."

Gumball placed his paw on her shoulder. "What...? Of course we care, you're our little sister! We always pay attention to you, even if it doesn't seem like it, we do. We always listen to whatever you tell us. How else are we supposed to know how to cheer you up whenever we need to, hey?"

She slowly began to smile as she teared up, letting out a sniff before hugging the two lovingly. "Thank you! That really means a lot!"

Darwin chuckled and rubbed her head. "You're welcome..."

The family happily opened the rest of their presents, Nicole letting out a mock gasp of insult, grinning at an extra joke present of anti-wrinkle cream that the rest of the family had gotten her. She rolled her eyes and laughed along with them, glad they were having so much fun.

As the day progressed the kids played with all of the gifts as Nicole retreated to the kitchen to work on Christmas dinner, Richard helping her with the momentous task, as the two danced to Christmas music they were playing in the background to aid the festivity.

Around lunchtime, guests began to arrive. First to arrive were Mary and Daniel, who were unusually cheerful for once, and had even brought gifts for everyone, much to the kid's delight.

An hour later Granny Jojo and Louie arrived with even more presents, and Jojo was for once doing her best to try and get along with Nicole for the sake of the holiday

Around 3 o'clock, much to Nicole and Richard's surprise, Frankie arrived. Neither of them had invited him over, so how had he known to come?

Just then the kids excitedly ran over and revealed to Richard that they had invited him over as an extra surprise gift for him. Richard smiled and hugged the three of them, beginning to tear up.

"Getting to spend Christmas with my father...this is the best gift you ever could've gotten for me..."

Anais smiled. "You're welcome Dad..."

Nicole and Granny Jojo were both reluctant at the idea of Frankie being here, especially the latter, but seeing Richard so happy, and the kids getting along so well with him, they decided to put their dislike of Frankie aside, just for today.

It was 4 pm and dinner was almost ready to be served, but they suddenly heard another knock on the door as the final two guests arrived.

Darwin got up and answered the door, and to his surprise, it was his parents, Nicodemus and Ahab.

"Hello Darwin! Merry Christmas!" Ahab hugged him lovingly. "How are you my little guppy!"

"I-I-I'm great Mom but...how come you're here?"

"I'd ask your mother that." Nicodemus smiled and nodded to Nicole.

He turned to Nicole confused, and she began to smile."Surprise! I invited them over as I thought it'd be nice for you to get to spend Christmas with your real parents as well!"

He gasped in delight and ran over, hugging her as he teared up.

"Thank you so much! This is amazing!"

"Aww, you're welcome sweetheart." She rubbed his head affectionately.

He looked up and began to smile. "I love you Mom..."

She teared up slightly, noticing that he had dropped the 'Mrs' for once, and outright called her Mom. "I love you too my adorable little guppy..."

The other awwed at this show of affection, especially Ahab and Nicodemus.

"Aww, isn't that adorable..." Ahab clapped her hands together happily, smiling at the sight of her son being so genuinely happy.

"Right, who wants gifts!" Nicodemus helped a bag of yet another set of presents they'd brought.

They excitedly began to open them, grinning wildly.

"Dude, this is the most presents I've ever gotten!" Gumball exclaimed.

"I know! It feels like my birthday and Christmas at the same time!" Anais agreed.

"And we haven't even gotten Penny and Carrie's presents yet!" Darwin reminded them, which only made them even more excited.

Once everyone had opened their presents, and Darwin's parents had introduced themselves to the grandparents Nicole finally called out that dinner was ready.

Nicole and Richard moved the sofa against the wall and moved in an extra-long table from the attic so that all twelve of them and all of the food and utensils could fit.

The twelve of them sat down at the table, Gumball, Anais, and Darwin sat next to each other, followed by Ahab and Nicodemus, then Granny Jojo. At the edge of the table, between the two sides, was Louie, and then on the opposite side were Richard, Nicole, Mary, Daniel, and Frankie.

They all pulled their crackers and put on their hats before everyone began to check what they had gotten from their crackers and everyone read their awful jokes, which only the grandparents laughed at.

Once that was done Nicole said a prayer, and then everyone finally tucked in, helping themselves to whatever they wanted.

As they ate everyone laughed and joked, telling stories, having fun with their partners/siblings/children, and overall having a blast together as one big, happy family.

Gumball suddenly took a break and looked away from the table, holding a glass of soda. He looked at the camera and smiled.

"and a merry Christmas to all of you readers at home, I hope you all have a great Christmas! Thank you for reading and spending this holiday with me, my friends and family, and everyone else in Elmore! I hope you enjoyed it just as much as I did! Oh, and If you think this year was crazy, just wait until next year! I hear Valha has some pretty big things planned! See you next year!"

He winked and raised his glass, taking a swig of his drink, before turning back to dinner, and more importantly his family.

The End.
