Warnings: Insecurity, Animal Attack
Summary: Rapunzel plans to stage a Goodwill Festival in Vardaros. But when Arianna isn't confident in her own ideas, Rapunzel comes up with a plan to make her be confident!
Rapunzel, Eugene, Arianna, Cassandra, Varian, Lance, Hook Foot, Natalia, Sara, Catalina, and Kiera stand in Vardaro's town square talking to Stalyan. People with tan skin and brown eyes and hair wearing black are walking around town with downcast eyes. "Aww, everyone looks so sad." Rapunzel notices. There isn't much to smile about in Vardaros. Eugene thinks.
"Sunshine, there really isn't much to smile about in Vardaros.". Then let's give them something to smile about! Rapunzel thinks.
"Then let's give them something to smile about!". She chased a brown gopher in a forest with green grass and evergreen as she wore a short brown wig and an orange dress. She remembers. "We could have the Goodwill Festival here!" She suggests. Everyone else cheers.
A huge blue and purple round-top tent is in the middle of town square. Arianna and Rapunzel sit inside at a wooden desk. A dirty yellow piece of paper is on it. "Okay, Mom, you're a good party planner. You planned all my birthday parties." Rapunzel announces. What did I just say? She wonders. They just look at each other. "Forget that. You're a good party planner. Any ideas?". Pony rides.
"We could do pony rides." Arianna suggests. We only have three horses in the entire city. She remembers. "Oh, we only have three horses.".
"That's okay. We'll think of something else." Rapunzel replies. Hang gliding.
"Hang glid…" Arianna starts. That's an insane idea! She silently criticizes herself. "Never mind. I'm insane.". Rapunzel giggles.
"Anything else?". A writing contest!
"A writ…" Arianna starts. That sounds boring. "Rapunzel, I'm sorry, but I just can't think of anything.".
"Mom, you have good ideas. Remember when we watched the celestial shower for your birthday?".
"But that was for me. I don't know what other people want.". She walks away. Is she okay? Rapunzel worries.
Rapunzel goes over to Eugene. "Hey, Sunshine, how's it going?" Eugene asks his girlfriend.
"Not very good. Mom isn't acting like herself. …" Rapunzel explains. Uh-oh Eugene thinks. "... She's acting super insecure. She's not confident in her ideas.". It sounds like she's relying too much on Rapunzel.
"Blondie, It sounds like she's relying too much on you." He replies. "How 'bout you leave her alone for a while.". Hope that works. Rapunzel thinks.
Hook Foot and Lance walk in the prairie. They see a huge flat brown weasel with glowing green eyes, black eyebrows, a red nose, a light brown chin, a bright red tongue, light brown paws, sharp claws, black diamond markings going down its back, and a tail with a club at the end, a sneezeweasel. Totally not a dangerous creature. They think. They bring it back to Vardaros.
Arianna is walking through the town square. She sees the sneezeweasel. That is one big beast. She thinks. It swipes its paw, knocking down the tent. People scream and scatter. We can bring it down! Rapunzel thinks. "Mom! We can bring it down!" She announces. Okay Arianna thinks. Rapunzel tosses her a piece of her hair. They run forward, tripping it. Everyone else cheers.
Rapunzel, Eugene, Arianna, Cassandra, Varian, Lance, Hook Foot, Natalia, Sara, Catalina, Kiera, and Stalyan are outside of the caravan. "Goodbye," she announces. She and Eugene hug. Rapunzel, Eugene, Arianna, Cassandra, Varian, Lance, Hook Foot, Natalia, Sara, Catalina, and Kiera go in the caravan. Rapunzel and Arianna sit on the purple bench.
"Mom, feel more confident now?" Rapunzel asks Arianna.
"Definitely" Arianna replies. They hug.
