The Huntress quickly became one of the most infamous bounty hunters in the galaxy. When she walked in somewhere to get information, conversations would stop. The bartender at a bar in the far outer rim always supplied her with locations of secret Imperial bases and missions. It was a mutually beneficial arrangement; it was in everyone's interest for the Empire to lose power. The Huntress was the only one who seemingly had no qualms about the personal dangers. It was as if she had nothing to lose.
After leaving the bar, she headed to a small civilization on Kaller. The bartender had informed her that the Empire was building a base here. When she arrived she saw the beginning of a base construction close to the small town. The Empire often built bases near small towns so they could use the villagers as slave labor. Letting her rage burn through her, she gathered her weapons and headed stealthily to the base.
Sneaking up behind the sentry, she quickly snapped his neck, killing him with barely a noise. She crept up the only tower that had been constructed and readied her blaster. Nearly every shot she fired hit its mark, killing all the troopers inside the base. Climbing down the tower, she headed towards the town to finish off the remainder of the troopers. An alarm had been triggered, so a small legion of troopers was waiting for her when she exited the base. She held her knife in a reverse grip in her right hand, readying her blaster in her left.
She charged at the group as their blasts blazed past her. Nimbly slipping through them she made her way skillfully through the group, not even noticing as the blood from downed troopers splattered on her. Standing in the middle of the twenty or so bodies, she saw a trooper taking a little girl away from her sobbing, begging parents. She ran over to them, swiftly killing the trooper by slashing his neck. Then she leaned down to the little girl.
"You're safe now," she said to the little girl. But the little girl burst into tears and was trembling. She looked to see that all the villagers had taken blasters from the downed troopers and had them pointed at her.
"Step away from her." A man she guessed to be the father of the little girl said. She stood up and took a step back. The little girl ran to her mother and hid in her arms.
The villagers kept their blasters pointed at The Huntress. She slowly backed away, her helmet hiding an emotion that definitely wasn't anger.
