So I saw this YouTube video from Hamelin called la colpa è inevitabile and thought a genshin impact noir au would be really cool and decided to write a story about that idea.

Blood spilled on the floor like red wine as bullets flew through the air.A blond haired man with golden eyes laid bleeding in the middle of the chaos , one hand held tight against his side while the other held a locket tightly with a picture of two women inside it one that looked strikingly similar to himself and the other a beautiful purple haired woman with a beauty mark under her right eye.As he slowly lifted it up to his face as he smiled bitterly , a small tear rolled down his cheek and fell onto the bloodied ground, as if by force tears started to build in his eyes.

"It's over", he said softly, "I fought as hard as I could but I guess my luck ran out so goodbye … Ei... Lumine.. " His voice cracked slightly as his breathing became more uneven, he felt like his lungs were going to explode at any given moment "I love you both so much … and please forgive me" With that those words leaving his mouth his eyes closed.

'Two Years Earlier'

A well dressed woman with platinum-blond hair tied into two buns on the back of her head walked down the street ,her white dress flowing behind her as Her heels clicked along the pavement,her steps slow,as she hummed to herself with several men in suits following her.

She stopped suddenly when she heard a sound from a pretty well known speakeasy next to her, she raised an eyebrow and turned around only to be met with a sight she was not expecting.

A man with blond hair tied into a braid behind his head crashed though the window of the building and started running towards her with multiple men chasing after him.

"Excuse me doll, coming through!"The man said as he ran by her as she let him pass before stepping in front of the men chasing the blond haired man and blocking their way.

"Take care of these thugs and then find out who that blond was."She told the men that was following her than walked off still humming that tune.

The blond haired man stepped though his apartment door carefully closing it behind him trying not to make a sound ,he put his jacket on the hook and then made his way to his bedroom.

He put a stack of cash into a chest and locked it before he turned around only to jump back as he came face to face with his sister.

"Well hello Aether,my dear brother."She said with a sickly sweet smile on her face as she crossed her arms in front of her chest .

"What are you doing awake Lumine?" Aether asked nervously, he knew that his sister hated when he went out and got into trouble.

"Don't give me that innocent act brother. I can see all the bruises on your body and there is a cut on your forehead."A Aether's cheeks flushed as he scratched the back of his head sheepishly."You caught me."

His sister smirked triumphantly before turning serious again."Where have you been? don't tell me you got into another fight again at one of those odd jobs you keep taking ."

Aether sighed "Look the chump was going to rat me out the coppers so I had stop him before he did."

"You should've just stayed away from those jumps in the first place Aether because if you keep doing this you'll hit the big one soon enough."She said warningly as she glared at him before her stare softened as she took notice of his wounds again.

"Now come here and let me take care of those cuts and bruises."Lumine said gently as she took her brothers to guide him to the living room.
