Lidia walked through the halls, one of her backpack straps falling off her shoulders. She looked back down at the paper in her hand with her schedule and locker number. Why didn't the school staff just put it online? Lidia thought, wishing to have a reason to distract herself from the loud, busy environment of the school with her tiny screen.

She sighed. "First class… art." The Dragonbourne mumbled to herself. At least it's a class I'll like. She thought. Unless the teacher is a b*tch. Lidia reminded herself again of her locker number as she scanned the walls.

2319, 2319, 23- there it is. It was a locker on the bottom half of the wall, between the odd number before it and the door to the band class. Inside, a dark-furred monster was sitting at a drum set as the teacher spoke, the monster's mind buzzed, but nothing came from it. It was a comfortable hum that seemed to drown out the voices of the many kids racing to their next class before the bell.

Lidia looked at the monster for a moment through the window, unseen by the students inside. The bell rang and Lidia jolted at the sound, the Dragonbourne dashed to her next class, not quite knowing why part of her longed to stay.

Hello! I hope you enjoyed reading this, very, short oneshot. I may add more to it, but right now I like where it's at. I am more than happy to take constructive criticism, but I do ask that you're polite about it...

Let me know if I should continue this little idea of mine... I might anyway, but I would like your opinion :)
