Episode 1: A Shocking Welcome

Chris McLean was standing in the middle of a prison yard with one of his patented smirks. "Hello! I'm the host with the most and I'm bringing you the most exciting season of Total Drama ever!" he began, "I'm bringing back 18 contestants for one grand showdown where they'll all be trapped in this prison! Let's introduce the cast now!

...Brick!"

The cadet ran out into the prison yard and saluted. "Good afternoon, sir! I am happy to be competing once again!"

"...Eva!"

Eva walked out scowling at Chris. "It's about damn time I was invited back to this stupid show."

"...Justin!"

The Drama Brother came out with a huge smile on his face. "It's great to be back, man! Although Action was not very good for my reputation."

"...Staci." Chris sighed after saying her name.

"Oh yah I am super excited to be making a comeback," She was already talking as she was walking out. "Ya know comebacks were actually invented by my great, great, great, great, grandfather. Yah, before that people just stayed losers forever." The other three contestants just looked annoyed by her.

"Right... anyways, here's Amy!"

The mean twin walked out grinning. "Now that my bitch of a sister isn't here to cheat me out, I'm going to win!"

"...Dave!"

The germaphobe walked out nervously. "Um, Sky isn't here, right? Please say I'm right."

"Sky!" Chris said with a grin, causing Dave to sigh.

Sky came out and shoved Dave over, "Stay away from me, creep."

"...Ella!"

The princess wannabe ran out and helped Dave to his feet. "Oh geez, are you okay David?" Dave just nodded, grimacing.

"...Duncan! The Duncster! Fan favorite: Duncm-"

"Shut up Chris." the delinquent scoffed as he walked out.

"Touchy." Chris said. "Next up! Daw- GAH!"

Dawn seemingly appeared out of nowhere next to Chris, startling him. "Greeting, Chris. I see your aura hasn't gotten any better."

"...Sierra!" Chris continued, ignoring Dawn.

Sierra jogged out excitedly, staring at the new contestants she's never met before. "Oh boy! I'm so excited Total Drama is back! Especially because I was invited back!"

"...I really didn't want to invite him back, but Topher is here."

Topher walked out smugly, "This show will be mine, Chris. Just you wait! After I win the producers will see what I have going for me!"

Chris rolled his eyes and continued, "Lindsay!"

The blonde walked out and immediately bumped into Topher, who hadn't moved away from Chris yet. "Ouch! When did you get there?" she asked, confused.

"...Sam!"

The gamer walked out with a handheld game, but Chris snatched it and smashed it on the ground.

"Oh man..." Sam sighed.

"Okay, these next two are special cases, but back and returned to normal: Ezekiel and Dakota!" Chris announced.

Ezekiel walked out shyly, his hair finally starting to grow back but still very short. "Do I really have to be here, eh?" Chris just simply nodded.

Dakota walked out next and looked mostly normal. They couldn't return her to her normal height, but she was back down to about 6'3". "Hey guys! Excited to be back and to win the season! Especially excited to see my Sam, again!"

"The final two contestants are from some loser show, but the producers made me accept them anyways. Lame twins Jay and Mickey." Chris announced, upset that they were here.

The twins walked out together. Jay looked fairly confident and happy to be there, but Mickey looked utterly terrified. "Don't worry, Mickey! We're going to win this!" Jay told his brother.

"I don't know, Jay. This show is a lot scarier than the race." the more meek twin replied.

"You got that right!" Chris replied. Chris stood in front of the eighteen prisoners and threw his hands in the air. "Welcome to: Total! Drama! Breakout!"

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doin' fine,

You guys are on my mind.

(Dave and Sky are seen shoving each other back and forth, while Ella looked on at them, nervously.)

You asked me what I wanted to be

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

I wanna be famous.

(The camera pans to show Ezekiel and Sam sharing a nervous look in a cell before trying their hardest to slip through the bars as they begin screaming. The shot goes to Sierra and Amy, who seem to be plotting something and they both begin chuckling evilly.)

I wanna live close to the sun,

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

(Justin is shown looking disgusted at some prison food before looking up and also being disgusted by Staci, who will not stop talking. The camera quickly cuts to Lindsay tripping and Topher pointing and laughing at her.)

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

I'll get there one day.

Cause, I wanna be famous!"

(Brick is shown scolding Dakota for trying to escape the prison, but the camera quickly pans to show Eva and Sky having a push up competition.)

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

(Dawn is shown trying to calm down Duncan from beating up Chris while Jay tries to comfort Mickey, who seems to be exceptionally frightened. It suddenly cuts to show the cast standing around a chair looking concerned. The chair is in the center and seemed to have all sorts of wires and electronics hooked up to it. On the left of the chair are Jay, Mickey, Eva, Ezekiel, Sky, Amy, Duncan, Staci, and Topher. On the right of the chair are Dakota, Justin, Dawn, Dave, Brick, Ella, Sam, Sierra, and Lindsay.)

After the intro played, Chris shouted out to the contestants. "Alright! Time to split you prisoners into three different teams. Over on the Masculine Manatees we have: Brick! Topher! Duncan! Jay! Mickey! and Sam!" He gestured for the six of them to go stand on a blue mat with the logo of a manatee on it.

(Confessionals)

Duncan was shown in the confessional, which took place in a solitary confinement cell. He looked around for a bit before letting out a small laugh. "Well, I'm familiar with these surroundings! Also, The Masculine Manatees? Do you see who we have on our team?" he laughed some more, "Topher, Jay, Mickey, and Sam? Masculine? As if."

xx

The next one up was military cadet Brick. "I'm super glad that jerk Jo isn't in this season! I'll be leading this team to victory by lunch!"

xx

Sam was the next to get a confessional. "Heheh, it's super cool to be back in the game, honestly. The last few times I appeared I didn't really do the best, but this is my season! I'm definitely making it to the merge this time."

xx

Jay and Mickey were next, but they were sharing a confessional. Jay sighed, "Do you really have to do confessionals together too?"

"Are you kidding me!?" Mickey exclaimed, "This prison is terrifying! I definitely would've slipped and fell if I entered this dark room alone."

"Yeah, you're probably right." Jay conceded, "I'm liking the look of our team, though. Sam seems like a really nice guy! Plus Duncan and Brick are strong. I'm feeling pretty good about our chances."

Mickey sighed, "Just remember Jay, no alliances."

Jay nodded, "Of course! I can only trust my brother, here. We're making it to the finale together." The thought of making it to the final two seemed to frighten Mickey even more.

xx

Lastly was Topher who was looking over every inch of the room before turning and looking at the camera. "Alright, just needed to make sure there was no idols or anything. Chris hasn't mentioned them yet, but you never know! Better to start looking sooner. I will do whatever it takes to win this season, because once I win the producers will HAVE to make me host. McLean is going down!"

(End of Confessionals)

"So that's the male team, over on the Feminine Flamingos" Chris began, "We have Lindsay! Sierra! Amy! Dakota! Eva! and Ella!" the six stood on a red mat with the logo of a flamingo on it.

"Um, hey Chad, shouldn't our team color be pink?" Lindsay asked.

Chris shook his head, "Nah, colors shouldn't be so gendered like that. Plus the third team which is mix of male and female contestants is purple which is a mix of red and blue... You know what I'm not explaining this anymore."

(Confessionals)

Lindsay sat in the dark room. "I'm like so confused what the word gendered means!"

xx

Sierra sat there grinning and rubbed her hands together. "Get ready for a big announcement! I've decided that everyone's favorite super fan is going to play as a villain this time! I've been a hero, I've been crazy, but this time, I'm going to be evil! Isn't that exciting?"

xx

Amy was next up. "I'm not going to lose this time! My evil sister isn't here to sabotage me! I've already had my revenge on her though, shaved off all of her hair after we got home and she wasn't able to get a date to junior prom! Ha! Serves her right!

xx

Dakota sat there looking a bit sad. "I'm glad Sam is here on the season, but it sucks that we aren't on the same team! I'm worried he's not going to like me now that I'm not a giant monster anymore." She sighed, "Sam said Sierra and Lindsay are nice, so maybe we'll be friends."

xx

Ella was next up. "Pahkitew Island was a strange time for me. I was a bit naïve, and I suppose I still am to some extent. I'm always going to assume the best in people, but I'm not going to be so blind to people like Sugar anymore."

xx

Eva stood there with her arms crossed. "Whatever, it's about time I was brought back to this show. I plan on winning this time so my idiot team better not vote me off again!"

(End of Confessionals)

Chris looked over the final six standing without a mat. "The final team is the Androgynous Aardvarks! Ezekiel! Dawn! Staci! Dave! Sky! and Justin! That's you guys!" The remaining six contestants took their place on a purple mat with the logo of an aardvark on it.

(Confessionals)

Ezekiel sat there in his first confessional of the season. "I'll be honest, I don't really want to compete anymore. This show ruined my life for a good few years, eh. If I really have to compete though, I'm glad I'm on the Androgynous Aardvarks! In order to succeed in this game and in the real world you need the strength of both the guys and the gals!"

xx

The scene cut to Dave punching the wall of the confessional. "Did they really have to put me on a team with Sky? Seriously!? They could've put me on a team with anyone! I'd have taken Leonard over her! I don't want to be anywhere near her!"

xx

Speaking of Sky, she was the next confessional shown. "This is going to be a long season if I can't convince everyone to vote Dave off early. I'm not going to play with someone who tried to kill me."

xx

Staci was shown next. "I'm super excited to be here, yah! Did you know that confessionals were actually invented by-" the rest of her confessional was sped up before cutting to the next one."

xx

Next up was Dawn. "I have no wishes to win this show, if I do happen to win it all I will be donating the money to my favorite charities. I believe my grand purpose here is to help some of the lost souls such as Dave and Ezekiel."

xx

Finally, Justin got his confessional, he had a dark look in his eyes. "Total Drama Action was a fucking tragedy. I couldn't model for years and it almost ruined my career entirely. Hell, I could barely get any girl to look at me for the longest time!" he chuckled, "All for nothing. That's not happening again. I will be winning this season."

(End of Confessionals)

Chris now stood in front of the three teams. "Okay! So before we get to the first challenge of the season there's a simple announcement I'd like to make. There's not only one hidden idol this season, but two! Play one of those bad boys and the person with the second highest votes will be eliminated!" Everyone gasped when he said there was two.

"I knew it!" Topher let out, causing Chris to glare at him.

"Shut up, wannabe." the host scolded, "The first challenge of the season will be a simple one. All eighteen of you will be given a shock baton that will for sure knock you out if you get hit! The last team standing will get to stay in the super nice Warden's Quarters, the second place team will stay in the standard cells, and the last place team will all have to stay in solitary confinement until the next challenge! Oh... and they'll have to vote someone off!"

Dave raised his hand and began talking. "Uh, Chris? Isn't this kind of dangerous?"

"Of course it is!" the host responded, smiling. "Everyone get your weapons and strategized because this challenge is beginning... now!"

Brick gathered the Masculine Manatees to begin strategizing. "Okay soldiers, this should be a fairly easy competition to win. I think our main strategy should be to-"

Brick is quickly cut off by Sam, "No need! This is just like Prison Brawl 3! I've got this!" Sam rushed off to one of the other teams and was immediately shocked by Eva.

The cadet face palmed, "Alright. So, I think our main strategy should be to-"

"Dude it really doesn't matter." Duncan interrupted, "I'm going to go shock some losers. Let's go team!" he charged off, Topher shrugged and went with him.

"No!" Brick shouted, "You're going to cause us to lose!" He turned towards Jay and Mickey, "Do you guys want to listen to my plan?" Jay shrugged and Mickey nodded frightfully.

/

Eva stood over Sam's motionless body. "Well, that's one chump down already! Who's next!?"

"Maybe we should form a strategy." Sierra spoke up, everyone looked at her and nodded their agreement.

Eva cracked her knuckles, "If we hunt as a mob they can't possibly take us all. Overwhelm them with our strength. Show them that they shouldn't underestimate women! Especially that sexist Ezekiel."

"Um, I don't think he's sexist anymore." Lindsay spoke up, "he seemed pretty nice back in World Tour, he just messed up."

"That entire team was a mess up." Amy replied, "I watched that season you all seriously sucked!" Lindsay just scowled at the cheerleader.

Dakota shrugged. "I agree with Eva, we should hunt as a mob together." Everyone agreed except for Ella, who just looked unsure of the challenge as a whole.

(Confessional)

Ella sat there twiddling her thumbs. "I'm just not really comfortable hurting someone."

(End of Confessional)

Over with the Androgynous Aardvarks Sky quickly began to formulate a plan. "I think the best course of action is for us to split into groups of two. That way we can't all be taken out all at once."

Dave scoffed. "No way! We need to go into two groups of three and pincer other teams. They'll be surrounded and there's nothing they can do!"

The athlete shook her head, "First of all, I think you're just disagreeing with me because I rejected you. Second of all, If we surround a team they're all backed up together, but our backs are completely exposed! They can help each other and we can't really."

"I really don't care that you rejected me, Sky. You were just an asshole about it. Your flaw with my plan is completely circumstantial." The germaphobe replied, "You're just being childish."

"I'm being childish?" Sky argued, "You tried to kill me last season!"

"That's not true!"

"Yes it is!"

"Guys, please shut up!" Dawn exclaimed, "You're both definitely a little at fault, but now is not the time! We're in the middle of a challenge."

"She's right," Dave said. "I'm sorry guys."

"Apology noted." Sky replied."

Dave scoffed again, "The apology wasn't to you! You don't deserve one!" Sky was about to reply to him once again but before they could start yelling, Duncan and Topher showed up and shocked both Sky and Dave.

Duncan laughed. "You guys really make this too easy!" him and Topher shared a high five as Ezekiel, Dawn, Staci, and Justin held out their shock batons.

"You really think the four of you can beat me?" Duncan laughed again. "As if!" Staci charged at Duncan and to prove his point he simply swatted her away knocking her out of the challenge.

(Confessional)

Duncan laughed. "This challenge is way too easy!

(End of Confessional)

Jay and Mickey agreed that Brick's plan was a good one, but they couldn't really do it with just the three of them so they agreed to stick together. Before they could do much though, they were quickly surrounded by the Feminine Flamingos.

"You're going down, losers!" Eva exclaimed. Brick quickly jumped in front of Jay and Mickey and took Eva on in a 1v1. Mickey was quickly taken down by Sierra, but Jay kept dodging out of the way of attacks. Lindsay went in to hit Brick in the back but he quickly dodged out of the way and pulled her into the swing of Eva. Eva's hit connected and knocked Lindsay out.

"Ha! One down!" Brick boasted. Eva growled and charged him, but Brick nimbly jumped out of the way yet again. Jay meanwhile, was doing a pretty good job at defending himself from Sierra and Dakota, but eventually was overwhelmed and dispatched by the two of them. Brick looked over and shouted in dismay. "No! How am I going to get out of this one?"

"You're not, boot licker!" Eva shouted back.

Brick was now in a very bad position, it was him against five. He was able to jump out of the way of Eva again and she collided with a wall and was dazed for a bit. Dakota came swinging at him next and he grabbed her wrist and shocked her. He jumped over a swipe from Amy before shocking her too.

"Oh man, this is a workout." the cadet wiped some sweat from his brow. "But it's not over yet!

He was just about to beat Sierra in a fight as well, but Ella finally resolved to win the challenge and shocked him in the back completely catching him off guard because he didn't think she'd fight.

"I'm sorry!" Ella shouted.

Eva walked up behind her and clapped her on the shoulder, "Nice job, princess!" she then looked down at Brick and nodded at him with respect. "He's a strong one."

(Confessionals)

Eva stood their smiling. "I have to admit, that was impressive. I'm going to have to keep an eye on him, can't let him beat me."

xx

Brick sagged with defeat. "I was doing so good. I guess even I can't win a battle that lopsided."

xx

Jay and Mickey once again shared the confessional. "I really wish I could've helped Brick more." Jay sighed.

"You did great Jay! I shouldn't have just stood there." Mickey replied to which Jay just slightly nodded in agreement.

(End of Confessionals)

Topher and Duncan stood facing off against Justin, Ezekiel, and Dawn. Justin and Ezekiel advanced cautiously while Dawn tried to worm her away around to their backside. The four boys' batons clashed together, but no one was shocked.

"Give up!" the delinquent told the pretty boy.

"No way!" Justin replied, "I need to win this!"

Duncan swung at Justin but he deftly moved out of the way and sent a strike towards Duncan, but it was quickly blown aside by Topher hitting Justin's baton. Ezekiel saw this opening and took a swing at Topher, but the host wannabe was barely able to take a step back and out of the farmer's reach.

Dawn swung at Duncan's back, but she was electrocuted and fell to the ground. Standing behind her was Eva, Sierra, and Ella. Everyone backed off to stand looking at everyone to make sure no one else could sneak up on anyone.

Justin quickly lashed out and was able to shock Ella out of the challenge.

"Well, well, well!" Chris's voice came over the loudspeaker. "Looks like every team is down to just two remaining contestants! This is getting juicy!"

Topher went for Eva, but was quickly cut off by Sierra and the two went into a heated battle. "I'm the better fan!" Sierra shouted.

Topher scoffed, "Whatever! You're just obsessed with one contestant. I'm obsessed with the show" he replied. The two kept battling as Eva charged at Ezekiel.

/

"You're going down, homeschool!" Eva said, "I never got my revenge for what you said back on the Island!"

Ezekiel ducked under a swipe, "That was so long ago, Eva! I'm changed!"

"Whatever!" the jock swung at her again and he was barely able to dodge.

"Plus you voted me off! That's revenge enough!"

"No it isn't!" Eva raged swinging at him again.

/

Duncan approached Justin. "Well, pretty boy, I suppose that leaves you and I to a duel."

Justin shrugged, "I guess it does. You're going to pay for beating me in Action." Justin quickly went for an overhead strike and brought it down on Duncan with a lot of force, Duncan was able to block it but barely.

"You can patch a punch in that, didn't expect it from you!" Duncan smirked and swept Justin's legs out from under him. "Too bad I'm still better." Duncan was about to shock Justin, but the model used his legs to kick Duncan back and then he hopped up onto his legs.

"I'm not going down that easy, Duncan." Justin gritted his teeth and charged once again.

/

Ezekiel went for a shock, but Eva easily hit the baton out of his hands before lifting him up by the collar of the shirt. "Do you honestly think you have a shot at beating me, weakling!?" the female bully demanded.

"No!" Ezekiel shouted, "But I was hoping to give my teammate some more time!"

Eva threw Ezekiel onto the ground. "It's going to be so satisfying to beat you. Justin can have all the time he needs, because I'm not letting you off by just shocking you."

"Can't you see what's happening, Eva!?" Ezekiel shouted back at her.

Eva stood there for a second. "What are you talking about?" She growled.

"You're letting your anger get the better of you again! This is exactly why you were voted off back in Island, eh!" Ezekiel scrambled for anything.

Eva sat there in a stunned silent. "I-" she closed her eyes and shouted. "Shut up!" she rose for an overhead swing and was bringing it down onto Ezekiel, but he had managed to get his baton back and quickly raised it up and her momentum carried her into it.

"Sorry, eh." Ezekiel shrugged and ran off to help his teammate.

/

"Stealing the show is what a fake fan would do!" Sierra argued as she swung, but Topher was able to swat it out of the way easily.

Topher shrugged. "I don't really care about your opinion. I love this show so I want to be a bigger part of it!" he defended himself.

"You don't need to host to do that!" She claimed, "Just look at us now, we're memorable contestants! Think of the drama this scene is going to bring! You can be a bigger part of it by bringing the drama!" the obsessive uber-fan seemed to have struck a nerve.

"The... drama... You're totally right! Let's give them one hell of a show, Sier-" Topher's impassioned speech was cut off by Sierra striking him while his guard was down.

Sierra smiled, "I'm glad I could show you the right way! Time to win!" She ran off to where the final battle was happening.

/

Ezekiel quickly ran up to help Justin in his battle. "I'm here to help, eh!"

Duncan and Justin looked at him stunned, "You took out Eva?" they both asked at once.

"Sure did, eh!" Ezekiel grinned, right before tripping and falling right in front of Duncan, Ezekiel looked up at Duncan. "Wait!" he shouted. But the delinquent simply shrugged and thrust his baton into the homeschooled kid.

Finally Sierra ran up and brandished her baton at the two boys. The final showdown, one from each team. They all charged at once and it was over in a flash. The last one standing was...

...Justin!

Chris walked out and clapped him on the back. "Well done, dude! Your team wins the challenge!"

Justin smiled, unsure how he came out on that one on top.

(Confessionals)

Sierra sat there with a frown. "So uh, who lost that challenge?"

xx

Justin was smirking. "I'm glad I was able to win for my team. It all kind of happened in a blur though, I have no idea who was the first person down though."

(End of Confessionals)

Chris had gathered all eighteen contestants in the court yard after everyone awoke. The Androgynous Aardvarks were feeling pretty good, considering they knew they were safe. Both the Masculine Manatees and the Feminine Flamingos were showed to be pretty worried though. "Amazing first challenge everyone! Androgynous Aardvarks, congrats on winning the first challenge of the season! You'll get to stay in the Warden's Quarters which comes with a private shower, whatever food you want, and comfortable beds!"

"Oh come on, just tell us who lost the challenge already!" Amy demanded.

"Fine." Chris huffed. "The losers of the challenge were...

...The Feminine Flamingos!" the host announced. The six girls groaned while the six guys cheered. "That means, Masculine Manatees you'll be staying in the standard cells and you get to eat regular prison food, made by Chef Hatchet of course." the boys groaned upon hearing who their food would be provided by. "Girls? After elimination you'll have to stay in solitary confinement. You'll get stale bread and room temperature water. Do better."

/

The scene cut to the girls sitting around. "So... who should we vote off?" Lindsay asked.

Eva glared. "I think it should be you, Amy, or Dakota. You all seriously sucked during that challenge!"

"Hey!" Amy defended, "How was I supposed to know that cute cadet could do all that?" she argued.

"Did you just call Brick cute?" Dakota asked.

Amy blushed, "What! No! You're hearing things." she replied and then put her head down.

"I think we call know we're not going to be able to come to a conclusion with everyone here." Sierra said.

Ella nodded in agreement. "Yeah, that's never how it works."

Eva stood up and huffed and walked away. The rest of the team also stood up and dispersed.

/

Sierra walked up to Amy. "Hey Amy."

Amy glared at the super fan. "What do you want?"

"Well, I was just thinking that we should work together. Form the first alliance of the season." Sierra said.

Amy's glare quickly softened up to a smirk. She shook Sierra's hand. "You and I can run this game. With your knowledge and my charm."

Sierra nodded, "Right. Your charm. I think I know who we should send home." Amy raised her eyebrow as Sierra began to tell her the plan.

/

Dakota sighed next to Ella who quickly looked over in worry. "Are you okay, Dakota?"

The fame-monger nodded. "Yeah, I'm just worried that Sam won't like me with how I am now."

"What do you mean!?" Ella hugged Dakota, "You're so pretty and sweet!"

"Yeah but he liked my monster appearance."

"Well," the princess said, "he liked you before you mutated too."

Dakota nodded, "I suppose you're right. Thank you." Ella smiled at the heiress.

/

Lindsay approached Eva. "Hey Evelyn, I need to talk to you."

Eva rolled her eyes. "It's Eva."

"Right. Anyways," Lindsay said nervously, "I know I'm on the chopping block, but I don't trust that Amy girl. She's definitely up to something."

Eva softened and nodded. "You got that right. She gives off weird Heather vibes."

"You wanna work together? We were both taken out by Heather in season 1, I don't want that to happen to us again." Lindsay added.

Eva nodded again and smiled. "You're smarter than people say, Lindsay."

Lindsay beams. "Thanks Eva!"

/

Suddenly the scene cut to show a chair covered in wires and electronics. The winning team stood on the left side of the chair and the second place team stood on the right side of the chair. Standing directly in front of the chair was the Feminine Flamingos and standing in front of them, was Chris McLean. "Alright, here's how elimination works. The winning teams get to watch the losing team's elimination every episode. I have five marshmallows if you get one you get to stay. I know, it doesn't fit the theme, but the producers decided the marshmallows should be in everyone season. If you don't get one you'll have to sit in the chair of shame. If that happens to be you, you'll be in for quite a shocker!"

Duncan looked horrified. "Is that an electric chair, McLean?" He demanded an answer.

Chris smirked at everyone. "Right you are!"

All eighteen contestants gasped.

"So you're planning on killing us!?" Mickey shouted out in fear.

Chris laughed evilly, before catching his breath and sighing. "No! I just wanted to see your faces if you thought I was going to! It'll just give you a nasty shock, nothing you haven't experienced on this show before. After that shock you'll be dazed, but you'll be okay. Afterwards a trap door will open behind the chair and it'll fall backwards launching you down into the dungeons of losers!"

Everyone sighed in relief.

"Okay! Let's get this show on the road! Sierra and Ella, you're safe with no votes!"

Ella sighed in relief as she got her marshmallow.

Sierra smiled and said, "As if it could go any other way! I'm winning this time. Hehe."

"The next ones to get marshmallows without a vote... Lindsay!" Lindsay walked up and got her marshmallow. "Dakota, Eva, and Amy. You all got votes. Safe with only one vote... Eva!"

Eva sagged in relief and smiled. "I wasn't worried even a little bit." She was clearly lying.

Chris smirked at the final two. "Dakota and Amy you both did terribly in the challenge, but only one of you can be eliminated. The final marshmallow goes to... Amy!"

Sam immediately stood up in a rage, "You guys voted off my Dakota? What is wrong with all of you? She's so amazing! Couldn't you have at least waited until the merge so we could've spent time together! You're all jerks!"

Chris laughed at Sam's outburst and pretended to wipe a tear from his eye. "It always touches my heart to see young love split apart!"

Dakota put a hand on Sam's shoulder. "It's okay babe, you have to win now. For me. I'm not really cut out for the prison life anyways. I'm just glad you still feel all those things about me even though I'm no longer mutated."

Sam gives a small smile. "The mutation was cool, but I hated seeing you in that pain. I'm happy to have the real Dakota back. I will win for you."

Chris coughed loudly, "I'm sorry to interrupt this sweet moment, but Dakota, you have a chair to sit on."

Dakota quietly walked over to the chair and sat down. "Girls, kick some ass for me!" Chris pressed a button and Dakota began to get shocked. Everyone looked in horror, but Chris just started laughing. Eventually it stopped and Dakota looked around dazed, she let out an "Ouch" before the chair fell back and she went tumbling down the trap door. Sam give the five remaining Feminine Flamingo evil looks.

(Confessional)

Sam stood there frowning. "They're not going to get away with that. When I find out which of them voted for Dakota, I'm going to get them voted off."

(End of Confessional)

Chris stood in front of the camera and chuckled. "Sam is mad! That's awesome! This has been the exciting premiere of a brand new season of Total Drama! Will Sam get his revenge? Will Jay and Mickey do well in an actually good show? How will Sierra being a villain play out for her? Find out next time on Total! Drama! Breakout!

The Votes

Lindsay sat in the voting booth and quickly wrote down Amy. "You should probably hide your intentions a little better. I'm not letting someone like you get far again."

Sierra gleefully skipped into the voting booth and began to explain her thoughts. "Okay, Amy and I decided that it would be best to get rid of Dakota. Lindsay is dumb and Eva can't handle her rage. We can get rid of them anytime. Dakota has a boyfriend on one of the other teams and is fairly likeable. Nothing personal!" she wrote down Dakota.

Amy laughed. "Well this season is goin to be so easy." She wrote down Dakota. "Sierra said she'd talk to Ella."

Dakota sighed. "I really don't know who to vote for. I guess I'll vote for, Eva. She's scary." she wrote down Eva.

Eva cracked her knuckles. "You don't stand a chance, new Heather." Amy was quickly written down and she stood up and walked out.

Ella looked down at her parchment. "I really don't like Amy. She was so mean to Sammy back in Pahkitew and she's a bad person. However, I have to agree with what Sierra told me. Dakota would be much happier out of this prison. I'm sorry, I'd really like to be friends, but I want you to be happy." Ella wrote down Dakota.

Author's Note:

Well, this isn't quite my first fanfiction, but I've deleted the others and it's been several years since I wrote anything. This, however, was my first fanfiction back in the day. I got four episodes in and then dropped off the face of the earth because someone left a bad review. Also sorry if this feels rushed, especially the beginning. I hate writing introductory chapters because I'm so bad at it.

Now we're in present day and I've added six new contestants and expanded the story overall. I'm decently happy with how this chapter turned out, it's not as fleshed out as I'd like it to be, but if I wrote what I truly wanted to, I don't think it'd ever get done. At the end of the day I'm putting something out because I enjoy doing it and I want to actually finish something.

Please let me know how I handled the action scenes, by the way, I'm not used to writing things like that.

Plus, all the reveals of the new cast has gotten me really excited for this community again. I might write something using those sixteen new contestants one day, but for now it's just this story.

Now moving on. Why Dakota? Well, back in the original she was the first boot and I didn't really have a plan for her. I feel like in fanfictions where it's a new season, Sam goes out before Dakota a lot and I wanted to inverse that. I gave her more plot in this episode than I did back in the day though. The whole her being insecure thing.

I would like to make it clear that the main antagonist has not been decided yet. Amy and Sierra are obviously contenders, but I also left some hints towards Justin and Topher as well. Reviews could help shape which one of them truly runs the game. I'd also like to say I picked this cast mostly randomly from characters I enjoy to characters I don't really like. Just whoever I thought would be fun to write and see interact with each other.

I'm going to try and update fairly frequently, but no promises. I plan this to be the first of many stories, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Here's some questions before you ago:

1. Who are you rooting for?

2. What do you think of Dakota as a first boot?

3. Are you excited about any of the contestants that made it in?

4. Are you sad that there's some contestants missing?

5. Who do you want to be the main antagonist?
