Luna was speaking, though the words, of course, meant little to Lily's young brain.
All she could see were the stars.
They called out to her like glowing, twinkling sirens, shedding their blue and yellow light on the dark world below.
Lily heard Luna's laughter as she stretched out her tiny baby fingers, trying to grab the starlight, though just like always, it evaded her grasp.
In mere moments, Lily's nightmares were gone, thanks to Luna's quick and reliable solution.
