Day #18: Feast
There were still many days until Christmas, however, in a family of thirteen, it paid to start early when it came to preparations for Christmas dinner.
It was especially busy now that many of the kids had learned to cook and wanted to try their hand at their own dishes.
Lisa wasn't among them. After the infamous Gravybot incident last Thanksgiving, her parents wouldn't even trust her with a butter knife.
Lisa slouched on the sofa, wishing for a way she could be useful to her family.
Just then, Lori walked in with a plate. "I could use a taste-tester!"
