Warning: Kidnapping

Summary: When Rapunzel and Eugene visit a psychic monkey, his visions lead them on a madcap journey to find the family of their old friend and young thief, Kiera.

Everybody is sitting in a circle of logs by the caravan. Hey, Rapunzel and I haven't had a date in a while. Eugene thinks. "Hey, Rapunzel, want to go on a date?" He asks her. A date?! Rapunzel thinks.

"Yes." She replies.

Rapunzel and Eugene are walking through the forest. They see a wooden stand with a striped pink and purple cover. They go up to it. A lady with fair skin, black wavy hair, gray eyes, a beauty mark under her right eye, a pointed nose with a mole, cyan eye shadow, a dress made of a white, short-sleeved blouse, a light purple vest over it, a dark teal and cyan skirt with a white petticoat underneath, a dark purple apron, she wears a dark red headscarf, a pair of mixed earrings, two necklaces, and two bracelets, Madam Canardist is sitting at a wooden stand holding a crystal ball. A little brown monkey with a lighter mouth, stomach, and hands wearing a yellow dipper, Vigor, is on her shoulder. Rapunzel and Eugene approach them. "Hi, I'm Rapunzel, and this is my boyfriend, Eugene." Rapunzel introduced them.

"Rapunzel and Eugene! How are you?" She replies.

"Great, actually. We're on a date." He replies.

"A date! How fun!".

Little do they know, as they are talking, Catalina and Kiera sneak up and snatch Vigor. Madam Canardist turns around. "Vigor! He's gone!" She shouts. Oh-no Rapunzel thinks.

"Eugene, let's go find him!" She announces. They run off.

They find themselves in front of a bush. They see Catalina, Kiera, and Vigor. They go up to them. They cross their arms. "Why did you steal Vigor?" Eugene questions.

"He said that he would help us find our family." Kiera explains. Okay, fair. Eugene thinks. We left Mom with Varian, Lance, Hook Foot, Natalia, Sara, and Cassandra- six very chaotic people. Rapunzel remembers.

"Eugene, we left Mom with six very chaotic people." Rapunzel tells him.

"Girls, we have to go get Arianna first." Eugene announces.

"'kay," They reply.

They arrive at camp. Cassandra uses a wooden bow with a white string and a wooden arrow with a red tip and feathers to shoot a red and white target on a tree. Lance counts golden coins with yellow suns as he sits on the grass criss-cross. Varian pours a beaker of blue liquid and a beaker of yellow liquid. The liquid turns green and explodes. Hook Foot spins in the grass. Natalia sits in her wheelchair with her legs crossed writing in an aquamarine notebook with a peacock feather pen. Arianna sits on a log reading a book with a pink cover covering her ears. Rapunzel taps her shoulder. "Hey, want to go on a little hike with me, Eugene, Catalina, Kiera, and this little monkey named Vigor?" Rapunzel asks her.

"Sure." She replies. Rapunzel offers her hand to Arianna. She helps Arianna up. Vigor points left. They start going that way.

They arrive at a wooden drawbridge with rope sides. They cross it to a grassy floating island. A clay, tan house with an orange door, a blue roof, windows with wooden framing, and an orange door. The house is under a giant oak tree with orange leaves. Eugene knocks on the door. A European man with brown hair and a mustache, wearing a tan tee shirt, a brown bowtie, overalls, dirty green shorts, and black boots, Robert opens the door. An Asian woman with black hair in a bun, and brown eyes, wearing a brown dress with darker sections and a white collar and cuffs, Petunia stands next to him. "Hi, Mom and Dad; I'm Kiera, your long-lost daughter." She introduces herself. Let's just play along. Petunia thinks.

"Robert, look, our long-lost daughter has returned!" Petunia exclaims as she hugs her.

"Kiera, I was so worried that you were never coming home!" He exclaims as he joins the hug.

"But, you have to take my sister, Catalina too, we're a packaged deal." Kiera explains as she points to her.

"Of course, sweetie," Petunia replies as she hugs Catalina. Arianna notices a sash of gold in a tipped-over sack in the back of the cabin. Rapunzel, Eugene, and Arianna walk away.

Something feels off. Eugene thinks. "Ladies, does something feel off to you?".

"Not really." Rapunzel replies. She saw a sash of gold in a tipped-over sack in the back of the cabin. Arianna remembers.

"The sash of gold in a tipped-over sack in the back of the cabin. They're thieves!" She announces. Rapunzel, Eugene, and Arianna run back to the cabin.

Kiera and Catalina are in the cabin with Petunia and Robert. "Girls, we have a confession, we are not your parents, we're thieves." Petunia announces. Kiera and Catalina notice a brown rope in the back of the cabin. They grab it and run around Petunia and Robert, tying them up. Petunia and Robert fall to the ground.

Eugene kicks open the door. Wow, that actually worked. He thinks. "Wow, didn't expect that to actually work!" He announces.

"Focus, Eugene." Rapunzel reminds him.

"Yeah, you let those girls go…". He stops when he sees Petunia and Robert. "Man, I love these girls!".

"Eugene!" Kiera cries as she runs to him. He hugs her.

"Rapunzel! Arianna!" Catalina cries as she runs to them. They hug. If we don't have a family, then who are we? Kiera wonders. "If we don't have a family, then who are we?". Arianna kneełs down and puts her hand on her shoulder.

"Sweetie, you do have a family, Catalina." She tells her. They hug.

"Now, say we return a kidnapped monkey?" Eugene asks her.

Rapunzel, Eugene, Arianna, Catalina, Kiera, and Vigor are at Madam Canardist's stand.

"Sorry we stole Vigor." Kiera tells Madam Canardist as she hands him to her.

"That's okay; did you find what you were looking for?" Madam Canardist asks.

"Yes," Kiera responds as she hugs Catalina. Rapunzel, Eugene, Arianna, Catalina, and Kiera walk away.

"Yeah, not a fan of people who pretend to be other people's parents." Arianna announces. Everybody laughs.

Vigor watches the group walk away. Can't believe I met the Sundrop! He thinks.
