Origin: Britain, due to being an imaginary concept brought to consciousness via the grail, Shino, technically, does not have any country of origin.
But, the grail, Alaya and Gaia interprets every part of Britain as his 'origin of birth' due to his 'birth' being in 'Fairy land' which was apart of the conceptual history of his conceptual world.
He gains no increase in parameters in any country.
Appearance: Has white hair with green accents, smooth white skin, green eyes, a slim but muscular body that is 5'10 meters in length.
When summoned he appears in a green hoodie and blue jeans, weilding a purple scythe in his hands.

Shino takes minimal damage from any magic which is lower than A rank, even if said magic comes from/is a noble phantasm.

[Imaginary Servant: EX]
Requires no mana to exist, fight or perform any action except using his Noble Phantasm's and can exist without a master. Being a concept given life in order to match the strength of True Berserker Cain and Imaginary Berserker Dr.Hollows, He has no connection to this universe or any others, making him unbound to some of its laws.
[Incompatibility]
Due to his unstable spirit origin from being an imaginary servant, all of his abilities are limited and some cannot be used by Gaia's will, the above abilities are ones that he can actually use.
All his stats get a decrease in parameters when he is on earth.
PERSONAL SKILLS
[Body of nature]
A skill unique to Shino, his body can regenerate and reform from any damage he takes even if said attack stops healing itself because his body is an Infinitely growing 'plant'.
[No Determined Path]
Another skill unique to him, Shino is unaffected by fate itself leading to unavoidable or instant kill attacks —eg, Gae Bolg— being able to miss him and being unable to kill him.
[Beloved eternity]
Is immune to Anti-World attacks and gains an increase in all parameters when facing divinity, assassins and shadow servants this skill is only granted when Infa manifests three days after his summoning or if he summons her in the three days time and is invalidated once she dies or gets unsummoned.
[King of the Imaginary World]
This allows Shino to create and summon and create any weapon from his imagination, but due to him being a Saber he can only summon specific weapons, the scythe doesn't count because he didn't summon it, it was with him even before Shirou summoned him.
He also has completely mastery of every weapon that he creates.
[Heart of eternity]
Is completely invulnerable to reality altering, distorting or destroying attacks, he does not have a heart and can only be damaged when he summons Infa, which will happen three days after his summoning if he doesn't summon her himself.
Infa carries his heart and a half of his soul, she is extremely vulnerable to instant kill attacks but has to be killed three times in order for her to truly die and if she does die… I hope to god that Shino doesn't find her killer in two hours because that's how long it takes for him to disappear due to not having his heart.

Shino manifests the will of the first fairy king of his world, Oberon and creates two rainbow coloured butterfly wings from his back which when used, create reality breaking waves of winds that are impossible to block.
[Infinite Stratos]
Ranking: EX
Classification: Anti-unit.
Shino creates an Infinitely looping area of infinite scenarios around a space that he has touched, trapping his target in an infinite loop that will never be the same.
When Shino does this after killing a target —or partially killing an immortal being— it traps them in an infinite death that they can only escape if they punch a single, random molecule which appears in random places during their death.
[Blossoming king of souls]

Classification: Anti-personel, Anti-Fortress, Anti-world.
A noble phantasm only being able to be used once in a grail war and could end it when used, [Blooming King Of Souls] when used creates a bright blue aura around Shino's body that form twelve revolving crowns around his neck which can turn into twelve different weapons; Kyasho(Sword), Syonõ(Dagger), Yarīka(Spear), Shaito(Daó), Aruhashi(Whip), Hori(Gauntlet), Nosonganolhaf(Staff), Sere(Trident), Nerma(Gun), Inaki(Chakram), Qilaph(Axe) and Infa(scythe). Each having their own specific abilities and usage. Most of them can be classified as an A class Noble Phantasms, Kyasho, Infa and Qilaph being the only ones that reach EX levels of destruction.
But Shino can only use one weapon at a time for now due to Gaia nerfing him… and yes I'm going to explain what all of his Phantasm's do, without that much detail of course.
Kyasho: A blazing red katana that burns through anything and everything that it comes into contact with, manifestation of the first queen, Kyashi no Tamoe.
Syonõ: A black, jagged Kukri like dagger that gives him complete authority over darkness, manifestation of the second queen, Syripis Krosdantia.
Yarīka: A red, almost tribent like spear that controls the concept of 'Heat' and 'Sky', Manifestation of the third quen, Yara.
Shaito: A Chinese dao made from emerald dragon scales that when wielded by Shino, allows him to twist and bend anything that lies above his head, Manifestation of the fourth queen, Tian Sheng.
Aruhashi: A long, spinal whip that allows for Shino to rip and mend anything below him if his feet touch it, Manifestation of the fifth Queen, Isis.
Hori: Bone like gauntlets that are shrouded with an aura of death, while wearing the Shino has complete authority over death and can manipulate 'graves', also has a function when the aura of death is removed that, let's just say, when it activities will not be pretty for humanity, Manifestation of the sixth queen, Izanagi.
Nosonganolhaf: A bright while staff with fairy dust crystals engraved onto it, it allows for Shino to gain the element of 'Fairy' and when used alongside Oberon, transforms the staff into an Infinitely unravelling spear that controls every fairy and everything that is made by fairies. Manifestation of the seventh queen Titania.
Sere: A golden tri-tipped trident that allows Shino to control the sea and the concept of water itself while he wields it. Manifestation of the eight queen, Amphitrite
Nerma: A long black sniper rifle that creates a reality distorting wave of smog that seals all the senses of those who make contact with it when it's trigger is pulled. Manifestation of the ninth queen, Krestizat.
Inaki: Two green, pointed chakrams that give Shino the authority over time itself when he wields them. Manifestation of the tenth queen, Ma'at.
Qilaph: A gigantic, almost towering black axe with a curved blade. It allows Shino to traverse through the beyond and can spread it's blade to reveal the eldritch horror inside it. Manifestation of the eleventh queen, Nγ̷̬̝̰͍̳̍̈́̍̊̚ɒ̵̡̨̮̲̩̀̇̅̓͘ɿ̵͎̦̟͕̬̑̾͗̕͠ĺ̸͔͖̬̻͇͐͐͒̕ɒ̶̘͕̖̣̱͊͋̔̏̑Ɉ̷̢͎̞̞̔̈́̅̇̿͜ʜ̴͉̳̩͍́̈́̽̒͜͝ơ̷̞̱̭̻̠͒̑͘͝Ɉ̸͔̩͙̭̜͆̽̊͆̕ɘ̶̯͚̺̼̝͐̈͛̊̆q̷̨̳̯̩̘̽̀͝͝͝.
Infa: A purple great scythe that lets Shino control the concepts of Infinity and summon the current twelfth queen, Infa to his aid.
Infa can be classified as a Caster class servant but isn't technically a servant, more like a familiar.
She can —partially— summon the guardian of the bounds beyond Infinity, Qilarners.
All of these Phantasm's, if summoned at the same time, let Shino access the true form of the first queen, Tomoe No Amaterasu, which… I'll just leave that up to your imagination.
[Extra]
If summoned as any servant other than Saber, he would have lost his scythe in exchange for full control over Infinity and everything that can have it.
His saber form is his happiest yet weakest form.
If he was summoned as a lily however… there would be no grail war, he's literally nursery rhyme without any restraints in that form.
If not held back by Shirou's circuits, he could summon all of his Queen weapons at once… whcih he can still do but it requires a command spell.
