A/N

Hello! This is my first time posting something on here, so apologies in advance if anything weird happens, with formatting or whatever.

As you hopefully read the summary, these are just little drabbles involving stucky. Nothing too spectacular, but I hope someone enjoys them.

Takes place in the everyone-is-happy-people-acted-like adults-just-deal-with-it AU.

It started - and ended - over breakfast. Bruce, Clint, Natasha, Bucky, and Tony were sitting at the table while Steve was in charge of cooking. Everyone by now had eaten, or in Tony's case, drank enough coffee to be able to somewhat function, except for Bucky and Steve. Technically, they had both eaten but being the super-soldiers they were, they had to eat more than the others. The quiet morning was full of conversation and playful teasing.

Everything was going so lovely until somehow, Tony's playboy history was brought up. (Completely Clint's fault) This unfortunately led to a bit of squabbling, or Tony and Clint insulting each other. Bruce was leaning back in his chair and glancing between the two as though watching a fascinating tennis match. Natasha idly watched, nodding her approval at a good insult or rolling her eyes at the weaker blows. Then Tony had the wonderful idea to start comparing other people to himself and his amount of 'conquests' over the years. He declared that he was "at one end of the scale, and the other end is... Steve?"

Everyone turned to glance at Steve, who was calmly making pancakes for himself and Bucky. Steve looked at them (Tony) and raised a questioning eyebrow.

"Well, Capsicle?" Tony said with his 'interrogation voice' and waggled his eyebrows, making Clint and Natasha simultaneously cringe. "Ever spent the night with a girl?"

Everyone at the table snorted or smiled at the humor. Everyone except for Bucky, who was staring into his mug and fighting down a smirk, already knowing Steve's answer. And the expected answer did come.

"Bold of you to assume it was a girl."

Tony, who had taken a drink of his coffee, spat it out and started coughing. Bruce frowned for a second before his eyes widened with realization and his mouth formed a perfect 'o' shape, before smirking at Tony. Natasha took a sip from her glass to hide her smile. Clint started choking, and the moment he recovered, he was cackling wildly. Bucky's shoulders were shaking with suppressed laughter.

A few moments later, Tony coughed and raggedly said, "Welp, didn't see that coming. Care to tell us any more details?"

Steve didn't bother responding with words. After raising an eyebrow at Bucky, who nodded in return, Steve walked over to the table holding two plates stacked with pancakes. After setting one of the plates in front of Bucky, he dropped a light kiss on the man's forehead. Steve then took his usual seat next to Bucky, who wrapped his metal arm around him.

Everyone, even Natasha, was staring. Clint and Nat were smirking, and if Clint passed Natasha several dollars under the table, well, that just wasn't any of their business. It also wasn't any of their business that Clint had told Natasha that he had sworn he had seen Tony checking out Steve's ass while Nat told him she had seen Bucky blush while telling her a story about some of their adventures as kids. Bruce was glancing between the apparent lovers as though trying to figure out when exactly this happened.

Tony stared, first at Steve and Bucky and then at everyone else sitting at the table, before coughing and trying to regain his composure.

"I- since when?"

It was Bucky who answered: "Officially? 5 months now."

"All this time..." Tony mumbled, staring at the table but not seeing it, as Bucky openly laughed at him.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Clint broke in, his face twisted as though he wanted to smile and frown at the same time.

After glancing at each other, it was Bucky who decided to answer, voice soft. "We come from another time. A time when feelings like this weren't just frowned upon. Being gay in World War II was almost as bad as being a Jew in Germany. You could die. It's already taken us this long to come to terms with our feelings, and I'm sure you can recall that we have been friends for a very long time."

Steve took over the conversation from a grateful Bucky, who was starting to get a bit uncomfortable discussing feelings with everyone staring at him.

"Sometimes it's hard to remember that things have changed so much. We both know that you guys wouldn't judge us, but... It was hard enough facing each other about it."

Everyone nodded in understanding. Nat, Clint, and Bruce each gave their assurances that they were perfectly fine with it and no one here would judge them. Tony just nodded absently and just said, "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just as long as you don't wake us all up- wait a minute. Remember the question that started this interesting turn of events?"

Everyone turned their attention back to the couple. Steve blushed heavily while Bucky gave everyone a challenging look as though daring them to say something.

Thanks for reading! I know the ending is a bit abrupt, but it is what it is.

I might add another drabble or two, but don't expect too much from me. I write when I have the motivation and unfortunately, motivation seems to be allergic to me.
