A couple of doors were opened when Mina entered the room revealing that there were several members of the Shiroi Zugaikotsu, but unlike most, these had a glove on their right hand that had the drawings of bones, these were the captains of the organization who obeyed only the pink one.

When they saw the woman, everyone gathered in front of a rectangular table while the pink one stopped at the end of the table, where she sat on the chair, where all the others sat.

"Thank you for coming ladies and gentlemen." Greets Mina looking around at all the captains gathered there. "As everyone should know, we have a problem with a certain ghost and a child pretending to be a heroine."

Everyone nodded, though Mina could see that everyone had a little fear in their eyes, something that was somewhat understandable considering what he had done to Dabi, but it was time to end the joke.

"Our business has been severely affected by these two and… What is it?" Asks Mina irritated to one of her captains who had raised his hand.

"There are three vigilants, I found out recently that when you and Dabi were attacked, the guards outside were attacked by someone with a sword..." Reports the man making Mina groan irritated.

"For the love of Kami, where do so many vigilantes come from!? It was hard enough with that Rorschach bastard, now I have to deal with ghosts and ninjas?" Mina growls making everyone flinch; suddenly she slammed her fists on the table and stood up looking at everyone. "It does not matter, this is not a meeting to discuss or make a decision, I gathered you here today to give an offer given by the League of Villains itself, and they offered more than a million dollars and any quirk of your choice for the head of the vigilantes."

Upon hearing this, everyone in the room seemed to cheer up with the offer, focusing completely on Mina and forgetting her fear, which only made the woman smile and open her arms in an inviting gesture.

"And with that, the vigilante hunting season is officially open and as a bonus, for any member of our organization who brings them back dead or alive I will grant them a prize, the position of lieutenant, my lieutenant as well as a reward of half a million of dollars." Warns Mina, encouraging her captains even more. "Go and get their heads."

Upon hearing this, everyone got up and started to leave the room, probably to gather their groups and start hunting the vigilantes. Mina smiled at this and started to leave the room heading towards her own office.

Once inside, the pink girl walked towards her desk and sat in the chair before looking at two pictures, in the first one there was a younger Mina with Dabi behind her smiling with her hand on her shoulder, in the second one she was with the Izuku. Tears fell from her eyes remembering what it was like back then, before the green one died, she had everything planned and he died ruining everything leaving only her memories.

Now this 'ghost' was tarnishing her little bunny's image and she was not going to accept that at all.

"I swear to you Aniki and Izuku-kun, these desecrators will pay, I will guarantee it." Declares the woman with a sadistic smile on her face.

(Scene break.)

"I swear, I am innocent! It was not me!" Exclaims a man, handcuffed being led by Katsuki and Eijiro, who deliver him to a pair of police officers.

"That is what everyone says, he was arrested red-handed, armed robbery." Warn the blonde-haired person to the police who waved as they walked away with the thief.

With that, the two detectives sighed and started towards their usual tables, however in the middle of the way something caught their attention, or rather someone. Ochaco was sitting at her desk though she was reading a document without even looking at it.

The two stared at her before looking at each other and nodding to themselves, with that done; both began to approach their distracted colleague.

(With Uraraka.)

She could not help but wonder when her life had gotten so complicated or if she was just unlucky. At first, she entered the hero course, but it was just for the money and as time went by Ochaco actually enjoyed her experience as a hero, and then came the war and its consequences.

Becoming a police officer was never in her plans, but she couldn't abandon people, Uravity wasn't going to stop fighting, even if she lost her quirk and hero title, she could still fight. Somewhere along the way she lost her spark of courage, she was not a hero anymore, she was not facing villains head on anymore, and she was a simple police officer who was dealing with paperwork more than crooks and villains.

Momo's idea was crazy, Ochaco was not sure if he could fight like that again, not like before, but there was a lot at stake. One of them related to his biggest mistake and regret, Midoriya Izuku, or Deku.

It always brought a twinge of guilt in her chest to remember him, even more so the way they stopped being such friends when he told her his true quirkless nature. It was not pleasant, and that was when she felt something die between them.

However, the night Momo told her of her insane plan; Ochaco saw an opportunity not only to return to being a hero, but also to right her wrongs. Ganbaru Takeo was a cute child, but whenever she looked at him, she could not help but see her old friend and former crush.

Just seeing that child, Ochaco could feel a flame inside her chest, something that only Deku could inspire in her.

"You know, I think the last time I saw you this thoughtful was on the Rorschach case." Comments a voice making Ochaco frown and look at her two friends staring at her in front of her table.

"We don't talk about this case." Declares the woman making the two sigh before facing each other and turning to her.

"Okay, okay, Katsuki-kun may have been a little heavy now, but you understand, there is something that is pissing you off and we want to know if we can help in any way." Eijiro says with a worried look.

Upon hearing this Ochaco frowned and was about to dismiss them, but she soon stopped herself realizing that maybe that is what she needs, an opinion from someone outside, someone who understands her.

"Now that you mention it, Bakugo-san, I have to talk to you." Comments the brunette getting up before giving the redhead a look. "Alone."

In response Katsuki blinked a bit in surprise, after all the best person to talk about these things was Eijiro and not him. However, a little push from the redhead made the blonde grunt before nodding.

With that Ochaco and Katsuki walked away heading towards the changing rooms of the place, once there the brunette quickly looked around to make sure they were alone and locked the door. These actions made the blonde stare at her strangely with a raised eyebrow.

"I really, really hope you are not trying to do what I think you want to do, I am in a pretty stable relationship now and I wouldn't cheat on Eijiro." Mocked the blonde-haired person, which made the brunette stare at him with a blank look.

"As self-absorbed as ever." Rebuts Ochaco before letting out a sigh and crossing his arms. "Anyway, Jiro hates me…"

"Big news, and what does it have to do with me?" The blonde grumbles making the brunette frown as she stares at him.

"Everything." Answers Ochaco taking a deep breath. "We both had a very bad defect in the past that only changed over time... we both had prejudice with the quirkless."

Upon hearing this, Katsuki could not help but blink in surprise before his eyes widened and his jaw dropped.

"… I think I heard that wrong, but you said you were prejudiced against the quirkless?" asks Bakugo receiving a hesitant nod from the brunette, she could hear the gears moving in the blonde's head before he let out a dry laugh. "That really explains a lot, I imagine that was what caused that fight between you and Jiro-san, right?"

"Yes…" Confirms Ochaco before looking away with tense shoulders. "I know that was almost 4 or 5 years ago, in the middle of the war, but… I never had a day that I didn't regret it, I should know better and I feel that maybe I never can…"

"That you will never forgive yourself? You're absolutely right, you'll never forgive yourself, nor can you erase what happened in the past, trust me, I know that well..." Bakugo declares in a melancholy tone approaching her before putting his hand on her shoulder. "But the past is the past, it's gone, we can't change it, however we can learn from it and improve, what matters now is what you plan to do, how you plan to change."

Slowly the girl's eyes widened before a big smile appeared on her face, as well as a confident look in her, one Katsuki had not seen since Uravity retired, it was the look of a heroine.

"You are right Katsuki, thank you." Thanks the woman with a smile, which makes the blonde give an amused snort before heading to the door.

"You're welcome, Ochaco."

(At the base of the watchers.)

The dog adopted by the guards yawned lying on the sofa before lowering his head, starting to sleep, at that Eri who was sitting next to him began to pet the animal who just snuggled closer to her.

Behind them were Izuku, Mei, Tooru, Rumi and Chizome gathered in front of the Oracle computer, looking at a large map showing various cities connected by the train tunnels.

"Thank you for being able to come today at this time Eri-san and Hagakure-san; I know how difficult it must be to balance civilian life with what we do." Izuku starts giving a nod to the two. "But anyway, I'm sure you've noticed that these last few days violence has increased in Japan, they're attacking us with unfocused strength and that's our advantage."

With that, the screen changed showing an image of a building with several plants inside. "Our next step will be to invade the building where Endeavor's group was located; as everyone knows the place was bought by Tokita Danjuro and his wife Tokita Aiba, formerly known as Gentle Criminal and La Brava."

"What?" Eri starts getting up, she remembered these two, and mainly the videos she had found on the internet and the story that Kyoka told her about how she and Izuku became closer. "Why would we fight them? They do not seem capable of doing anything that would really hurt anyone."

"That's what you think, but in fact they are one of the main informants of all the villains in the city, Shiroi Zugaikotsu, the Neo Hassakai, the League of villains, the 'Jokers', all these and many others use the services theirs and Giran's nowadays." Izuku explains, shocking Rumi, Tooru and Eri, however the greenish one ignored it before turning to the screen. "As you can see they have some guards in the building and we will dispatch them quickly before finally starting the theft of data that will help us better plan our next steps."

"But... Izuku-kun, all the bandits in the city are after your head, Deku-ghost's head, if they find out you are there, we could have an army of villains after us." Comments Tooru worried making Izuku face her with an expressionless look.

"We will deal with them, if not I will buy time for you to escape and apply the phoenix plan." Izuku declares making Mei stand up with anger in her eyes.

"PHOENIX PLAN!?" Exclaims the furious woman making the other people around her get scared, waking up the dog and making Chizome sigh.

"And here we go again..." Murmurs the tired man going towards the couch and sitting there.

With that, Izuku and Mei started to glare at each other.

"The phoenix plan is the ideal contingency for the Mei mission, we can't escape it, at one time or another we would have to use it." Argues Izuku making the pink one growl at him.

"It's a stupid plan created by a hopeless idiot, so no, we won't use that stupidity." Declares Mei making Izuku frown.

"It is not stupid, it's our best move, if the worst happens that's the plan we should follow."

"Do you even hear yourself? Izuku, you cannot do this and there will never be a need for this plan, you are the Deku who can do this! Therefore, you can do whatever without needing that damn plan!"

"All Might was said to be the strongest in the world and never had a contingency plan, look where it got him, I'm not like him and I won't make the same mistake."

While the two discussed Tooru, Rumi and Eri stared at them a bit scared at their irritation. Seeing this, Chizome let out a tired sigh attracting the attention of the three who stared at him expectantly.

Chizome looked at them and looked away for a while until his eyes returned to their gaze, with which he let out an irritated snarl.

"Ok, I get it, you want to know what the phoenix plan is, right?" Asks the man receiving a nod from the three, which made the man sigh. "The phoenix plan is our way to continue the fight if we fail, if he loses or it seems that he has no way to escape; we must pass the flames of One for all to a new host."

Upon hearing this, everyone blinked in confusion not understanding what the problem with the plan was.

"But isn't that exactly what happened before? All Might and all previous users have passed the quirk on." Asks Eri confused, which makes Chizome face her with a dark look.

"No, it's nothing like that." Chizome denies making Tooru slowly widen her eyes.

"Wait... you mean..." The woman begins in a shaky way, making Chizome look at her with pity.

"Yes, if the plan is made, Midoriya Izuku will certainly be dead; he would lose all the flame he has in him from One for all." Reveals Chizome making everyone widen their eyes now in horror before turning to Izuku and Mei arguing.

"If you can't see the importance of this plan you are all a bunch of idiots!" Exclaims Izuku.

It was at that moment that Mei slapped Izuku across the face, revealing that her eyes were shedding tears as she stared at him.

"What the hell Izuku... Just... I do not want to lose you too..." Mei declares sobbing while Izuku continued looking at the floor with a dark gaze.

"…This discussion is over; get ready for the mission tonight." Commands Izuku before starting to walk away from them; however, Tooru quickly grabs his hand making the boy stop.

"Izuku-kun… You…" The girl begins before freezing seeing the look he gave her.

It was empty, no sadness, no happiness, completely lackluster as she remembered earlier; it was as if she was looking at a dead body.

"Hagakure-san… Please, I have to go train." Comments Izuku before pulling away from his grasp and leaving the base, being followed by the dog, leaving everyone else there worried and scared with the phoenix plan.

(In another place.)

Momo opened the door to her apartment to see Kyoka standing there staring at her with a serious look. Upon recognizing her visit, the brunette walked away letting the purple one enter the place, once that was done, Momo closed the door, locking it.

"So you made up your mind?" Asks Momo making the purple face her with a cold look.

"I'm here, aren't I?" Kyoka replies seriously, which makes Ganbaru frown, however the purple girl ignored her before looking around. "And the little one? Where is he?"

"Asleep, I'd rather he stay here where he'll be safe." Answers the mother giving a look to the floor above where her son should be sleeping, with that she faced the purple one. "But are you sure you can work well with us? Especially with Uraraka-san?"

Upon hearing that, Kyoka widened her eyes in surprise before becoming indignant with Ganbaru, approaching her angrily.

"Are you serious?" Asks the irritated woman while Momo stared at her without hesitation. "I'm not just a civilian, I'm also a former heroine and a soldier in the war against villains, I know how to be a professional, even more so with what's at stake here. My problem is with her, while we're on the job, I'll act accordingly."

"That's good to know." Comments a new voice approaching the two making Kyoka face her with an expressionless look. "I assume you already knew I was here."

"Yes, I knew it, I could hear your heartbeats since I entered here Uraraka-san." Confirms Kyoka with a professional tone, which made Uraraka hesitate a little.

"Jiro-san, I know we're not in the best conditions, I know what I did and that I can't change it, all I ask is one chance, just one to do what's right this time." Asks the brunette.

Kyoka stood silently staring at her before giving Ganbaru a quick look before sighing and nodding to Ochaco.

"Okay, but I'll only give you one and only one."

Suddenly the two heard applause and turned to Momo who was smiling at the two.

"I'm very happy to see that you two get along, but right now we have things to do." With that Ganbaru walks away, which causes the other two to start following her towards the woman's office.

Once there the two look around before turning back to Momo.

"And now? Where should we start?" Asks Ochaco making Momo smile before pressing a button under the table causing the wall on the right side of it to begin to open.

Upon noticing that, Kyoka and Ochaco, turned to the wall and widened their eyes with what they saw. It was at that moment that Momo got up, walked over to stand between the two girls, and looked at what was on the wall.

"To start? I started planning this since I bought this coverage." Reveals Momo slapping the shoulders of the two women. "Now? It's time to put the plan into action."

(Time skip.)

The Deku-ghost and Deku were on top of a building watching their target through modified binoculars. Suddenly the girl lowered her binoculars and looked at her mentor.

"Deku-san?" Calls Eri timidly, making the man's shoulders perk up. "About the phoenix plan, do you really plan to do that?"

However, instead of an answer, the Deku-ghost just remained silent before lowering his binoculars with an analytical look.

"They have fewer guards than expected… this is strange, but we can't retreat now, follow me." Commands the Deku-ghost before firing one of his knuckle whips and swinging towards cover.

Seeing this Deku just frowned before firing his own grappling hook and taking off after the man.

The two flew through the sky before throwing themselves into the air and landing on top of two guards standing outside. Once that was done, they both crouched down and began to sneak into the room.

Once they entered, the two walked through the halls before bumping into a guard walking in the opposite direction from them. With that, the Deku ghost approached him before catching him in a lion choke, strangling him until he became limp, with that the vigilante threw him into the wall, knocking out the criminal.

Once that done, Deku was quick to grab the man and hide him inside a closet, tying his hands and feet, in addition to covering his mouth with a sticker.

They continued like this for a while until they entered the Gentle Criminal's room. The two were quick to go towards the computer, where the Deku ghost inserted his pen drive and started typing on the device.

Deku on the other hand just crossed his arms and leaned against the wall looking at the older man. Suddenly the Deku-ghost threw a knife towards the younger girl, which made her widen her eyes and jump away.

However, instead of hearing the knife sticking into the wall, the sound of someone picking up the weapon made the girl turn around and look at a new figure there.

It was a woman wearing a black leather suit that completely covered her entire body, in addition, she had a black mask that covered her hair and in front a mask of a smiling cat. She glanced at the knife before looking at the Deku-ghost, who visibly relaxed at the sight of the woman.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Asks the guard irritably making the woman approach him.

"Making sure you don't do something stupid like the phoenix plan." She declares using a voice modulator making Eri blink in surprise, after all the only ones who knew about this plan were the people in the group and most of them could not be there.

"Relax Deku, this is your new ally, next to Azrael, you can call her Neko, she is difficult to be seen sometimes." Answers the pinkette in the communicator making Eri blink in surprise.

It was Hagakure; there was no other explanation for it. Seeing the albino's accomplishment, Neko waved at her with a small laugh.

"We will talk about it later, now we must finish what we came to do." Deku-ghost declares seriously.

"As you wish tiger." Neko nods making Oracle release an irritated snort on his communicator, something that was ignored by Deku-ghost.

Eri could only watch them slightly uncomfortably, wondering when everything got complicated.

(At the same time.)

"Sit down." Orders Rumi making the dog stare before sitting down.

"Good boy." Greets Chizome by throwing a biscuit to the animal, which catches it with its teeth before starting to eat it.

Meanwhile they could hear Mei growling and muttering something about 'invisible bitch', which made both of them stare at her with raised eyebrows before looking at each other.

"...Did I miss anything during these years that I've been a little under the radar?" Asks Rumi pointing to the pink one, which made Chizome roll his eyes.

"Just ignore her and pretend you don't see anything, trust me, it's much better for your mental health." Grumbles the man earning a bark from the dog. "Damn it, I've got to come up with a name for him..."

It was at that moment that Chizome noticed the look the albino girl was giving him, which made the man stare at her for a few seconds before getting up grumbling and walking towards the pink girl. Once he was right behind her, the man raised his hand to get her attention, however he soon froze looking at the computer screen and his eyes widened.

"Mei... Warn Izuku and the others that they have to get out of there, now!" Exclaims Chizome making Mei blink and look at the man before he points to the screen, which makes the pink girl follow her vision.

The woman glanced at the screen before widening her eyes and turning on her microphone.

"Deku-ghost, you have to get out of there now! It's a trap!" Exclaims the woman.

(Back with the vigilantes.)

"Deku-ghost, you have to get out of there now! It's a trap!" Exclaims the Oracle making everyone widen his or her eyes while the Deku-ghost looked at the drive.

"How much time is left?" Asks the man, receiving silence from the radio, at the same time Neko removes a whip from her belt while Deku removes her tonfas.

"Ten minutes..." Answers Oracle, making the Deku-ghost nod to himself.

"We leave in ten."

At that moment, the door was broken down revealing several members of the Shiroi Zugaikotsu, as well as the Gentle Criminal and the La Brava who stared at the three vigilantes with narrowed eyes.

"From what I see... the information needs to be corrected, there are four guards." Comments Gentle before letting out a sigh, lifting his cane before opening it to reveal that he had a sword there. "But honestly, I prefer to change that number to zero."

It was at that moment that all the criminals advanced to attack them.

The ghost Deku quickly dodged one of his opponents before twisting his arm and using his enemy as a shield, blocking some blows, with that the vigilante kicked him on top of two other villains. With that, he threw some kunai at other villains that approached him.

Suddenly he heard the crack of a whip behind him and turned to see said whip wrapped around one of the thugs before Neko appeared giving him a kick in the face. The two vigilantes stared at each other, before Deku-ghost waved at her and they turned to look at the bandits.

At that moment, Deku appeared punching one of his opponents with his tonfas. The girl seemed to be breathing hard until she received a kick in the back that knocked her to the ground.

The girl growled, drawing the attention of her colleagues who turned to her and widened their eyes when they saw the Gentle criminal on top of her with his sword pointed at her chin.

"It seems that the information was correct, there were really three vigilantes." Comments the villain before shot echoes making the man widen his eyes.

With that, he looks at his chest where he sees the mark of a gunshot there.

"What?" Asks the surprised man.

Suddenly the window is broken and a new figure appears hitting the villain's wound making him scream and fall to the ground, after which he hurled a black sphere towards La brava causing an explosion of smoke that knocked out the woman.

With that, the figure rose revealing itself to be a woman wearing an armored metal suit with what appeared to be a small cape coming off her shoulders; she had a helmet with a dark green visor with purple eyes and a belt around her waist. However, what most caught her attention was that it seemed to be the uniform of a futuristic Deku with purple details and the symbol on her chest was the kanji for 'come'.

Suddenly another shot rang out and a small circular mechanism slammed into the computer before letting out a beep.

"It's complete; someone helped our program to hack all the data." Declares the Oracle in surprise, before everyone stares at her and the woman stares back at them.

Suddenly the woman ran away before jumping out the window and the sounds of a jet were heard, as she flew away in a glider. The Deku-ghost glared at her before turning to the other frightened criminals, as smoke shot from its body in all directions.

The henchmen shouted in surprise before advancing in the smoke, it suddenly disappeared revealing that the three guards, the drive and the mechanism used in the computer disappeared.

(Some hours later.)

"So… we have a new vigilante in town?" Comments Chizome looking at the trio entering the base.

Tooru was supporting Eri who was limping while Izuku walked with a serious look on his face.

"Two." Izuku declares making everyone stare at him in surprise; however, he ignores them by placing the device on the table in front of Mei. "Try to find out who did this, I have a theory of who did this, but I need to be sure."

"…It was the shot, wasn't it?" Asks Mei looking at the green man, he stared at her expressionlessly before nodding.

"Yes, the shot came from one of the surrounding buildings and the Kanji also seemed strange to me, the kanji for coming is one of the three used to make Dekiru… so I will assume that there are three people and that it is someone who knows me ." Reflects Izuku making everyone stare at him in surprise. "I need to make sure of this; we need to take care of this situation with these Dekiru, before the situation gets worse."

This caught Eri's attention who looked over at him; she was lying on the couch with Rumi beside her in her wheelchair.

"Wait… How can it get worse? How would the situation get worse?" Asks Eri making Izuku turn to her.

"A second war, even worse than the first, we should act carefully, in the shadows, while they focused only on me, I could make All for one and Shigaraki come here at some point and in that we would kill them." Claims Izuku with a sigh rubbing his face before walking away again. "And I'm not sure any of us can survive another war, not the way we are."

Just as he was about to walk out the door, the green man stopped and turned to everyone gathered there. "I will give them that chance, things will get worse in the future and many of us can die, so if they want to abandon the ship, the time is now, for those who stay… I hope they leave here soon and do not come back."

With that, the green one finally left the place leaving everyone thoughtful and worried.
