In the city, Kira walked towards a small warehouse like building with a sign over it.
"'Hayley's Cyberspace'?" she read, before seeing Conner approaching her. "Conner."
"Ethan call you guys too?" Conner inquired.
"Huh?" Kira muttered.
She turned around and saw Mei coming up behind her.
"He called you guys as well?" Mei inquired.
"Yeah. Said it was super important." Kira said.
They all turned to the sign above the front door.
"What is this place anyway?" Kira wondered.
"You got me." Mei shrugged.
"No clue." Conner said.
"Let's check it out." Kira said.
They all walked towards the door and entered the building. Conner and Kira then opened and door as they entered the main room, seeing a bunch of teenagers around the room.
"Wow." Conner said.
Mei turned around and saw several teens sitting on couches reading magazines and comics, or standing up near them.
"You think he lives here?" Conner asked.
They saw several people sitting by computers or on tables with a laptop, with a stage at the back of the room.
"I think he wishes he did live here." Kira said.
"Well, this does sound like his place." Mei noted.
They spotted a counter with a juice bar behind it, with several people sitting or standing by it.
"There you are, my brother and sisters in crime." Ethan joked, approaching them all from the end of the counter. "Or at least crime-fighting. Welcome to my world. What d'you think?"
They all walked forward, as Conner and the girls kept looking around.
"Yeah. I guess it's kinda cool in a techno-retro dorky, sort of way." Conner said.
"You can do anything here." Ethan explained. "Game, chat online, listen to music, eat, drink."
"Who came up for the idea for this?" Kira asked curiously.
Ethan turned around and pointed to a red-haired woman called Hayley Ziktor.
"That would be Hayley." he said, as Hayley turned to them. "She's a techno legend. M.I.T grad, programming genius. Got tired of working for big technology and decided to open up this place."
"Good thing for you." Kira said.
"No lie." Ethan said.
"Anyway, so, what's so important?" Conner asked, wrapping his arm around Ethan.
"Yeah, why'd you call us here?" Mei asked.
"I just figured 'Hey, we're gonna be saving the world together'. I wanted you guys to see what I'm about." Ethan explained.
Conner chuckled. "Okay, whatever, dude." he said.
Hayley approached the four teens.
"Hey, guys, what can I get you?" she asked.
"I'll just have an apple juice." Kira said.
"Oh, that's easy." Hayley said, before she turned around. "Kira, right?"
"Yeah." Kira said, as they walked off, with the others behind them. "How'd you know?"
"Oh, I'm all about information." Hayley explained, before she stopped and turned around. "It's my business. Now, you sing don't ya?"
Ethan leaned on the counter as Mei folded her arms.
"Yeah, I do." Kira said.
"Great. How 'bout this Friday, you and your band play here." Hayley said. "We'll call if an audition."
"Well, yeah. I mean, that would be great." Kira said happily.
"Alright, see you then." Hayley said.
She walked off as Conner walked past Kira, who looked speechless.
"Okay, I love her." Kira said, as Hayley walked around the counter.
"That's Hayley." Ethan said. "There's not one kid in here she hasn't helped out somehow."
"Hasn't helped me." Conner said, leaning on the counter.
"Nor me." Mei said, getting between him and Kira.
Hayley came back around the counter and approached them all.
"Conner McKnight, the soccer player?" she assumed, handing Kira her juice. "I'm surprised you not at the open try-outs for the Reefside Waves."
"Open try-outs?" Conner inquired.
"Yeah, at their practice field right now." Hayley explained.
"You're kidding, right?" Conner asked, grinning.
"No." Hayley said.
"You were saying?" Ethan said.
Conner turned to the others, then back to Hayley, before he ran off.
"Good luck, bro." Ethan said.
"And you're Mei Chang, the sportswoman?" Hayley assumed, turning to Mei.
"Yeah." Mei said.
"I'm surprised you're not out practicing for the roller-skating contest?" Hayley said.
"Roller-skating contest?" Mei inquired.
"Yeah, it's in a few weeks." Hayley said.
Mei turned to Kira and Ethan.
"Okay, she's cool in my book." she said, before running off. "See you!"
Hayley walked off past Kira and Ethan, who grinned.
"See ya." Ethan said.
"I gotta go too." Kira said. "I need to put a set list together and restring my guitar. Here, bye."
She handed Ethan her juice before she ran off.
"Nothing like spreading the love." Ethan smirked, walking off.
His bracelet beeped, making him look around, seeing no one heard, before he approached a computer in a corner. He put the juice down as he sat at the chair, then put the bracelet to his mouth.
"Yeah, Doc, you got Ethan." he said.
"Can you meet me out at the end of Riverside Road in an hour?" Tommy asked.
"Yeah, sure." Ethan said. "What's up?"
"Just be there, and I'll fill you in." Tommy promised.
Ethan got up and walked off to leave the Cyber Cafe.
In Mesagog's lab, Mesagog stood in front of Elsa and Zeltrax.
"Well?" he said.
"Well, what, sir?" Elsa asked.
"Where's my explanation?" Mesagog hissed.
"My lord, we offer no excused." Zeltrax said. "Only apologises and a promise to improve our performance."
Mesagog approached him, making him move back slightly.
"Is this correct, Elsa?" Mesagog asked, moving towards her. "Am I to understand, that you feel no need to explain yourself?"
"Lord Mesagog, it is in my humble opinion, that it would be a waste of your valuable time." Elsa said. "Time better spent destroying Dr. Oliver and his new Power Rangers."
Mesagog moved closer to her.
"Exactly the answer I was looking for." he hissed, before he turned and walked off. "Now, have you had any luck in tracking down what we discussed earlier?"
"We know they're out there." Elsa assured.
Mesagog turned and sat down in a throne.
"Oliver has not made his move yet." Zeltrax explained. "When he does, we'll be there to stop him."
"You had better be." Mesagog insisted coldly.
At the try-out pitch, Conner was on the pitch with other players, before he kicked the ball up into the air. Another player dribbled a ball past another, then turned around, as Conner headed a ball into the goal.
On the side, where some players taking a break, along with a Coach called Beckman, who held a file book.
Conner ran along the pitch with a ball, then dribbled it past another player, then he spun around past another with the ball. He moved past a third as he tried to block him, then he shot it towards the goal. The goalkeeper dived and saved it, sending it back towards Conner, but he back flipped through the air and shot it back, scoring.
"Yeah!" some players cheered.
"Who was that kid?" the Coach asked, with an accent.
A player with short hair got up behind him.
"That's Conner McKnight. He's still in High School." he explained, as a boy moved the ball towards Conner, who then skidded down and kicked the ball away, nearly tackling him. "He plays on the local club team."
Conner got up and raced after the ball.
"Hmm? Coach Beckman muttered, impressed.
He opened up his file book and began to mark Conner.
Meanwhile, Tommy and Ethan were both walking through a forest together.
"After the island exploded, some of my experiments were shattered all throughout this area." Tommy explained. "There."
They both crouched down over four weird, shaped eggs, which all glowed slightly in the Rangers colors.
"What are they?" Ethan asked.
"Eggs." Tommy said.
"Oh, it's cool, Dr. O." Ethan said, thinking they were to eat. "I just had lunch a couple of hours ago."
"No, we're not gonna eat them." Tommy assured. "We're gonna hatch them, then you're gonna right them."
Ethan looked confused and got up, as Tommy smiled.
"Maybe it's all this quiet out here that's got me hearing things, but I thought you just said we're gonna ride these?" he questioned.
"I did." Tommy confirmed. "Trust me, Ethan. When these things are ready, they're gonna be a big help to us."
"Alright, whatever you say." Ethan said, getting down.
They both began to put the eggs into Tommy's backpack.
"Careful." Tommy said, putting the yellow one in, as Ethan held the blue one.
Once all four eggs were in the back, a figure dashed past a tree, making them look up.
"You saw that, right?" Ethan asked, as they got up.
Tommy nodded. "We have to protect the eggs, no matter what." he said, putting his backpack on his shoulder.
"Who'd want to hurt them?" Ethan inquired.
Elsa came out from behind a tree and leaned on it.
"I would." she said, folding her arms.
Tommy and Ethan both turned to her, as Zeltrax came out from behind the tree, with his axe and shield.
"And I." he said, turning to them, as a bunch of Tyrannodrones showed up. "I'm starting to have doubts about your intelligence, Dr. Oliver."
A Tyrannodrone came up behind Tommy and grabbed the backpack.
"Hey!" he complained, turning to it.
He tried to pull his bag away, before Ethan grabbed its arm.
"Attack!" Zeltrax commanded, pointing his axe forward.
The Tyrannodrones all charged at Tommy and Ethan.
Ethan knocked the right arm of the one near him up, then knocked its other arm up, before Tommy kicked it away. Another then jumped and grabbed Tommy's backpack, then began to pull on it.
Ethan whacked one in the back with his forearm, then he grabbed another's arm and flipped it onto its back.
Tommy kept fighting over one with his backpack, before turning to another and blocked its arm with his own, before kicking its chest.
"Hands off!" he said.
Ethan jumped over and kicked the Tyrannodrone's arms, making it let go of the backpack, then he kicked its chest while having his back to it. He ran past a tree to dodge another, then leap frogged over a third as it ducked down, then kicked a fourth. He turned to a fifth between two thin trees, then he grabbed and wrapped his arm and legs around them, making the Tyrannodrone duck, before another pushed him away.
"Uh!" he moaned, rolling along the ground.
He pulled himself up, before two grabbed his arms and held him still.
"AH!" he grunted.
Tommy put his backpack around him, then punched ones arm, then blocked another's with his forearm, before hitting its other arm while spinning around. He kicked a third's chest, then he rolled away past a few, then got up before one kicked his chest, knocking him down.
"Uh!" he moaned.
One grabbed the bag and began to pull on it, then he kicked another's arm as it moved towards him, before he kicked the first away. He then kicked a third away, then got up and spun around while moving away, as a fourth tried to pounce on him. He blocked ones arm with his forearm, then punched its chest, then he ducked and moved away as two tried to whack him with their arms, then he kicked a fourth away, before he jumped and spun around, kicking the second and third. He then looked around, and saw Ethan locked in a grapple with one.
"Ethan, call the others!" Tommy yelled.
Ethan nodded and threw away the one he held, before putting his bracelet to his mouth.
"Guys!" he called, before one kicked him against a tree. "Ah! We could use some..."
(The pitch)
Conner looked at his bracelet as he heard Ethan's voice.
"...Dino help out here!"
A player ran past him with the ball towards the goal.
"No. Not now?" Conner pleaded, not happy with the time.
The player kicked the ball and scored a goal.
Conner turned around to it, then looked around, knowing he had to go, even if he didn't want too, and then he ran off.
"Where's he going?" Coach Beckman asked.
The player with short hair shrugged.
"Where you doing?!" the Coach yelled.
"I'm sorry!" Conner yelled. "I'll get back as soon as I can!"

Mei skated down a path near a fountain on her skates, when her bracelet beeped, making her stop, then she checked to see if she was alone.

Kira walked down a street with a plastic folder with strings in for her guitar, when her bracelet beeped, then she looked around to make sure she was alone.
(The forest)
A Tyrannodrone threw Ethan away.
"Ah!" he moaned, hitting the ground.
He pulled himself up and gritted.
"You asked for this, not me." he warned, pointing at it.
He held his wrist up, then his bracelet turned into his morpher.
(The fountain)
Mei held her wrist up, then her bracelet turned into her morpher.
(The street)
Kira held her wrist up, then her bracelet turned into her morpher.
(The pitch)
Conner stood out of sight from everyone else, then held his wrist up, then his bracelet turned into his morpher.
The screen split into four, Ethan in the top left, Conner in the top right, Mei in the bottom left, Kira in the bottom right.
"Dino Thunder Power Up, ha!"
(Morph sequence)
The screen split into four, the Rangers in the same spots. They all pressed the buttons on their morphers, then lowered their arms as the foot symbol appeared on them, then they all back flipped through the air, morphing up. They all landed in their positions, then their helmets appeared on them, then they did their poses as their Dinozords roared behind them.
(End morph sequence)
Ethan blocked the Tyrannodrone's tentacle with his blaster in saber mode, which was called the Thundermax Saber. He pulled his saber away, when another kicked his chest and knocked him against a tree.
"Oh!" he moaned.
Three moved to strike him with their tentacles, when his friends all got in front of him, and blocked them with their sabers. They pushed the Tyrannodrones back, then moved past each other, getting front of Ethan. (Mei was on Kira's left)
"You guys couldn't have done this another day?" Conner asked annoyed.
"Don't tell me? Tell them?" Ethan said, looking at the Tyrannodrones.
"Let's make it quick." Conner said, as they brought out their weapons. "Tyranno Staff!"
"Ptera Grips, baby!" Kira said, moving them away, before crossing her arms over in a plus shape.
"Campto Lance!" Mei shouted, twirling it around, before holding it above her.
"Tricera Shield!" Ethan shouted.
They all charged at the Tyrannodrones.
Conner spun his staff around, but missed one as it rolled forward, but then he hit another's arm and flipped it over, while also hitting a third's chest with it.
"Ya!" he yelled, twirling it around. "I'm over you!"
He put the pointed end of his staff into the ground, then dodged as one tried to whack him with its tentacle arm, before he jumped and kicked it in the back. He then put his feet down on the ground, then hit ones arm with the point end of his staff as it ran past him. He then hit another slightly with the head end, before he spun around and whacked its legs, tripping it up as it spun around. He dug the point end into the ground, blocking ones punch with it, then he blocked another with his forearm, before he jumped up slightly while holding its staff, then flipped up slightly and kicked its arm down, knocking it down.
Ethan whacked one with his shield as it came at him, knocking it down, then he kicked another's chest as it came at him.
"Yeah!" he grinned.
He turned around as another three came at him, then he blocked their tentacles with his shield, then he raised it up, knocking them down.
"Outta my face!" he said.
He ducked as one dived by to slash him with its tentacle, then he spun around and tackled another. He then got up and whacked a third with his shield, making it spin around, before he ducked and slashed it down the chest with the point on it. He then turned and jumped up, kicking ones arm as he did, then he turned around in the air and kicked another's chest before he landed on the ground.
Kira dived towards several, making a few move away, then she flipped sideways past one as it tried to trip her with its tentacle, before she landed on her feet. She spun around and blocked several tentacles with her grips, before she held them both backwards.
"I'm in it to win it!" she said.
She turned and blocked ones arm with her right one, before hitting its chest with her left one, then she kicked another's arm. She spun around to dodge a third as it ran at her, then she blocked a fourth's arm with her right grip, before she kicked its leg, knocking it onto its chest. She then spun around and slashed two with her right grip, then kicked a third as it came at her, then she jumped and twirled around sideways towards a fourth, before she spun around and tackled it.
Mei ducked as one tried to whack her with its tentacle arm, then she spun around and tripped it up with the head end of her lance. She then turned and kicked another as it came at her, then she tried to stab a third with the end of her lance, but it wrapped its arms around it.
"Time for a lift." she joked, lifting her lance up.
She turned around and threw the Tyrannodrone over her, making it land on two more, knocking them all down. She spun around and slashed two more across the chest with her lance, then then raised it up and blocked a third's kick with it, before stabbing its belly with the point end of her lance. She then leaned back as a fourth tried to whack her with its tentacle arm, then she blocked another whack from it with her lance, before kicking its chest, knocking it down.
Tommy blocked a kick from Zeltrax with his hand, then he backed towards a tree, then ducked as Elsa tried to slash him with her sword. He spun around and moved away, then ducked as Zeltrax tried to slash him with his axe, then he spun around to kick him, but Zeltrax blocked it with his shield. He then spun around and kicked Elsa's arm, then kicked Zeltrax's shield again, then grabbed his arm to make Elsa hit his shield with the butt of her sword, before Elsa spun around and grabbed his shoulder. They both glared at each other, then Tommy leaned back as she and Zeltrax tried to slash him at the same time, then he spun around past them both, kicking Elsa's arm as he did, then he spun around to tackle her, but missed as she jumped and twirled around. He then jumped and spun around as she got up, kicking her hand s she spun around.
"Ah!" she moaned.
She stopped and glared at Tommy.
"Elsa!" Zeltrax gasped.
He ran past Tommy towards her, hitting him with his shield as he did, then stopped and looked at her arm.
Tommy stared at them both, as the Rangers all ran towards him, before they all looked at Elsa and Zeltrax. (Mei was on Kira's left)
"You really like these odds?" Ethan asked, pointing at them. "'Cause you looked busted to me."
"We're not through with you, Power Rangers!" Elsa roared.
"Nor you, Dr. Oliver!" Zeltrax growled.
Elsa held her sword up, then they both vanished through an Invisiportal.
"Huh?" the Rangers said.
"They're a pleasant couple." Kira said, putting her hands on her hips as they turned to Tommy.
"That's one way of putting it." Mei agreed.
"Yeah." Ethan agreed.
"We better get these back to my place." Tommy said, holding his backpack.
"What are they?" Kira asked, touching his shoulder.
"We're going to ride them." Ethan explained.
"Huh?" Kira muttered.
"Come again?" Mei asked confused.
"Look, I have to go back to try-outs." Conner said. "Can you guys handle this?"
"Yeah, go ahead, Conner." Tommy said, touching his shoulder. "They can fill you in later."
"Thanks." Conner said, holding his thumb up, before he ran off.
"Good luck!" Ethan called.
"Come on, let's go." Tommy said.
He, Ethan and the girls all turned and walked off.
Later, Conner made it back to the pitch and ran towards the Coach, who was packing up the balls into a bag, as most of the players had left.
"Hey." he said.
The Coach looked up at him, then put a ball into the bag, then he picked up his file book and got up.
"McKnight." the Coach said, before opening up his file book.
"Yeah." Conner said.
"Got you down as a D.N.F, did not finish." Coach Beckman said, closing his file book up.
"Look, I'm sorry." Conner said, as they walked off. "I had something really important to take care off."
The Coach put his file book down by his bag, as a man walked off with the ball.
"Son, if there's anything more important to you than soccer, this isn't the place for you." he said.
"There is nothing...more important that is." Conner assured.
"Well, thanks for trying out." the Coach said, patting his shoulder.
He picked up his bag and walked off, leaving Conner depressed about missing out due to his Ranger duties.
"Oh, man!" he said, bummed, facepalming himself.
A soccer ball got kicked towards him, stopping by his feet, then he saw a little Indian girl and her Mom nearby.
"Kick it?" the girl asked.
Conner kicked the ball towards her, which she stopped by putting her foot on it.
"Good stop." he said.
"Thanks." the girl said, picking the ball up.
She turned and ran towards her Mom, who took her hand as they walked off, making Conner smile slightly, before he scratched his head.
Meanwhile, the other Rangers were in the Cyber Cafe, sitting around a table together, Ethan and Kira with a laptop each, while Mei was reading a extreme sports magazine. Ethan was playing a game on his, while Kira was surfing the web on hers, writing something down for her song.
"Man, Dr. O is into some weird and funky stuff." Ethan said. "I don't even want to think about what he's hatching in that cave right now."
"I know, me either." Mei said.
"I have a feeling we won't have to wait too long to find out." Kira said.
"That's what I'm afraid off." Mei said, turning a page.
Kira turned and saw a boy their age with black hair, dressed in white and grey walk in.
"Whoa." she said.
Mei and Ethan turned to the boy, who was talking to another boy in green.
"Who is that?" Kira wondered.
"I don't know." Ethan said.
"Maybe it's a new kid." Mei said.
Kira stared at the boy, which the others noticed.
"Hello, anyone in there?" Ethan asked, waving his hand over her face.
"Earth to Kira?" Mei said, clicking her fingers.
"He's really 'Wow', isn't he?" Kira said, blushing.
"Can I get you a glass of water? Maybe an oxygen mask." Ethan joked, as the boy approached their table.
"Quiet!" Kira hissed, turning away. "He's coming over here!"
Mei smirked while going back to her magazine.
"Hey, I'm looking for Hayley." the boy said, making Mei and Ethan look at him. "I'm supposed to start work today."
"She's around here somewhere." Ethan said. "Haven't I seen you at Reefside?"
"Yeah, I just moved here last week." the boy said. "My name's Trent."
"I'm Ethan." Ethan said, shaking his hand. "This is Kira, and Mei."
Kira kept her head turned, blushing.
"Hi." Mei said. "Nice to meet you."
"Likewise." Trent said, before turning to Kira. "Hey?"
Kira kept her head turned.
"Are you okay?" Trent asked.
"She doesn't speak." Ethan joked. "We've been trying for years, but we just can't get through."
"I'm fine." Kira assured, turning to Trent. "It's nice to meet you."
"And she found a reason to talk." Mei joked.
Kira kicked her leg slightly in annoyance.
"Hey!" she complained.
Trent smiled as Hayley came over.
"Trent, good timing." she said, holding a notepad. "Come with me and I'll get you started."
"Cool." Trent said, before turning away. "Um, I'll see you guys later."
"See you around." Mei said.
Hayley and Trent walked off as Ethan waved.
"Isn't he just so 'Wow'?" he smirked, before Kira stomped on his foot. "OW!"
Mei turned as Conner came over, looking depressed as he held a soccer ball.
"Hey, how'd it go?" Ethan asked.
"How'd it go? It's over." Conner said. "The Coach basically said forget it, and who can blame him. I mean, I left in the middle of practice."
"Well, it's not like you didn't have a good excuse." Kira said.
"Right. Well, maybe next time I'll just bring a note from our teacher." Conner said sarcastically.
He walked past the table, getting the others to turn around and get up, Mei putting her magazine down as she did.
"'Sorry, Conner couldn't make it to practice today'!" he began, as the others followed him. "'He was busy fighting freaky looking Dinosaur things in the forest'!"
The others ran towards him.
"Ah!" the girls yelped.
Kira shushed him as she and Ethan grabbed his arms, leading him towards a couch in the back.
"Bet he's never heard that excuse before." Ethan said.
"And it'll never work on him without giving away our you-know-what." Mei reasoned.
"Whatever?" Conner scoffed.
They all sat down on the couch together. (Mei was on Kira's right)
"Look, the point is, what was I supposed to say?" he asked. "Man, this whole saving the world deal is seriously starting to bum me out."
He leaned back on the couch as the others turned to him, before he sat up.
"I need to talk to Dr. Oliver." he said.
"Uh, I think he maybe kinda busy." Kira said, touching his arm.
"With what he and Ethan found in the forest." Mei added.
"Yeah, he's got this whole new project-" Kira began.
"Too bad!" Conner argued, turning to Ethan. "I was busy today. That didn't stop him from messing up my life."
He got up and walked off, as the others turned to each other.
"Wait, we'll go with you." Ethan said, as they got up and followed him.
"Yeah." Kira and Mei said.
Later, the four Rangers were in the tunnel with the skeleton in, then Kira pulled the jaw down, opening up the door. They all looked into the Dino Lab, while hearing a roar, seeing objects getting flown across the room.
"Don't come in!" Tommy yelled, as a yellow tail knocked him away. "Whoa!"
"Yeah, we kinda got that." Kira noted.
"Whoa." Ethan said.
Tommy got knocked towards them all by a blue tail.
"WHOA!" he yelled, before landing in front of his students. "OH!"
"Is that what was in those eggs?" Ethan inquired, as Tommy got up.
"Yeah." Tommy moaned, covered in slime. "I'm trying to train them."
"How's it coming?" Ethan asked.
"Uh, slowly." Tommy replied. "Ah!"
He ducked as a purple tail tried to whack him, hitting the nearby pillar, making the Rangers jump slightly.
"Very slowly." Tommy said, getting up.
"Look, I can see that you're...busy with... Well, whatever, but I need to talk." Conner said, folding his arms.
A red tail hit Tommy's back and knocked him away.
"AH!" he yelled.
His students moved away as he shot past them and hit the floor on his chest, then Mei lifted the skeleton's jaw.
"Whoa!" Ethan yelped, moving away as the door closed.
"Guess I can take a break." Tommy said, looking at himself.
"Here." Ethan said, holding his hand out.
Tommy took it, then Ethan helped him up.
"Alright, what's up?" Tommy asked.
"Uh..." Ethan said disgusted, looking at his hand. "Eww!"
"You gotta find someone to replace me." Conner said.
The others turned to him.
"What are you talking about?" Kira asked.
"You're talking crazy!" Ethan said.
"Yeah, what's wrong with you?" Mei asked.
"Alright, settle down, you three?" Tommy said. "What's the problem?"
"Look, I'm a soccer player, that's all I've ever wanted to do." Conner explained. "You know, every moment of my life has led up to playing for a pro team. And I get the greatest chance of my life, and I blow it."
Tommy sighed, seeing where he was coming from, as some of his old Ranger friends had had to make choices like that before. It reminded him of Kimberly Hart going to Florida for the Pan Globals, Sophie to New York to be a professional photographer, Tanya Sloan turning down a recording contract, and Kat Hillard going to London to be a Ballet star.
"I understand." he said. "And you're right."
"You're agreeing with him?" Ethan questioned, disbelievingly.
"Conner, I know how you feel, 'cause I've felt that way before." Tommy explained. "I want you to think about this before doing anything."
"Look, I've got things I wanna do, but I'm here. I'm dealing." Kira said.
"And I'm not leaving over only one missed opportunity like that." Mei said. "It's not like I've been scouted out by coaches and that."
"Well, good for you." Conner said. "I guess I'm just different."
He walked off past Tommy and down the tunnel, as Tommy and the others stared at him.
"Whoa. And I thought the red guy was supposed to be the leader?" Ethan questioned.
Tommy sighed and shook his head.
In Mesagog's lab, Mesagog paced around, as Elsa and Zeltrax had told him about losing the eggs.
"If Oliver trains those creatures, he will be able to use them against us." he realized. "And that will be disastrous. The time has come for Dr. Oliver to become a student, instead of a teacher."
"Mm." Zeltrax nodded.
Mesagog stopped and turned to Elsa.
"Initiate the Geno-Randomiser." he instructed.
Else turned and walked towards a machine panel, which had three levers on, and three glass jars on, one with an animal, one with a plant, the other with an object. She began to press buttons on it, as Zeltrax approached another.
"Entering DNA code." he said, pressing buttons on another panel, and pushing up a lever.
"Engaging." Elsa said, pushing up the levers on hers, one at a time.
All three jars got moved up on a holder, putting them in a glass casing.
"Excellent." Mesagog hissed.
A panel screen showed the DNA of all three objects getting mixed up, then stream come into a chamber in the back.
"Genetic mutation complete." Elsa said.
She and Zeltrax turned to the chamber, as its doors opened up, and then a crow/Mentha plant/cyborg hybrid monster called Birdbrain came out of it, who roared.
"Excellent." Zeltrax said.
Mesagog hissed in approval.
A little later, Conner was at the pitch, shooting a ball into the goal, where another four lay when Coach Beckman came towards him.
"McKnight." he said.
"Coach?" Conner said, turning around. "What are you doing here?"
"I got a call from one of your teachers." the Coach said. "Tells me it was his fault you had to leave today."
"Does that mean I have a shot?" Conner asked.
"You've always had a shot, son." the Coach said. "You sure you really want this? You willing to give up everything?"
"Yeah, I am." Conner said.
"Alright, I'll let you know." the Coach said.
He turned and walked off as Conner sighed, glad to know Tommy had helped explain his reason for leaving practice. Ethan, Kira and Mei all came towards him from his right.
"Hey, bro." Ethan said.
Conner turned to them all.
"Hey." he said.
"Things okay with the Coach?" Kira asked.
"Yeah, I think so." Conner said. "Listen, I'm sorry, you guys. You gotta understand?"
"Yeah, we do." Kira said, as Ethan rolled his eyes.
"It's your decision after all." Mei said.
"They know more than me, but if it's what you really want?" Ethan said.
Conner looked at them all.
(Dino Lab)
Tommy sat at the computer, seeing Birdbrain in the city.
A bunch of workers ran away as he chased after them.
"Ah. Not good." he said.
"AH!" Birdbrain growled.
Tommy began typing on the keyboard, as the screen changed.
A bunch of Tyrannodrones chasing and scaring a bunch of people, including the little Indian girl Conner met earlier, who hid under a plastic table.
"AH!" she screamed.
Other people ran off past her.
"Guys, we have a situation." Tommy explained.
(The pitch)
The Rangers held their bracelets up.
"There's a monster attacking the city." Tommy explained. "People are in danger."
"Okay, but this is the last time." Conner said, as the others looked around, seeing they were alone.
"We're clear." Mei said.
"Ready?" Conner asked, moving forward.
"Ready!" the others said, as their held their wrists up.
Their bracelets turned into their morphers.
"Dino Thunder Power Up, ha!"

The screen split into four, Ethan in the top left, Conner in the top right, Mei in the bottom left, Kira in the bottom right. They all pressed the buttons on their morphers, then their helmets appeared on them, then they did their poses as their Dinozords roared behind them.

They all arrived in the city and stared at Birdbrain, who held a staff shaped like a blaster rifle.
"Whoa! Nasty." Conner said, as they got ready to fight.
Birdbrain growled at them.
"Let's do it!" Conner said, as the Rangers charged in.
He tried to punch Birdbrain, but Birdbrain hit him in the chest with his staff, making him flip over onto his back. Ethan tried to kick him, but he blocked it with his staff, then whacked Kira's chest with it as she came at him, knocking her back while she clutched her chest. Mei then tried to kick him, but missed as he dodged, before he whacked her with his staff, knocking her back.
"Oh!" she moaned.
Ethan spun around to kick Birdbrain, but missed as he ducked, who then blocked another kick with his staff. He then ducked and spun around as Conner tried to kick him, while trying to trip him up with his staff, but missed his leg, then he dodged a punch from Mei. All three Rangers then tried to punch or whack him with their arms at the same time, but he blocked them with his staff, then he hit all three of them in the chest with it, knocking them away.
"WHOA!" they yelled, before hitting the ground.
Kira sent a kick at Birdbrain, but he blocked it with his staff, then he blocked three punches with it, then made Kira turn around before kicking her back, sending her flying away.
"AHH!" she yelled, before hitting the ground. "OH!"
"Hey, Birdbrain!" Ethan yelled.
Birdbrain turned around and saw Ethan, Conner and Mei all charging at him with their Thundermax Blasters.
"Thundermax!" Ethan shouted, firing his.
"AH!" Birdbrain moaned, as the blasts hit him.
"Fire!" Mei and Conner shouted, firing theirs.
Their blasts hit Birdbrain and knocked him away.
"Thanks, guys." Kira said, sitting up.
She got up as the others gathered around her. (Mei was on Ethan's left)
"You okay?" Conner asked.
"Yeah." Kira said, turning around.
Mei and the boys aimed their blasters at Birdbrain.
"Give up?" Conner asked.
"Catch me if you can?" Birdbrain dared.
He turned around and jumped off, then flew off away from them.
"He's getting away!" Kira exclaimed, moving forward as Conner held his arm out.
"We'll never catch him." he argued.
Kira turned to Ethan and Mei, who turned to her.
"He's right, he's too fast." Ethan said.
"Looks like we've lost him." Mei said.
Kira's morpher beeped, making her raise it up, seeing the eye flashing.
"Not quite and you can catch him." came Tommy's voice. "Meet the Raptor Riders."
(Dino Lab)
Tommy typed on the computer, then touched a knob and moved it.
(The city)
"Huh?" Kira muttered, as the Rangers turned around.
They all turned and saw the Raptor Riders coming towards them, which all resembled Velociraptors, which yellow eyes, expect the yellow one which had blue.
"Oh, yeah." Conner grinned, rubbing his hands.
He turned and jumped onto his Raptor Rider.
"Whoa-ho!" he whooped, before he sat on it. "Got him!"
"Yeah, baby!" Ethan whooped, riding his.
"They're great!" Kira cheered, riding hers.
"Now we'll catch him!" Mei whooped, riding hers.
"Go Raptor Riders!" they shouted.
They all raced them after Birdbrain, who flew over some cars, as Conner jumped his Raptor onto one.
"There he goes." Kira said.
"On it!" Ethan said, jumping his Raptor onto a car.
Nearby, a bunch of people were running away from a swarm of Tyrannodrones, with the little girl hiding behind a set of outdoor steps. Most of the Tyrannodrones ignored her and ran off, but one stopped and moved slowly towards her, scaring her.
"AHH!" women screamed.
Conner gasped and spotted the girl, recognizing her.
"No!" he gasped. "I'll help the girl! You follow that freak!"
"Right." Kira understood. "On it!"
Birdbrain flew over a car, making it skid to a halt, as Kira raced past it.
"Watch out!" Kira yelled, as another car skidded. "On your left!"
"I've got your back." Ethan said.
"So have I." Mei said.
She, Ethan and Conner both jumped off their Raptors, then Conner dived and kicked the Tyrannodrone near the girl down. He then ran towards the girl as Ethan and Mei fought off some more.
"You okay?" Conner asked, crouching down.
"Mm-mm." The girl nodded, smiling.
He Mother came towards her and hugged her slightly, as Conner patted her arm.
"She's safe now." he promised, holding his thumb up.
He turned and ran off to help Ethan and Mei.
Birdbrain flew up towards a building, as Kira jumped her Raptor up high to chase him.
"YAH!" she yelled.
She landed on a building, then jumped it up onto another, then another as Birdbrain flew away. Birdbrain then flew down the side of a tall building, making Kira stop.
"Whoa!" she yelped.
Birdbrain landed on the ground and turned around.
"You afraid of heights?"
"You wish, you freaky-bird?" Kira snarled, bringing out her Ptera Grips.
Her Raptor roared, as it began jumped down the side of the building towards Birdbrain.
"Ha! Ha! Hi-yah!" she yelled.
Birdbrain stared at her, as she slashed her grips upwards diagonally at him, hitting him and knocking him away. The others all came over on their Raptors with their weapons.
"Tyranno Staff!" Conner shouted, slashing it downwards diagonally, hitting Birdbrain.
"Fire!" Ethan shouted, firing blasts from his shield, which hit Birdbrain.
"Campto Lance!" Mei shouted, slashing it across from right to left, hitting Birdbrain.
"AHH!" he moaned, flying away.
He hit the ground on his back.
All four Rangers rode their Raptors close together.
"Raptor Riders!" they shouted.
Their Raptors roared, before Ethan and the girls all jumped up.
"Yah!" they yelled, landing on Conner's.
Ethan sat behind him, with Kira behind him, and Mei behind her, who had to sit up to see over Conner. They all combined their weapons into the Z-Rex Blaster, which Conner aimed, as Ethan and Kira touched his shoulders, while Mei touched one of theirs.
"Z-Rex Blaster, fire!" Conner shouted, firing it.
A blast came out of it with a mouth, which closed up upon hitting Birdbrain, destroying him.
"AHH!" he moaned.
The Rangers got off their Raptors and ran forward.
"That goose is cooked!" Conner said, as they stopped.
"Yeah!" Ethan and Mei said.
In Mesagog's lab, Mesagog and Elsa stared at three screens on one of the panels, which showed the Rangers, as Birdbrain's remains hit the ground.
"Awesome!" Conner whooped.
"We rock!" Ethan whooped.
"We did it!" Mei whooped.
"Must I do everything for myself!" Mesagog hissed, before he pushed a lever up. "Activating Hydro-Regenerator!"
In the city, a small orange ball with red lines on came out of Birdbrain's remains and shot towards the sky, creating a large dark cloud. A large rainstorm came out of it, which hit the ground, the remains and the Rangers.
"Hey, where'd this rain come from?" Conner questioned, as they looked up.
"The weatherman said no rain today!" Kira said.
The remains all rose up from the ground, then Birdbrain was reborn a giant, who roared, his staff/rifle now on his shoulder.
"Whoa!" Conner yelped, as the Rangers backed away.
"Ah!" the girls gasped.
They all looked up at Birdbrain, as Conner pointed at him, who then put his morpher to his mouthpiece.
"Dr. O, we may have a problem on her hands." he said.
(Dino Lab)
Tommy stared at his students on the screen.
"Let me guess; a 30ft version of that guy you were just fighting?" he said.
"You've done this before, haven't you?" Ethan assumed, his morpher near his mouthpiece.
"Once or twice. I'm sending the Dinozords." Tommy said.
(The city)
The Dinozords all quickly arrived in the city.
"Huh?" Birdbrain muttered, turning left.
The Dinozords all roared as they charged towards him.
"Bring it on!" Conner said, folding his arms.
"Yeah!" Kira whooped, holding her thumbs up.
"All right!" Ethan cheered.
"Aha, yes!" Mei whooped, punching her fist up.
"Whoo!" Kira whooped.
The Dinozords roared.
"Ready?" Conner asked.
"Oh, yeah." Kira smirked.
"Let's do it!" Mei said.
"Hyah!" they shouted, jumping up.
The screen split into four, from left to right, Mei, Ethan, Conner, Kira, as they turned and crossed their forearms over, entering their Dinozords.
The Tyrannozord roared and spun around, smashing a rock with its drill tail as it did, then it stood on its legs, while moving its head 90 degrees to its left, while lowering the leg arm and tail. The Tricerazord ran forward and jumped up, then twirled around and attached itself to the right side. The Camptozord roared and jumped up, lowering its head slightly, then attached itself to the back, wrapping its legs around the waist. A head popped up from the top, then it ran forward and jumped up, as the Pterazord split up, with its feet and butt detaching from the rest of it. Its wings folded in and went beneath the Tyrannozord's head, as the feet and butt turned into the helmet, which went onto the head, forming the Thundersaurus Megazord.
The Rangers all ended up in the cockpit, holding their spheres.
"Thundersaurus Megazord!" they shouted.
The Thundersaurus Megazord roared as it held its left arm out, spinning the drill.
Birdbrain growled while holding his fists up, then touched his rifle and fired lasers from it, but the Thundersaurus Megazord deflected them with its Tricera arm, but made sparks come up around it.
"AH!" the Rangers moaned, as sparks came into the cockpit.
"Whoa!" Kira yelped.
They all looked forward, then Kira put her morpher to her mouthpiece.
"I've got an idea!" she said.
The Thundersaurus Megazord held the Pterazord up like a boomerang.
"Pterarang!" Kira shouted.
The Thundersaurus Megazord held the Pterazord back, then threw it away like a boomerang, which flew towards Birdbrain. It then slashed him three times while flying around him.
"AH!" he moaned.
The Thundersaurus Megazord jumped up, then raised its drill arm up, which spun around. It then shot down and flew towards Birdbrain, before it shot its drill right though him.
"AH!" he moaned.
The Thundersaurus Megazord landed on the ground, then turned around, as lighting and sparks came out of him, before he blew up.
"Now that's what I call monster busting." Kira said, holding her fist up.
"Yeah." the others agreed, turning to her.
The Thundersaurus Megazord stood at ease.
The Rangers all jumped out of it and landed on the ground, crouched down. They all got up, and saw the Indian girl and her Mother standing in front of them.
"Hey!" Conner said, waving.
The girl ran towards him, as he approached her, then he crouched down and touched her shoulder.
"Thank you." she said.
She hugged him tight, which he returned.
"Anytime. Anytime." Conner said.
As he returned the hug, he began to think about his duties as a Ranger, while also what he wanted.
On Friday, at the Cyber Cafe, Kira was on the stage with her band, which consisted of three boys, one on drums, the others on guitars like her. Trent walked past a few people staring at the band, holding a sliver tray with drinks on in glass bottles.
"Good luck, Kira." he said, holding it out.
"Thanks." Kira said, taking one.
Ethan and Mei both walked away from the stage, before they saw Conner approaching them, confusing them.
"Hey, didn't expect to see you here." Ethan said.
"Neither did I." Mei said.
"Why not? We're partners in crime-fighting, right?" Conner inquired.
"Are we?" Ethan questioned.
"Really?" Mei questioned.
"Yeah, we are." Conner said, nodding.
"Hey, what happened with the Waves?" Ethan asked, touching his shoulder.
"Yeah, why'd you change your mind?" Mei inquired, as they approached the counter.
"I had to make a choice." Conner explained. "That little girl made me realize, there's nothing more important than what we're doing."
The boys leaned on the counter as Mei stood near them, when Hayley come over with a tray with three drinks with straws.
"Hey, Conner." she said. "Sorry you didn't make the team."
"Uh...yeah." Conner said.
Hayley put the drinks on the counter.
"These are on the house." she said.
Conner scoffed. "How does she do that?" he asked.
"Yeah, care to explain, Ethan?" Mei asked, taking her drink.
"Hayley knows all, man. And I'm sorry too." Ethan said.
"So am I, Conner." Mei said. "I'm glad you thought about it hard though."
"Yeah... Look, you both know I'd still chosen you guys, right?" Conner said.
"Yeah, I know." Ethan said, nodding.
Mei smiled and nodded, then moved to sit on Conner's right.
"Thanks, guys." Hayley said.
Everyone turned to her, seeing she was on the stage, speaking into a microphone, with some people moving closer or getting up from their seats.
"Tonight, we've got something really special for you." she said. "A young woman with a lot to say. Ladies and gentlemen, Kira Ford!"
She moved off the stage and clapped, as Kira approached the microphone on the stage, as everyone clapped and cheered.
"Whoo!" Conner whooped.
"Yeah!" Ethan cheered.
"Whoo!" Mei whooped, clapping her hands.
"Awesome. Awesome." a boy said.
Kira began playing her guitar, as the band played their instruments as well. Everyone moved slowly to the music, before Kira began to sing.
"And it goes like this...

Yeah yeah, yeah yeah"
Some of the crowd began to dance to the music, with Conner, Ethan, Mei and Trent all nodding their heads.

Conner and Mei both turned to him, as Kira kept singing.
"...I'm at the front but you're still at the back
Oh... can you tell me where you're at."
Unknown to any of them, Tommy was outside walking towards the door, when a few Tyrannodrones came out of an Ivisiportal in front of him. He turned around as a few more showed up with Zeltrax, then he turned back. Two behind him grabbed his arms, but he broke free from the one on his right, then he kicked a third as it came at him, before a fourth kicked his belly. All four of them then grabbed him at the same time, then vanished through an Invisiportal, as Zeltrax laughed triumphantly, resting his axe on his shoulder.
