It has been a month since Alisa and the others, let alone, Rean Graduated from Thors. Alisa returns to the Reinford Group to start working as a General Manager of the Company Development Division. Alisa takes up the duties as senior manager. Alisa is in a meeting with her mother along with Olivert.

"Whoa... This look incredible!" Alisa exclaimed as she look at the blueprints of an upcoming project for the ARCUS.

"Indeed. I already been working on this with Professor E. Gadd, Epstein, Atlas, and Ludwig for this project." Olivert smiled. "After learning about different technology, I decided to evolve them into something greater."

"I'll say! This will no doubt be amazing! So this will surpass the ARCUS II design?"

"Indeed. Right now, I'm also asking Professor Magnolia about getting me a large amount of Rotom for this project as well. In addition to the Orbal Staffs, I figured that they can use some upgrade too. Considering you, and Elliot have magic you all gain from Fiore."

"Yeah, Elliot, and Emma will be more than happy to have those." Alisa nodded. "That reminds me, Is it also related to that other project you been working on?"

"In addition to that other project, since the Orbal Network is now combined with the Internet of the Mushroom Kingdom and Remnant, we're working on the name for these websites instead of Orbal Network and internet. Each one with different capacities." Irina said.

"Right. We're going to be quite busy. But thankfully, we got plenty of help. I think Futaba would definitely love to kick in."

"I don't know what going on in that mind of his, but things seem to be normal for now." Irina said. "Alisa, there's an assignment I need you to do."

"And that would be mother?" Alisa asked

"I want you to visit Professor E. Gadd and discuss with him about the upcoming ARCUS project as well as the international technology company focusing on search engine technology, and so forth. I tried to contact him but according to one of his staff, Professor E Gadd was heading to some place called Boo Woods for some research about ghosts or something."

"Research about ghost? Now that's an interesting subject." Olivert said.

Alisa nodded "All right. I'll head to the Mushroom Kingdom immediately. Lucky, there's a portal nearby I can use."

"In that case, you don't mind if I come along?" A voice asked and came in was Gywn.

"Grandfather!"

"Why hello there Gwyn!" Olivert greeted.

"You wish to join Alisa to the Mushroom Kingdom?" Irina asked.

"That's right. After all, I wanted to meet this Professor E. Gadd in person. What's more, I'm curious about the Mushroom Kingdom. And Alisa told me much about his invention. I had to admit. His invention are quite intriguing. I can't help but wonder how can this old man create such extortionary creations." Gywn chuckled.

"In that case, then by all means. go ahead. Maybe you can also help with the project. Bring Sharon with you as well. I'm sure you have much to discuss."

"Understood. I'll be off." Alisa nodded. "Let's go Grandfather."

"Right behind you Alisa." Gywn chuckled and then they exit Irina's business room.

Peach walked along the castle, humming to herself. It was another glorious day in the Mushroom Kingdom and the fact that she got the royalty from Adrestia Empire, Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, Leicester Alliance, Fiore, Liberl, and the president of Calvard to be great powerful allies for the Mushroom Kingdom via a party. It was the best idea she had, and now it's not just Hyrule, Sarasaland, the Beanbean Kingdom, Ylisse, Nohr, Hoshido, Valla, and Erebonia. But it's a deep shame that Beacon was lost. Plus she's worried about Osborne as well. Yet she still has allies available to them. Such as RWBY, JNPR, and Qrow. But also supporters of the Bracer Guild, Kokonoe's group, Jubei, Nine, Celica and a new friend name Monica von Ochs. Ragna, Jin, Bang, Taokaka, Noel Vermillion, Makoto, Tsubaki, Ashen Wolves, the Kaka Clan, Faunus, but other people Oliver introduces. The Pretty Boy Detective Club, Kirito and his friends, Rigbarth residents, and Naoto Kurogane.

She sighed happily, for she was also happy that Bowser didn't stop by and ruined things, though she did have to admit… he's been awfully quiet. It's been a month since Class VII graduated from Thors, let alone, Rean. Normally, she'd be worried that Bowser is planning something huge, but right now, she could care less.

Mario and Luigi are playing Mario Kart Double Dash in the living room.

"Quick, throw the shell!" Mario exclaimed

"Almost... ya!" Luigi said... and then it sound like he hit someone. "Oh yeah!" Then they cross the finish line. "Oh yeah! we won!"

"You betcha bro!" Mario high five him as he high five back.

"Mail call!" Parakarry called out and then Mario hop off the couch and then begin to head to the mailbox, then pick up the mail. He went back into the house and then look who it was addressed.

"Let's see, bill company, uh huh... Oh, this one is for Luigi." He said as he head back into the house. "Hey Bro, you got mail!"

"Oh?" Luigi got off the couch and then approach his brother and took it and then opened up the letter, pulling out a piece of paper and reading it.

"Congratulations, you have won our once in a lifetime contest! You have won a beautiful mansion in the deep dark woods! Just stop on by and we'll give you the grand tour! And once again, congratulations!"

"…That's strange…" Luigi quietly said. "I never even entered a contest."

"You haven't?" Mario asked, already sounding suspicious as he took a look at it, noticing that there was a map on the letter, and then saw words near the map that Luigi likely didn't even see.

"Totally not haunted nor a trap!" It said.

This made Mario more suspicious. He narrowed his eyes, something was definitely off about this… and the fact that Luigi mentioned that he didn't even enter a contest about a mansion made him really suspicious. He didn't like this one bit.

"Hey bro. How about I go on ahead and I'll meet you up there?" Mario suggested. "That way I can check it out and once you meet up with me, I'll congratulate you on the mansion!"

"Hmm, alright." Luigi nodded, as he noticed there was something different in Mario's tone, but he didn't pay it much mind.

"See you later." Mario said, going for a bro hug as Luigi hugged him… but as Luigi tried to break apart, Mario still held on to him for about a minute before he let go, saluting at him before taking off.

"Well, that was weird." Luigi said.

With Mario…

Mario didn't like showing it when Luigi was around, but he was mad. He wasn't liking this at all and he wanted to get to the bottom of this.

"Hmm... who's the wiseguy to send Luigi this?" Mario wonder, looking at the direction of the location.

Eventually…

(Luigi's Mansion ost - Mansion (Exterior))

"It's already night? That's strange..." Mario rub his chin as he go through the forest… and then Mario stopped dead in his tracks as he looked on to see a creepily haunted mansion in front of him, complete with flashing lightning! "Now that it more obvious." He said as he walked toward the mansion, ready for whatever would be thrown at him, and also dropping the map that the wind picked up and carried it off in the opposite direction.

"Hello?" Mario called out as he opened the doors and walked through… and then the doors suddenly closed.

"Wha-?" Mario turn his back to the door. "It close on its own? I need to stay on guard." He said and looked around, ready to pound anything that came in his way, as he went through a door and entered the hallway.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Sign of Gloom)

"Ahahaha… Mario... You were unwise into coming here alone!"

"Who said that? Are you the one who send that "mail" to my house?" Mario asked as he cautiously went through the hallways, not noticing a dark figure that went through a hallway, and then the candle lights disappeared, making it darker than it was. Mario lobbing fireballs at the candles… and then the small flames illuminated something in front of him, as he could barely make out dark purple sinister eyes.

"Welcome, you fool… to your doom!"

"Wait... You!" Mario exclaimed as he ready his battle stance... but then it shot something at him, making him go on his knees and collapse on the ground... and some certain items from him were launched to a wall.

"Ehehehehe! I suspected Mario would notice. Still, now that I have his brother, he will surely come. If this won't bring that scaredy cat to me, NOTHING will!" The figure cackled before an orange ghost came by and blew out the candles, turning the room dark once again.

Back in the Mushroom Kingdom…

"Huh?" Peach asked in surprise. "Luigi won a mansion and Mario went to investigate?"

"That's what I heard!" Captain Toad said.

"But you mention that Luigi never enter a contrast, right?" Monica asked.

"Yep."

"Hmm…" Peach rubbed her chin in thought, having a bad feeling about this. "Go find him… I'm suddenly having a bad feeling about this."

"Right! I'll go gather up the brigade!" He said and took off.

"Princess... something about this "contest" which Luigi didn't enter is suspicious." Monica said.

"Yes, I agree... I just hope it isn't a trap..." Peach nodded, looking concern.

With Luigi…

(BlazBlue ost - Mirage)

"Hmm…" Luigi paced around Toad Town. "Mario should've called me saying he was there." He said.

"Oh, hey there Luigi!" A voice called out as Luigi turned to see Alisa running up to him with Sharon and Gwyn.

"Oh, hey Alisa! Congratulations on your graduation. What's up?"

"So who's this fine fellow Alisa?" Gwyn asked.

"Oh, I like to introduce you to my grandfather. Gwyn Reinford."

"Nice to meetcha. So you're Luigi eh? The Superstar of the Mushroom Kingdom Eh?"

"That's right. Nice to meetcha Queen." Luigi said, offering his hand and shake it. "And nice to see you to Sharon."

"And hello to you as well Master Luigi." Sharon bow as she smiled.

"So what brings you out here Luigi? Are you waiting for someone?" Alisa asked

"Yeah. I'm waiting for Mario." Luigi nodded

"For Mario? What for?" She asked and then she explain to him. "A contest? And you never enter it?"

"Yeah that's right."

"Well that's a surprise. Lucky you Luigi!" Gywn said.

"Pardon the intrusion. But don't you find this suspicious?" Sharon asked.

"Yeah, I have to agree with Sharon. Luigi, doesn't it bother you that you never enter a contest, and yet for some reason you "won"?" Alisa asked

"Well, to be honest. I was wondering if I did, but subconsciously." Luigi rub his chin.

"That... doesn't sound likely. I mean no offense to you winning but... something about it feels off. Can I see the later?" Alisa asked.

"Sure." He said as he hand over the letter as they look at it.

"Hmm..." Gwyn rub his chin. "Yeah, that does look suspicious. Who would right "Totally not haunted nor a trap." on it?"

"What?" Luigi asked as he take it back and see it. "I didn't see this there!"

"And you said Mario went ahead right?" Alisa rubbed her chin... then and then they noticed something flying in the air as it landed in Luigi's arms.

"This is the map that Mario took with him." Luigi said, and frowned. "Wait… what happened to Mario?" He asked as he felt something was wrong… he didn't know what it was, but it felt like he needed to go see if his brother was alright.

"Hey, is it all right if we can come with you?" Alisa asked.

"You sure Alisa? Aren't we suppose to find Professor E. Gadd in some place call Boo Woods?" Gwen asked.

"I know but... I'm concern for Mario. Espcually with this mysterious letter someone send to Luigi." Alisa said, catching the attention of group of certain pretty boys who turn their heads.

"Excuse me." Manabu approaches the group. "We couldn't help but overhear, something about a mysterious letter."

"Yeah, but who are you guys?" Alisa asked as his group appoach him.

"Why it's a pleasure to meet you my lovely lady. My name is Mamabu Sotoin, president of the pretty boy detective club, at your service!" He greeted with a boy before introducing his clubmates. "And these are my lovely companions, my vice president Nagahiro Sakiguchi, Mayami Doujima, Michiru Fukuroi, Hyota Ashikaga, and Sosaku Yubiwa!"

"Um, Hi. My name is Alisa Reinford. This is my grandfather, Sharon, and this is Luigi." Alisa introduce herself and the others.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance miss Reinford. You wouldn't happen to be the daughter to the Chairman of the Reinford Group, aren't you?" Nagahiro asked.

"That's right. Are you acquainted with my mother?"

"Not exactly, but we learn about some parts of Erebonia."

"So are you all need of assistance? We'll be happy to help if you tell us the full story." Mayumi asked.

"Oh, the more the merrier!" Luigi smiled and then begin to explain to the Pretty Boy Detective Club.

"Oh my! What a fascinating case!" Mamabu exclaimed. "Hahaha!"

"Yeah, more like suspicious if you ask me." Michiru scratch his head. "Who in the right mind would write this isn't a haunted house nor a trap on it?"

"Yeah I agree, that definitely has suspicious written all over it." Hyota nodded.

"Indeed. A mysterious letter was sent to Luigi and him alone. Tell me, did your brother was acting strange to you?" Mamabu asked

"Yeah... now that you mention it... Mario did act weird..." Luigi paused.

"Ahaha! Then it's quite elementary my fine Luigi!" Manabu said as he walk around. "Mario notice something was suspicious with the letter. In addition to that, you mention you never enter this "contest". Yet within this letter, it doesn't say what kind of contest. Which means that it's most likely a scam. Or rather... a trap for Luigi and Luigi alone."

"Me?!"

"Your brother notice this. And he went out to investigate alone. Which means there's also a chance he's in danger. So rescuing him is our top priority!" Manabu declared. "The Pretty Boy Detctive Club shall take this case!"

"Yeah, let's go and see that Mario is okay, and found out who this scammer is." Alisa nodded and then they took off… unaware of what horrors were waiting for them.

Luigi's Mansion. One of my favorites! Heeyahahahaha! Welcome to another story of the Trails series! Luigi's Mansion. Except it's gonna be Alisa, and the Pretty Boy detective club! What Horror will await the gang Wait and find out!

That reminds me, can I ask for your opinion? I wanna give this version of Google, Youtube in this world but couldn't pick a good name. I want it something different then the Orbal Network, and not to mention technology are evolving and sync with the other technology. So mind giving me a helping hand?
