I reach the back entrance to El Panchoran and I enter the kitchen and joke, "Hey guys what's cookin'?"
"Crap it's the bug!" Thug one yells as I swing kick him.
"Man you guys need more of a kick if you are not spicy enough," I joke, hitting the second one in the face with a pan, "but I guess it panned all out for you to have a nice dream." I walk into the main room and joke, "Guys this is not how you treat a lady plus she already has a man in her life and you just made a big mistake."
"Eli is that you?" May asks as soon as I finish off the last thugs scared crying.
"Yeah and I'm going to get you out of here," I say, unwrapping her restraints, lifting her up out of her chair, then sensing a bomb and I jump out of the window and swing to a building.
"Oh my gosh Danny has the same timer and he's strapped to a bomb too," May says crying. I smile.
"Connor you got Danny," I say over the comms.
"Yeah we're fine a little scratched but fine," Connor says through the comms May looks confused.
"Connor and I made a plan. I got you, and he got Danny isn't that right Red," I say, explaining to May that Danny wasn't dead and talking to Connor for proof.
"I wish you would stop calling me that but whatever meet me in the sewer at these coordinates," Connor says and my hud recipes the coordinates once in the sewer May and I opt for the walkway that runs along the sewer there was no way I was getting the smell out of my suit once we reach the coordinates it's a base of operations and Connor says, "I know it's not much but you got enough gear to take on these guys."
"No but if we make a pit stop by Tech I have some prototypes you could borrow and a new armor suit I've been meaning to field test," I say, talking about my new nano-armor.
"Alright let's get us an equalizer for the big fight," Connor nodded at me. Once at tech I head to the big cylinder container and enter the code and the nano armor appears; it looks like the Iron Spider suit from Avengers: Infinity War. Connor asks, "Cool but where are my upgrades?"
"Right here prototype grapple I made before I made the web shooters oh and here prototype swords in case well I went up against you they should fit up under your new guns and finally thisprototype helmet with voice modifier and user coloration kinda looks like Red Hood from the Arkham games," I say giving him all his gear and reducing the nano-armor to a patch that can be put on my back.
"Oh now this is cool, we look boss," Connor says, putting his mask down.
"Yeah it grows on you," I say, activating my watch after which I activate the patch as it forms over the nano-suit. After we suit up we head towards Times Square for the big confrontation with Reptile and Predator. As we step towards our opponents Connor asks, "Which one do you want?"
"Doesn't matter," I say back to him.
"Alright I'll handle Reptile," Connor says, bringing out a sword.
"Fine with me," I say, extending my extendable spider legs as we charge. I tackle Predator down to the ground.
"You burned my face now I will have my revenge and bounty," he says, throwing me to the side into an electric build board.
"Ow I'm sorry your face got way ugly by electric shock but I mean you survived right look on the bright side big guy oh and if you try the arrow you're going to hit yourself because this suit masks my DNA signature tough cookies," I joke punching him hard knocking him back towards an electric build board knocking him out I web him up, "alright one down one to go."
"A little help here!" Connor yells as he shoots Reptile in the arm and slicing his leg getting free from Reptile's clutches
"Be right there Red, hey Doc take this," I joke, throwing a huge piece of rubble at him and he just crumbles again and retreats.
"Well we're done here and I have to go home to my mom she's probably worried sick by now because well I've been in and out of jail before and that's been days," Connor says nervously.
"I get it, I have to be at May's place in time for dinner," I say, disabling all nano-suits.
"Wait, why?" Connor asks, confused.
"My apartment blew up and well it's at least going to take a month," I say explaining the whole explosion debacle.
"Okay cool see you later," Connor says smiling knowing he has a friend in Team Arachnid.
"Yeah we should do this more often," I say, singing off towards May's apartment which thankfully is in the same building and right next to my apartment. Once at May's apartment I knock on her window to her room as she opens the window she asks, "Are you ok?"
"I'm fine thanks to the many layers of suits I had on," I say as I crawl into her room via her window.
"Oh thank the lord," May says, hugging me as I enter the room crying from the fear of what would happen if I lost.
"Hey I'm fine see no bruises because solid metal and also the only hit I took was from Predator and it didn't hurt that much and I'm going to kiss you now," I say kissing her on the lips holding her in my arms is my reward for this it's all I'll ever need.
