Hi everyone and welcome to my story! This story is mainly Maggie/Negan but will also include many other characters. I kept seeing Maggie and Negan moments on YouTube and how people ship them, gave me this grand idea for a story I hope turns out the way I am envisioning it. I came up with this idea when Negan and Maggie were sitting by the fire talking in 11x07 (I believe). Negan was telling Maggie how he would do things differently and would kill all of Maggie's people if he could do everything all over again. It brought me back to when this all started with Negan and Rick's people. So that is where we're starting, all the way back in season 6 before all hell broke loose and many of our favorite characters died. Maggie and Negan are such wonderful characters, and I never thought much about them being together. Whenever dead city comes out sometime next year, I'm sure it will give me even more ideas. Let's give this a go! Enjoy and reviews are appreciated!

Maggie's POV:

It had to have been two in the morning based on how dark it was. It was also eerily quiet, which usually meant trouble. Whenever the sound of walkers snarling and moaning couldn't be heard, that meant something was about to happen, and that something was usually not good.

Maggie clutched her midriff in pure agony and tried to keep quiet, which felt utterly impossible under the circumstances.

She was in absolute agony and could barely catch her breath just from the slightest movement. She knew the pain she was feeling was not normal, and she was just praying for the pain to stop and for her baby to survive. Hell, she didn't feel like she was going to survive much longer from the pain she was enduring.

Abraham and Rick carried her on a cot through the forest. She couldn't even bear the thought of moving, let alone walking through the dark forest.

They had started their journey in Aaron's RV, but that all came to a stop when they realized the road was blocked off again by the saviors and there was nowhere left to go. Rick decided it would be best to try to carry Maggie through the forest to get to Hilltop.

She needed a doctor, and she needed a doctor fast. She knew it, and so did everyone else around her.

Carl even had a look of concern on his face, which was very unlike him.

Sasha squeezed Maggie's hand, giving a reassuring "everything will be ok" nod of her head.

Eugene was leading the way, something he did very well, telling people what to do. It often annoyed Maggie, but now she felt nothing but grateful.

That's when she felt it, not gratefulness, but excruciating pain.

Maggie went to scream but that was cut short when her vision started to go completely black.
