Chapter three
When Rumi told Rika about Izuku, she had unfortunately left out one very important detail.
Izuku is… blind?! How does he expect to work out, Much less become a hero? And he's quirkless too? Then Rika felt bad. It wasn't right to judge someone based on what they did or didn't have. Besides, it wasn't his fault he was quirkless.
Then she realized Izuku was still waiting for an answer.
"Uh… Hi Izuku"
"I'll let you two talk while me and Inko sort some things out. Come on Inko" Rumi dragged a reluctant Inko back out into the lobby where they talked
"Uh… so, what do you want to talk about?" Izuku asked
"I don't know. What kind of stuff are you into?"
"Well… I really like heroes. And katsudon."
At this, Rika laughed. "Really? Me too! Who's your favorite? Mine is Mt. Lady"
"Mt. Lady? Boo, mine is All Might" Izuku teased
" 'Boo?' What's that supposed to mean? You don't like Mt. Lady?"
"N-no! I l-like her, b-but All Might is my favorite! He's so cool! Remember his debut? He saved over 100 people in less than 10 minutes! He's amazing!" Izuku gushed
"I take it you're a fanboy then?" Should I show him? He can't see, but I think he would like to know it's there… as long as he doesn't make fun of me
"Uh, yeah, I guess you could call me that" Izuku blushed out of embarrassment
Hm… "Ok, follow me." Rika turned and started walking
"Uh.. Rika?"
"Yes?"
"I'm blind, remember?"
"O-oh! Right, sorry. Here!" She grabbed his hand and led him away, blushing
