CHAPTER 5

UNSC AURORA

"Fuckin hell man! Look at the USS Queen Victoria. She's definitely a monster for her size!" One of the crewmen in the UNSC Aurora Bridge look as the USS Queen Victoria disabled four Zanar-pattern frigates. The Captain and Commander think that the UFP can be a great ally for the UEG, but that must take a time.

"Comms, order the rest of our frigates fleet to catch and destroyed the last frigate." Captain Kaloha want to destroy the last frigate. "Aye sir, wait..we got a communication from the Queen Victoria. Its just a message sir." Comms inform the captain about the message coming over from USS Queen Victoria. "What they say?" Captain asks.

"They say don't destroy them sir, they want to board it and capture the Commander." Captain Kaloha shock about the Queen Victoria plan. "Are they nuts or what? Boarding the covenant ship requires a lot of efforts." Captain make a comment about the plan. However, Orsa suddenly appear.

"I think they want to board the ship because they need to know about them. Unfortunetaly times is against them for a while. Because according to our scanner, turns out there at least a dozen of CSO Class Supercarrier. And one of them has drop some of its forces in the Colony. We need to warn the UFP to purge their data before the Covenant get them first!"

"Dammit! Covenant Forces in the colony, that means everything can be fucked up! Helm how's the last frigate?" Captain Kaloha asks in urgent voices. "Captain, our frigates along side with the USS Queen Victoria has disabled the last frigate sir. They are preparing the boarding party." Helm officer inform the Captain. "NO! They can not board the Party, they must prioritize the Colony first! Comms! Open the channel with the Queen Victoria, at once!" Captain Kaloha ordering his man to contact USS Queen Victoria.

"Channel open sir!"

"Captain Claire, do not board their ships. They're not the right priority!"

"Is there something wrong Captain? If I hear your voice, something is up!" Captain Claire asks why Captain Kaloha make such request.

"Captain, the Covenant Forces is currently in the Colony. They try to get your data, your federation Data base. If they get it, then every known federation world will be at risk of glassing by the Covenant!" Captain Kaloha informs about the situation in the Colony. Unfortunately, Captain Claire is a bit sceptical.

"Ensign Park, run a full scan on the Ariosa II, are they any of Covenant troops on the ground?" Captain Claire asks Ensign Park to confirm

"Aye Captain, wait for a minute. They are right! Covenant Forces are in the Planet. Approximately five Thousand forces down there! I can't be sure about the right numbers due to possibly their armor. They are heading to the main Starfleet Installations!" Ensign Park confirm about what happen in the ground.

"Captain, you must destroy every data in that installations whatever form it is! They will use it against you!" Captain Kaloha warns about the implications if the Covenant Forces breach into Starfleet Ground Installations. "How many personel in that installations?" Captain Claire asks. "Only Eight hundred FNIC Troops inside that garrison. That won't be enough to stop them" Lieutenant Commander Vorik gives the information about the Federation troops stations in there. Captain Claire knew eight hundred wouldn't be enough to knock out the Covenant Forces.

"Captain Claire, UNSC Aurora is a Commmand & Control ship. We carry a massive expeditionary force of 8000 troops. We are able to engage them in ground at Ariosa II." Captain Kaloha suggest a ground troops at the Ariosa II. "Captain, this ship carries around nine-teen thousand personel. 35% of them are Federation Naval Infantry Corps, and 5% are JAFO {Joint Assault Forces Command (The Federation Special Forces created during the Vaktoh War, with the purpose for deep infiltration, sabotage, special reconnaissance and Hostage Rescue, incuding Offensive Measures.)}. It will be better if we join forces." Vorik explain of USS Queen Victoria Crew Complimentary and suggesting a joint force with UNSC Aurora troops.

"He is right Captain, combining our forces will increase the chances that we gain victory and prevent the Covenant got a hand of Federation data." Captain Kaloha continue to convince Captain Claire to send the troops.

"Commander, Captain Kaloha. Assembled the Man!" Captain Claire gives the approval for sending troops to the Ariosa II.

"All FNIC and JAFO forces, Code Alpha-1. This is not a Drill. I Repeat, All FNIC and JAFO forces, Code Alpha-1. This is not a Drill. I will assemble the Senior Officers now Captain." Lieutenant Commander Vorik makes an announcement to the FNIC and JAFO forces, they must be prepared for ground battle. "Captain Kaloha, I will send my officers including Commander Stampson with you so we can come up with a battle plan."

"Copy that Captain, we will wait them here." Captain Kaloha now will wait the Federation senior officers to come aboard to the UNSC Aurora and to make a plan to prevent covenant forces gaining Federation data.

"Military Log, November, 25TH 2571. According to this universe, it's October,10th 2415. We are now at the Federation Space and with a lot of surprises. Covenant Forces also in the Federation space and they want to make a destruction in here. We as the UNSC are sworn to protect every mankind from any threat. And I'll take that to my heart and I bring that to this Federation. Such a Massive Interstellar union with many species, that is the dream of every UEG people. But of course, the reality is different. Today, USS Queen Victoria will bring Commander Stampson including their senior ground forces officers. I Hope that a will no make any complications for the operations since we have a different command and different set of training. But it is my hope, if the covenant gets the Federation Data, we're talking of a possibility of casualty nearly 2 trillion. I can not bear the guilt in my heart if this mission fail." Captain Kaloha makes a note in his room while waiting in his room.

"Captain, all the Federation officers has arrived and now heading to the Auditorium Room." Commander Suratoh informs the Captain that they have arrived. "On my way!"

In the Auditorium, all the UNSC soldiers are currently in their sits while talking about the possibility of their plan. Commander Stampson, alongside with 15 combined FNIC and JAFO officers also in the Auditorium. As the light dimmed, the Captain arrived. Everyone stands up, including Commander Stampson and others. Along side with Captain Kaloha, is the Chief Petty Officer Alice-110. The Spartan Super soldier, and the other three unknown officers with him.

"at ease Gentlemen"

Everybody seats, the Starfleet officers including Federation officers following suit. Captain Kaloha waste no time as he stands up in the podium, and gives a glance at the large screen, the Federation Territory.

"As you know, we are at the Federation Space. Captain Claire has given us the permission to use their database so we can know all the federation characteristic, and also access to Ariosa II map colony. This Map is the main Starfleet Ground Installations, to the south within 3 kilometers, this is the Covenant Forces with Five thousand strong army. The Federation computer system is strong and highly secured in design but we do not know if the Covenant Forces are able to breach it. They don't have the equivalent of our Cole protocol to purge their data. Across the Planet, all Starfleet officers are now been ordered to purge the data but in the Main Instillations they are unable to do it due to all of them are currently fighting the Covenant. If the covenant succeeds Gentlemen, and if they are succeeding, then we are talking about a possibility of two trillion lives at risk of attack. Both human and other species under the Federation. That's right Gentlemen, the Federation has around 2 trillion lives across their space, far surpassing the UEG. The Computer network are located in this building, the Federation Naval Infantry Corps Garrison, they are heavily defended but also under immense attack from the Covenant and that's we are focusing there."

Captain Kaloha step back from the podium and along with it a soldier. Colonel Jonathan stepped into the podium. Standing right there, calm but with serious manner.

"This is your objective will be. The FNIC Garrison building, section delta, there is the Computer network. By this mission, asses for any covenant attempt to gain the data, your mission briefing will be at your Agenda Delta 9. Your Primary Objective, secured the building and work alongside with Federation forces. Wipe-out any and all Federation data with accordance of Cole Protocol. All covenant forces onsite will be considered Threat condition Alpha, eliminate them ASAP according to the Rules of Engagement. Once the Primary Objective is secured, your secondary objective will be eliminating remaining covenant forces if possible. Remember, civilians on site so watch carefully who you shooting at. Once Secondary objective is complete, you will do Extraction and RTB immediately. I want Alpha-2 to become a primary force entering the Primary Objective, Mike-220 will be responsible for Artillery Strike, short range. Juliet 91 will provide cover. Be advised, there will be no air support. The Covenant Forces will have air superiority. I want Echo Niner, Omega-1 and Omega-2 engage with the Covenant, make sure that they will be drawn out from the Garrison. The FNIC Team Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie will be at the Garrison, strengthen the site while Delta team will be attached to Omega-2. JAFO team will infiltrate the covenant forces, and whatever you do, make sure you make a ton of mayhem over there, and get yourself to EXFILL and RTB ASAP! Any questions?"

One of the FNIC Officers raise their hands, instead ask questions, he gives them information.

"Colonel, USS Queen Victoria are capable to make an air support from Space. Low energy phaser should do if we call for help. If possible, Colonel, it will be better if FNIC team Alpha and JAFO team one go to shield generator. Covenant Forces damage the Planetary shield generator, if the Covenant ships arrive before we secure the data, civilians will be at risk of planetary bombardment." Major Smith, commander of FNIC USS Queen Victoria gives his comment and recommendation.

Colonel Jonathan asses the possibility, and after that, it might be work.

"Understood Major, FNIC Team alpha and JAFO Team one will go to secure and repair the Planetary Shield Generator. Major, I want your men to do it ASAP. After that return to Primary Objective and follow with the plan. If anybody request air support, call the USS Queen Victoria using specialize frequency, 1118,90. Standard Starfleet, all senior officers must know the frequency if you need it! If there is no further questons, you are dismissed!"

All UNSC Officers, soldiers including the federation ones are leaving the auditorium. Commander Stampson and all the FNIC and JAFO officers went back to the Queen Victoria and assembled the troops. All UNSC soldiers has been notified that the Federation Forces are equipped with Energy-based weapon, it will be orange colour so all the UNSC soldiers will know, if its orange, then it's the Federation.
