For JF, she'll have to be orange as there's a Purple Ranger already on that team, and as for her being African-American, I think that's the best team to do one, as there isn't one on that team. As for another sibling Ranger I'm not sure yet.
Guest: I have thought about that, and I think this season's the best to try it, as there's an unused Abaranger monster I can use, but I can't do it for a while as Trent's counterpart's in the episode.

In the forest, the Rangers - expect Tommy - all ran down a street, as a Suger-beat/rhino/psychic monster called Rhinsychic towered over the trees.
"He's up ahead, guys!" Mei said.
They all stopped and stared at him.
"Look what we have here, some puny little Rangers!" Rhinsychic scoffed.
"We'll show you puny!" Ethan roared.
"Yeah. Alright, guys, it's Zord time!" Conner shouted.
The Dinozords all quickly arrived in the city.
"Let's do it!" Conner said, holding up his fist.
"Right!" the others said.
"Hyah!" they shouted, jumping up.
The screen split into four, from left to right, Mei, Ethan, Conner, Kira, as they turned and crossed their forearms over, entering their Dinozords.
The Tyrannozord roared and spun around, smashing a rock with its drill tail as it did, then it stood on its legs, while moving its head 90 degrees to its left, while lowering the leg arm and tail. The Tricerazord ran forward and jumped up, then twirled around and attached itself to the right side. The Camptozord roared and jumped up, lowering its head slightly, then attached itself to the back, wrapping its legs around the waist. A head popped up from the top, then it ran forward and jumped up, as the Pterazord split up, with its feet and butt detaching from the rest of it. Its wings folded in and went beneath the Tyrannozord's head, as the feet and butt turned into the helmet, which went onto the head, forming the Thundersaurus Megazord.
The Thundersaurus Megazord roared as it held its left arm out, spinning the drill.
Rhinsychic stared at it, before crossing his forearms over.
"It's time to see what this can do?" he smirked, pulling his forearms apart, creating an energy ball.
He pulled it back and shot it at the Thundersaurus Megazord, hitting it all over.
"AHH!" the Rangers moaned, as sparks came into the cockpit.
Rhinsychic laughed. "Is that all you've got?" he asked. "Come on? Show me what you got?"
"Okay, but you asked for it!" Conner warned, pointing at him as he pulled himself up. "Let's give it to him, guys!"
The Thundersaurus Megazord jumped up, then raised its drill arm up, which spun around.
"Dino Drill, engage!" the Rangers shouted, holding their arms up, before slamming them down.
The Thundersaurus Megazord then shot down and flew towards Rhinsychic, before it shot its drill right though him.
"AH!" he moaned.
The Thundersaurus Megazord landed on the ground behind him, then turned around, as lighting and sparks came out of him, before he blew up.
"AHH!" he moaned.
"Yeah, all right!" Conner whooped.
"You said it." Ethan said.
"And another one bites the dust." Mei joked.
"You said it." Kira agreed, turning to them.
In Mesagog's lab, Mesagog, Elsa and Zeltrax all stared at the monitor screen, seeing the Thundersaurus Megazord stand at ease.
"Another defeat!" Mesagog hissed.
Elsa and Zeltrax both turned to him and backed away slightly.
"My lord, I'm sure-" Zeltrax began.
Mesagog fired his Psionic beams from his forehead, hitting them both.
"AHH!" they moaned, touching their heads.
They both fell to their knees as Mesagog got up from his throne.
"We're sorry, Master!" Elsa moaned.
"You had better be! Next time, I expect better results!" Mesagog warned.
He stopped his Psionic beams and glared at them both.
"We understand, my lord." Zeltrax said, getting up.
The next day, in he city, Mei was skating along a path on her roller skates towards school, when she spotted some people up ahead with signs and bags.
"Huh?" she muttered.
She skated over towards them, seeing they were picking up trash and putting them into trash bags.
"Look at all this rubbish." a girl said, picking up a squashed tin. "Disrespectful."
"Sure is." another said, picking up a can.
Mei stopped and stared at them all.
"Picking up trash, eh?" she said.
"Someone like that." a girl said.
Mei turned left, finding the voice familiar, and saw an Asian girl approaching her, with long curly hair.
"Lucy?" Mei said.
"Hey, sis." Lucy said.
Mei skated over to her slightly and hugged her.
"Oh, it's been a while, sis." Mei said, pulling back.
"Sure has." Lucy said.
"I'm not surprised you're in charge here, being the clean-up girl you are." Mei said.
"Good guess, sis." Lucy remarked, patting her arm. "I'm just glad there's not much here."
"Moving onto another area afterwards?" Mei asked.
"Yep." Lucy nodded. "You wanna stay? I could use some more help."
"Luce, I'd love to, but I've gotta get to school." Mei sighed.
"Well, maybe you can help us afterwards." Lucy said. "And while you're there, maybe get some people over there to come and help."
"Well, I can try." Mei promised.
"Here." Lucy said, handing Mei a bunch of leaflets. "Could you post those all around the school today?"
"Sure." Mei said.
She took her backpack off her shoulder and put the leaflets in, then put it back on her shoulder.
"Well, I'll see you later, sis." Mei said.
"See ya. Oh, and I'll let know where we'll be." Lucy promised.
"Thanks." Mei said.
She skated off down the street as everyone waved at her.
"See ya!" she said, waving back.
In Mesagog's lab, Mesagog walked into the main room as the door opened up, then Elsa and Zeltrax approached him.
"My lord, we have come up with a new plan to make up for yesterday's failure." Zeltrax explained.
"Oh, really?" Mesagog inquired, turning to him. "And what do you have in mind?"
"We create a monster who can cause multiple accidents by dumping stuff all over the city." Zeltrax explained.
"Hmm?" Mesagog muttered, unconvinced. "I don't think I understand what you have in mind."
"Observe, my lord?" Elsa asked. "You'll see."
Mesagog turned to the monitor screen, which showed a normal street.
A car raced down the street, before a bin got knocked over, then it crashed into it, denting the front, as the driver hit the airbag.
"AH!" he yelped.
"Hmm?" Mesagog muttered, turning away. "Perhaps there is some good to this plan after all."
"There is, Master." Elsa assured.
"Have decided on what to use?" Mesagog asked.
"We already have the DNA tubes ready, Master." Zeltrax assured. "We only await your word, Master."
"Hmm. Very well. Initiate the Geno-Randomiser." Mesagog instructed.
"Yes, my lord." Zeltrax said, bowing his head.
He approached one of the panels and pushed a lever up on it, as Elsa stood by another panel.
"Online." he said.
Elsa watched as the three jars in it got moved up, putting them in their glass casings.
"Here it comes." she said.
They all turned to the chamber, as its doors opened up, and then a bull/trashcan/wild thorns monster came out of it called Trashbull, who had a bull's head and feet, the thorns on his arms and legs, and the trashcan for his belly.
"I am Trashbull." he said. "I await your orders, my lord."
"Prefect." Mesagog hissed.
At Reefside High, in a hallway, Mei walked down a hallway on her way to Tommy's class, putting up some of the notices her sister had given her on the way.
"I'm sure Dr. O will be okay with this." she said.
She turned and kept on walking, before she bumped into Kira.
"Oh, sorry." Mei said.
"It's okay, Mei." Kira said. "What are you putting up?"
"Oh, just some leaflets before class." Mei said.
Kira looked at the one she'd put up, seeing it had a picture of two people picking up trash and putting it in a trashbag, with the words 'Help clean up the city. Don't leave trash lying around' above it.
"What's this about?" Kira inquired, turning to Mei. "You're more of a sport girl than clean-up girl?"
"Um, well..." Mei began.
The bell rang, telling them it was time for class.
"I'll tell you after class, Kira." Mei promised. "We better go or we're gonna be late."
"True." Kira said.
They both turned and walked down the hallway to Tommy's class.
A little later, at the park, Trashbull stood behind a tree, seeing the place looking clean and tidy, expect for some tiny bits of trash.
"Oh, look at this place." he smirked. "It's almost completely clean and tidy. Well, it won't be for much longer."
He huffed and walked behind the tree, then leaned his head down, before he began to charge forward. He began to run completely around the field quickly, spreading trash from his bin body and arms as he did, covering the place with trash, from empty boxes, cans and papers, to broken glass glass bottles.
"Prefect." he smirked. "That's a great start to the plan. Time to find another area. I'll come back and check here again later."
He laughed as he turned and ran off, spreading more trash from his bin body.
Back at Reefside High, the bell rang, then the students in Tommy's class all began to file out. As the teen Rangers walked down the hallway, Ethan stopped and spotted one of the leaflets on the wall.
"Huh?" he muttered.
He turned and looked at it carefully, as Conner and Kira both came up behind him.
"'Help clean up the city. Don't leave trash lying around'." Ethan read.
"Nice notice." Conner said. "Who put it up though?"
"I saw Mei putting some of these up earlier." Kira recalled.
"Mei did this?" Ethan inquired. "That's not like her."
"Well, she said she had a reason, Ethan." Kira explained. "She said she'd tell me later."
"Well, here some comes now so let's ask her." Conner said.
Ethan and Kira both turned around and saw Mei coming towards them all.
"Hey, guys." Mei said.
"Did you really put these up, Mei?" Conner asked, pointing at the leaflet
"Yeah." Mei said. "My sister asked me to. She's running this clean-up program in the city. I promised I'd put these up."
"Oh, really?" Conner said.
"Yeah." Mei said. "I-"
She sighed when her phone rang, then she took it out of her pocket, before she answered.
"Hello?" she said. "Oh, Lucy, hi."
Conner, Kira and Ethan all stared at her.
"What?" Mei questioned. "You sure? Okay. No, I promised I'd help and I will, but I have to finish school first. Okay, I'll see you later."
She put her phone away and turned to her friends.
"Who was that?" Conner asked.
"My sister." Mei answered. "She needs my help at the park after school. Somebody's completely trashed the place, including the area with the soccer pitch is."
Conner's mouth fell open, while Ethan and Kira turned from him to her.
"What do you mean by trashed?" Conner asked.
"Someone's covered it up with litter and garbage." Mei explained.
"Really?" Ethan questioned.
Unknown to them, Cassidy and Devin were overhearing them.
"That seems pretty quick in no time at all." Ethan noted.
"I know." Mei agreed. "That's weird."
"Did you hear that, Devin?" Cassidy asked quietly. "Someone made a big mess of the park."
"Yeah, weird." Devin admitted.
"It is. I think we should go there after school to investigate." Cassidy said. "This might make a good story. 'Citizens of Reefside help clean up program'."
"That's actually a good title." Devin admitted. "But, that would be for a Newspaper."
"Oh, you're right. I'll work on that throughout the day." Cassidy said.
They both turned and walked off, as the four Rangers remained still.
"I wonder how the park could've gotten trashed so quickly?" Conner wondered.
"You got me." Mei shrugged. "Hey, look, you guys wanna come over and help? My sister needs all the help she can get, especially if what she said is true."
"Um, well..." Ethan began.
"I, um..." Conner began.
"You busy?" Mei inquired.
"Something like that." Conner said.
"Guys, look, I'm not kidding." Mei said. "This could happen anywhere in the city, including the soccer field."
Conner looked at her, his eyes wide.
"If trash just gets lied around, people could wind up in accidents or get cuts on themselves." Mei explained.
"Well, Mei, sorry, but we are gonna be busy." Kira said, touching her shoulder.
"Well, look, if you change your mind, you're still welcome, okay." Mei said. "I'm not kidding. When I saw Lucy earlier, she only had about a handful of people helping her."
She sighed and walked off, as Tommy came towards the others.
"Is Mei okay?" he asked.
"Yeah, she's fine." Kira assured. "Her sister called and needs her help."
"What for?" Tommy asked.
"Cleaning up the park." Conner said. "Said it's been trashed by a bunch of litter and garbage."
Tommy folded his arms.
"So her sister's helping clean it up?" he asked.
"Yeah." Ethan said.
"Well, I think that's nice of her." Tommy said.
"You do?" Conner inquired
"Yeah. And to be honest, if I wasn't too busy, I'd help out too." Tommy said.
"You would?" Ethan asked.
"Yeah. My friend Trini ran this clean-up club in High School, but I was too busy to do much unlike the others." Tommy explained.
"Trini?" Conner questioned, before it hit him. "The original Yellow Ranger?"
"Yeah." Tommy nodded. "She's always been caring about the environment. Would do whatever it takes to clean it up."
The three students turned to each other.
"If you guys aren't too busy, maybe you should help her." Tommy said. "If there's not many people there, they could use the extra help. I'm gonna be busy in the lab so I won't be able to. Think about it, okay?"
He turned and walked off, leaving his students alone, with a lot to think about.
Later, at the park, Mei saw her sister Lucy and the other people picking up the trash Trashbull had scattered all over, when she saw Lucy coming up towards her.
"Glad you made it, sis." she said.
"Thanks, Lucy." Mei said. "So, where do I start?"
"You can start over there." Lucy said, pointing at a bunch of trash near a tree. "You have any luck with your friends at school?"
"Well... I'm not sure." Mei said. "I think they're all busy, but they said they'll think about it at least."
"Oh, okay." Lucy said.
Mei turned and walked over to the tree with a trashbag, then picked up a old newspaper and put it in the trashbag.
Meanwhile, at the Cyber Café, Conner, Ethan and Kira all sat at a table together, as Trent came over to them all.
"Hey, guys." he said.
"Hey, Trent." Ethan said.
"Hi." Kira said, blushing.
"You guys okay?" Trent asked.
"Yeah, we're just...thinking about something." Conner sighed.
"About what?" Trent inquired.
"Oh, about Mei helping her sister clean up the city." Ethan explained.
"Yeah, someone's made a complete mess of the park." Kira explained.
"Well, I think it's nice to help clean a place up." Trent said. "It's not nice leaving stuff lying around. Some stuff like that can be dangerous."
"Yeah, well..." Ethan said.
"If you guys are waiting for something or someone though and are too busy to help, it's understandable." Trent said.
"That's what Dr. O said." Conner said.
"Well, I agree with him." Trent said.
The three Rangers turned to each other.
"Hey, Trent, over here!" Hayley called, from behind the counter.
"Coming." Trent said. "Uh, see you, guys."
He walked over to Hayley, as the three Rangers turned to each other.
"You know, he's right." Kira said. "I mean, you two have practice or your club today after all."
"True." Conner said.
"Well, I'm not sure." Ethan said.
Kira took her phone out of her pocket.
"What are you doing?" Conner asked.
"I'm gonna call my band." Kira said. "If they're all too busy to practice, I think I might go over and help Mei, since I don't have anything else to do."
She got up and walked off, putting her phone to her ear.
"I might do the same actually." Ethan said, pulling his own phone out. "See if the club's on or not, since I forgot to check."
Conner leaned back in his chair as Ethan put his phone to his ear.
Back at the park, as Mei picked up a empty pizza box and put it in a bag while crouched down, she saw Cassidy and Devin approaching her.
"Huh?" Mei muttered.
She got up as the duo approached her, as Devin brought out his camera.
"Hey, Mei." Cassidy said. "Cassidy-"
"Cassidy, I know who are." Mei said. "We're in Dr. O's Science class together."
"Oh." Cassidy said. "Well, anyway, can you tell us why you're helping to clean the park up?"
"I'm doing it as a favour to my sister." Mei explained. "She's the one in charge here."
"Oh." Cassidy said. "Well, where is then? I'd like to interview her, if that's okay?"
"She's over there." Mei said.
She turned and pointed to Lucy, who put a broken glass bottle into a trashbag a boy held.
"Okay, thanks." Cassidy said. "Come on, Devin?"
She walked off towards Lucy with Devin behind her, as Mei rolled her eyes and picked up a potato chip packet, before putting it in her bag. Lucy turned to the duo, as Devin held up his camera.
"Can I help you two?" Lucy asked.
"Yes, you can." Cassidy said. "Cassidy Cornell, Reefside reporter. I was wondering if you could tell me about this?"
"Well, we're helping to clean up the place, so no one gets hurt while playing around." Lucy explained. "I mean, with all this stuff lying around, people might cut themselves."
"Really?" Cassidy inquired.
"Uh, Cas, I think she's right." Devin said, turning left.
Cassidy turned left, and saw a boy pick up a broken glass bottle and put it in a trashbag.
"Oh, I see." Cassidy said. "That is horrible. So, you're name please, for when I make the presentation?"
"Lucy Chang." Lucy said.
"Chang? You Mei's sister?" Cassidy asked.
"Yes, I am." Lucy said. "Now, is that all?"
"Well, I think so." Cassidy said. "Why?"
"Well, if you're done could you please either leave or help us?" Lucy said. "We need all the help around here with this amount of trash."
"Um, well..." Cassidy began.
"Cas, do you think-" Devin began, cutting the camera filming.
"Um, sorry, but we can't." Cassidy said. "We gotta get back and edit this in time for the next broadcast at Reefside High."
"Oh." Lucy said. "Well, see you then."
Cassidy and Devin both turned and walked away, as Mei approached Lucy.
"Did you get all that?" Cassidy asked.
"Yeah, I got it all." Devin assured. "But, you think it's right to just leave the park like this?"
"Devin, we've got more important stuff to do." Cassidy explained. "We need to get back."
Devin sighed as they kept walking off.
"I see you've met Cassidy, the gossip hound." Mei said, as Lucy turned to her.
"Friend of yours?" Lucy inquired.
"Not quite." Mei said. "We've got some classes together, but she's a bit annoying, due to her habit of trying to get stories at annoying times."
"She didn't seem that bad." Lucy said.
"Oh, if you knew her as long as I have, you'd change your tune, sis." Mei assured.
"Okay. Come on, we better get back to work." Lucy said.
They both turned and picked up a banana peel each and put it in a trashbag. A girl picked up a old newspaper and put it in one, while a boy picked up a squashed can an put it in the same one.
Nearby, Trashbull showed up near a tree and gasped at what was happening.
"What the?" he gasped.
He saw Lucy and a few other teens pick up some trash and put it in a bag, then saw Mei pick up a chocolate bar's wrapping paper.
"No! They're cleaning up all I've done!" he exclaimed. "Well, not anymore they won't!"
He huffed and began charging towards the people, as a boy spotted him.
"Look!" he gasped, pointing at Trashbull.
Mei, Lucy and the others all turned and saw him charging at them.
"Get away from by beautiful trash!" he roared.
"AHH!" several girls screamed.
"Run!" Lucy yelled.
She and the others all turned and ran off, while Mei looked around, seeing them all run.
"Okay, this isn't good." Mei gulped.
She turned and ran off slightly, before she stopped and hid behind a tree. She peeked out from behind it, seeing Trashbull run around and dumping more trash all over the place from his bin body.
"So, that's how all this trash got here." Mei realized. "Probably also in other areas too."
Trashbull stopped and looked around, him and Mei seeing the place even more trashed than before.
"Now, that's better." he said. "It won't be long before someone hurts themselves here."
He laughed as everyone kept running off, but then Mei hid behind the tree.
"Better call the others." she said, before putting her bracelet to her mouth. "Dr. O, there's trouble in the park."
(Dino Lab)
"I'll call the others and then join them." Tommy explained, sitting by the computer. "Keep them busy until then."
(The park)
"Understood." Mei said.
She turned and saw Lucy and the others had all left the area, then she ran out from behind the tree and ran forward.
"Hey!" she roared.
Trashbull turned around to her.
"I won't let you get away with this!" Mei roared.
"Ha! You think you can stop me for spreading my beautiful trash all over the city?" Trashbull smirked.
"I do." Mei said. "And I will stop you, 'cause you have no idea who you're messing with!"
She held up her wrist, then her bracelet turned into her morpher.
"Dino Thunder Power Up, ha!"
(Morph sequence)
Mei pressed her morpher's button, then lowered her arms as the foot symbol appeared on her chest. She then back flipped through the air, morphing up, then she landed in her position, then her helmet appeared on her, then she did her pose as her Dinozord roared behind her.
(End morph sequence)
She brought out her Thundermax Saber and charged at Trashbull.
"Thundermax Saber!" she shouted.
She spun around and slashed him across the chest, then kicked his chest as he turned around, knocking him back.
Nearby, Cassidy and Devin were both running back towards the park.
"You sure you heard a noise?" Devin asked.
"I'm positive." Cassidy assured.
At the Cyber Café, Conner drank from his smoothie as Ethan put his phone away.
"Well, Computer Club's not on." Ethan said, while Kira came over to them both.
"My band's all busy today." she explained. "So there's no point in practicing."
"So, do you think we should go out and help Mei?" Ethan said.
"Well... I guess it wouldn't hurt to see how bad it is before deciding." Conner reasoned. "And besides, I've been thinking. If the field really is that bad, people are gonna get hurt playing over there. I really wouldn't be surprised if soccer practice is cancelled for awhile."
"Not to mention all the outdoor concerts won't be able to take place." Kira added. "So, are we decided?"
"Yeah." the boys said.
"Well, come on." Kira said.
Their bracelets all beeped before they could get up, making them lean closer to Conner, who put his to his mouth.
"Go ahead?" he said quietly.
"Mei's in trouble at the park." Tommy explained. "She needs help. I'll meet you there."
"We're on our way." Conner said.
They all got up and ran towards the door, as Trent turned to them, carrying a tray with two milkshakes on.
"Hey, where you guys going?" he called.
"Gonna help Mei out." Ethan called, as they stormed out of the door.
Trent looked confused, before he turned to Hayley.
"That was weird." he said.
"I'm sure they know what they're doing." Hayley lied, assuring, knowing what they meant.
"Well, if they've decided to help, guess it makes sense." Trent said. "You know, I might go myself when it's closing time, as long as there's still some work to do."
"I'll see what happens throughout the day, Trent." Hayley said. "Might let you go early if that's the case."
"Thanks." Trent said, before he walked off.
Outside, the three Rangers ran off towards an empty spot behind an abandoned tram, then stopped.
"We're clear." Kira said.
"Right. Ready?" Conner asked.
"Ready!" the others said, as their held their wrists up.
Their bracelets turned into their morphers.
"Dino Thunder Power Up, ha!"
(Morph sequence)
The screen split into three, Kira on the left, Conner in the middle, Ethan on the right. They all pressed the buttons on their morphers, then lowered their arms as the foot symbol appeared on them, then they all back flipped through the air, morphing up. They all landed in their positions, then their helmets appeared on them, then they did their poses as their Dinozords roared behind them.
"Hyah!" they shouted.
(End morph sequence)
At the park, Trashbull punched Mei in the chest, knocking her away, before she hit the ground.
"Oh!" she moaned, rolling over.
Trashbull laughed as she pulled herself up, digging her saber into the ground to help her.
Nearby, Cassidy and Devin were stilling running towards the park, before they stopped and hid behind a tree.
"There." Cassidy said, pointing forward.
She and Devin watched as Mei tried to slash Trashbull with her saber, but missed as he dodged, then he hit her slightly in the back with his arm.
"Oh!" she moaned, stumbling forward.
She turned around and tried to slash him, but he grabbed her forearm, then he kicked her chest, knocking her down.
"Oh!" she moaned.
She rolled along the ground slightly, stopping her her chest, as Trashbull laughed at her.
"Come on, let's go." Cassidy said. "This is big."
"But-" Devin began.
Cassidy ran off with her microphone, as Devin followed behind her with the camera.
"Cassidy Cornell, Reefside reporter." Cassidy said.
Mei got up and looked up at her and Devin.
"Exactly why are you doing this?" Cassidy asked. "Are you-"
Mei got up as Trashbull turned around to the duo.
"What are you doing?!" Mei exclaimed. "Get outta here! It's dangerous!"
"She's right, missy." Trashbull sneered.
He fired small bits of trash from his hands, which hit Cassidy and Devin.
"AH!" they yelped.
"AHH!" Cassidy screamed.
They both fell down onto their backs, as more trash hit them both, covering them up and ruining their clothes.
"Oh!" they moaned.
"And stay outta my way!" Trashbull snarled.
He turned to Mei, who dodged as he tried to kick her, before she backed away from him.
Cassidy and Devin both sat up slightly and looked at themselves.
"Oh!" Devin moaned, sniffing his arm. "I smell terrible."
"Oh, man!" Cassidy moaned. "It'll take me weeks to get the smell out!"
"I tried to warn you to not get too close." Devin said.
"Oh, come on! Let's get outta here." Cassidy said. "We might have more luck next time."
They both got up and ran off.
Mei dodged as Trashbull tried to punch her, then she tried to slash him with her saber, but missed as he ducked, before he put his horns on her chest.
"Huh?" Mei muttered.
"How 'bout a lift, Ranger!" Trashbull snarled.
He lifted his head up and threw Mei over him.
"AHH!" she yelled.
She hit the ground and rolled over onto her chest.
"Uh!" she moaned.
"You're no match for me alone, Ranger." Trashbull snarled. "And now you've lost."
He laughed and walked forward, when he was blasted in the chest.
"AH!" he moaned, stumbling back.
Mei turned and saw the other Rangers all running towards her, Conner and Ethan holding their Thundermax Blasters.
"Mei, are you alright?" Kira asked, helping her up.
"I'm fine." Mei assured.
They all turned to Trashbull, who glared at them all, before noticing all the trash lying around.
"You weren't kidding when you said it was trashed." Ethan noted.
"Yeah, this is one big mess." Conner said.
"AH! It's about time you Rangers showed up!" Trashbull snarled. "I figured you'd show up to help your friend!"
"Sorry we kept you waiting then!" Conner snarled.
"But we're here now, so we're ready for you?" Ethan joked.
"Let's see how you like taking us all on?" Mei smirked.
Trashbull growled, when Zeltrax showed up via an Invisiportal beside him.
"What are you doing here?" Trashbull demanded.
"Lord Mesagog wants you to keep spreading dangerous trash all over the city." Zeltrax explained. "Besides, I've got a score to settle with the Black Ranger."
"Very well." Trashbull said. "I'll see you Rangers later. I've got more important things to do right now."
He turned and ran off, as the Rangers stared at him.
"He's getting away!" Kira exclaimed.
"We've gotta stop him!" Mei said.
"I'll handle Zeltrax." Tommy said. "You guys go after that bull."
"Right!" Conner said, as Ethan nodded.
"You got it, Doc." Mei said, holding her fist up.
All but Tommy ran after Trashbull, who stared at Zeltrax, who brought out his sword and charged at him.
"Brachio Staff!" Tommy shouted, bringing it out.
He blocked Zeltrax's sword with it, locking them together as they both gritted and glared at each other. They both pulled back from each other, then Zeltrax jumped and spun around to kick Tommy, but missed as he ducked, then he jumped as Tommy spun around to slash his legs. He landed on his feet as Tommy got up, then he sent a kick at Tommy, who blocked it with his hands, then he rolled forward as Tommy tried to slash him.
Meanwhile, Trashbull kept on running, before he stopped and turned around in the street, as the four teen Rangers caught up to him.
"Hold it right there!" Conner yelled.
"Why don't you give up?" Ethan advised. "You're outnumbered."
"Oh, am I?" Trashbull smirked. "Tyrannodrones!"
A bunch of Tyrannodrones showed up in front of him via an Invisiportal.
"Way to go, Ethan!" Mei scowled, slapping the back of his helmet.
"Hey!" Ethan complained. "I was just saying."
"Still, nice going." Kira said sarcastically. "You and your big mouth."
"Save it for later? For now, let's get 'em guys!" Conner said.
They all brought out their main weapons.
"Tyranno Staff!" Conner shouted, twirling it around, before holding it over him.
"Tricera Shield!" Ethan shouted, holding it up, pointing it forward.
"Ptera Grips!" Kira shouted, holding them out with her arms crossed over.
"Campto Lance!" Mei shouted, holding it up over her head.
"Let's go!" Conner said.
They all charged at the Trashbull and the Tyrannodrones.
"Get them!" Trashbull commanded.
The Tyrannodrones all charged at the Rangers, then Conner ducked and ran past one as it tried to slash him, while Kira rolled past two as they tried to slash her with their tentacle arms. Ethan blocked ones tentacle with his shield, while Mei blocked another's with her lance, before kicking it away from her.
Conner spun around and whacked two with his staff, then blocked another's tentacle with it, before kicking its chest, knocking it down. He then turned around and hit two in the belly while holding his staff, knocking them back, then he stabbed one with the tail end of his staff, before kicking the other's chest.
"Who's next?" he asked, turning around.
One charged at him, then he spun around and whacked its leg with his staff, tripping it up onto its chest, then he ducked and ran past another as it tried to whack him with its tentacle, before he jumped and kicked its back, knocking it down. He then spun around and hit one slightly in the chest with his staff, then he used it to block a kick from another, before he whacked its chest, knocking it down.
Ethan blocked ones tentacle with his shield, then raised it up, knocking it down, then he turned and stabbed another's belly with it, knocking it away. He then kicked one as it came at him, then he turned and whacked another with his shield, before he turned and saw himself surrounded by eight more.
"You think that's gonna help?" he smirked.
He spun around and waved his shield around, hitting four of them, knocking them down, then he turned moved towards a fifth, which grabbed his shield.
"Oh, no you don't." he said.
He spun around while it kept hold of his shield, before it let go, crashing into the remaining three, knocking them down.
Kira blocked twos arms with her grips while raising her right leg up, then she pulled her arms back and skidded down with her legs apart. She then jumped up and split kicked them both, before she back flipped away.
"Yah!" she yelled.
She landed on her feet, then slashed one down the chest with her right grip, then whacked another's chest with her left forearm, knocking it down. She then blocked ones tentacle with her right leg by raising it up, then kicked her leg out, knocking it down.
Mei spun around with her lance, slashing three across the chest with it, before she blocked a fourth's kick with it, before stabbing its chest, knocking it down. She turned and ducked as one tried to whack her with its tentacle, before she spun around and hit its leg with her lance, making it flip forward onto her back. She got up and turned around, then dodged a kick from one, before she kicked its chest, knocking it down.
"Back off!" she snarled.
She turned and slashed another two across the chest, knocking them down, before she charged at Trashbull.
"Is that the best you can do?" she snarled, stopping.
The others all came up beside her, as Trashbull glared at them.
"You may have beaten them, Rangers, but you won't beat me!" he snarled.
He began charging at the Rangers, as Conner turned from Kira to Ethan and Mei.
"Combination attack!" he ordered.
"Right!" the others agreed.
Ethan jumped up and dived down towards Trashbull, stabbing him in the chest with his shield.
"AH!" Trashbull moaned.
Conner and Kira both jumped up and dived towards Trashbull, slashing their weapons down and knocking him back.
"AH!" he moaned.
Mei jumped up and somersaulted forward, then dived down and stabbed Trashbull's chest, sending him flying away.
"AHH!" he moaned.
He hit the ground and rolled over, as Mei landed on the ground, then the others gathered around.
"Let's put 'em together, guys!" Mei said.
They all combined their weapons into the Z-Rex Blaster.
"Z-Rex Blaster!" Conner said, holding it up.
He aimed it while the others took their positions.
"Huh?" Trashbull gasped, getting up.
"Time to take out the trash." Mei joked.
"Fire!" Conner shouted.
A blast came out of it with a mouth, which closed up upon hitting Trashbull, destroying him.
"AHH!" he moaned, before he blew up.
"Oh, yeah!" Conner laughed.
He held up the Z-Rex Blaster as Kira and Ethan got up, while Mei moved away slightly.
"Whoo!" Kira whooped.
"We did it!" Ethan whooped.
(Mesagog's Lab)
Mesagog and Elsa stared at them all on a panel screen.
"And he's outta there!" Mei whooped, punching her fist down.
Mesagog turned to Elsa. "Activate the Hydro-Regenerator!" he hissed.
"Yes, Master." Elsa said.
She pulled a lever up on the Hydro-Regenerator.
"Activating." she said.
(The city)
A small orange ball with red lines on came out of Trashbull's remains and shot towards the sky, creating a large dark cloud. A large rainstorm came out of it, which hit the ground, the remains, which all rose up from the ground, then Trashbull was reborn a giant.
"I'm not garbage yet, Rangers!" he roared.
The Rangers all backed away and looked up at him.
"Dr. O, we need the Zords!" Mei said, putting her morpher to her mouthpiece.
(Elsewhere)
Tommy kicked Zeltrax away from him, then put his morpher to his mouthpiece as Zeltrax fell to his knees.
"You got it, Mei." he said. "Braicho!"
The Brachiozord roared and arrived on the scene, then it stopped, and then its three hatches opened up. The Tyrannozord jumped out from its hatch, then turned and ran off, followed by the Camptozord, as the Pterazord flew out of its hatch. The Brachiozord lowered its neck, as the Tricerazord began to walk down it, then all four Dinozords ran/flew towards Trashbull, roaring as they did.
The screen split into four, from left to right, Mei, Ethan, Conner, Kira, as they turned and crossed their forearms over, entering their Dinozords.
"Hyah!" they shouted.
The Tyrannozord roared and spun around, smashing a rock with its drill tail as it did, then it stood on its legs, while moving its head 90 degrees to its left, while lowering the leg arm and tail. The Tricerazord ran forward and jumped up, then twirled around and attached itself to the right side. The Camptozord roared and jumped up, lowering its head slightly, then attached itself to the back, wrapping its legs around the waist. A head popped up from the top, then it ran forward and jumped up, as the Pterazord split up, with its feet and butt detaching from the rest of it. Its wings folded in and went beneath the Tyrannozord's head, as the feet and butt turned into the helmet, which went onto the head, forming the Thundersaurus Megazord.
The Rangers all arrived in the cockpit, holding their spheres.
"Online!" they said.
The Thundersaurus Megazord roared as it held its left arm out, spinning the drill.
Trashbull stared at it.
"Oh, calling on your big toys, eh?" he smirked. "Well, let's see how they can stand this!"
He held his arms out, shooting tiny trash bags from his arms, which hit the Thundersaurus Megazord all over.
"AHH!" the Rangers moaned, wobbling.
Trashbull began huffing and charging at the Thundersaurus Megazord.
"Oh, great! He's coming right for us!" Conner yelped.
Trashbull rammed the Thundersaurus Megazord with his horns, knocking it down onto its chest.
"AHH!" the Rangers moaned, as sparks came into the cockpit.
Trashbull began to stomp on the Thundersaurus Megazord's back, keeping it pinned to the ground.
"Ah! He's got us pinned!" Kira moaned, leaning on her sphere.
"We need some help here!" Ethan said.
"Got any ideas?" Conner asked.
"I've got one!" Mei said, before raising her morpher to her mouthpiece. "Cephalazord!"
The headshape changed into the Cephalazord's, as the mouth opened and roared.
The Cephalazord came out of the top of the Brachiozord, which lowered its neck, roaring as it did, while doing some punch moves. It jumped down along the Brachiozord's neck, then began jumping along a road towards Trashbull who turned to it with the Thundersaurus Megazord.
"Hey! What's that thing?" Trashbull exclaimed.
The Cephalazord began punching Trashbull repeatedly with its fists, hitting him five times.
"AH! AH! AH! AHH! AGH!" he moaned.
The Cephalazord punched him one more time, knocking him away from the Thundersaurus Megazord.
"AH!" he moaned, hitting the ground.
The Thundersaurus Megazord pulled itself up.
"Good thinking, Mei." Conner remarked.
"Thanks." Mei said. "And I've got another trick my sleeve."
"Huh?" Ethan muttered, turning to her.
"Campto spin!" Mei shouted.
The Thundersaurus Megazord began spinning around while moving towards Trashbull, who began pulling himself up.
"What the?" he gasped.
The Thundersaurus Megazord spun around and hit him with the Campto Tail as it folded itself up, hitting him repeated and knocking him down.
"Oh!" he moaned.
"Nice move, Mei." Kira remarked, holding her thumb up.
"Thanks. Now let's finish this hornhead." Mei said, holding her fist up.
"Right!" the others agreed, doing the same.
"Cephalazord, attachment formation!" they all shouted.
The Cephalazord moved towards the Thundersaurus Megazord, as the Tricerazord detached from it. The Cephalzord then jumped up and retracted its arms and legs up, then combined with the Thundersaurus Megazord, taking the Tricerazord's place as the right arm.
"Huh?" Trashbull muttered, getting up. "What's that for?"
"You're about to find out!" Mei scoffed, pointing at him.
The Thundersaurus Megazord charged forward.
"Uh-oh." Trashbull gulped.
"Cephala Power Punch!" the Rangers shouted, pulling their right arms back, before rolling them around and punching them forward. "Hyah!"
The Thundersaurus Megazord pulled back the head of its right arm, then began to punch it out repeatedly, hitting Trashbull's chest.
"WHOA!" he yelled. "AHH!"
He went flying away as lighting came out of him, before he blew up in the sky.
"Yeah!" Conner whooped, punching up.
"Awesome!" Kira whooped, holding her fist up.
"All right!" Ethan whooped, holding his fist up.
"Yeah, whoo!" Mei whooped, jumping up slightly.
The Thundersaurus Megazord stood at ease.
(The park)
All the trash Trashbull had dumped all over vanished, leaving only the bits that had been left before he made it worse.
On the ground, Tommy blocked Zeltrax's sword with his staff, then backed away and dodged a stab from it, before he kicked Zeltrax's chest, knocking him back.
"Oh!" Zeltrax moaned.
Tommy charged at him, who then ducked and rolled forward as Tommy tried to slash him, then they turned to each other as Zeltrax got up. They slashed their weapons together three times, getting them locked together, then they both pulled apart.
"Yah!" Tommy yelled, charging forward.
Zeltrax ducked as Tommy tried to slash him, then he jumped up to kick Tommy, who did a backwards handspring to dodge it, then they glared at each other. Zeltrax then jumped and dived towards Tommy, who got up and slashed him across the chest, knocking him away.
"AHH!" Zeltrax moaned.
He hit the ground and rolled over onto his chest, as Tommy stared him.
"Have you had enough or do you want some more, Zeltrax?" Tommy asked, pointing his staff at him.
"AH!" Zeltrax grunted, getting up. "You win this round, Black Ranger! Next time, you won't be so lucky!"
He jumped up and vanished via an Invisiportal.
"We'll see about that." Tommy said, looking up.
A little later, in Mesagog's lab, Mesagog sat in his throne, as Elsa and Zeltrax stood in front of him, both with their heads down.
"Another defeat!" he hissed.
He got up from his throne and approached Elsa and Zeltrax, who looked up at him.
"Um, I'm sure-" Elsa began.
Mesagog fired his Psionic beams from his forehead, hitting them both.
"AHH!" they moaned, touching their heads.
"Master, we're sorry!" Elsa begged.
"I don't want to hear it." Mesagog hissed. "I'm getting sick of the sight of those accursed Power Rangers."
He stopped his beams, making Elsa and Zeltrax look at him.
"Now get out of my sight while I think of a punishment!" he ordered.
"Yes, my lord." Zeltrax said.
He and Elsa turned and walked off, as Mesagog hissed angrily, not happy with his defeat.
Later, Mei was back in the park with Lucy and the others, all picking up the remaining trash.
"I've noticed there's not as much as before?" Mei noted.
"All the trash that monster dumped must've vanished after he was destroyed." Lucy deduced, putting stuff into a trashbag. "Still, after here, we've got other areas to clear up."
She walked off past Mei, who turned and saw everyone else picking up trash and putting them into bags, as she got up and closed hers, as it was full.
"Wish we had some more help." she sighed. "With what we have to do afterwards, we're gonna need it."
"You just might get it, Mei." came Ethan's voice.
"Huh?" Mei muttered.
She turned around and saw Conner, Ethan, Kira and Trent all coming towards her, as some of the people spotted them.
"Got room for a few more?" Conner asked.
"You'll have to ask Lucy." Mei explained. "She's in charge."
Lucy came over to them all and smiled.
"Friends of yours, Mei?" she asked.
"Sort of." Mei said. "We're all in the same year at Reefside High."
"Really?" Lucy inquired.
"Yeah." Kira confirmed.
"You her sister?" Conner inquired.
"Yeah, I am." Lucy nodded.
"Well, I'm Conner, and this is Ethan, Kira and Trent." Conner explained, pointing to them as he spoke.
"Nice to meet you." Lucy said.
"So, you need some more help cleaning up here?" Kira asked.
"Sure. Everyone's welcome to help." Lucy said, before pointing to her left. "You can start around here."
"Right." Trent said. "Thanks."
Lucy turned and walked away, as Mei turned to her friends.
"What made you all decide to help?" she asked. "I thought you'd all be busy."
"Well, what you said about this happening anywhere made me think of the soccer fields." Conner said. "If there's trash all over there, there's no way people can play, even kids without getting cut open by glass."
"Not to mention it'll ruin all outdoor type festivals like concerts." Kira added. "No one would be able to properly stand around."
"Yeah." Ethan agreed. "Dr. O even told us his friend Trini did something like this when they were in High School."
"Really?" Mei inquired.
"Yeah, but he's too busy right now to help." Ethan explained. "Besides, Computer Club's not on today, Conner doesn't have practice, and Kira's band's all busy."
"Well, thanks anyway, guys." Mei said. "But Trent, what about Hayley's?"
"Oh, she's closed it early due to a power failure. Some sort of fuze blew with turned out all the electricity." Trent explained. "She be open again tomorrow as it'll be fixed by then."
"Oh..." Mei said. "Well, come on. Let's get to work."
They all laughed and began to help clean the place up, Ethan holding open a bag, as Conner and Trent both put some trash into it, while Kira and Mei picked some up nearby.
A/N: Rhinsychic is Trinoid 3 Tensaichic, who appeared briefly in Triassic Triumph as one of the monsters the clone fought. Trashbull however is my own creation.
I can't do my next original chapter until after Burning on Both Ends, since White Thunder to that one are all connected.
