Chapter 10 "Foolish Nonsense"
Scene (Kuoh Academy, Student Council Room)
The front doors are all that stand in between Issei's group and the newly verified devil, Sona Sitri. They all stop at the entrance for a moment. Issei, (who still has Kalawarner attached to his back), looks at Raynare, then at Asia, finally he turns his head to the right, while getting a glimpse of Kalawarner. "I, I have to say something. It's something that's been bothering me since this morning, after our talk." Feeling the seriousness coming from the teen, Kalawarner released her hold and moved toward the other girls. Each of the girls then nod while showing concern in their eyes. "I am really, erm, scared. I, I don't want to end up as some devil's slave. Knowing that, well, knowing that it is a possibility, for some reason, it, oh god, it terrifies me." Issei was doing his best to maintain a straight face and continued. "Do me a favor, please." Issei turned his attention toward Raynare. Her eyes widened at what she was assuming he would ask for. Oh yes, she knew that look all too well. It was the look that begged you to kill, "to kill me." Before Issei could say what Raynare thought he would, the fallen proceeded to scowl while instantly slapping the boy across his face in anger. Issei placed a hand against the side of his cheek while his eyes were beginning to produce tears. Before a word or action could be said, the raven head grabs and pulls the shocked boy into her arms. One of the angels' hands was holding the back of Issei's head while the other was around his waist.
As his head lay against the shoulder of Raynare, she spoke into his ear, very quietly. "It will never come to that. Do you understand me? I won't fucking allow it." Issei stood in place for a moment but then he slowly reached his arms around the angels. Nodding lightly, Issei could be heard making a few sniffling sounds. After what felt like a good while, the two separated. Raynare wanted the boy to cheer up, after all, she had his back and all. So she tried to lighten the mood, the only way she knew how. "Besides, I'm the only one allowed to kick your ass around. I won't allow anyone to mess with my plaything." She said this while forcing a grin. But she said this all in a very quiet and comforting voice which made it all that much more creepy. This made Issei chuckle a bit with some hesitation behind it. Everyone was brought out of the moment once the student council door had opened. Standing on the other side of the entrance was Tsubaki Shinra as she was adjusting her glasses. For a single moment, the usually stoic Vice President showed a look of surprise, however it faded within an instant.
"Hyoudou, why are these"girls " out of class and why are they following you?" Looking terrified at the serious stare of Vice President Shinra, Issei stands up straight and attempts to straighten his dress shirt. He then looks behind him to make sure nobody is within earshot while slowly turning back around to face Tsubaki's cold eyes. "Vice Pres, erm, Tsubaki, I know." At the unsteady tone of Issei's voice and his current look which could only be defined as fear, the devil knew that these "people" with him, obviously had some words regarding the supernatural. What was clear is that Issei was giving off a much stronger aura today than at any point in the past and at the same time, the desire to want to pounce on him here and now, was significantly reduced to manageable levels. What also became crystal clear was the fact that at close proximity to these new girls, two of them were clearly fallen angels, while the other one, she was a sacred gear user and also, human. Tsubaki was able to read all of this in an instant and couldn't help but want to get them inside so her master, Sona, hopefully she could make out what all of this is about and rationalized it in a more logical way.
"Well, Hyoudou, I won't argue the fact that I am what I am, but I can assure you, President Sona and the rest of us are the pinnacle of being civil and polite, so please, come in, all of you." Issei looks back at Asia, Kalawarner and then Raynare. He then holds out his hands. At first, the girls look confused, however the blue haired one of the bunch figured it out and rushed toward Issei. Raynare then reached for Issei's right hand as Asia grabbed his left. Kalawarner, (once again), had her large arms wrapped around Issei's neck and chest as she hugged his back. Then, the blue haired angel reached forward a bit and whispered into the blushing boy's ear. "That was very bold of you. Let's just say that makes me really H O T."
Issei proceeded to almost trip on his way into the student council room as his face turned the color of a red-rocket. Raynare picked up on this and looked back at Kalawarner. Quietly the scowling angels asked, "yo, bitch, what did you just say to him? He looks nervous as fuck, what in the hell?" Kalawarner replied in the same quiet tone. "What do you say Issei? Want me to tell her?" Instantly Issei was shaking his head from left to right very rapidly. Tsubaki was noticing the strange behavior and didn't know what to make of it. As the five individuals came into view of the main room, Sona stood from her desk and began to walk toward the group at a quick pace. Issei was not prepared for what happened next. As he still had his hands full, not to mention, his back, Issei could see the petite girl with the bob-cut, coming straight for him. Instead of the usual stoic look, she had a bright smile and had her arms heald open? Before he knew it, Issei was being hugged, (very tightly), by Student Council President and Ice Princess, Sona Shitori, now Sona Sitri the devil princess of Kuoh. She used her free hand to wrap around Issei's side while the other was holding her glasses as her face was buried in Issei's chest.
Seeing this, all three of Issei's group looked at each other and then behind them at Tsubaki, (who was only nodding while her eyes were closed). Then each one of them released Issei and backed up a bit, realizing that there was little threat from these devils. Issei didn't know what to do at first so he looked back at Tsubaki. Once again, the Vice President nodded at Issei, this time with her eyes open as she mouthed the words, "put your arms around her, now." Issei then looked back at his group. Kalawarner was grinning and nodding. Asia had both of her hands on her cheeks as she blushed. She was also nodding. Finally, a grumpy looking Raynare decided to give him the a-okay as she hesitantly nodded. Turning his head back, Issei took a deep breath and placed each arm around Sona. He then leaned in a bit, as to be close to Sona's ear.
After a moment, Issei whispered to Sona. "I know." Sona's eyes open and she is about to pull away, that is until Issei tightens his arms. "Shh, it's okay. It's okay, erm, Sona." Hearing this, Sona relaxes her shoulders and begins to close her eyes again. "I know that you wouldn't do anything to hurt me, well, not after this reaction." Sona's body shivers a bit which prompts Issei to tighten his hug a bit more. "So, you don't have to hide what you are from me anymore, everything is fine, alright?" Sona nods in Issei's shirt. "So, you just stay here as long as you need, after all, I am pretty sure this is what you meant by stress relief, am I right?" Again, Sona nods in Issei's shirt. This time, however, she speaks into the boy's chest. "This and many other things, Hyoudou." Instantly, Issei's dark red blush returned as Sona began to tighten her hold this time.
"Okay, okay, that's enough time dammit!" Issei felt pressure on his waist as he was quite literally pulled off the floor and moved away from Sona's outstretched hands. Raynare was now holding Issei over her head in a bridle sort of fashion while looking down at the disappointed Sona. Issei began to yell as he didn't want to be dropped. "Put me down, Raynare, wait, don't!" While Raynare was eyeballing a sobbing Sona, she forgot she was holding something above and over her head as Issei fell backward. We now hear crashing sounds. Firstly, we notice both Kalawarner (who is on one side of the room) and then we notice Tsubaki (who is completely on the other side), both make a B-Line in order to catch the falling teen. Asia watches and then flinches as both tall girls seem to crash into one another while falling onto the floor. The second crashing sound was Issei, falling onto the two girls. Raynare and Sona looked over toward the dog-pile and noticed a compromising situation. Both girls on the floor were laying side by side while Issei was laying on top of both of them. His head was thoroughly buried in Kalawarners breasts as both of his hands were holding onto Tsubaki's breast and butt. Sona, Raynare and now Asia's jaws all dropped. Then, (as if in unison) all three standing girls yelled out, "HYOUDOU!"
Scene (Girls Locker Room)
We see three showers shooting hot steam all over the place. Inhabiting these showers were, (no longer green), Katase, Murayama and finally, Aika. Both kendo girls were mumbling angry murmurs as they scrubbed, meanwhile, Aika was daydreaming. "I can't believe that you are able to create such vile dishes, Aika. Seriously, how is it that you are the President of the Cooking Club?" Katase now began to smell the underside of her arm while cringing. She started to scrub at said location with absolute fervor. Murayama then added a few things. "Seriously, Aika, what in the hell was this green shit anyway?" Aika then snapped out of her dreaming and began to grin. "Well, it was an experiment of sorts. I call it a love-potion." Katase then sneers. "Stink-potion more like it!" Aika replies while maintaining her smile. "Well, it must be the herbal ingredients that were added. Most of which were aphrodisiacs." Murayama then looked very intrigued. "Wait, are you saying that if we somehow got that smelly stuff, down Issei's throat, he, well he then would…" Katase then screamed out. "He would put out!?" Aika then nods in all seriousness. "Yes, that was the idea." Both kendo girls look at each other and then nod. Katase then giggles a bit. "Aika, say, would you be able to create more of that, erm, viagra stuff?" Thinking about it for a moment, Aika nods. Katase and Murayama both begin to grin. As we pan from the locker room, evil laughter was all that could be heard. "WAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Scene (ORC)
"I can't believe Riser! He is going too far!" Rias was standing behind her desk while pounding on it with both of her fists. Akeno, (who was standing next to her king), spoke up while maintaining her usual cool attitude. "Well, President, I think it might be appropriate to get a bit more, how should I say, aggressive? When it comes to acquiring Issei for ourselves, assuming you still want to go on with the plan?" Gaining some clarity from her queen, Rias begins to nod. "Damn right. Sona and Riser, even those fallen, be damned, all is fair in love and war!" Kiba, Koneko and Akeno begin to clap. Then Kiba speaks up after a moment. "President, if I may." Kiba gains Rias's attention as she nods. "What if President Shitori tells Issei about the original plan, before the truck accident?" Koneko replies. "Our plan." Rias and Akeno both look at each other and frown. Koneko then looks at Rias. "Pres, I think you need to get the Hyoudou boy alone and tell him the truth. The sooner, the better. Tell him that you, well, we, made a mistake and that you want nothing more than to be friends." Akeno places a finger to her chin while she nods. Then Akeno adds to this new possible plan. "Yes, in fact, Rias, you know, he is a teenage boy. You might be able to use that amazing figure of yours to your advantage, ara ara!" Koneko now looses all interest as she looks for some candy to munch on. Rias is now deep in thought. "You know what, you guys are right. I need to come clean. Not only is it the right thing to do, but..." Rias looks down at her own chest. "But there ain't anything wrong with doing the right thing and adding a bit of this and that in order to smooth things over. Yeah, great idea's, all of you, my very precious and cute peerage!" Akeno laughs while placing her arm over her mouth. Kiba simply shows a half yet embarissed smile. Koneko has her mouth full of sweets and is rolling her eyes.
