Little Christmas-themed RokuNami story I came up with. Sure hope it's okay. ^^

Disclaimer: I don't own Kingdom Hearts.

"Merry Christmas, Naminé!"

A soft gasp escaped Naminé upon seeing was in front of her. Her blue eyes widened as they observed the package which was hovered in golden wrapping paper and tied up with red ribbon. She averted her stunned gaze to the one holding it out towards her - who just so happened to be a certain Nobody who was special to her.

"What's this for, Roxas?" she asked.

"Why, it's Christmas!" Roxas grinned. "The time of the year to give gifts to the ones you love."

The last word Roxas had said caused Naminé's cheeks to heat up. They turned a bright shade of red as she blushed bashfully.

"But, Roxas… You didn't have to get me anything."

"Of course I did, Naminé," Roxas insisted. ". There's no way I would ever let this time of the year pass by without getting a gift - to the one who is most precious to me."

The blush within Naminé's cheeks deepened. She was incredibly moved by the way Roxas described her. To this day, she could not understand why a cool, good-looking boy like him - was interested in a quiet, shy girl like her.

"Roxas…"

"Naminé…" With his smile brightening, Roxas gently took hold of Naminé's hand, where he placed the present before stepping back. "Open your gift."

"Open it?"

"Abseloutly - or you'll never get to find out what it is if it stays in its package." Roxas laughed. "Go ahead. Open it."

With suspense starting to build up inside her, Naminé untied the red ribbon from the present. She pulled away the golden wrapping paper to reveal it had been covering up a cardboard box. The girl pulled back the flaps to reach inside to pull out her

gift from the boy.

She let out a great gasp of amazement upon discovering what Roxas had gotten her for Christmas.

It was a large sketching pad. It had countless blank sheets that were all ready to be filled in with whatever its owner desired. Attached to the side of the front cover was a transparent plastic container. It held a variety of different-coloured crayons and pencils. The young artist they belonged to to would be able to creature some stellar pictures with them.

Gaping in silence over what she had been given for Christmas, Naminé averted her stunned gaze from her present to the one who had gifted it to her.

"Sorry it ain't much." Roxas rubbed the back of his head. "But I wanted to get something which I hoped would be special to you. I know how much you love drawing, so this was the best I could think of-"

Roxas was cut off as Naminé surprised him by throwing herself at the boy - to embrace him into a tight hug. His eyes widened as he gazed down at the girl who was holding onto him. He saw her peering up at him - with a bright smile on her beautiful face.

"You know me very well, Roxas. It's the best Christmas present I could ask for. The first picture I'm going to draw inside it - is the amazing boy who gave it to me."

It was Roxas' turn to go all bashful. His cheeks went red as he smiled humbly down at the girl. He wrapped his own arms around her, holding her close to him as his hand ran through her hair.

Feeling safe and relaxed in Roxas' hold, Naminé rested her head onto Roxas' chest. She closed her blue eyes as the smile on her face softened. She felt certain she could feel a tender warmth coming from inside him. Even though Nobodies did not have hearts, anyone would think this one did, due to the kindness he had just showed her, as he did all year around. Anyone would think this wonderful gift given to her had come from Roxas' heart.

"Thank you, Roxas…" she murmured.

Roxas affectionately stroked the girl's hair for a little longer. Then he slid a finger underneath her chin, gently lifting her head to meet his gaze. His eyes sparkled as they fixed with her own.

"Merry Christmas, Naminé…"

The pair remained locked in their embrace as they looked adoringly at each other. Then they moved their faces towards one another - before pressing their lips together, sharing a deep, passionate kiss made of all their love…

…right underneath the mistletoe which was conveniently dangling over their pair of them.
