Throughout the shooting, Jodi Longmeyer called 911 and left behind a historic phone call. This is her entire phone call, told through a transcript format.

December 5, 2007 - Omaha, Nebraska - Westroads Mall Shooting (Von Maur) - 1:43 pm

Fleeing for cover, Jodi Longmeyer had just gotten off the escalators of Von Maur, when she first heard the gunshots.

Robert Arthur Hawkins began shooting near the elevator, stepping off the elevator from the third floor of the store and his rampage began.

Jodi Longmeyer ran for cover in a northern direction, running as fast as she could, fleeing for cover and calling 911.
