Two rays of light were connected, one of them was red, and the other was jade green. Sparkles of light fell off them, showing the strength of each spell being used. Following the lights where they were coming from, there stood two people. One looked like an in-between human and a snake that was laughing, and the other was a young boy trying to hold on with all his might as if his life depended on it.
"Potter, you can't hold onto this for long. You going to die today, Potter," the snake-like human said with laughter.
The boy, whose name was Harry Potter, took a deep breath and tried not to become bothered by what this guy said to him.
Suddenly, an explosion happened where the light connected, making Harry and the other person fall backward. Even the on-looker that had been behind the snake-like human fell.
It took them just a second to look back in shock when suddenly, a hooded person slowly stood up from his crunch-down form, and silence was going through the entire graveyard.
"What is this?!" snapped the snake-like man at the newly arrived person, hating that he was interrupted when he was so close to killing off his enemy.
The hooded person looked over, but nothing was shown under the hood, just darkness. This person then turned away and started to walk towards the boy named Harry, that had slowly climbed up from the lying position.
Harry´s P.O.V
I stared at the person that had suddenly appeared in the graveyard, and I could feel the power falling off his body. This hooded person looked over at Voldemort before he dismissed him and his question completely.
I almost stepped back a few steps when this person suddenly started walking towards me, and Voldemort's constant questions broke the silence.
"Who are you?!" Voldemort asked, not demanding to know. "Don't you dare ignore me and answer my questions! Where did you come from!?"
The person paused just a few feet away from me, I could see the clear annoyance in his body language, and he slowly turned his head to look over Voldemort over his shoulder.
"Do you think..." he started. His voice was such silk that it almost was like a whisper, but he spoke normally, but I could tell that he usually does not talk much. "I have to answer a weakling like you?" he asked. I would have laughed if it were another person, but Voldemort was powerful. I could tell this boy's power was more potent than Voldemort's; even if I didn't know how powerful he was, I didn't want to mess with him.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" shouted Voldemort in an outburst that showed that Voldemort was pissed off.
"You heard me, or did your hearing fail you?" the boy, unbothered by the outburst.
"Then you die!" screamed Voldemort and shot the killing curse against the boy.
I jumped to get to the boy, but the boy grabbed me in the arm and pulled me into his chest area, and the curse hit him head-on. I had closed my eyes, trying not to see this innocent person die. I have already seen Cedric die.
"Master, are you alright?" came a whisper in my ears, making my eyes open in disbelief to look at this hooded figure again and I was shocked to see him still standing.
"H-how?" I asked in a shaky voice, and I didn't know what to believe. This boy has just done the impossible and survived the killing curse.
"That, , even I want to know," Voldemort said in disbelief.
"It takes more than a simple killing curse to kill me, Master," said the boy in a whisper so only I could hear it.
I started to be bothered by this Master's business, but this was not the time to ask that question.
"Answer the question," suddenly said one of the death eaters summoned before when Voldemort had just come back from the dead.
The hooded figure looked over slowly. "I don't take orders from you, Mr. Malfoy," he said, costing Voldemort and everyone else to look surprised when Malfoy had not even shown his face to this newcomer.
Suddenly the figure held out a hand, and the goblet of fire jumped into his hand, and the usual portkey sense activated. Both I and this figure was taken back to school, in front of the maze that had been the final challenge. Everyone cheered in public, only to turn into questions about the hooded figure that was with me.
"Sleep Master, we will talk later," the hooded figure said, and somehow I felt sleepy. My mind figured out he had used a sleeping charm on me.
"I trust you on that," I said, not knowing why I trusted this person. He just felt so familiar but yet not. The last I saw was the lips of the boy under the hood, that gave me a small smile as if he was relieved about something.
Unknown P.O.V.
I knew it would be a difficult journey to get to my master and tell him everything these wizards of old blood kept from him.
I watched as my master fell asleep in my arms and felt a sense of relief that he at least partly trusted me.
I had picked him up bride style when I had to dodge a punch from a red-haired boy. Thanks to my reflex, that was not a big problem.
"Let go of Harry" screamed the red-haired boy at me, and a young girl with bushy hair screamed, "R.O.N.!" So this was the boy claiming to be my master's friend.
"Not until he let Harry go, I saw he put a sleeping charm on him," said Ron angrily.
"I won't harm him," I said in annoyance while dodging punches from this boy in ways he could harm my master with how he is dealing with this.
The girl tried for several minutes to get Ron to stop, and I could see many people were watching. My eyes swept to the teachers, that stared at me in disbelief.
"ENOUGH!" shouted an old man with an extraordinarily long beard. "Ronald Weasley, that is a Potter's guard you are attacking," the old man said, which cost Ron to freeze halfway in a punch. "What?" Ron said in shock.
I turned away from him and started walking towards the castle but paused momentarily. "Young Lady," I said softly and looked towards the girl that had tried to stop this Ron person.
This girl looked confused for a second before she realized I had just spoken to her, so she gave me her attention. "Come," I said before starting to walk again.
Hermione's P.O.V
I had never heard about the Potter family having guards, but if Dumbledore had said that, I would believe him. Ron also might have made a massive mistake by attacking, said the guard.
"Young Lady," came suddenly a voice from this guard, and I didn't realize it was me he spoke to until I saw him, or rather his hood's opening, turned to me. "Come" was all I got, and then he walked away. I looked over at Headmaster Dumbledore, and he waved me off, urging me to follow, so I did. Granted, I had to run to catch up to him since he was walking instead quickly, or was this his average speed?
"Is Harry alright?" I asked as we got to the gate of the castle, I had to know since Harry always got into trouble, but it was not his fault. It was like a magnet sucking it to him.
"As alright as he could be considering what has happened," said the guard softly as he started walking up some stairs, and I followed tightly behind.
I didn't ask more questions until we got in front of a portrait of a gorgeous snake lying in the lap of another hooded figure. I had never seen this portrait before in all my years in school.
"My beauty," said the guard softly, and the snake reacted. "I wish entrance for me and my master. It has been a long day, I would love to chat and catch up, but as you see, my hands are full," he said softly, and the snake gave a soft nod and hissed something to the portrait´s figure and the man tapped on the chair he sat on, and he swung open as the guard went inside, I could only follow.
When I got inside, I saw a beautiful bedroom, mostly in black, white, and silver. The bed was king-size and decorated even with gems inside the frames; the same could be said with the closet. The window showed the lake at the right angle, where you could see the moon in the sky.
I turned to look at the guard covering Harry's body with the sheets of the bed in almost a loving way.
"Sir, may I ask what your name is," I asked, and I saw the guard freeze a few seconds before he slowly stood up and looked at me.
"Classified," he said, and I huffed in annoyance only to jump back into the wall behind me when this guard was suddenly right in front of me. When the heck did he walk over? He was more than 20 feet away from me.
"My existence is classified even," the guard said. "I will not explain my existence to you since you are not my master," he said softly, and I could somewhat understand that, but I could still not understand completely.
"But," he suddenly said, and I tried to look at him, which was hard. "If my master deems you worthy of knowing about me after I spoke with him, I will not object but know this, miss Granger..." he said, and I could feel my eyes widen when I heard my surname fall off his lips, when did he know my name?
This guard leaned in until he was near my ear. "You might be his friend, but some stuff is better not knowing, and should you betray him, Voldemort will be the least of your worry," he whispered before he turned away and walked over to the bed to sit down by the edge slowly.
I knew, right then and there, that this guard was dangerous. How dangerous I would learn a lot later, and perhaps I would see it in a good way, or maybe I would see it terribly, and I hoped, beyond hope, that I wouldn't betray Harry's trust.

I sat still in public, staring towards the castle where I had just seen Potter and his guard and Granger disappear inside. I knew what this meant. My mother had told me all about the Potters and their secrets from way past.
"So it begins," I mumbled as I looked around the mess they had just left behind.
"Zabini," blurted someone out, and I groaned as I looked over to the ban of my life Draco Malfoy, but I put on my Slytherin face and showed that he had my attention.
"What was that about?" he asked in a whisper, which surprised me slightly. Did Malfoy keep a low profile?
"What makes you believe I know?" I asked as I crossed my arms over my chest.
"Please... you know more than any Slytherin, and you see more than any of us," Draco said with a sigh.
I sighed, that was the truth, but I wouldn't tell Draco everything. I could push him slightly in the right direction.
"Well, my mother told me this, Malfoy, 1000 years ago, the Malfoy had guards, yes, but none of them was human," I started in a very low voice, so low that Malfoy had to lean in to hear.
"it is also rumored that they could withstand quite many curses. One of them, which looked very young but was very old, could even withstand the killing curse," I said as if trying to remember things.
"It's also said at that time the Potters wasn't a family of the light, but a family of pure darkness and anyone that defied them was found dead the next day, but no one had proof that it was the Potters," I said before I looked over at the castle.
Draco was staring at me in pure shock, but then I felt him sit down next to me in deep thought.
