E.B's Christmas Carol
Chapter 5
Simba and Nala are all alone in the park, looking around. Suddenly, a fog appear out of nowhere, surrounding the rulers.
"What the?!" Simba asked in surprise.
"Where did this fog come from?!" Nala asked before she feel her foot touch something.
Queen Nala looks down as the lower fog clears away, revealing some kind of eggs.
"What the?!" Nala asked as she backs away, only to bump into something behind her.
Nala turn around to see, only to back a bit and gasp in surprise and scared, forcing Simba to turn to see what his wife saw, only to had his eyes widen...
Standing right in front of the rulers, is a being taller than humans, wearing crimson cloak. The rulers can not see the being's face due of it wearing a hood, but they can see a cylindrical, elongated head with is throw the hole on the back of the hood, a very long tail and four long spikes on its back. By seeing its hands and tail, the rulers see the skin coloured; black.
"Are we in the presence of the Ghost of Christmas Yet-to-Come?" Simba asked.
The being growls as it nods.
"Like the other spirits before you, do you have name?" Nala asked.
The beings says nothing as it use its tail to write on the snow. Once it done, the words are 'Xenomorph'.
"Xenomorph?" Simba read, "Is that your name, Spirit?"
Xenomorph nods.
"Won't you talk at all?" Nala asked.
Xenomorph say nothing as it move towards the rulers, places its hands on the rulers' shoulders before point its tail outward.
"Oh right." Simba said, "The night is waning fast."
"Right." Nala said, "Lead on, Xenomoprh."
With that, the alien spirit and the rulers walk on as the fog surrounding them. A few minutes later, the fog disappear, revealing they're in some kind of throne room, but not Simba and Nala's. Then the rulers saw the gathering of other rulers from different kingdoms.
Standing by the thrones, are two women.
One woman has long, platinum-blonde hair and blue eyes. She's wears a crystal-blue off-the-shoulder dress made out of ice with a right knee-high slit, a crystallized bodice, and translucent powder blue sleeves. She also wears ice-made kitten heels and a long transparent floor-sweeping cape of sheer ice decorated with large snowflakes attached to the back of her bodice. Her name is Queen Elsa; Queen of Arendelle.
And the other woman has strawberry-blonde hair and turquoise-blue eyes. She wears a purple and magenta long vest and a black long-sleeved dress with gold trim, a brown belt around her waist, and gold pants underneath. She accessorizes with long black boots and a gold cross pendant. Her name is Princess Anna; Elsa's young sister.
"Fellow rulers," Queen Elsa said, "I thankful that all of you were able to come for our usual Christmas Party. But before we get started, I would like to make a special announcement."
Other rulers lead forward a bit.
"It about you-know-whose, that never bother to make it every year." Queen Elsa said as the rulers groans a bit, "This time, it's a different reason; They're dead on the hospital beds last night."
The rulers could not believe what the Queen of Arendelle, just said.
"They're dead?!" King Beast, wearing a golden vest over a white dress shirt with a white kerchief attached to a golden brooch with a medium blue gem, black dress pants trimmed with gold, and a navy blue ballroom tailcoat trimmed with gold, asked in surprise.
"How did they die?" Queen Belle; the Beast's wife, wearing a golden ball gown with a simply designed bodice, wrapped off-the-shoulder sleeves, long yellow opera gloves matching her outfit, a gold wide-hemmed floor-length skirt made of 8 triangular panels and a multiple-layered white petticoat with scalloped edging on the hemline, and yellow high-heeled shoes, asked.
"By car accident couple of days before." Queen Elsa said.
"And from what we heard, everyone around them, were glad they're dead." Princess Anna said.
"Can't say I blame them." Queen Jasmine; wearing a turquoise crop top that reveals her midriff, and navel with sewn-in off-the-shoulder straps, matching puffy pants with a light-blue V-shaped waistline and golden, curled shoes. Her hair is worn in a ponytail in two sections with matching teal bands and ending in a small swirl with this outfit. She wears a turquoise headband which is centred with a sapphire with a gold border adorned into it. She also dons two large golden earrings completely covering her ears and a matching necklace, said, "They were cruel and hush, to everyone."
"Even so," Queen Elsa said, "We shall drink for their luck through the afterlife."
With that, the Queen of Arendelle, rise her glass, follow by her young sister then her fellow rulers just before the fog returns.
Simba and Nala went back a bit, bumping towards Xenomorph. Just then, they heard a stomping noise. It sounded like it was distant, then became louder as it gradually drew nearer.
"What's that?" Nala asked before look down as the lower fog clear away, revealing forest floor and a large puddle nearby, which, ripples being made with each thud.
"What's going on?" Simba asked.
Xenomorph then point out just as the steps were loudest of all. Simba and Nala then could see a large figure slowly appearing from the fog. As the figure got close and the fog turn into mist, Simba and Nala could not believe what it is... a Tyrannosaurus Rex! Joining it/her, are four Velociraptors.
Suddenly, Xenomorph points at the rulers before the T-Rex let out her famous roar as she and the Raptors charge towards the rulers. Simba and Nala turn to run through the misty forest with the dinosaurs pursuing them. A while later, the rulers trip and roll down the hill as the fog appears around them for the moment, before the fog disappear, revealing the rulers are now, rolling down the stairs till they reach the floor. Simba and Nala sit up and look around, seeing they are in the hotel lobby.
"That's right."
The rulers turn to see a Vampire police; Seras Victoria, is at the front desk, with Dracula, his daughter; Mavis, Mavis' human husband; Jonny, Frankie the Frankenstein, Wade the Werewolf, Griffin the Invisible Man and Murray the Mummy.
"The coffins are been taking to the cemetery as we speak." Seras said.
"Well, good riddance to them!" Frankie said before he and others laugh.
"What I want to know is, who's going to live in that big place of theirs?" Dracula asked.
"Well, they didn't give it to me and my growing family." Wade said, "I'll tell you that."
"It's most likely the cheapest funeral of all." Murray said.
"Murray is right." Mavis agreed, "I highly doubt anyone want to go there after what those cruel people done for years."
"I wouldn't mind going..." Jonny said, causing his wife and others to look at him in surprise, "If we can have a PARTY there!"
Then everyone laugh at that before they part ways, leaving the rulers alone within the hotel lobby.
"Cruel people...?" Simba asked.
"I wonder who are the cruel people they were talking about?" Nala asked.
Suddenly, the T-Rex from before, smash through the front door and wall, letting out her roar as the Raptors run between her legs, going after the rulers.
"OH, FOR GOODNESS SAKE!" The rulers said as they make a run for their lives.
Riding on the T-Rex, Xenomorph snarls as the T-Rex smashes through the walls, furniture and all. One of the Raptors, is about to bite Simba's tail which Simba pull it away. A while later, Nala notices that, she and her husband are heading towards what appear to be, torn hallway! Nala manage to stop just at the edge.
"Phew..." Nala muttered in relief...
Before Simba not seeing that his wife stop, bump into her, causing both of them to fall just before the T-Rex could bite them!
Simba and Nala scream as they're falling. A while later, they stop scream...
"WE'RE STILL FALLING!" Simba yelled.
And they went back to screaming. A few moments later, they FINALLY, land on the ground... making humanoid lion shape holes on the ground!
Few minutes after that, Simba and Nala slowly, climb out of their hole.
"This is getting ridiculous." Nala muttered in annoyed.
"Now, where are we?" Simba asked.
"Well, Robin Hood and his loyal friends!"
The rulers turn to see Lord John(Disney's Prince John), having a meeting his good friend and his team.
"Back from the place of sadness, I presumed?" Lord John asked.
"Yeah," Lady Kluck said, "Sad that those two didn't die along with that Tyrant Scar, that day. Those cruel pair."
"So, what did you find there?" Lord John asked.
"Well," Sir Nottingham(Disney's Sheriff of Nottingham), started as he pull out a beautiful pocket watch, "I found this golden Pocket Watch, from the husband side draw."
"I managed to find a nice pretty dress." Lady Kluck said as she hold up a dark blue dress.
"The god helped me finds these jewels from the jewellery box." Friar Tuck said as hold out a big pretty jewellery box full of jewels.
"Well, I got their bed curtains." Little John said, holding folded curtains.
"Not bad, not bad." Lord John muttered as he look at each items, "Could get some good prices."
"Robin and I had got their blanket." Maid Marian said as she and her husband; Robin Hood, hand out a blanket.
"Oh! Their Blankie!" Lord John said as he took the blanket, then place it on his right arm before... hold his right ear and starts sucking his left thumb for the while, "Might not go well for any babies but at least, it still warm." Lord John then, add the blanket with other items, "I wonder if I get extra payment for the warmth?"
"You should." Robin Hood started, "It the warmest thing they ever have within that big place of theirs!"
Then they all laugh so much. Can't handle it anymore, Simba and Nala turn to run out of the building, only to bump into Xenomorph.
"Xenomorph!" The Rulers said.
"We see, great spirit." Simba started, "Those cruellest pair are just like Scar."
"Maybe even more than." Nala agreed.
The alien spirit says nothing as the fog reappear around them. When the fog disappear a few moments later, the rulers and the alien spirit, are on the cab roof of puffing Emily who has a sad face and tears were slowly building in her eyes, on her way home as the sun is setting.
Suddenly when she arrive at the windmill after some deliveries, Emily bumps into Thomas who's getting some water into his tank, "Oops! Sorry, Thomas! With the tears... in my eyes, it was... hard to see where... I was going."
"I know, Emily. I know." Thomas said, "We have to be strong for everyone. They should be back, by now."
Tillie who's just taking Emily's trucks to shunting them into the sidings, sigh in sadness, "I think they spend longer in that place for the passed weeks."
Simba climb off of Emily, before he help his wife. Then, they both went to the windmill and look through the window, to see all building empty. Then they see something that worries them; Asha's crutch hanging on the wall!
"Where's everyone?!" Simba asked to Xenomorph who join the rulers.
"Kovu? Kiara?" Nala asked as well, "Where's our granddaughter; Asha?!"
With that, the twister like fog appear on them for the while before the fog fade away, revealing that they're in the cemetery in night time, as Xenomorph rise its arm and point left. Simba and Nala look at what their alien spirit guide, point at, seeing the orphans that Kovu and others look after, takes turn, placing a flower near the small tombstone. After they all had their turn, the Orphans turn to leave, leaving Kiara, Kovu, Vitani and Nuka by the tomb. After they place their flowers by the stone, Vitani and Nuka, knowing their brother and sister-in-law needs some time longer alone, went to join the orphans.
Kovu and Kiara stare at the tomb with tears in their eyes as they knee down near the stone.
"Well angel, I hope you doing OK, in heaven." Kovu said.
"Be sure to be a good girl there." Kiara said, "And don't worry, we'll visit you... ev...every Sunday!" Kiara then turn to her husband and cries on his shoulder with Kovu comforting her.
Nearby, Simba and Nala watches them.
After a while, Kovu and Kiara turn to the stone as they kiss their two fingers before place them on the tomb. Then, they got up and went off. As soon as Kovu and Kiara are out of sight, Simba and Nala went to the tomb, seeing Asha's name on it.
"Oh no." Nala muttered, "Poor Asha."
"Xenomorph, we didn't want this to happen." Simba said to Xenomorph, "Tell this shadow of future can change?"
Suddenly, the rulers and the alien spirit, heard chanting nearby. They turn to see people all dressed in black, carrying coffins towards the holes and tombs. When they arrive, they just... throw the coffins in the holes.
"Didn't think we'll see the funerals like these ones." Imhotep said as few people leaves while others picking up dinning tools.
"You said it, Imhotep." Rick O'Connell said.
"No mourners." Evie O'Connell said.
"No friends." Jonathan Carnahan added.
"No Family." Anck-Su-Namun added.
"No anything for the funeral thing." Beni said.
Imhotep then, check his watch, "Say, since these funerals are shortest time of all, let's go get some drink before we finish burying them." Everyone agrees as they drop the tools before set off, "I mean, they're not going anywhere."
With that, they laughs as they're leaving. Once they're gone, Simba and Nala look at the tombs.
"These must be the cruel pair that dead." Nala said.
"Right." Simba agreed, "But who are they?"
Xenomorph point at the tombs, encourage the rulers to find out. Holding each other's hands, Simba and Nala slowly make their way towards the stones. Just as they stand near the holes, the moonlight shine through the clouds, revealing the names on the stones;
KING SIMBA
QUEEN NALA
"WHAT?!" The rulers asked in shock.
"They were talking about us?!" Nala asked as she and her husband turn to see Xenomorph approaching them, cause them to move back a bit.
"No! Hear us, Xenomorph!" Simba started, "We are not the pair, we once was!"
"Why would you show us these if we was past all hope?!" Nala asked as she and Simba carefully got between the holes.
Suddenly, as if by magic, the ground between the holes disappear, causing the rulers to fall in. Simba and Nala manages to clawed themselves to the wall before looking down, seeing their coffins below them. Suddenly, the coffins open themselves, revealing blazing fire.
"HELP!" Nala said.
"Help us, spirit!" Simba begged.
Xenomorph step close at the edge and lean down to look at the rulers. Its hood slide off, revealing its alien face as it snarls, causing the rulers which had Nala slip off and Simba grab his wife's hand.
"Spirit! We will honour Christmas, and try to keep it all the year." Simba said.
"We will live our life in the past, present and the future. We will not shut out the lessons the spirits have taught us." Nala said.
Xenomorph starts crawling on the wall towards the rulers.
"Tell us! May we sponge away the writing on those stones?!" The rulers asked.
Xenomorph open its mouth, revealing inner mouth. The inner mouth shoot out at Simba's face, scaring him and force him to slide off the wall, causing both him and Nala to fall towards their coffins...
Simba and Nala sudden sit up! After taking a deep breathe, the rulers look around, seeing they're in some kind of scary red chamber.
"Where are we?" Simba asked.
"Where do you think?"
The rulers turn to see what they hope to never see again, Scar and his loyal follower; Zira who's in chains like Scar.
"Scar?! Zira?!" Simba and Nala asked in surprise.
"Surprise?" Scar asked with a smirk, "You didn't think you'll see me again, did you two?"
"Welcome to Hell, your Majesties. We heard you two were coming. So, we decided to take you towards your place." Zira said as she and Scar start leading Simba and Nala through Hell.
"If this is Hell..." Simba started.
"Does that mean... we are dead?!" Nala finished.
"Dead as a doornail." Scar answered.
As they walk through, Simba and Nala look around fearfully.
"We were... hoping we be in Heaven." Nala said.
"Don't we all?" Zira asked, "Well, I'm sure your private place should make you less comfortable."
"Private place?" Simba asked in nervous.
"Lord Hades was impressed of you two been isolation for so long, he decided to give you a nice lonely chamber where no one can ever talk with you." Scar said.
Simba and Nala were shock at the information, as the dead queen backs a bit, "But that's uncalled for!" Nala could feel the burn as her arm touch the red wall, "Ow!" She quickly moves away from the hot wall.
"Hush afterlife." Zira said, "I must admit. This punishment was a lot worsen than wandering on Earth endlessly."
"Ah, here we are, my dear nephew and niece-in-law." Scar said as they arrive at the steel door before he open it, "Your very own chamber."
Simba and Nala walk in, seeing the chamber is completely black as night, "It's... a bit... dark." Nala said in nervous.
"Lord Hades had blocked all the light sources within this chamber." Zira said, "So, not only will you two be all alone within that chamber. But you'll be all alone within that DARK chamber." Zira giggles.
Just then, Scar heard some rattling noise from distant and coming close, "Ah! Your chains are ready." With that, Scar and Zira back away from the door...
As many hooded figures arriving with large, long and heavy chains with many concrete blocks. Simba and Nala back away in fear as the figures enters and start wrapping chains on them. A while later, the figures leaves, revealing Simba and Nala completely in chains with 20 concrete blocks each.
"Those chains suits you two nicely." Zira said.
"Indeed." Scar said.
"Help us... help us..." The rulers begged.
"Bah! Humbug!" Zira mocked before laughs as she leaves the chamber.
"Goodbye, King and Queen of Dark Chained Chamber." Scar said as he start leaving, "Have a Merry, Merry Christmas." Scar is about to close the steel door when, "OH! And Happy New Year!" Scar then completely close the door.
"Don't leave us like this, Scar!" Simba said as the chamber is completely darken, so dark you can't see anything!
Through the darkness, the sounds of begging, screaming and crying was heard as the poor souls are now trapped in for all eternity...
