Screaming Gophers: Heather, Sadie, Beth, Jo, Ella, Cody, Noah, Brick
Killer Bass: Duncan, Harold, Lightning, Mike, Shawn, Lindsay, Dawn, Sky, Amy
"Last time on Total Drama Island, the campers had their survival skills put to the test when they spent the entire night camping in the woods." Chris explained "Duncan's mad ghost-story telling skills freaked out the Killer Bass, and uh, Sadie unintentionally led a bear to the Gophers by taking some blueberries. Ultimately, the Killer Bass were the ones on the chopping block, leaving Rodney without a marshmallow. Yup, the challenge was rough, all right. And if I have anything to say about it, today will be even more brutal. Luckily, I do. What fresh horror have we planned for our campers? Find out next on Total. Drama. Island!"
The episode started with the Killer Bass at the campfire.
"I gotta say. I'm going to miss Rodney." Lindsay told her teammates.
"Sha-definitely!" Lightning agreed. "He was a goofball, but at least he was a strong goofball."
Soon the Screaming Gophers are seen walking over with Beth holding a plate of gelatin with a gummy worm on it.
"What brings you here?" Dawn asked confused.
"We just had some extra dessert from the Tuck Shoppe and thought it would be nice to share." Brick said.
"Really?" Shawn gave them a skeptical look.
"Duh." Jo rolled her eyes "Just consider it our act of kindness."
"That and we have nothing else to do." Noah explained.
Beth then gave Lightning the gelatin he then screamed and punched it away "Sha-bam!"
"Chill dude it's just a gummy worm." Cody swooped up the candy.
"Sorry y'all, I just can't stand snakes." Lightning explained.
"I hear you, zombies are my biggest fear." Shawn recoiled in fear. "They're the most frightening supernatural things to exist."
"Really? Zombies?" Jo teased him.
"That's really lame man." Duncan smirked.
Confessional: Noah
"Lo and behold, we're having this big share-fest by the fire. Beth babbled about her mortal fear is being covered by bugs, Harold's hides himself around ninjas, and Heather hates sumo wrestlers." Noah explained.
Confessional Ends
"What's my fear, clowns. Plain and simple." Noah said.
"Walking through a minefield blindfolded." Lindsay admitted.
"My fear is robots, they go against mother nature's gracious environment." Dawn said.
"I'm afraid of needles." Mike said.
"Sheep. I can't stand to be around them." Amy explained.
"Thunder is my weakness." Sky said.
"Bad haircuts." Sadie clarified.
"Having to defuse a time bomb under pressure." Cody thought.
"Me performing an act of violence will frighten me." Ella shuddered before giving her attention to Duncan. "What exactly is your phobia?"
Duncan saw everyone looking at him and decided to confess. "C-Celine Dion music store standees."
Cody found this amusing. "Haha, ex-squeeze me? I didn't quite get that."
Soon we cut to morning time and all the contestants were in the Mess Hall.
"Campers, your next challenge is a little something I like to call: Phobia Factor! Prepare to meet your worst fears!" Chris smirked.
"Did you say Celine Dion music store standees?" Brick wondered.
"Ooh, I love Celine Dion! What's a standee?" Lindsay added in.
"They're these cardboard cutouts that stand in most music stores." Ella defined.
Duncan had had enough. "Shut up! What about you guys?"
"Okay, well, I hate wearing makeup out in public." Jo looked at Brick. "All right, Brick-for-brains, you're the last one."
"Being left alone when it's pitch black." Brick gulped.
Confessional: Brick
"I've hated the dark ever since I was born." Brick described his backstory. "You never know where you are and who's around you."

Soon we cut to morning time and all the contestants were in the Mess Hall.
"Campers, your next challenge is a little something I like to call: Phobia Factor! Prepare to meet your worst fears!" Chris smirked.
"Worse than this?" Lightning asked, holding up a hairy sausage with his palm before squishing it.
"I don't like the sound of this," Dawn whispered.
Now for our first victims," Chris read a cue card, "Heather! Meet us all in the theater! It's... sumo time!"
Heather who had been drinking from a mug spat out the coffee in Noah's face. He was not happy.
"Sky, you and me have a date at the top of the cliff with the music choosing of "Thunderstruck" by AC DC… while a thunderstorm comes brewing."
Sky blinked her eyes in horror.
"Wait? How do they know our worst fears?" Lindsay asked curiously.
"Because we shared them at the campfire in front of the cameras." Duncan facepalmed.
"Wait? They were listening to us!" Lindsay gasped.
"No they were busy listening to Justin Bieber. Of course they were listening to us. We're on a reality show." Amy rudely said.
"That's like eavesdropping!" Lindsay protested.
"Chef Hatchet, didn't you have an appointment with Mike today?" Chris asked.
Chef smirked before revealing a needle.
Mike gasped and turned into Chester. "Get your silverware out of my face!"
"Well he just lost a point for his team" Chris rolled his eyes. "Since the Bass have one more member than the Gophers, Harold, you sit this one out."
Harold shrugged, not caring about not competing.
We then see everyone looking at a pool filled with bugs.
Beth sucked it up and jumped in. Moments later, she popped up with bugs covering her face, leading to her team members cheering for her.
"And Beth sets the bar way up there!" Chris announced.
At the Mess Hall, Sadie was seated with a fearful look as Chris held up a wig. Sadie gulped and accepted the wig being put onto her.
Next, Noah was tied onto a chair while a movie was being prepared for him. "What's the movie going to be?"
"It's a surprise." Chris singsonged. "If you can't take it, you can untie yourself and lose a point."
After Chris left, the movie premiered. "We'll now start with an hour of "Clowns Don't Bounce."
Noah gasped, but sighed and tried to take it in.
Meanwhile, Shawn had just finished using the bathroom. When he got out, he witnessed an army of interns disguised as zombies.
"ZOMBIES!!! I'm out of here man!" Shawn departed, losing his team a point.
We then cut to the grass field with a group full of sheep.
Amy tried to step in but she ran off. Some of the Bass rolled their eyes or facepalmed.
In the amphitheater, Heather was up against the sumo wrestler. As the sumo wrestler came menacing towards her, in a quick form of thinking, she stuck out her foot, tripping the wrestler and sending him tumbling offscreen.
"Heather stepped up to the plate, scoring the Gophers their second point on the board." Chris declared.
Back to Noah, he was still traumatized from the movie he was watching.
Dawn is then seen in the woods with Chef and a robot.
"All Dawn has to do is watch this robot vandalize this tree." Chris narrated as Chef used his joystick to roll the robot towards the tree.
"If it gets a point for my team, then sadly, I'll watch." Dawn agreed.
We then see Mike next to Sky who was trapped inside a glass box at the cliff from the 2nd episode, both of the teenagers were holding a walkie talkie "On the plus side, at least Chris let a friend be with you." Mike reassured her.
"This cloud above you is programmed to rain thunder." Chris jokes. "Stay in the box to win, or just break the glass and lose."
"Thanks!" Sky said.
"You got this Sky." Mike said.
Soon we see Lightning at the amphitheater near a tank with a snake in it while the Killer Bass watches him.
"Alright just pet the snake, easy." Duncan said.
The snake then blinked, making Lightning flinch and step away.
"That snake just blinked!" Lightning screamed.
"It means she likes you." Lindsay shouted out.
"That snake is three things; slimy, scaly, and slithery!" Lightning screamed.
"It's the smallest snake ever, Brightning! Come on!" Amy urged him.
Intimidated, Lightning then reached a hand into the tank with the snake in it and pets it.
The Screaming Gophers cheer for Lightning.
"Aw yeah! I did it!" Lightning cheered.
Back to Sky, the cloud rumbled and blasted out lightning bolts.
Sky yelped and tried talking to Mike through the walkie talkie.
"You're still here right?" Sky asked.
"I don't plan on leaving." Mike said happily.
"So I was curious how come you have DID?" Sky asked.
"Let's just say that I was a foster child and got traumatized by isolation and things that I'd like to keep private." Mike stated.
"I'm sorry about that." Sky said sympathetically.
"I'll get more in-depth about my disorder at a later day." Mike said before the timer went off "And it looks like your minutes are up."
"Indeed they are, you may now get out Sky." Chris smirked.
Sky kicked the glass, letting it shatter all around.
"Sorry!" Sky apologized.
We then see Ella sitting on a tree branch with a duck next to her.
"Just harm the duckie!" Chris yelled.
Ella let out a huge gasp. "But I'm a pacifist! I never want to do harm to anyone, good or bad."
"At the very least, you can shove him off the branch." Chris calmly offered.
"No thank you. I refuse." Ella lost her team the point.
"And Ella fails as well." Chris said.
Every Screaming Gopher present just groaned.
Confessional: Ella
"Care for a song, little duck?" Ella petted the duck. When the duck quacked in approval, Ella let out the first words of The Duck Song.
Confessional Ends
"Cody you're up." Chris told the geek.
Soon we see Cody next to a trash bomb.
"All you have to do is defuse this bomb using the instructions." Chris said, giving Cody the blueprints.
"What?! No way! I can't do this!" a panicking Cody said.
"Then uh, I suggest you find a safe place to hide, brah. Later, dude." Chris said before leaving.
"Wait, you're not gonna stay?" Cody asked in fear.
"No way, That's a live bomb, dude!" Chris shook his head.
Soon we see Duncan next to a Celine Dion standee with the Killer Bass watching him.
"Just one hug and you're done." Chris snapped his fingers.
"T-That looks really... real, man." Duncan said.
"Duncan, it's just cardboard, hug it so we can move on!" Amy commanded.
Duncan took a deep breath and began hugging the Celine Dion standee.
Everyone in the Killer Bass began cheering for Duncan.
"Ha I actually did it." Duncan said happily.
Afterwards, Chris tossed a kit in Jo's direction.
"What exactly is this?" Jo asked.
"It's a makeup kit." Chris smiled, making Jo wince. "Douse up your face with it in order to win a point for your team."
"Yeah yeah whatever." Jo rolled her eyes and did her face.
Confessional: Jo
"I do this only for the good of the team." Jo emphasized.
Confessional Ends
Jo was finished with her makeup. It wasn't pretty, but it wasn't ugly either. Nevertheless, she won a point.
"I'll be washing off my face for minutes." Jo grumbled and took her leave.
In the woods, Dawn was still visualizing the robot damage trees.
"Only... a couple more minutes to go!" Dawn eased herself.
An explosion was then heard from around the camp.
"What was that?" Shawn asked.
"If I had to guess, I'd say Cody just blew himself up." Chris responded.
Cody was shown to be covered by trash and was feeling dazed. "Is anyone here? Huh. Girls? Ladies? Anyone?!"
The movie Noah was watching had finally ended, and after the point was earned, Noah untied himself, but felt dazed from the hour of watching a big screen.
Confessional: Noah
"Whoever filmed that movie is a very creepy and dark individual." Noah grimaced.
Confessional Ends
The robot was finished polluting the environment, so Chef shut it down, much to Dawn's relief as a point scored for her.
Confessional: Dawn
"Actually, I'd like to thank the producers for making me face my fear. I can still find nature in my eyes and soul." Dawn said.
Confessional Ends
"What else can I do today?" Dawn thought until a garbage covered Cody moaned and strolled about, making her scream and bolt out while Cody tripped over a stump.
Ella and Sadie were inside the lavatory. Sadie's time to wear the wig was up so she removed it.
"You did it! You made it through the whole day!" Ella hugged her friend.
"Yay us!" Sadie returned the hug.
"All right gang. We're in the ninth inning." Chris said to everybody. "Brick, for your challenge, go inside your cabin."
"Yes sir!" Brick marched inside the boys side of the Gophers cabin and closed the door.
"LIGHTS OUT!" Chris shut off the lights, making the room pitch dark.
"Uh oh!" Brick gulped.
Amy carried over her boombox that she plays during her volleyball games.
"Can I add some tunes? Just to make him struggle," Amy smirked mischievously.
"You are one sick chick. But yeah." Chris gave her the privilege.
While setting her boombox up, Amy asked Chris a question. "Do you have a sibling, like a brother or sister?"
"I have a cousin. His name is Jerd, and he lives in Newfoundland." Chris answered. "Why do you ask?"
"I'm an only child." Amy said. "I was supposed to have a twin sister, but it got canceled."
"You just enjoy the benefits of having no one to share things with." Chris advised. "How do you think I ended up like this?"
Amy nodded. "Here's what I'm gonna play for our cadet."
"I'm bigger than the dark." Brick tried to tame himself. "I'm better than the dark." The sound of a beaver squeal, courtesy of Amy, began to play, to which Brick hugged his knees together and screamed.
A couple of minutes later, Chris turned on the lights. "Brick, you're good to go now."
"Thank you." Brick exited the cabin.
Soon we see Lindsay next to a minefield while everyone is watching.
"Now since you won't win even if you do this by getting one point, I'm going to make it so you'll get triple points if you complete this so now you have a chance to win." Chris announced.
Confessional: Lindsay
"Didn't I tell you guys they were eavesdropping?" Lindsay blatantly groaned.
Confessional Ends
"You can face your fear and dive straight into this pool of jelly, or let your team lose yet another challenge." Chris declared.
"I could seriously get hurt doing this!" Lindsay said.
Noah slyly smiled. "You may or may not know this, but mines can usually send the victim up to a few feet of air."
That only made Lindsay more unwilling to face her fear.
"Don't put too much pressure on yourself!" Sky encouraged.
"He's just trying to psych you out!" Mike said.
"You've got this Lindsay!" Lightning pumped up.
Lindsay was about to wall through but she retracted herself.
"I can't do it, it's just too tempting." Lindsay whimpered.
"Well it looks like the Screaming Gophers win today's challenge." Chris said happily.
The Screaming Gophers cheered while the Killer Bass sighed.
Soon we see Lightning and Duncan talking to each other in the Mess Hall.
"So who are we gonna vote off?" Lightning asked Duncan directly.
"Easy. It's down to Amy, Shawn, and Lindsay." Duncan shrugged.
"Why those three?" Lightning wondered.
"They didn't face their fears," Duncan continued. "Of course."
Confessional: Lightning
"Amy's the more annoying of the three." Lightning confessed. "I'll vote for her."
Confessional Ends
We then cut to the campfire ceremony only Lindsay, Amy, and Shawn have no marshmallows.
"I have two marshmallows on my plate, the three of you failed your fears and got some votes, the one not going home tonight is Shawn." Chris said.
Shawn ran up to get his marshmallow.
Lindsay and Amy looked at each other in fear as they waited for Chris to announce who the next marshmallow would go to.
"The last marshmallow goes to…" Chris began.
…
…
…
…
"Amy."
Amy sighed in relief and went up to get her marshmallow.
"Lindsay, the Boat Of Losers awaits." Chris said.
"We didn't want to do it but it's for the good of the team." Duncan told Lindsay.
"You're a really awesome girl. When this is all over, maybe we could hang out sometime." Amy smiled.
"Sure thing Ally." Lindsay said with a smile and walked off. "Bye guys! See you at the finale!"
Confessional: Cody
Cody was typing into a calculator. "The Gophers lost three challenges in a row. The Bass also lost three challenges in a row." He revealed his calculations up front, which showed an 8/8. "Now we're balanced!"
