E.B's Christmas Carol
Chapter 6
"PLEASE?! LET US OUT! LET US OUT! WE'LL..."
Suddenly, the two lion beings slide off their own side of... THEIR BED. Simba and Nala quickly sit up and look around.
"Where are we?" Nala asked.
"I think..." Simba started, "We're back in our own room!"
"Then, we're NOT in Hell!" Nala said.
"And we're not in chains!" Simba said.
Nala went around the bed, towards her husband, "Maybe all this didn't happen after all."
"Or maybe it did." Simba muttered before say, "But we're alive."
"And we have a chance to change!" Nala said, cheerfully.
Then, Nala jump on Simba or got her and they both starts spinning around for the while. Then, they both rush towards their wardrobe and starts getting dress. A while later, they rush out of their bedroom, knocking out soldiers that guarded the door, only to stop when they realizes... They're in each other's clothes! So, they run back to the room and change, again. Once they in the right clothes, the rulers running through the hallway.
"There's so much to do!" Simba said.
"So little time!" Nala said.
Simba and Nala race towards the large front doors, Simba open one of the doors before both he and Nala ran through then Simba shut door. But, a few moments later... the doors open again, with the rulers running in!
"We can't go out in public looking like a lunatic!" Simba said before he rush off for the while, then return with the crowns and hand Nala hers before he put his on, "There. That's better."
"Much better." Nala agreed as she put her crown on.
Then, they rush back out. Once they pass the gate, Nala and Simba sees six kids and their Ankylosaurus friend playing nearby.
"Excuse us, children?!" Nala asked.
The children stop turn to see the rulers coming towards them, before they bowing, even their Dinosaur friend tries to follow her friends.
"Yes, your Majesty?" First boy; Darius Bowman, asked.
"What's today?" Simba asked.
"Today?" First girl; Brooklynn asked, "Why, it's Christmas Day, your majesty."
"It's Christmas Day, Simba!" Nala said, "We haven't miss this!"
"The sprits did all in one night!" Simba said.
"Your Majesties, are you two OK?" Second girl; Yasmina Fadoula also know as 'Yaz', asked.
"We're never been better!" The rulers said before Simba ask, "Can you young ones help us with something?"
"Sure, your Majesty." Second boy; Kenji Kon, said, "How can we help?"
"Great!" Simba said before he snap his fingers then suddenly, a soldier arrive with paper and pen, "I need you to get few things for us." Then he start making a list, "Do any of you know a nice shop with the biggest Turkey?"
The third girl; Sammy Gutierrez, rise her hand, "I do. It might still there."
"Great to hear." Simba said as he finish the list and hand it to Darius, "I would like you kids, to get it along with everything within the list."
"But your Majesty, the shops are closed for Christmas." Yaz said.
"I'm aware of that, my dear girl." Simba said before hand one of the guards some cash, "Take couple of guards with you. Get those on the list and meet us at the Pride Rock station. Do that and we'll give you £50 each!"
Hearing their rewards, the kids and their Dino run off, along with the guards.
The rulers then, run back towards their palace ground, reaching towards their limo and the driver.
"Driver?" Simba asked, getting the driver's attention, "MERRY CHRISTMAS!"
The driver stare at his king for few seconds before his eyes widen, "Oh my... He's gone mad!"
"On the country," Nala countered, "Simba and I had suddenly come to our senses. Now, we have a big job for you."
"...R-r-right, your Majesty. Where to?" Driver asked.
(A while later)
The limo arrive at the train station just as the kids and their Dino; Bumpy, who's pulling large wagon of things, arrives, then a nice blue car.
Coming out of the blue car is Sir Topham Hatt AKA, the Fat Controller; the railway manager.
Darius head towards the limo as the rulers climb out with Nala holding what looks like a gift bag, "Your majesties, we got everything on the list."
"Thank you." Simba said as he took out some cash, "As promised, £50 each." He hand money to each children, "Plus, £50 for your Dino friend." Simba hand money to the third boy of the group; Ben Pincus.
"Thank you, your Majesty." Ben said, before turn towards the Ankylosaurus, "Bumpy, let's go."
Bumpy bellows before she and the kids run off.
With the kids and Dinosaur gone, the Queen turn towards Railway manager, "MR Hatt, thanks for coming on short notices."
"My pleasure, your Majesty." Fat Controller said with a bow.
"Now, we need these things in any trucks and wagons." Simba said.
"There's an emerald Stirling Single tender engine named Emily." Nala said, "If she arrives, stop her and give that train to her. Tell her some friends wished that train to be deliver to Kovu and Kiara's windmill she works, in time for Christmas Dinner."
"Right away, you Majesty. I'll have Percy be ready." Fat Controller said.
"Great." Simba said before pulling out his chequebook and pen, writing on the cheque before took it out from the book and hand the cheque to him, "Something for your trouble."
Sir Topham Hatt accept the cheque, "Thank you, your Majesty."
With that done, Simba turn to his limo driver, "Now, remember what you need to do."
"Yes, sire." Limo driver said with a bow, "I'll set up the 'Help Wanted' posters as I drive through the city."
"Good." Nala said, "Don't bother getting us. We'll be home late. Before then, we'll walk."
"Yes, ma'am." Driver said before enter the limo and drive off.
"What a lovely Christmas Morning." Simba said.
"Indeed, my dear." Nala said before they went off.
(A while later)
The rulers walk through the steel, wishing Merry Christmas to anyone they come across. Just then, they saw familiar faces; Humphrey and Kate, along with their family, coming towards them.
Simba manage to stop the wolves, "Hi there, Humphrey and Kate. I hope you done very well. And Merry Christmas."
Kate and Humphrey could not believe who of all beings, wished them a Merry Christmas, "Your Majesty." Kate muttered with a low snarl.
"Yeah, I know." Simba said, "But, about the donation you asked us yesterday." Simba turn to his wife who nodding, before turn back to the wolves, "Put us down for..."
Simba lean follow and whisper in Kate's ear.
After hearing what the King offered, Kate's eyes widen in shock and surprise, "My god!" Then she turn to her husband and whisper in his ear, causing his eyes widen as well.
"Bless me!" Humphrey said before turn towards Nala, "Ma'am, you're agreeing with this?!"
"Most definitely." Nala said with a nod, "Not a penniless."
"I don't what to say." Kate said.
"Then don't say anything." Simba said, "Just keep up the great work."
"We will, your Majesty!" Humphrey said as the rulers continue to walk, "And a Merry Christmas to you!"
(Meanwhile)
Emily is just puffing along the track after doing some delivery. Just then, she sees someone ahead, waving a red flag.
"What the steam?!" Emily asked before she halt hard.
Once Emily stop, Fat Controller went towards her, "Excuse me, are you by chance, Emily from the windmill?"
"Yes, MR Hatt." Emily said in a bit of confuse.
"Great." Fat Controller said before...
Suddenly, Emily jerked forward a bit, surprise her a bit. She look back and see few trucks and wagons.
"Here you go, Miss Emily." Percy said after he shunted the train to Emily.
"Wh... what's going on?" Emily asked.
"This train is to be taken to the windmill." Fat Controller said.
"Really? What are inside those trucks?" Emily asked.
"Lots of food, the biggest Turkey, Christmas decorations and very tall tree." Sir Topham Hatt said.
Emily was shock and surprise, "Bu...but... there must be a mistake!"
"You are going back to the windmill this 'Kovu and Kiara' pair, owned?" Fat Controller asked.
"Yes." Emily answered.
"Then, there ain't no mistake." Fat Controller said.
"But, I wasn't told about this." Emily said.
"All these items were brought and paid for, by lovely couple, who told me to give these to you so you can take them back to the windmill in time for Christmas Dinner." Fat Controller said as he made his way towards his car.
"Really?! Who are they?" Emily asked.
"Anonymous." Fat Controller said as he open his car door, "They wishes to remain anonymous." Then he climb into his, shut the door and then drive off.
With a confused face, Emily with a toot of her whistler, puff of towards her home.
(A while later)
"Anonymous?!" Kiara asked after been informed my one of her engines.
"That's what Sir Topham Hatt told me, ma'am." Emily said as the children help unload.
"Who could have sent these?" Kari asked as she and Miho carry the Turkey.
"I have no idea." Kovu said.
"Maybe it's a mistake." Leo said as he and his twin sister carries boxes of decorations.
"That's what I thought." Emily said.
"But you were told to brings these to our windmill." Tillie said.
"So, what shall we do with them?" Zuma asked.
"I say, we get them in, you guys, decorating the tree while I cook the Turkey and other best food, and we'll have a best Christmas we ever had in all our life." Nuka said.
"And I..." Kiara started, "Seconded to that."
"And god bless us, everyone." Asha said cheerfully.
(Meanwhile)
"HEY!" Timon said as he skies across the snowy street, "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way!"
"Oh, what fun it is to ride," Pumbaa singed as he ring the hand bells.
"In a one-horse open sleigh!" Timon singed before he ski right to the pile of snow.
A few seconds later, Timon pop his head out, "...Hey..."
Just then, Timon and Pumbaa heard laughing nearby. They turn to see Simba and Nala.
"Nice to see you two haven't lost the spirit of Christmas." Simba said.
"Simba?!" Timon and Pumbaa asked in surprise.
"We glad to got up with you guys." Nala said, "We were hoping you can help us for Christmas party within our palace every 24th of December."
Timon and Pumbaa stare at the rulers for the while, before they look each as Timon muttering, "Well, pull my mouth and nose, long and call me Anteater." Before he turn to Simba, "You mean you'll celebrating Christmas?!" He asks cheerfully.
"Of course we will." Simba asked, "And we'll need some expert Christmas Part planners like you two."
"Yep." Pumbaa said, "Experts. That's us."
"For now, keep your Christmas spirit high." Nala said as she and Simba went off.
"We will, Nala. We will." Timon and Pumbaa said, "And a Merry Christmas to you!"
(Meanwhile)
A knock on the door was heard before Delia went to the door. She open the door, seeing no one around. Then, Delia look down and sees a large envelope. She pick up the envelope before shut the door.
"Who could have left this?" Delia muttered as she open the envelope and pull out what seems to be a torn paper.
Then, she see a letter inside the envelope as well. She pull it out and starts reading
Ash's banishment has been cancelled.
Our Christmas present to you and your son.
Merry Christmas!
King and Queen of Pride Kingdom.
Delia could not believe what she read as a smile slowly growing on her face along with tears.
"Mum, what's wrong?" Ash asked in worry.
"Ash, I don't think you can go anyway." Delia said as she show her son the letter.
Ash took the letter and read it before with a huge smile, hug his mother who hug him back.
(Midday at the Tree of Life Residential care centre)
"And lives within the kingdom?" Rani guessed.
"All the time." Kion said.
"A bear?" Tweety Bird asked.
"No." Kion said.
"A dog?" Sylvester guessed.
"No." Kion answered.
"Puddy tat?" Tweety guessed.
"Bit close, but no." Kion said.
"Tyrannosaurus Rex?" Chomper asked.
"...Very close but no." Kion said.
Then suddenly, Chungu jump up from his chair, "OH! I KNOW! I KNOW! It's..."
Suddenly, a doorbell was heard, cutting Chungu off.
"Who could that be?" Rani asked as she went to the window, "I thought everyone is here." She look out of the window, seeing noble pair by the front door, "My god! It's them again!"
"You mean my parents?!" Kion asked in surprise.
"Curious." Surak said, "I'll get the door." Then he went off.
"Now what?" Fuli muttered.
A few moments later, Surak return with Simba and Nala.
"Greeting all." Simba said.
"Merry Christmas." Nala said.
"And Merry Christmas to you two, your Majesties." Rani said with a bow.
"I thought, you two hated Christmas." Bunga said.
"For once, Bunga said something smart." Fuli said.
"Hey, what'd you mean 'for once'?" Bunga said.
"Yeah." Kion said, "Yesterday, you said 'Christmas is a Humbug."
"I know." Simba said, "But last night, we have learn that we were wrong. About everything."
"And, we come to give this to your lovely wife." Nala said as she hang a old looking gift bag to Rani.
Rani accept the bag and open to have a look, only to have her eyes widen in surprise before look at the rulers who smile and nodding.
"What is it, Rani?" Kion asked.
Rani turn and pull out a baby clothe out.
"That's my clothe when I was a baby!" Kion asked, "Why did you give that to Rani?"
"That is for Rani to tell you." Simba said.
"What is my Dad talking about?" Kion asked to his wife, in confused.
Rani blush hard as she fiddling her fingers, "Well... you and I... we're going...to have a baby."
Kion stand blankly for few minutes before his eyes widen, "What?!"
"We are going to be parents, Kion." Rani said, "Are you mad?"
"Mad?" Kion muttered before suddenly, he hug his wife and spin around, "I never been so happy! We going to have our own family!"
Everyone cheers.
"Kion, put me down! I'm getting dizzy!" Rani said with a giggle.
After her husband finally put her down, Rani turn to her parents-in-law before suddenly, hug them, "Thanks! I need that."
"You're welcome, Rani." Simba said.
"You are going to stay for Christmas Dinner, right?" Bunga asked.
"Of course. That's the main reason we're here." Nala said, "If that's alright with everyone?"
Jana wheeled herself over to the rulers, "Of course, it is. Welcome! Merry Christmas!"
(Christmas Dinner Time)
Everyone sit around the long table as they help themselves and each other with all the serving.
"Just to let you guys know, Nala and I are planning to have Christmas Party in our palace every Christmas Eve." Simba said, "And we'll be more happy that any of you join in."
(The next day at the windmill)
Kiara is sitting on her chair with a puzzled look on her face.
Kovu arrive, "Ok, honey. Most children are ready to go to work and the Hex Girls will meet their tour bus near the kingdom."
Kiara didn't seem to hear him.
"Kiara?" Kovu asked, waving his hand in front of his wife's face few times.
Not seeing any reaction from Kiara, Kovu place his lips against Kiara's.
That snap Kiara out, "Oh, Kovu! Sorry."
"That's alright, Kiara. What's wrong?" Kovu asked.
Kiara sighs, "It just... I'm still wondering; who sent us so many items yesterday?"
Kovu pull a chair before sit next to his wife, "To be honest, so do I."
Kiara smile at her husband as she place her hand on Kovu's.
"We're heading out!" Sunset said as she and her friends are heading towards the front door.
The pair smile as they got up and made their way towards the girls.
"Have a great time, girls." Kiara said.
"We will." Pinkie Pie said as Sunset open the door...
Revealing man soldiers with GUNS!
"Uh... Can we help you, everyone?" Sunset asked...
(A few moments later)
"This is outrageous!" Thorn said.
She and everyone from the windmill, are in the military transport trucks, heading way towards the palace.
"How did my parents find us?!" Kiara asked.
"I don't know." Kovu said before he place his hand on Kiara's, "But whatever is going on, we'll go through it, together."
(Meanwhile)
Simba and Nala are sitting on their thrones, waiting with Kion, his friends and his wife side of the family. With them, are Zazu; the anthropomorphic Hornbill with wings on his back, wearing brown smart suit, and Rafiki; the anthropomorphic mandrill, wearing shaman outfit.
"Are you alright in that dress, Rani?" Simba asked to his daughter-in-law...
Who's wearing a noble princess looking dress.
"A little, your Majesty." Rani said as she pull the collar of the dress, a bit.
"Sorry." Nala said, "But Kiara doesn't know about you NOT being a princess."
"I understand, Ma'am." Rani said, "I can wait to see the look of her face when three big surprises is reveal."
Just then, Anga who's by the window, sees the trucks arriving in the front yard, "Here they come."
"Excellent." Simba said, "Places, everyone!"
With that, everyone went to their positions.
(Outside of the palace)
Kiara and others climb out of the trucks with Asha on her father's shoulders.
"Let's move, everyone!" Soldier leader said as he and the soldiers lead through the palace.
A while later, they arrive at the Throne Room doors.
"The children will be in the other room." Leader said before Sunset intending to take Asha from Kovu, "Except the crutch one. The King and Queen wished to see her along with the Princess and her guests."
With that, Kiara and her family watches before they went in the Throne Room. When they enter the throne room, they meet the glares of the rulers.
"Didn't think we'll find you in the end, did you?" Simba asked.
"To be honest, we were HOPING you wouldn't." Kiara said.
"Now, that's no way to talk to your king." Nala said.
"I don't care." Kiara said, "I want nothing to do with you or that stupid throne!"
Simba then turn towards Kovu, "Well, Scar's Heir. Already turned our daughter against us, have you?" Then the King rise from his throne and made his way towards nervous Kovu, "Well, let me talk you something. I'm not going to allow this nonsense to continue any more."
Kovu quickly hand Asha to Vitani, being ready for what Simba is going to do to him.
"Don't you dare hurt Kovu or you will regret it!" Kiara said as she
"And there for..." Simba said.
"And there for, you stay away from my family!" Kiara said.
Then Simba stands in front of Kovu, "And there for... MY WIFE AND I ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU OUR PARDON!"
Kiara quickly pick up the chair, planning to use it as a weapon, "I'll give you a pardon! RIGHT ON THE...Wait, what did you just said?"
"I said, we're giving Kovu and his siblings our pardon." Simba said with a smile.
"You're pulling my leg." Kiara said, not believing.
"He's spoke the truth." Nala said as she join in, "After we learnt what we're becoming, we tried to fix things and make things right."
Kiara and Kovu were surprise along with Nuka and Vitani as Kiara lower the chair, "Does that mean...?"
"Yes, sweetheart." Simba said, "We accepting Kovu as our son. And his siblings as part of our royal family." Then, Simba lead Kovu and Kiara towards Kion and Rani, "Now, there's someone I would like you to meet. This is Kion's wife; Rani."
"Princess Rani..." Kiara said as she bow along with Kovu.
Rani giggles, "Not quite." Seeing surprise look on Kovu and Kiara's face, Rani hand out a card, "My card, your Highness."
Accepting the card, Kiara look at the words on the card, "The Tree of Life Residential care centre?"
"That's right. I'm not a real Princess." Rani said, "I'm the head of my family's residential care centre."
Kiara were surprise before turn to her brother who smile.
Suddenly, the door open and Rusty flies through, "Kovu, Kiara look!" He open his chest, revealing the Power Pack replaced the normal battery, "Dr Slate is out of the prison and replaced the battery with my Power Pack!"
Kiara, Kovu and his siblings were surprise before turn to the rulers.
"That's right." Simba said, "I released Dr Slate and Mr Geppetto from the imprisonment. They along with the family of the children you look after, are in the other room I had the soldiers to take the kids to."
"So, all the kids can go home?!" Kiara asked with hope.
"That's right." Nala said, "And we'll find the right doctor to get our little Asha well. And we will get her well!"
"I...I believe you." Kiara muttered with a growing smile, "I actually believe you after all those years!"
"And with you and Kovu becoming new rulers of Pride Kingdom, I'm sure things will be the best as they should be." Nala said.
With tears in her eyes, Kiara hugging her parents who hug her back. Kovu stand by, watching with a smile. Nala then, hold out her hand to Kovu who thought it was for a handshake, hold Nala's hand before being pull into family hugs!
Earth Beast: And King Simba and Queen Nala was better than their words. They did it all and more. Then, once they step down and Kovu and Kiara took the throne, things are getting much, much more. The children has returned to their family and went on with their life, Thomas, Emily and Tillie are now working for Sir Topham Hatt and made lots of friends there, and little Asha who did NOT die, has becoming sole heiress to the throne. It says that her own family keeps Christmas Spirits alive in their hearts and share them to the world. And so, as Asha observed; 'God Bess us, Everyone!' Now then, let's have a look in 24th December; 5 years later, shall we?
(Five Years later)
Everyone is in the palace ballroom, celebrating Christmas. There's music, food and dancing. Then, a young five years old anthropomorphic lion with reddish brown eyes, brown fur and red tuff hair, wearing white shirt, red jumper, black pants and brow shoes, is wonder through the crowd till he saw what he's looking for and rush over.
At the throne side of the ballroom, Kovu who's wears king outfit with the king's crown, and Kiara who's wears queen outfit with the queen's crown, are having a chat with Jack Skellington who's wears Santa Claus costume, and his wife, Sally who's wears red and green dress. Laying nearby, is a ghost dog; Zero. Kiara looks like she's in few months pregnant.
"And then I said; 'That's no strange Christmas doll, that's my wife!" Jack joked before he and others laughs, then he turn to his wife, "Just kidding, my Christmas Ragdoll."
"Oh, Jackie." Sally said.
"Man Jack, you sure to keep Christmas spirit high." King Kovu said before someone jump on him, "Talking of high Christmas Spirit." He said with a smile as he look at that person...
Which is the young lion from earlier, "Uncle Kovu, Auntie Kiara, Merry Christmas!"
"Mufasa, you need to slow down." Rani said as she and Kion arrive.
"Ooookkkkk, Mmmaaammmaaa." Mufasa said in slow motion.
Just then Simba and Nala laugh, as they arrive.
"Listen to your mother, young lion." Nala said.
"OK, Grandma." Mufasa said before turn towards his royal uncle, "Uncle Kovu, Where's cousin?"
"She's right here."
Mufasa turn to see 10 years old Asha who's wearing red dress and a nice tiara. And thanks to Rani's help, Asha can walk very well without her crutch.
"Cousin Asha!" Mufasa said as he jump off his uncle and tackle his cousin who got and hug him.
"Cousin Mufasa. Merry Christmas." Asha said.
Jack and Sally laughs as Jack says, "We'll leave you guys to your family time, shall we? Come, Zero." With that, the Skellington went off, to join the party.
"So, how's a our growing child?" Rani asked.
"It kicked me this morning." Kiara said.
"Makes me wonder if that child becomes a brave warrior like Captain Vitani." Kion joked.
After few laughing, Kovu says, "Who knows, Kion. But one thing for sure, we will be a good family."
"Agreed." Kiara said, "We will not make the same mistake my Great Grandfather made. No matter who or what you are, if you have family, love and cherish them more than anything."
"That's my girl." Simba said with a smile.
Just then, Zazu arrive, "Sire, it's time for your Christmas Speech."
"Alright, Zazu." Kovu said as he got up to do so.
Kiara and Asha smile proudly of Kovu who going to spread Christmas joy to everyone around. Then Asha turn towards the viewers, "Merry Christmas and God Bless us, Everyone!"
