The riders of old
So long long ago
Let me tell you a tale
Of the dark evil king
Who ruled our land
Hundreds of years ago
He was a bright young boy
Jarnunvösk his beloved dragon
Yet at the age of 19
He and two friends
Flew into the Spine
Confident in their powers
Yet Urgals had surprised them
They caught them off guard
And only Galbatorix left with his life
On the brink of death
On the brink of insanity
He ventured through the Spine
For two weeks on end
Even the Urgals avoided him
Yet a farmer found him unconscious
And signals the riders
He requests a dragon
He demands another
Yet they notice his insanity
And deny his request
One thing leads to another
And a rider does to his hands
And the eldunarí
He took for his own
With the help of a shade
He corrupt the dragon
And steals its power for his own
Slowly but surely
He masers the art
Then he takes a rider
His name being Morzan
And corrupts his mind with a vision
A vision of a new order
He quickly takes more eldunarí
He quickly corrupts more eldunarí
And with 13 followers
And an army of eldunarí
He makes war with the riders
And wins it all together
The leader Vrael
Died because of hesitation
And with that they all fell
And after taking a dragon for his own
He kills the rest
And smashes all but 3 eggs
100 years have passed since then
And all of his Forsworn are dead
The shade Durza fights for him
Yet soon an egg goes missing
And hatched for the enemy
This big stood no chance
Yet he needed his dragon
So he sent his shade to get this boy
And instead loses all his Urgals and a Shade
Though it gets better for him
He gets an egg to hatch
And now he controls another rider
The war continues
He loses more and more cities
Yet he knew that if he flew into battle
He would destroy them all
Yet their hope amused him
Him the tyrant
He unbeaten
Being challenged by children compared to him
His name slave killed an elder rider
Or at least he did with someone else in control
Galbatorix had killed all the riders
Apart from one that challenged him
He laughed when he saw him
Nothing but a child
Yet his strength was incredible
He had found more eldunarí
Yet t wasn't enough
He should lose to this powerful king
All magic was unable to be used
And he had mastered the sword
But what he didn't expect
Was wordless magic
To show him all he has done
To show him all he has hurt
It was thousands of deaths
Thousand of tears
Never ending
Never ending
Never ending
He begged for it to end
Si he was inhaled
A simple spell would end his torture
And kill all in his city
His final act
His final move
Blocked by a child
And now he was nothing
His atoms turned to energy
Not even a soul left
He lost years ago
And that's the tale of the tyrant
Who ruled he land for a hundred years
No I don't abandon this story. I invested time to reading other stories to relax. Anyways it's Christmas soon so I kind of owe some chapters to be added. I am gonna start a rewrite of Inheritance ether today or tomorrow, depending on when I publish it. Consider it an early Christmas gift.
Haven't done any of the villains and they are some brilliant villains with their plot and characters. Tell me anything you want by reviewing. I already know who I want to do next and it may be my biggest challenge as no one knows their origins so it will be a bit weird. Bye!
:)
