17. ACCORDING TO PLAN

I spent the rest of the night reading one of my books about toy history. In case I haven't mentioned it yet - I no longer had to sleep, eat or even breath. I couldn't bleed or feel any physical pain. I was empty inside, literally. I turned into a magical living doll. I was luckier than ever before!

As soon as the sun came up, everyone in the mansion started waking up one after another. About one and half an hour later, Dib and the others gathered in the dining room. They were sitting around the table and waiting for breakfast to be served. It was brought by my doll maids, of course. Grief was already awake as well. This time I gave him a big, crusty, succulent turkey. As soon as he finished eating, he came closer to me and asked:
- What is it, Solitaire? Why are you grinning?
- Take a look at that. - I answered, making a way for him to see my magic mirror.
- Hey, who are those guys?
- Oh, you mean the Resisty?
Grief let out a brief, stifled laughter.
- Excuse me, but what did you just say?
- The Resisty.
The giant spider-like alien couldn't help but giggle.
- Are you serious? No one would have given their organisation a name like that.
- It's not a joke. - I ensured him. We continued watching vision privided by my magic artifact. We could see and hear Dib and Lard Nar having a conversation. Oh My Teddy, I've always craved to see those two interact with each other and I finally got it! Dib told the story of how he met Zim, about their fierce rivalry, about himself gathering knowledge, advanced technology and weaponry, freeing Pad Vaak and queen Loo-mi-nah and - last but not least - intent to defeat the Irken Empire once and for all. I was surprised to hear Lard Nar offering Dib to join the Resisty, but just a tiny bit.
- You'd be much of support and reinforcement to our resistance - he added. - Besides, I'm very curious of what you've got in store for those Irken scums.
- Yeah, sure. I'll show it to you. But there's something I'd like you to see first.
- What is this?
- It's a surprise. - Dib winked an eye, smiling mysteriously. Members of the Resisty exchanged intrigued gazes.

I can't estimate the level of hilariousness of look the aliens had had on their faces when they were led to the ,,barn'' full of stolen Irken snacks.
- Pretty impressive, huh? - said Dib proudly.
- But... how? - asked Lard Nar, clearly astonished.
- Let's just say that I have my ways.
In my opinion, having Dib keep the snacks and claim he was the one who had stolen those, was excellent.
Nonetheless, the suit I gave him, still remained unused. At that moment, a new great idea sprouted in my mind.

I told Dib about my plan to liberate Formika before every other Irken-conquered planet. Naturally, in private. - It is all about your power demonstration and also about a surprise for Loo-nah and her mother.
- I get it. But... how am I supposed to fight all alone with so many well-armed Irkens at once all?
- Oh, no. No, no, no, no! You're not gonna fight all alone. I'll send some of my treasures off to assist you. In disguise, of course. - Uh... ok.
- Now, put this suit on! We don't have much time.
I felt terribly anxious about my intentions to see what the Irkens have done with princess Loo-nah's home planet. But I had to. Neither Dib or my little treasures could be teleported to Formika without me first evaluating the whole situation.
'' Mirror, mirror, in my hand, Show me planet Formika, I command.''
And so, I saw what I was afraid to see. Holy Dolly! I swear if I still had a heart beating in my chest, it would dislocate just to get stuck in my throat. Even now I'm feeling really uncomfortable, as writing this part of my story. No plants, no animals or even buildings to be found anywhere around. Nothing but bare, sad grey rocks. And... the native habitants of Formika, forced into slavery by their Irken oppressors. I looked closer to realize they were mining... fantazites! '' What the hell do Irkens need those for?''- I thought. I had very, very bad feeling about that. It didn't take me very long to make my decision to participate in this act of liberation. My strong urge to massacre some of those bastards was just too hard for me to ignore.

Soon after that everything was ready. Dib had his suit on while me and my familiars were disguised as the robotic versions of ourselves. Our changed appearance was mostly inspired by Transformers toy line, by the way. I teleported us nearby a big rock so we all could hide behind it and wait for the best moment to strike.
We didn't need to lurk for a very long time. I saw one of Formikans fall down due to extreme exhaustion. She was gasping for breath, unable to slave away any longer. Of course, Irken slavedrivers didn't give a fuck about that and ordered her to stand up and get back to work. But she couldn't, whether she wanted to or not. One of them stepped out of line and started approaching poor, half dead alien girl. That was it. The perfect time to attack! I had to act quick. There wasn't any time left for me to do anything more, even to give Dib a sign. I flew away with the speed of light without a warning. The Irken raised his shock spear, most likely to finish off the exhausted Formikan. But the deadly stab had never came. I came instead, seemingly out of nowhere. I grabbed the other end of weapon with my claws and held it tight for three or four seconds, preventing the Irken from killing his victim. I pulled the spear, drawing him towards me, took a swing with my free paw and slashed his face. His head got cut in half as easily as melted butter. Quite a lot of pinkish blood squirted on my body and as well on ground beneath me. Irken's lifeless corpse fell down, still other soldiers gathered together in one place and immediately launched a counterattack with no hesitation. There were dozens of them, they were charging on me,temporarily forgetting about the Formikans completely. And that was the part when my familiars got on stage to join my performance of gory violence. Sure Dib participated too, however he was not fighting even half as brutally as me and my familiars were. Few minutes later the last of them went down, drowning in a puddle of blood. Finally, there was not a single Irken left alive on Formika. Dib turned to a group of cute, colorful females who were standing motionlessly and staring at us with their eyes wide open.
- Don't worry, ladies! - said Dib confidently. - You're safe now!
- Who are you? - asked one of the aliens.
- My name is Dib. I am on the mission to free the entire universe from clutches of cruel and vicious Irken Empire.
That was it - Dib's first official victory over the Irkens. Additionally,he'd gained many witnesses to confirm his actions.
