Once Karaat's disc was back in his body, Kars said he needed to show something to Pucci, saying it was of the utmost importance. He projected an image, which showed a vampire in the sky above Pucci's house. To his horror, he watched as the image proved that it wasn't Kars who threw the metal plate that killed his family, but the vampire did! He stood in shock, conflicted. While he knew it was a memory and clearly not tampered with, he didn't want to believe this. He swore it had been Kars all this time but he was wrong! Shaking his head, he frowned and cursed, under his breath, turning to see Kars was healing Jorge.

"There, now you're all set," Kars said, smirking as he healed the boy as well as returned him to his original height. Satisfied, he started to move back but stopped when the boy grabbed his arm. Raising an eyebrow, he glanced down at him. "Is there something the matter, little one?"

"Uhm, this might be an odd question. But I was wondering, is it possible if I could borrow your stand powers, just for a moment?" He expected an argument, even a warning. Hell, he was also expecting an outright refusal, or an attack.

Instead, Kars just chuckled and said, "Well, of course little human! If you want to see power, go ahead." Second later, a shriek came out of Narancia, Pucci, and Karaat as Jorge seized up once the discs were put back in his head before exploding. Second later, he was put back together again as Kars chuckled. "Ah humans, always so curious and wanting to play with something they can't handle!"

As Jorge stumbled back, cursing and clearly looking like someone who just exploded and was put back together, Karaat cleared his throat, asking, "Kars, why didn't that happen moments ago? With the ultimate stand?" He felt bad for the kid and that was probably going to be filed under yet another traumatic moment that Jorge had to deal with.

"Oh, quite simple, Karaat. I made some changes to the body so it wouldn't happen." He shrugged, as if that was a proper explanation. It at least brought Jorge back to the present.

"Oh, but you didn't bother to do that with me?! I exploded, damn it!" Jorge shouted, being held back by both Narancia and Pucci. He was pissed! "Why do you feel the need to constantly play with us as if we're little toys. Humans or not we deserve some level of respect!"

Honestly, Karaat didn't blame him. He couldn't imagine what he felt, not only in the seconds before explosion but after as he was brought back. Was their pain, did he actually die? Did he, for a second or two, see his body, or what he could as a ghost? Unfortunately, this was not the right time to ask. Honestly, he didn't even know if there would be a right time to ask. Shaking all the questions out of his head, he noticed Kars seemed amused by his reaction. Frowning, he sighed, "Hey, he's a kid. Lay off him. We're all going through a lot but those two are teens, they're not considered adults." Yeah, even to him that sounded lame. Still, he said it and he was going to stand by it.

"Hmm? But I wasn't going to leave him dead. Besides, not easy to eat someone when their body parts are all over the place. Quite messy dining." As Jorge continued another round of insults, he clapped his hands. "Well, that's over! I'll get a powered down version of this U-boat set up and we can head back home! I'm sure you all want to get to Earth as much as I do. No time to waste! Ah, I think I see it now already! It's amazing how quick these last four hours have passed isn't it?" As Jorge grumbled, Kars only smirked, clearly excited to get back to earth. And sure enough, none of them had been eaten.

A little while later, they were in the atmosphere and Pucci could see the Arrow Cross House out the window. The house, like it was named, was built in the shape of a cross with arrows at the ends of each point. It almost looked like a museum with its white walls and flat roof. He raised an eyebrow, sitting up before saying, "Look, over there." As everyone rushed to the window, he pointed to the rhinoceros beetles.

"Dio? Who's he?" Karaat asked, looking out the window as well, looking for the rhinoceros beetle he had mentioned. He wasn't sure how these clues worked together but apparently Pucci was figuring something out.

"The vampire who apparently killed my family, according to the images projected by Kars. I had thought for some time that it was Kars that had killed my family, but apparently, I was wrong." Pucci admitted, though it clearly pained him to admit it, especially in front of Kars. Kars didn't seem to mind, in fact, he seemed rather satisfied now that it had been said out loud. He's been an enemy to the Joestar's for several generations, going back to Jonathan Joestar.

"I see. I'm sorry to hear about your family," Karaat muttered, his attention being torn when he heard Kars saying something. Looked like the somber moment was over as Pucci turned to look at the Pillar man.

"Now all I need is another 'Rhinoceros Beetle', a 'Spiral Staircase', two 'Singularities', and the 'Secret Emperor'."

"Well, now that we've explained that," Kars said, smirking. "Ah, it's time to land! This place should do nicely."

"Place? Oh god, you don't mean the house?" Jorge asked and when he only laughed, he groaned, muttering how they were going to die. As the others started to look around, Kars ignored the boys concern and transformed his body into a sphere, surrounding the inhabitants. The crash was loud, even from inside the sphere and terrifying, even for Karaat. He was pretty sure he heard sirens and sparks, but he couldn't tell if it was coming from the ship or the building they were crashing in to. He just really hoped there was no one inside. Enough people were at risk for dying, more didn't need to because this man was most likely insane. After what seemed like forever, the shaking and noise stopped. He cussed through the entire thing and once it was over, he looked around, shaking. He really was surprised they made it, but he also hoped he would never have to go through something like that again!

As soon as the thought crossed his mind, the ship crashed through another building. He shut his eyes cursing himself for even thinking the horrible situation was over. After a few moments they ceased falling.

"Damn it, what the hell?!" Pucci said, making it clear he was alright. A few minutes later, groans from Jorge and Narancia proved that they had survived as well. He looked around, cussing. "Damn it, Kars. What the hell was that?! Are you crazy! You could have killed us all! I don't care if you don't care, we would like to survive, amazingly!"

"Relax, you're safe now, aren't you? And look at that! We're on Earth! A successful landing." Kars didn't seem to even mind the fact that he was essentially what broke their fall. He really was something else, even if the crash had clearly left some wounds on his body.

Karaat shook his head, letting them argue as he tried to figure out where they were. It looked like they had crashed into some kind of house. As Kars went back to his human state, though badly damaged, they all jumped when they heard a loud scream. Looking around, they found the owner, which was an old man standing nearby, screaming at them for destroying his house and lab. And for some reason, he looked oddly familiar.

"You, you mongrels! How could you do this? Do you realize all the damage you've done? My investigation, everything is destroyed because of you all!" The man was livid! He was probably angry enough to not see or even care about the fact that there was a giant man littered with wounds, which was the cause of the crash. Hell, he probably didn't even realize that man was the cause of the crash.

Karaat's first instinct was to apologize, even though an apology definitely wasn't going to fix this man's house. As he turned to him, he suddenly realized why he looked familiar. He recognized the man, now that he was closer. The man was someone he had tried to forget ages ago, as well as the girl next to him. She was sitting on the ground, clearly shocked by the whole ordeal. Suddenly feeling heavy, he looked at the old man, then the girl. He had to be dreaming, this couldn't be happening! There was no way! The man was Jirou Mikanagi, and the girl was none other than Chiyako herself.

"Oh... Shit." Jorge muttered as everyone moved away from the site, and it became quite clear that what they had landed on had indeed been a house and some kind of lab. The man was still screaming and he sighed softly, shaking his head. Well, this was a disaster. And now they had two witnesses, one that was clearly very angry. He didn't know how he would explain this to the man, and it didn't help that Karaat was staring at the girl.

Ignoring the man, Pucci glanced over at Kars, flinching at all the damage done to the man. He knew he would survive, but it was rather odd to see him in such a state. Even more odd was the fact that as he got close to him, he swore that he could smell something like fig tarts. It took him a moment of investigating to realize it was Kars himself! Or, well, to be more exact, his burning flesh. He noticed how Kars looked frustrated and he cleared his throat, grateful when the man had stopped screaming, though he also didn't like the fact that he was starting to think and mutter to himself. They would have to deal with that in a moment. "Something the matter, Kars?" He swore the man looked upset, and possibly even ashamed.

"My calculations were wrong," Kars said, grateful the screaming had stopped as well. That man really was annoying. But what was more annoying was that he swore he had predicted everything! From what he knew, this is how it should have been. But maybe he was off by a number or two? Damn it all, this was infuriating! "Perhaps it should have been thirty-seven? Or there was something else."

Before he could join the mumbling old man, Pucci shook his head, saying, "Your number should have been enough. It has a holy significance. I don't think you were wrong." He turned, groaning as he saw the man was talking louder. "We need to handle this before we can discuss calculations. I don't like the sound of his muttering."

"Ah, yes, I see!" Jirou said, leaning against a shovel as he nodded to himself. "This one is the key to my experiments! Why, he could be the miracle cure, I just need some DNA! Imagine, any illness or disease just cured with some of his DNA. This is incredible, amazing! You there!" He pointed to Kars. "I need you for my experiments. Yes, the lab is a mess but that does not matter now!" He walked over, studying the large man, especially with how the wounds were slowly healing. He really was remarkable!

Kars frowned, when he realized the man was talking about himself, especially as he started to approach him. Summoning one of his shining blades, he said as loud as he could, "Come any closer and I will kill you, human. You will not have any of my blood!"

He paused, frowning as he stopped, studying the blade for a moment. "Huh? Damn it, boy, this isn't the time. I need your blood for my experime-ahhh!" Jirou howled in pain, looking shocked and it took a moment before Karaat realized why.

Narancia had taken the opportunity to sneak closer and once Jirou wasn't paying attention, he stabbed him with a pocket knife. A second later, he kicked the shovel away, making the man drop. "Child killer! Don't you dare approach us!" He and Pucci immediately surrounded the man, kicking and stomping, his wails of pain from both the stab wound and being kicked and stomped on echoing in the air.

Karaat was shocked as this lasted for several minutes. He didn't blame them but, well, this was all just weird. Especially since they weren't alone, Chiyako was there, watching the whole thing. Luckily, it seemed that Chiyako was in too much shock to really properly react to her grandfather being stabbed and attacked. Or maybe she just didn't care. Eventually, Narancia and Pucci stopped and he glanced over, noticing Kars was healing himself. It was kind of gross, seeing the skin slowly merging together. Karaat looked away before glancing over as he noticed that Chiyako was sniffling. He was about to apologize when he saw a look of recognition on her face.

"Hey, why did you save us?" Narancia asked, but he wasn't getting any answer from Kars. Groaning, he shook his head looking back at where Jirou laid, as well as where the girl, Chiyako was. Though, when he looked over to where she had been, he couldn't find it. Luckily, he only had to turn his head to find her. Chiyako had apparently recognized Karaat and they were a few feet away, crying and clinging to each other. Narancia figured it was best to leave them be and let them have their reunion. It's not like anyone could interrupt them at the moment, at least not the old man.

"Chiyako! Oh god, you're here, you're actually here!" He pulled her in close, all of his grief and regret spilling out into tears. Just when he thought he couldn't cry anymore for her, he always learned he had even more tears to shed. Luckily, these were tears of happiness. She was here, she was physical. He could actually hug her! She was alive!

Chiyako was crying as well as she stood up, clinging to Karaat. He was there, he actually was there! Sobbing, she clung to him, burying her face into his chest as she said, "You're here! You actually came to save me from him! Thank you, Karaat. Thank you so much! I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't showed up!"

"Save you?" Now Karaat was confused and he gently held her, running his fingers through her hair as he sniffled. "What are you talking about? How would you know about me arriving, let alone expecting it?"

"Simple, silly!" She smiled slightly and brushed some of his tears away. "I saw it, in a dream." At his confused look, she smiled. "I had a dream last night. There was this girl, she was really beautiful! But that doesn't matter, okay maybe it does. Sorry, I just can't believe you're here!" She smiled softly and blushed before continuing. "She was in a white dress and had white hair. We were on a beach with pink water and pink sand. She told me to believe that the man in the green suit and hat will save me. And that's you, it clearly is!"

"I don't understand. I'm sorry, this is just crazy. I mean, yes, I'm here and in a green suit," Karaat confessed, looking shocked. "Are you sure about this? I'm not saying you're a liar it's just, I never expected to see you here." Alive was what he wanted to say but he decided against it. He didn't know what she knew and he did not want to have to bring up that conversation again.

"Of course, I am! She told me to believe in the guiding light and that you will come save me! I asked her name and she told me it's Kako. She also told me she's my beyond, whatever that means. And seconds later, the dream ended." Chiyako said, slowly starting to calm down.

Karaat sighed in relief and, realizing they had been kneeling on the ground he got up. He then reached down, helping her up as well. He smiled and hugged her one last time before turning to see the beaten-up Jirou on the ground. He frowned, holding her close before turning to her. "I need to do something, stay here. And please, for your sake, don't look." Once she nodded, he cleared his throat and sighed as he approached Jirou.

As soon as Kars saw the look in his eyes, he put his hand out as soon as he saw Jorge approaching Karaat. He glanced over at Narancia, Jorge, and Pucci, saying in a commanding tone, "Do not stop him for what he's about to do. It must be done. Just stay back and don't get in his way." Once they nodded, he put his hand down, watching as Karaat walked up to Jirou, who was groaning on the ground. He was alive but clearly beaten.

Karaat's stand activated as he stood over the man, looking at him with disgust. This was the man that caused all this hell, the one who hurt Chiyako and the deadlies. Not hurt, killed them. He picked him up by the neck of his shirt, glaring at him. He didn't care what it took or how long it was going to take, he wasn't going to stop until this man was dead. He just hoped that Chiyako would look away. But even if she didn't, he wouldn't hesitate, not when he had this kind of opportunity. So, with a deep breath, his stand started to beat the shit out of the old man, giving everyone quite a show. Each punch broke bone and the hits were so fast, the man didn't even have time to cry out before more punches broke his body little by little.

Blood was coming out with each blow, coating the ground as well as Karaat. Chiyako was terrified, the man's eyes cold and lifeless, like he didn't care about what he was doing to her grandfather or the damage he was doing to him. She knew her grandfather was horrible, but this was terrifying! Especially when she saw the small smile on Karaat's face and noticed he was saying words. It took her a moment to realize he was saying names as some invisible force was beating her grandfather to death. Maybe that's why he had told her not to watch. And maybe she shouldn't, but morbid curiosity was keeping her in place. That and maybe she was wanting to make sure that her grandfather truly wouldn't survive.

"For Sakura, Kotoha, Mari, Ichiru, Shizuku, Nene, and for Chiyako! For Sakura, Kotoha, Mari, Ichiru, Shizuku, Nene, and for Chiyako!" He said it over and over as his stand pummeled the man without remorse or mercy. It wasn't until he said all of their names seven times that Night Boat to Cairo Ultimate delivered the final blow, sending the man to the trees. But the stand was not done and immediately grabbed the shovel, sending it flying in the air hitting Jirou with such an explosive force that blood and wood chips exploded in the air. This was enough to cause the tree to break and fall, landing on top of Jirou, officially ending his life.
