Chapter 1: An Adventure

The Ghost Zone is filled with wonders. Mainly those of ghosts, and spirits. Amity Park has the most ghost attacks in a year, and I am going to fix that, because my dad was Danny Phantom. And now he has left the job to me.

I am very excited to start this new journey, and I know my dad would want me to keep in touch with him every time I finish a fight. This is something I want to learn…It is almost Christmas here in Amity Park.

I am going to my grandparent house for that holiday, and I am very nervous. Because I know what they are like with Santa and if he is real or not.

My grandma even caused an attack because of it. While my grandpa almost burned down the house, because my grandma mentioned Santa. I never knew my grandparents were so obsessed with someone in a suit.

Well, it is the spirit of Christmas. I guess.

As I go to transform, my mom comes in with a camera in her hand. She has tears in her eyes as she takes a picture of me. "Oh, Hannah! You're first ghost fight…And it's with Skulker! I'm gonna cry!"

"Yeah, mom, I know. You're excited." I try hard not to cry along with her. But I know it is going to be hard.

She has always told me that these ghosts are not too happy when someone enters their building,or realm. She told me about a time when dad did that, he was almost dead. I do not want to die.

I am perfectly fine with attacking ghosts at my age. Something about this just feels strange and weird, I do not want to make a scene with mom though. She is too excited about me for that.

As dad comes in for a family picture, my ghost sense goes off again. I can tell there is a ghost near when it goes off. I first discovered it when I was twelve, now I am sixteen. Almost two years older than dad.

When he got his powers, I also remember him telling me stories about how he was always distracted.

And when his cousin Danielle had ghost powers. I remember that story a lot, and it kind of makes me sad.

Because he never got to meet her properly. She was almost killed.

"Mom? Dad? Are you sure this is a good idea?" I asked.

"Of course it is, you are making a new path for you…just like what your father did. I really am proud of you. So is your father, you just need to be careful."

"I know mom, I will."

"Okay."

"Where is the portal?"

"Downstairs."

"Ok."

I go downstairs and find the portal to the ghost zone, my heart skips a beat as a big tecno ghost comes out. And is staring at me, I am freaking out now. I have never done anything like this in my life, and now I have to do what my dad did.

Be brave.

I fight the ghost using my strength, one of my favorite powers I have. I lock him into my arms as he fights back. He suddenly recognized me.

"You are Danny Phantom's daughter!" He said.

"No, I'm not." I replied.

"Yes, you are…Where is your father?"

"He is…not here."

"Well, where is he?"

"Upstairs."

"Thank you…"

Dang it, I feel so stupid. Now dad is going to ground me for letting one of his enemies into the house. Maybe this was not such a great idea. Maybe I should have stuck to dance and music.

But, I am going to help dad, and make him happy again.
