Agreeing to a temporary truce, Sabastian has decided to work with Paul and his team against Goldberg. Goldberg has made it clear that he intends to take the weapons from Sable International and use them for himself while Symmkaria needs them to aid them against their enemies. Goldberg's plan is to attack a ship that Sabastian and his men have stationed out at sea, but Goldberg already somehow got the location. Needing to get to that ship, Paul and Thomas hit a ride on Sabastian's airship and flew all the way out there.
"This feels really awesome!" Thomas called as he was enjoying the thrill of the ride.
"Ride's over! Our stop is here!" Paul called as they could see the ship was just up ahead. It looked like the size of a large yacht. The ship landed down and all three of them jumped out of the ship.
"Welcome back, sir!" An agent reported as he saluted Sabastian. "No sign of the enemy yet! There have been no complications so far!"
"Good, but continue to keep watch. This Goldberg could show at any moment." Sabastian said as the three of them got moving.
"You sure you're in decent shape to fight?" Paul asked.
"I don't think you're one to tell people when they can and can't fight when they're injured." Thomas pointed out.
"I'm more than adequate for battle." Sabastian claimed. "This Goldberg wants a fight, so I will be more than willing to give him one." The three of them kept moving as they made their way to the bridge of the ship. "What I would like to know is how this Goldberg knows about my ship in the first place."
"You might not like hearing this, but we assume that it could because of the same reason he was even able to get your weapons in the first place." Paul stated. "You might have someone in your forces that's a traitor."
"If there is a traitor, I'll be sure they are dealt with." Sabastian claimed with them arriving on the bridge. He looked over the monitors to make sure himself that the ship hasn't been tampered with or anything. "Everything seems to be fine so far."
"Yes, but it won't stay that way for long when Goldberg shows himself." The three of them looked to the door and were surprised to see Sabella and Blite were there.
"Sabella?! What are you doing here?!" Paul said as he walked over to her and placed his hands on her shoulder. "You should be in the hospital. You're hurt and shouldn't be here. Blite, you were suppose to keep an eye on her."
"I'm fine. As long as I can move, I can fight. My injuries have been treated, and I have other ways to be useful." Sabella said.
"Blite, why didn't you stop her?" Paul said as he doesn't want her to be in more pain than she's already in.
"She's as stubborn and persistent as you. I couldn't stop her no matter how much I tried." Lindsay claimed. Paul didn't like this, but it doesn't seem like he can stop her.
"I promise that I'll be smart and safe." Sabella said. "Either way, we need to stop Goldberg. Do you know why he's targeting this ship in the first place?"
"Sabastian, is there anything valuable on this ship?" Thomas asked.
"If Goldberg takes control of this ship, he'll have access to other weapons we have. Especially one grand one we have on here." Sabastian claimed.
"Weapons he could use to do some serious harm. We can't allow something like that to happen." Paul said as he wasn't going to allow such dangerous weapons to be used in his city.
"Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me, we might have to act now." Lindsay said as she pointed out the window and saw something. They all took a look and they could see some boats heading towards the ship. No doubt they were Goldberg's men. "Typical of Goldberg. Now that he doesn't have the Rainbow Gang anymore, he found a way to rope even more people into his twisted ways."
"They're not getting anything on this ship." Sabastian said as he reached for his guns and was ready for a fight.
"Venom and Blite, you two should head below deck and make sure the weapons stay safe." Paul claimed. "Sabastian and I will ensure they don't get any further than the deck."
"I'm going with you as well." Sabella said as she grabbed a hold of a couple weapons herself.
"No way! I don't want you to make your injuries any worse. You're really in no shape to fight." Paul said as he doesn't want any worse to come to her.
"You really think you can stop me?" Sabella taunted. Paul knows he can't. He might have met his match with her. "That's what I thought. Besides, I know a few tricks to reduce fatigue and pain in the body. I can hold out."
"All hands prepare for battle! Engage the enemy and make sure they leave with nothing on this ship!" Sabastian ordered to alert all his men. It was going to be an all-out fight on this ship. All of them prepared for battle as the boats moved closer and closer. Once they were close enough, they all threw up grappling hooks or tried to climb ladders to get onboard. As they did, the agents attempted to avert them from getting on. Some of them fought back as they tried shooting at each other, using Sable International's own weapons against them.
"Sorry! No one can be on here without a ticket!" Paul called as he swung outside and kicked a few of them back in the water with him jumping back on the deck. "Sabastian! Sabella! It looks like they brought back some of your weapons!"
"If that's case, let some of them climb on! This could be our chance to get some of them back! We must get those weapons!" Sabastian said as they could kill two birds with one stone like this. They allowed some of them to get on, but the agents acted quickly and attacked. Sabella was even able to help as she took cover behind something and opened fired with her weapons, taking a moment to breathe and work through how her body is feeling.
"I always wanted to take an ocean cruise. I just never thought one of the activities would be kicking butt." Paul said as he fought a few of them off. One thug tried to shoot him, but Paul shot a line and yanked his weapon out of his hands. When he did that, he jumped right at the guy and hit him across the face. Once he did that, he grabbed a hold of him and lifted off the ground. "Where's Goldberg?!"
"Do you mean me?" Paul turned around and saw Goldberg climbing onboard himself. He clearly wasn't going to miss this fight.
"Wow. I'm surprised the boat hasn't tilted over." Paul joked.
"I'm glad you're here, Spider-Man. It gives me a chance to crush you." Goldberg claimed. He was ready to jump in and attack, but he noticed Sabastian coming at him. He started shooting at Goldberg, but Goldberg rolled out of the way and pulled out a small device. He tossed it an it opened up to lasso around Sabastian and electrocute him. "Sabastian... Why am I not surprised to see you here. I should thank you for making me these weapons."
"And I'll thank you to give them back!" Paul said as he jumped at Goldberg and hit him across the face, but Goldberg hit him and knocked him back. Despite being electrocuted, Sabastian fought back and was able to free himself. Just as he did, Goldberg came at him and kicked him down.
"How admirable you came out here. A captain should go down with it's ship." Goldberg said as he was about to stomp down on him, but Sabastian rolled out of the way. That was when Paul jumped on his back and put him in a headlock, but Goldberg tried to shake him off. No way they were going to give up this ship without a fight.
...
Below Deck
Meanwhile, some of Goldberg's men were finding a different way to get on board. The fight above was a diversion for some other thugs to sneak into the boat. They found a different part of the ship for them to enter, like the way divers take to dive into the water. Once they got in there, they opened fired on whoever they saw.
"This way to the weapons." One of them said as they headed straight to where the weapons were being kept at. They soon made it and it was theirs for the taking, but they didn't get the chance. Just as they got there, something hit the one in the lead right in the face and knocked him out.
"Who's there?!"
"That would be me!" Thomas called as he jumped back and was ready for a fight. "You guys want these weapons, you'll have to get through me."
"No problem." One said as he was about to shoot, but that was just when Blite jumped down and knocked his weapons right out of his hands followed by a kick to the head and took that one out.
"Why do you always exclude me?" Lindsay questioned.
"We take them by surprise like that." Thomas said. It didn't matter to the thugs. They just kept on the attacks while Thomas and Lindsay were doing their best to keep the remaining weapons safe.

The Deck
Goldberg kept thrashing around to try and shake Paul off him. He finally succeeded as he got a hold of him and threw him right off. Goldberg was about to throw himself on him and crush him, but Paul moved out of the way just in time. Just as Goldberg was about to get back up, but Sabastian stepped in and kicked him right in the face. Sabastian was about to strike him again, but Goldberg caught it.
"You'll have to do better than that." Goldberg said as he got back up and smashed his fist against Sabastian and knocked him to the ground. When he did that, he grabbed Sabastian by his face and lifted him back up. Sabastian tried to get free, but Goldberg had a strong grip on him.
"That's enough!" Paul called as he leaped at Goldberg to try and stop him, but Goldberg was able to knock him away and grabbed him by the face as well.
"I will admit that you two have done well against me, but I think it's time you two learned something." Goldberg said. "If you dare oppose me, you will be crushed!"
"I wouldn't be so sure!" Sabella said as she took aim at him. She fired some shot around him to give him a good warning. "Drop them! Now!"
"You're in no position to give me orders!" Goldberg said as he signaled his men to attack her. Two of them opened fired on her, but she moved quickly and got out of there. Goldberg wasn't going to let her go so easily. He tossed both of the guys right at her. Sabella got hit by having both of them thrown at her and ended up getting knocked down.
"Another brave soul that dared oppose me. When will these fools learn that I am not exactly someone you should go up against?" Goldberg claimed as he walked right over to Sabella. "You should have just shoot me in the head. It all would have been over." He grabbed her by the arm and lifted her up. That put some strain on her, her body hurting, but she was doing her best to hold back the cries of pain. However, the look on her face told Goldberg all that he needed. "You don't look like you're doing so well, young lady." He added to that pain by hitting her right in the gut and caused her to cry out in pain. Even a little blood was starting to sip through.
"Goldberg! Put her down!" Paul demanded when he saw what he was doing to her.
"Go and get her!" Goldberg said as he gave her a good toss and threw her off the boat.
"No!" Paul shouted. He dropped everything else and hurried after Sabella. Sabella fell right in the water with Paul diving after her and swimming after her.
"Should have known about that." Goldberg said. "At least now I can finish you and take your ship, Sabastian." He turned to Sabastian, but saw he was already gone. "Where is he?"
"Over here!" He looked and saw Sabastian was standing near some sort of control panel.
"I don't know what you're doing, but it's over." Goldberg said as he walked over to Sabastian and was ready to take the ship, but Sabastian had something ready for him.
"You should know that I'm not like Spider-Man, my sister, or his friends." Sabastian warned as he flipped a switch. When he did that, the deck opened up right where Goldberg was walking. He fell and grabbed a hold of something, but that something ended up being a giant cannon and he was holding onto the head with it being positioned to fire, Goldberg at point-blank range.
"What is this?!" Goldberg said.
"I told them I had a grand weapon on this ship. It was the ship itself." Sabastian said. "I did tell you I'm not like Spider-Man or the others." He claimed as he flipped a switch to seal his fate.
"Are you okay?" Paul asked as he had a hold of Sabella and tried to get her back to the ship.
"Yes, but I can't stay in the water with these injuries." Sabella said.
"No worries. We're almost..." That was right when the cannon fired with something flying out into the water.
"What was that?" Sabella questioned.
"I don't think we want to know." Paul said. Just like that, the fight was over. What happened to Goldberg caused the other men to surrender since they didn't have their boss anymore.
...
Later
"Recover every and all weapons that you can!" Sabastian ordered as his men were trying to recover everything they could. Since the fight was all over, it looked like things were going well. "Well, I'm glad that mess is taken care of." He told Spider-Man and his friends.
"I don't approve of what you did to Goldberg, but I'm glad we could help." Paul said. "So, what's going to happen now."
"I'm going to recover all the weapons that I can and return to Symmkaria." Sabastian said. "This will be of big help to us in saving our home." Things were wrather hectic, but at least they managed to pull something good out of all this. "Spider-Man, I must ask you something. This really had nothing to do with you. Why did you get involve?"
"That's easy. This was important to Sabella, so it was important to me. It's a simple as that." Paul said as he held Sabella's hand.
"Sabella is our friend. Of course we would want to help her." Thomas said.
"You might not like us, which is fine since we don't like you, but Sabella is important to us." Lindsay said as Sabella felt like she was surrounded by love. Sabastian has never experienced something like that before.
"Speaking of which, what are you going to do about Sabella here?" Paul said as he was worried about that. Sabella was concerned herself, worried what her brother is going to say.
"She's obviously in no condition to fight back in in Symmkaria. Take care of my sister." Sabastian said with Sabella being pleasantly surprised. That has to be the most brotherly thing he has ever said or did for Sabella, and she's quite proud of it. Perhaps his tough exterior is finally starting to break.
...
Days Later
Time passed after what happened back on that ship. Sabastian and his men returned to Symmkaria and all went well. Monica was able to get a great report on Symmkaria and it seems like a real difference was made. Good news is happening all around. Meanwhile, as for Paul and Sabella, they continued on with their relationship like always. In fact, once her body was feeling well again, Sabella put on a show for Paul like she did for Abureddi, a real show this time. Both dressed in just their underwear, Paul sat on the bed and enjoyed the show as Sabella lowered herself down into his lap with the two wrapping their arms around each other.
"You're certainly something." Paul said.
"Well, I wanted to do something great for you." Sabella said. "Thomas was right when he said I do this for you, and you might like hearing that Abureddi's hands felt like an old man's. I much rather be down here."
"And I'm glad you're here." Paul said.
"There's no other place I want to be." Sabella said as she really meant that. "I love you so much. I don't know where or what I be without you." Paul felt the same way. He thought he had that before, lost it, and found it again with Sabella. That's what made him say what he said next.
"Marry me." Paul said.
"What?" Sabella asked.
"I mean it. I want you to marry me." Paul said as he felt like he found the one he should really be with. Sabella didn't know what to say. His proposal was like the final piece needed in their relationship. "Will you?"
"Yes! Yes!" Sabella said as she kissed him and they both fell back on the bed. All of this could have been what might have been. Paul found love that was just as grand as what he had with Monica, Sabastian was starting to change his ways, and it feels like things are a lot better. All of what might have happened. Either way, Paul found real love and happiness with a woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
