Day #11: Hanukkah
"It's never a drei-dull game when I'm playing! I'm totally gonna win!"
"Improbable, my endearingly pestiferous sibling. For I alone have mechanical physics on my side!"
Lisa gave her pun-loving sister, Luan, a smug look before giving the plastic purple dreidel she'd received from her kindergarten teacher a clever spin. It flawlessly twirled across the table, indicating that Lisa had given it the perfect angular velocity it needed to land on its preferred side, which was, needless to say, gimel.
Lisa watched with bated breath as it wobbled, then fell.
It landed on nun.
Dang it. Bested by a plaything!
